0:00 Hi, I'm going to be reviewing the latest full day of eating by John Jewett.

[video] 0:06 Eating big and staying lean in the off season. That is what many people's struggle point is, is trying to find the balance of having your calorie surplus, gaining muscle and not getting fat. And that's what we're doing today. We're going to walk through what I eat in the day and how I'm going to managing the balance between allowing some fat gain to happen, but not getting too fat. So hang in throughout all these meals I'm going to show you throughout the day. I will showcase a lot of tips along the way of what I'm doing.

0:32 He's 39 years old by the way, maybe even younger in this specific clip.

[video] 0:39 So start for the day here. One thing that I've been doing different this off season than the last is doing fasted cardio. Not because there's some big advantage, I think, to fasted cardio, but just really one for one. Works out well with the schedule. Getting up and driving to Anytime Fitness. If you see behind me, I have my cardio room here, but I don't have an elliptical. An elliptical is what's been the thing that where my legs don't get insanely pumped and I can still get my heart rate high enough though. And it's low impact. So doing that Monday.

1:02 You don't want your heart rate to be high. But of course, he lifts very heavy weights, he uses drugs. It's not as if he cares about the health of his heart or his whole body. None of this is about health, obviously. I'm sure that even he knows that.

[video] 1:24 Was that a cat in the corner?

1:44 No children? I assume usually that's the case. Not so much because of brainwashing, but because of infertility from the drugs.

[video] 1:55 and not peter out earlier on in my training session also notice appetite's higher you are burning more calories though so you have to consume more to make up for it but i found that that energy flux of being higher energy flux so more output more food with cardio being in place keeps appetite humming along throughout the day versus not doing cardio at all and having a lower food intake so this is strategy number one i think doing cardio in the off season is a thing that should happen especially if you're a enhanced bodybuilder for the health reasons as well so it keeps you in a metabolically healthy spot to allow you to sustain this calorie intake anyway

2:22 where I'm at um see my my posing pics here at uh 267.4 pounds which is the heaviest looks like a natural human body great achievement man uh people will look back at this in a hundred years and uh make a statue out of you yeah

[video] 2:44 I've ever been in my life, which is cool to finally do that after years of bodybuilding. Floating around 212.

2:51 Okay, that I really do not want to see.

[video] 2:56 Meal one for the day. And this meal has transitioned away from having some oatmeal in this meal to mainly being rice.

3:03 Oatmeal as always not in this case right now, but they always eat it and as he's Saying he always used to I guess it's just seeds that come from flowers totally inedible Somehow the bodybuilders always get brainwashed to eat the worst food on earth So I have 200 grams of rice a mix of asparagus bell pepper and spinach then Spinach, asparagus, makes no sense. Nobody can explain why he even eats that. Rice, okay, it's horrible, but understandable.

[video] 3:42 100 grams of chicken, two whole eggs in this meal. Then I have some sourdough bread, which we mistakenly didn't get the pre-sliced one. So I'm slicing.

3:52 I wonder how these bodybuilders would look like if they would simply eat meat, eggs, maybe dairy, if they want to, and fruits when they want carbs. Hmm. Would be interesting to see, but now they just consume complete garbage. You gotta understand that these seed products

4:15 Rice is somewhat of an exception because you remove the shell. You can probably somewhat digest it. It's not digestible compared to animal foods, obviously. But when it comes to oats, that's not digestible almost at all. You're getting basically nothing out of the foods. That's what I'm saying. Would be interesting how it would be if they would be eating actually digestible foods.

[video] 4:40 Like I'm running a bakery in here. My own sourdough bread, which is fine.

4:45 Right, bakeries were created for the slaves, by slaves also, although, of course, the idea of the bakeries didn't come from the slaves, but they operate them and they give you grain sludge baked into this square form, and then you cut off a slice of grain sludge, which is there to fill your stomach, that's it, and... It's especially true for bodybuilders because they consume all of the garbage on this earth.

[video] 5:19 And have 130 grams of sourdough bread.

