0:00 Hey, I'm going to review a video by Lily Kane called I Quit Bread. Here's what I eat instead.

0:17 So you still eat some kind of slime which you bake in the oven, but you don't call it bread anymore. Is that what this video will be about?

0:32 That looked disgusting.

[video] 0:34 That makes sense coming from somebody who takes rat poison.

[video] 0:51 Another carnivore girl who's obsessed with

[video] 1:15 bread some others are obsessed with cookies all of this seed slime steak and butter gal is a great example yes you slap a patty in between those buns and you've just made yourself a burger that's way tastier and healthier than mcdonald's and then i'll show you how to make the world's easiest cheese wrap before i show you how to make this guy which is a two

1:39 They just really crave all of these so-called carb foods. But instead of eating that, which I'm not recommending, seeing as you shouldn't have these cravings in the first place, they try to recreate their favorite burgers, tortillas and whatnot. It's basically a mental illness.

[video] 2:04 ingredient avocado wrap that you can put just about anything inside if you'd like to live your healthiest and happiest life then don't be silly subscribe to lily and let's start cooking good looking all right recipe number one these buns there are three ingredients eggs milk powder and baking powder that's it no flour baking powder it obviously should have a baking soda inside which is a poisonous no gluten, no weird additives, and then I got my pasture-raised eggs from a local farmer here in Missouri, and then we need three of them for this recipe. So the real recipe calls for one and a half cups of full-fat milk powder. Now, my grocery store didn't have it, so I've got here non-fat milk.

2:47 Okay, but why would you be consuming some kind of processed powders in the first place? Why not just eat what you're naturally supposed to eat? Then you wouldn't have any of these crazy cravings.

[video] 3:01 milk powder so i'll just add some butter in to add the fat back which will help the buns not get too dense and rubbery but then also other options you could try are butter powder heavy cream powder and goat's milk powder so you've got options yes but why should we try to create bread seed slime why And lastly, you'll need one tablespoon of baking powder. I like to grab the aluminum-free kind. If you don't have baking powder, you can also use...

3:32 If you would simply eat some fruits, mangoes, for example, whatever you want, some melons, then you wouldn't have these crazy cravings. That's why all of these carnivores obsess over all of this fake food. And she also eats, I think, some fruits and sweet potatoes also. but it's simply not enough. Just eat a bag of oranges, mandarins, if you really want to, instead of this.

[video] 4:04 Use baking soda with an acid like yogurt, lemon, or vinegar.

[video] 4:17 Don't you think it's weird that all of these carnivores keep creating bread, cookies, chips, pizza and all of that?

4:45 I would just imagine that some of them would start thinking about what's going on, but it doesn't even seem like it. They even share the recipes with the other carnivores.

[video] 4:59 If you really crave sourdough, then just eat it. I'm not recommending it, but

5:29 If you really want it so much, then just do it. Why go through all of this trouble? You should simply change

[video] 5:39 your diet in general and then you wouldn't have these cravings as i said with your hands you're going to want to make sure your hands are wet and i'm talking super wet don't be afraid of water getting in the dough you're going to want to have just a lot more liquid than you're anticipating on your hands because it's going to be much easier to roll this dough into balls without it sticking too much to your fingers then these go in

6:00 It's slime. You just created some kind of slime bun, and now you're going to bake it, which is when it's really going to turn into a bun, technically. But you understand what I mean? She just doesn't see the reality of what she's doing. You have slime there. Open up your eyes, your brain. Look at what you are doing. This is not food. Do you think that humans in nature sit down and try to form the slime into a burger patty or something? There's no such thing. We shouldn't be eating this.

[video] 6:42 But if you're going to go with a ceramic pan, I'd really recommend getting one where the ceramic coating is free of PTFEs, PFAs, and PFOAs, so they have no forever chemicals in them. And Caraway also makes ceramic nonstick pans that have been tested for over 200 forever chemicals, and they've been third-party verified. So they're a really good brand for, yes, ceramic, but also stainless steel and even cast iron pans. Today's video is sponsored by...

7:08 It was obvious that it was sponsored by them. But to be fair, if you cook food... It's probably not a bad idea to get really good pans, pots, and whatnot.

