Keto in Summer Is "Torture" - High Body Heat

0:00 Hi guys. Just a quick video. So a ketogenic diet in summer is pretty much torture, but not really. The thing is that, like I said in the video Keto Body Heat, when I was doing it in winter, walking around with shorts sometimes and stuff like that, that was interesting. But now, when it's been like 25 degrees the last few days,
0:25 it's just sweating from morning to evening all the time all day long I do this because the sweat is just pouring so I was thinking of buying a ventilator it seems kind of unnatural to have this wind on me all the time and outside I can't do anything about it anyway then and I put a wet towel in the freezer and put it on me and stuff like that So it's understandable why there's seasonal food such as some berries which you can eat and then live off the sugar because it's a lot less energy so the body heat is also a lot less but my body doesn't seem to understand that it's summer and seeing as I still only eat fat and protein it's like it's producing the same kind of heat as it would in winter so this is my dilemma
1:22 That's not really a problem, I'm not complaining, but it's kind of weird. That's how it is, I suppose. If you have experience with this, tell me about it.
1:36 Nowadays with the foods, or so-called foods, all genetically modified and all the stuff that is imported and cultivated so unnatural that you can buy anything at any time anyway, so...
1:53 It's different.