5:22 It's so funny. Grain sludge, some slime baked into this form in plastic. And that's food today. That's food to these people. How can it be? We are hunters. We hunt down animals and we kill them. We don't eat grain sludge. From a bakery? In plastic? What's going on with you?

[video] 5:47 And then I'll do one orange per day, which the size varies, right?

5:52 Wow. Actually, it's kind of rare to see bodybuilders eating fruits. They eat bananas sometimes. Usually in their oatmeal or whatever. But an orange and it's all... That's actually kind of nice to see.

[video] 6:06 So I'll just adjust my rice based on the carb amount there. But this meal comes out to...

6:10 Okay, we have eggs. Good. Not even that overcooked as it usually is. Then we have grain sludge. Total slave food. The worst food on earth. With a red some kind of marmalade maybe whatever that's of course supposed to simply imitate what you really want and it's funny because uh the word bread used to mean meat and now you eat grain sludge baked into this form with something red on it to imitate the original meaning of bread that's super funny actually when you think about it oh boy and an orange yeah the eggs in the orange

[video] 6:55 935 calories, 65 grams of protein, 130 grams of carbs, and 17 grams of fat. So this is one of my bigger meals, but this is meal one. It's also my pre-workout meal, which we have a little bit of time gap before I train, so it's not too much food for training.

[video] 7:11 So headed to the gym, and I do a lot of my prep, obviously, before I get to the gym with my post-workout meal, but also pack up all my pre-workout, intra-workout, which currently I'm doing.

7:23 No offense to the guy, really, but the nasolabial folds are... Crazy. I wanted to show you how he looked like seven years ago.

[video] 7:33 Still, he looked a lot younger in comparison. At least he survived. Really, that's an achievement when you think about how stressful and toxic it is for your body to live like that.

8:03 what bring the pain oh my god here's bring the pain on the t-shirt i can't two scoops of animal pump pro do five grams of creatine do my other five grams earlier in the day so i had 10 grams creatine is toxic it's not really creatine that's a whole topic of its own i have a video about it

[video] 8:27 The primal again, I just saw that in another video. They just hijacked the term primal.

[video] 8:40 But my intro workout is the key part in this, because my current training volume and also my rest periods, I train for about two hours each day.

8:50 He sounds insanely exhausted, tired, worn out. The way he was walking to the car, there's just zero life energy left inside of him. it's just torture every day force feeding yourself the drugs and all for what why do you do all of this we can see that you're miserable you know it also everybody around you knows it you could stop and still heal not each day but

[video] 9:23 uh two on one off right now and so for a training session that long this is a strategic time to like put in calories basically and yeah i found a huge difference having intro workout carbs versus no carbs especially when your sessions are going over the hour so i'm using 80 grams of highly branched cyclic dextrin over that two hour bout and 20 grams of i use animal juiced aminos basically essential amino acids and then a quarter teaspoon of salt in it so like 500 milligrams of sodium and yeah i think

9:51 Always salt, sodium. They just don't even know what they are doing.

[video] 9:55 It should work out carbs. It's not just for the performance aspect, but it's a strategic way to get in your calories as well. Especially if you have a long training duration, because otherwise your meals can get really packed together. And that's why I just switched to doing five meals a day. They said, when I went to six, it's always two meals that are on top of each other. And then it ends up just being a lot at one time versus just, Hey, let me just plan for five and spread out those calories. And it's much more manageable digestion wise.

10:20 Right, but if you would be eating animal based and fruits, then you wouldn't have any trouble with your digestion. That's why I said before it would be interesting to see one of these guys eating somewhat naturally. I don't expect them to eat raw organs and drink blood. That would be, of course, very interesting to see. that's what i used to consume back when i used to work out i actually went with blood to the gym nobody knew what i'm drinking there maybe if they would have looked at my mouth my teeth they were all red but even then they would have thought that it's some kind of red drink

[video] 11:01 So at home before I leave, I prep my post-workout, which is 30 grams of oats, 300 grams of rice, 30 grams of raisin, and 70 grams of animal whey, frosted cinnamon bun. Then I have 80 grams of banana.