[video] 7:26 There are non-toxic kitchenware brand and all of their products. I know I'm just showing like pots and pans, but they have so many other things and all of their stuff is so high quality. It's beautiful and it's healthy, which you know how I feel about healthy stuff. I'd recommend getting a cookware set like I did. It comes with a saute pan, fry pan, Dutch oven, sauce pan, plus all the lids.

7:46 I would recommend not even having an oven or anything that you can use to destroy your food, which is what you do when you cook food.

[video] 7:59 lid holder and a magnetic pan rack for storage. Buying a set saves you 20% off versus buying individually.

8:07 And actually it is a good recommendation because if somebody gets rid of their pan, oven, microwave, please don't tell me that you have one, then they won't even have the choice to cook anything. Yeah.

[video] 8:25 Plus, you can stack my discount code and get an additional 10% off, or you can just use the discount code off of any of their products site-wide. There's a QR code here and a link in the video description, but we gotta get back to these buns now. If you know what I'm saying. Back to the buns. These genuinely look like little boroshi buns.

8:44 Weird humor. Whatever.

[video] 8:47 I actually took mine out and put a little bit of avocado oil on top just to pop them back in the oven to brown it up a bit. What I love about these is the protein content is actually solid. Between the eggs and the milk powder, you have a good amount of protein. So this isn't just empty carbs.

9:02 That's all in your imagination. What protein? You simply have some baked slime there.

[video] 9:11 It's going to keep you full.

[video] 9:18 You can just add some butter or honey onto these buns or you... That doesn't even look like food to me.

9:24 I haven't had anything close to this in over 10 years now. And I never crave it in any way. There's nothing in any way appetizing about it. You just cannot even crave it when you eat raw animals. If you eat what you're naturally supposed to eat, how can you crave it? It doesn't make any sense. You have to be unhealthy to crave that.

[video] 9:51 You can make a sandwich out of them, or if you're like me... What is that, avocado?

10:05 Her diet has changed a lot. Sure, she still eats meat, cheese, eggs and whatever, but...

[video] 10:15 now she also tries to replicate bread and since when does she eat avocados this is not some sort of sad diet burger this is an actual meal and it is looking so beautiful i hope it looks as good in camera as it does in person because this thing looks like my kind of burger

10:40 At least she didn't use a salad leave.

10:45 But still, as I said, it's just strange when somebody goes through all the trouble just to create a burger.

[video] 10:53 It's perfect. Wow. Oh my goodness. And I feel good eating it. And that's the whole point. This tastes better than a McDonald's burger patty. Forget about it.

[video] 11:04 This next recipe is one ingredient, it's cheese. And this is a knockoff of the cheese folio wraps, but a lot less money. It's very simple. Take one and a half ounces of cheese, put it in the microwave for 20 seconds, spread it between- Wow, she even microwaves her food. Two pieces of parchment paper, put it in the fridge for one minute and bada bing, bada boom, you got yourself a cheese folio wrap.

11:28 Don't people actually think about where they put their food? I guess not. You put it into this device and then microwaves heat it up and you think that it's good to do that? Really? Come on.

11:49 I just wouldn't expect that from somebody who used to be a carnivore, which is obviously a joke, but you understand what I mean.

12:03 The red sauce, of course.

12:09 Still, I guess that this is better than what most people eat, but you're just trying to imitate that anyway. You just cannot let go of your junk food addiction because you don't eat what you're naturally supposed to. Would you ever trade a glass of blood for this? Ever in a million years? Just never. It's impossible. You would drink the blood and you would right away throw away everything else because it's essentially the best food on earth or drink, however you want to see it.

12:51 My point is... Wow, here we go. My point is simply that nothing compares to the natural version of something, whatever it may be. It doesn't only apply to food. For example, you are dating somebody online, which... can feel somewhat nice, I suppose, in your imagination, but you would always choose the real thing over that, always. And it's the same when it comes to food. You would always choose liver, brain, blood from really healthy animals, obviously. It's not what you can unfortunately nowadays get at most butchers,

13:41 farms even it's too bad it's just impossible that you would choose this for example just impossible you would never number three are these avocado wraps that look like the grinch who stole christmas it's two ingredients avocado and it just looks like somebody vomited and you added some baking powder to it and then you baked it into bread Really, that's what it looks like.

[video] 14:11 What is up with her and avocados all of a sudden?

