1:06 Hey, I'm back in London. I'm gonna go call someone.
1:41 Man, this weather. I'm obsessed with it. So many people really don't like December. I just... I go out every evening and just look at these trees without any leaves and...
1:56 It's all very blue. December and November are always described as very grey. Whereas I associate it with a lot of blueness. So... Different perception here. but all in all overall it's just magical so also the thing is that I appreciate it a lot more now because of ketosis and this diet because to me this is hoody weather right now and my body temperature or the way I perceive temperature has changed by about 10 degrees and
2:39 this is very easy to feel now and it cools me down the coldness whereas when somebody's body temperature is cold they will not be able to appreciate it because it will make it even colder so that's another plus of December man
3:08 You see, I also understand a lot better now how people used to live in winter because they just didn't feel as cold as it is with sugar. So they obviously ate a lot of animals most of the time. In Europe, obviously, and most of the parts in the world. The thing is that I, for example, always start heating in October. I still haven't used the heating this year and I always wear my leather jacket which is just not possible. I tried and I just sweat all the time. It's totally not comfortable because it's not cold enough for me yet. So it's very interesting. But I definitely prefer this simply because it seems natural.
4:09 Somebody messaged in my last video saying that they did keto for a month and they felt sluggish and such. The thing though is that if you've been on sugar for let's say at least 20 years, you're 20 years old, then logically thinking you shouldn't expect to go to another energy source just switch like that. Your body actually has to learn how to use this new energy. So you should give it...
4:45 Hello? Anyway, so assuming that your body learns how to use them, you may end up with four times more energy compared to sugar, purely chemically speaking. And this doesn't mean that all of it is going to go to body heat, but a huge portion may or may not.
5:05 So besides body heat also your brain may start functioning differently. I've already talked about this in the health videos but I noticed this myself and it's one of the one of those benefits I really appreciate. I don't lose my train of thought I don't get the so-called brain farts. and i notice this especially when i make videos like right now and overall even though i do keto i'm not going to be one of those people who say that keto isn't the best diet ever or something or it's not for everybody and i agree that obviously it's not for everybody because some of your ancestors were sort of different obviously it's possible but uh essentially Most of our ancestors, all of us brothers and sisters, so to speak, inbred brothers and sisters, that's what we are essentially, most of them ate, in winter at least, they ate a lot of animals and that's just how it was.
6:04 On some islands and wherever, sure there's exceptions of people eating coconuts and whatnot, but it's just the truth of this world. So it's definitely the diet I would recommend to almost everybody.