11:15 Hey, just eating absolute grain sludge garbage. Yeah, just a garbage disposal machine. That's all that these bodybuilders are. Great for the system, horrible for you and your family. which comes up to a total of 64 grams of protein 154 grams of carbs and five grams of fat so i like a little bit of oats in here he's counting all of these symbols he's talking about stuff which you cannot even measure but i'm not even gonna try to explain that because there is no point

[video] 11:49 A fiber goal? Really? People actually have that? A fiber goal? My fiber goal, if anything, is zero. Yeah, I eat fruits also.

12:06 Sometimes I eat fruits which I just chew in my mouth and I spit out the fiber. I simply swallow the juices. But yes, sometimes I eat melons. Technically, there's pectin fiber in some of these fruits, which is very easy on your gut. But then there's also really tough fiber that I do not want in my body.

[video] 12:28 So I'm showing like with enough training stimulus, a higher surplus could be needed to keep growing. And not that more food makes you grow more, but enough training stimulus...

12:39 his whole life revolves around growing i don't think that he realizes that growing means aging and that's why when you have a lot of stress you lift a lot of heavy weights you do cardio and especially if you use all of these toxic drugs then you will of course grow meaning age a lot you couldn't age like this only by working out exercising it's impossible it's all the drugs that are doing the real damage so to make sure that happens it's all about training performance making sure like you're progressing your lifts so in here today my prime 15 Yes, obviously also the lifts, needless to say. But as far as what he does when he's recovering, he probably sleeps 12 to 14 hours every day, I would assume.

13:39 Uses the drugs and eats seeds and green leaves and some meat. It's not the food.

[video] 13:45 Green press is a key lift that I want to be progressing. I want to hit five plates and things. And some...

13:52 He is severely obese. Again, I don't say that to offend him, I'm just stating the reality of what's going on. His BMI must be over 40, right? Wow.

[video] 14:10 Arrangement, that's my goal. On my lateral raise, and today on that one I added a rep and went up 5 pounds. On my lateral raise, able to go up...

14:21 So much pain and suffering. Look at how he hates it. He hates being there. He hates sitting at that machine. He probably just cannot stand his everyday life.

[video] 14:35 That also actually creates those nasolabial folds when you do these kind of face expressions.

14:52 Yeah. It's everything.

[video] 14:54 Oh my god, and the post-workout meal is just some seed slime. I don't even care to know what it is.

15:29 We're back from the gym and working.

15:33 Is it just me or is this one of the most depressing videos I've ever reviewed? There's just something about it. The way he walks kind of reminds me of Nick Walker.

15:47 Ironic name. He had really trouble walking. I haven't heard about him in a while. Is he still alive? Probably. I would have heard if he passed away.

16:03 It's that and maybe it's the weather also on this specific day, but that shouldn't really impact anything. It doesn't impact me in my everyday life. Maybe it impacts him because he's so down. Whatever the case, it's just the tiredness. He's lethargic essentially. And now he sits at the computer in the garage.

16:33 Eating some kind of seeds. Yeah, it's everything. It's almost like the opposite of a natural life. No freedom, no energy, no leanness, not a natural physique, no strength, no vitality, just weakness. That's all that I see. Sure, some people believe that lifting a lot of metal up and down, pushing or pulling it, is strength. And you could say that when it comes to literally standing or laying down and pushing and pulling the metal, absolutely. But really, in reality, that's not strength whatsoever.

17:17 You cannot win a fight, you cannot survive in nature. What can you even do with such a body? Nothing except for lifting up metal. It's not a sign of strength to be able to do that at home.

[video] 17:33 So for meal number four, this is a pretty quick one I put together because usually this is when I'm in a lot of my workflow. So it's a lot of pre-prep stuff and do 75 grams.

17:46 He walks at the desk. Why all the extra stress? Because you gotta understand, for his body type, even that can be stressful. Because if you have an unnatural body, doing something natural is stressful for you, of course. People who have such a high BMI, who are obese by definition, doesn't matter if it's muscle or fat, makes no difference at all for your heart especially, and really the muscle could be even worse for your heart, most likely it is, they really have trouble doing anything that's natural for a normal human being.

[video] 18:35 I will never understand how people like dates, but whatever. At least eat some chicken now.