[video] 14:36 to be as smooth as possible and then here i have a baking sheet lined with parchment paper i did put a little bit of avocado oil on top avocado oil also what's going on here just to make sure it doesn't stick but it's very unlikely that this wrap will stick because it has so much fat from the avocado the only thing that's missing is avocado toast already. You roughly want your layer to be very even. The thinner it is, the more flexible your wrap is going to be once it bakes. And then I also went ahead and put cheese in this second wrap just to show the difference between one with cheese and without. This is going in the oven at 300...

15:14 These are not normal cravings, Lily. You need some help. And, uh... I really mean that in a loving way, but you're clearly craving actual real food and you're just trying to find something somehow. Maybe if I make this slime with avocado and cheese, the cravings will go away. Then you eat it and again, you want something in a few hours or maybe the next day. A lot of the carnivores on YouTube have this problem for obvious reasons.

[video] 15:52 And it's super flexible. If you really want to avoid cracking, you may want to add an extra egg white or even some more cheese. I'm going to load up one of our wraps with this sliced turkey I got from Costco, and then I'll put on some organic cheese and mustard.

16:06 She probably... Jesus, that looks bad. Fuck. She probably eats better than most people still, but it's just clear that she has all of these cravings and she's trying to satiate herself, but it's just not going to work like this. Never.

[video] 16:32 Or another option. And this one I saved until the end because my husband said everyone keeps thinking sardines are funky, but we're making sardines cool again. You know, for people who like tuna, you need to try sardines because these taste very similar. And they've got more omega-3s than tuna, less mercury, more vitamin D, and they're more affordable. Can I get an amen? I love sardines. If you're nervous to try sardines, you can always mix them with cheese, mustard, salt, or even a little lemon juice, hot sauce.

16:54 I've never heard of anybody who doesn't like sardines. Lots of people eat them.

[video] 17:02 or ghee i say whatever you usually mix your tuna with just mix the same thing with your sardines and then thank me later so many of you have told me you have bought sardines and yet they're sitting in your cabinet because you're too afraid to try them well today's the day my friends this is the moment we're not getting any younger we're just getting hungrier for sardines low-key feel like i'm eating the grinch but it's tasty sardines anybody I don't like them. It's not as if I hate them, but...

17:51 I would never choose to eat them.

[video] 17:55 If you missed my pizza recipe, I will link it right here and in the video description. Don't be silly, subscribe to Lily and I hope you have a delicious day with sardines.

18:06 Lily seems like a good girl. Obviously, we don't know her in real life. Who knows what's going on behind the scenes. She does put on this fake smile in her videos, but I assume that it could be fun to be around her. She doesn't eat a bad diet when you compare it to what most people eat today. But when you compare it to what humans eat in nature, then you can for sure not call it a good diet. The food in this video didn't even resemble the food which we are naturally supposed to eat. The red sauce did somewhat resemble a freshly killed animal, which is the reason that people use these red sauces. That's what creates an appetite. In nature, you would hunt down an animal, you would cut it open, you would be really hungry when you would see the blood, the organs, and then you would eat.

19:05 People nowadays try to imitate that. But the avocado slime, whatever that was supposed to be, didn't resemble anything that we eat in nature because we wouldn't be eating anything green. Once you start eating green foods, you can be sure that you have drifted away from what we are naturally supposed to eat. You're really pretty much on... the opposite end. And it really is like that because red and green are sort of opposite colors. Not that there is such a thing, but... That's kind of what people say. And when you eat a lot of green foods, a vegan, plant-based diet, then you can know that you are eating absolutely unnatural food and you shouldn't expect to be healthy, happy, anything close to that.

20:00 And this is what you should understand in general when it comes to trying to imitate, replicate, something natural, whatever it may be. I'm not only talking about food. When you do that, you will never actually achieve what you want. You will never feel fulfilled because there's no meaning behind any of it. There is no way around nature. You cannot simply think of something yourself and then eat that to be healthy. The same way you cannot play video games, to actually feel true joy because you really just want to do what they are doing in the video game. And it's the same with sports, reading books and so on. No real joy, happiness, health will ever come out of something

20:51 that was created to, as I said, replicate, imitate what you naturally want, seeing as it's impossible to do that. And that's why Lily Kane still has these crazy cravings. If she would start eating what humans eat in nature, not this fake carnivore diet, which she used to eat, then all of the cravings would go away. Thanks for watching.