[video] 18:58 just chicken throughout the day why because it's cheap or what good antioxidants in them as well and then i also have two flavored rice cakes and 15 grams of peanut butter and that meal comes out to be 61 grams of protein 131 grams of carbs and 15 grams of fat and you know with all this stuff it's like the big thing to not get fat in the off season is make sure you can track There's no such thing as calories. He wouldn't understand it, I don't blame him. And uh...

19:38 Also, when it comes to all the macronutrients, which he was talking about before, really there is no way to measure anything directly. You can draw some kind of correlations when it comes to measuring these so-called nutrients.

20:00 you can only draw some kind of correlations at the very best if you want to even rely on the measurements at all but when it comes to specifically looking at how many grams of carbs protein or fat are inside of these meals it's impossible to measure that people like him don't understand this yet in the week progress you have all this stuff that wasn't measured makes it hard to understand like what that visuals are really telling you i'm just saying typically when you get into bodybuilding you're bombarded with this kind of information about carbs fat and protein calories in and out blah blah blah and you never even question it and i understand why because everybody talks about it as if it's common sense when it's really the opposite Hey, you cannot sense it at all. You cannot really measure it at all.

20:56 You can do Some really vague Tests and even then I wouldn't rely on them you what the scale weight increase really means if the calorie tracking was inaccurate so track everything

[video] 21:13 I track using chronometer. I think that's one of the more validated tracking tools.

21:18 Totally pointless. If you want to lose weight, then you should simply eat less than what you want, if you want to maintain, which is what your body wants. it wants to live then you simply eat until satiation and if you want to gain weight then you eat more than you want that's it it's as simple as that i don't recommend gaining weight on purpose except if you're underweight obviously but then you would have an appetite anyway unless you're sick but usually you should simply be maintaining and if you're overweight then of course you should lose the weight but most likely you will not want to eat a lot if you're somewhat healthy because your body will want to lose the weight on its own it doesn't want to have that kind of a physique

22:17 Living with this kind of a physique is very hard. That's why you need to stay motivated, be disciplined and go against your senses to look like this. Because you're always forcing yourself to eat, to work out, to use the drugs. None of it is intuitive. This is counterintuitive living.

[video] 22:37 Again, you wouldn't need that if you would be eating natural food. You wouldn't even feel the food in your stomach. It's because

23:02 You're eating green leaves, all kinds of plants, seeds. This is not human food. It's not digestible. You will always be bloated. And if you do want to do this for whatever reason, do whatever you want in your life, you would look a lot better. You would be less bloated. Your stomach wouldn't be extending your gut. And that would actually make your physique better overall for these competitions. So even if you want to do that... It would be a lot better to eat animal-based.

23:53 Oh, man. It's just bad. It's kind of sad, really, overall.

[video] 24:09 Well, she's eating her meal right now. I'm going to eat mine like on the road and just hang out. That's what's a lot of these get togethers about still going out, being social, but don't feel like you have to like partake because that's also easily where you can overdo the surplus and where you'll wake up next few days, the weight's up and it just sticks the rest of the week. Do that week after week is an easy way to get fat in the off season. So you want more of this nice, steady, linear surplus, linear weight increase throughout the week rather than a big spike, but kind of a slight surplus over taking your surplus in one day. But this meal, 74 grams of protein, 157 grams of carbs and eight grams of fat.

24:40 Again, chicken breast, Thai kitchen stir, Greek yogurt, blueberries, pesticides, horrible for your gut.

[video] 24:54 These rice noodles are really cool. They cook in five minutes and they digest excellent. It's just a different variation of rice that you can consume, but also have my sourdough bread, 155 grams of chicken, 75 grams of...

25:08 Usually people who eat sourdough bread have digestive issues from my experience. They eat normal bread, noodles, cookies and all that garbage, obviously all the grain sludge. Then they have issues and then they look for gluten-free bread, other seed bread. Or they make their own sourdough bread or buy it somewhere. Typically it's a sign that... Your digestion is not working well and with this kind of food, it's not surprising.

[video] 25:40 Spinach, why... You look handsome. Oh, thanks. See, I was told I looked handsome.

25:51 He's not a bad looking guy. He has good eyes, it's just that his body is deteriorating because of his lifestyle. Without all the bodybuilding and the drugs, he could have been a good looking guy, I assume. It's possible. He would look like a completely different human being now at 39. Really, I don't even think that you could recognize him if he didn't go down this unnatural path.

[video] 26:25 Make sure you have in the off-season a set bedtime and wake time. and be adamant about sticking to it as sleep is absolutely your number one partitioning tool it will allow you to direct where the calories are going to go to so you can see like with sleep detriment and decreased amounts of sleep you will partition more calories towards body fat than muscle so get your sleep in now This last meal of the evening, meal number five, pancakes.

26:55 He looks like he's about to fall asleep.

[video] 26:58 So again, I have a pretty even spread of carbohydrate throughout the day, and no different from if I'm just before bed. So I'm going to snore before bed because I'm having carbs. It still comes down to just getting all the food in that I basically need to, but it is a reduced amount of carbs. This is 50 grams of protein, 70 grams of carbs, and 13 grams of fat. So I'm doing Krusty's pancake mix, which is 70 grams, do two whole eggs on top, 50 grams of banana, and 40 grams of animal cinnamon bun whey. More sludge with two eggs at least.

[video] 27:39 Whatever.

[video] 27:57 312 grams of protein, 731 grams of carbs, and 62 grams of fat for a grand total of 4,736 calories. So that's about what I peaked at last off-season as far as food goes. But we still have about six weeks left of pushing upwards left. So this should maybe get a little bit higher. I'm not driving my steps up as high as I did last off-season. Just with I do cardio, that drives most of the things I want for heart health.

28:18 Heart health. He really believes that stressing your heart, and that's what you do when you do cardio, is actually good for your heart. That's the twisted logic of people today.

28:35 And then people around him will wonder, why did he have a heart attack? He was doing cardio. I always hear this. Even with people who don't do extreme bodybuilding like him. People who run marathons, especially, or do a lot of biking.

[video] 28:53 I digest and walk, so usually steps have been around 7,000 a day. Last Aussie, I kept them up a lot higher. But putting more... More priority on keeping the balance between output and not having food get so high. But anyway, that's it. That wraps up the day of eating. Hope you took some great tips on staying lean while you're bulking. If you have any questions, leave them down below, and I'll talk to you next time.

29:21 Firstly, I would like to congratulate him that he's still alive. Considering his lifestyle, it is an achievement. And secondly, I would like him to question what he's actually doing with his life. What is the point of any of this? You do this for 10 plus years, you age 30-40 years in that time, for what? To then go on a stage once a year, maybe more times a year, and to present your drugged up body? to people who will rate you, judge you. And what do you get out of that? Let's say that you do get the number one place in this competition. You get some kind of gold medal, trophy. It's all man-made. It means nothing. It doesn't fulfill you.

30:20 You don't realize that right now because you don't have it in your hands. People who achieve these number one spots in any kind of competitions, they come to the realization that it's all meaningless. People who chase it, who only get the silver, the bronze medal or get the 10th place, They don't get it because they think that once they get the number one place, then they will be happy at last. Then it will have all been worth it. Until you get to that point, you don't get it. But once you do, you realize that you were tricked. That it was all meaningless.

31:08 everything that you did the drugs the weight lifting you will be 40 years old you will look like you're 70 or older you will probably have had a stroke or a heart attack by then you will lose a lot of the mass and then you will look in the mirror and think why did i do any of this It's not what I wanted to do. Of course it isn't. It was always counterintuitive. It was never what you wanted to do. Did I get brainwashed by social media? By Arnold Schwarzenegger or whoever? Why did I want to be so big? Nobody in nature looks like that. Women never found me attractive. They actually found me less attractive once I became so huge. Why did I do this?

32:07 That's what you need to ask yourself if you do it or you're thinking about going down the road of being a bodybuilder, especially a pro extreme bodybuilder. Do any of them look happy as if their lives are fulfilled or anything like that? Or does it look like the opposite? Thanks for watching.
