0:00 Yo guys, today we are gonna watch some YouTube shorts by Liz Sabert. She's a model from New York City who started eating animal organs. The slaves who watch her videos find it really strange.
[video] 0:11 Okay, this is day one of eating organs to see if it'll improve my health. This is an entire raw liver. Not sure why there's holes in it.
[video] 0:21 I've been vegetarian slash vegan for like my whole life, so this is very... Oh, that explains it.
0:27 She does look very... underweight um underdeveloped more so out of character for me half an ounce just so you know i'm not lying i'm going to eat that whole thing everyone's telling me to eat it raw i can't do that there's no way a little bit of butter yes raw liver tastes way better than cooked liver everybody who has tried both says that it's like
[video] 0:59 Don't think about it. Three, two, one, go.
1:00 It's so funny because in nature, babies get this as their first food and children are crazy about raw liver. They just can't get enough of it. And of course, when you grow up as a slave, then this is so strange to you.
[video] 1:20 Last bite.
[video] 1:24 I did it. I'm being dramatic. It's really not that bad. This thing is four pounds. For reference, a human heart is anywhere between half a pound and a pound. So this thing is absolutely huge. I wanted to kind of break it down and cut it into like individual. Oh my God. It is so bloody. Ew.
1:40 That's actually not blood, it's just a protein.
[video] 1:43 Okay, I just got blood everywhere. Also, for everyone concerned about the fact that I'm using a wooden cutting board, I only use these cutting boards for meat, so don't freak out. Anyways, I want to section this into like individual portions so that every day when I want to have some heart, I don't have to deal with this massive thing. It kind of reeks.
1:56 My nutritionist said to cut- If it reeks, then it's not fresh. Beef heart doesn't smell like anything, really.
[video] 2:04 Off this white part. She said it's good for you, but oh my god.
2:10 She said that her nutritionist said that. What kind of a nutritionist nowadays still recommends eating organs, especially the fat from the heart? You're really lucky then because then you get one of the few nutritionists out there who still recommends eating natural food.
[video] 2:25 I have a brain in here. I want to open it together because I have been putting this off for a very long time. Out of all of the organs, brain is just the hardest for me something about the texture it tastes like nothing oh my god please why is it so juicy this is a veal brain so it's gonna be a lot bigger it's mostly because you buy frozen organs there's gonna be a lot more water last time i did lamb brain they're small like they're not big this one i think is gonna be a little bit more gnarly oh my god it's like leaking oh i can do this i'm like i'm like
[video] 3:00 Okay, here's the brain. Actually, that's really not too bad. Ooh, it does not smell good. Here's the finished product.
3:05 Again, if it doesn't smell good, then there's something wrong with it, because brain, just like heart, doesn't really have much of a smell. If anything, it smells a little bit like eggs, seeing as it also tastes like eggs.
[video] 3:15 I'm about to have some of this for breakfast. This big chunk is gonna go in the freezer.
[video] 3:21 This is what I'm going to eat for breakfast. I'm gonna chop it up and cook it into some eggs. Please do wish me luck.
3:28 Yeah, if you really have a problem with eating organs at first, then you could cook it together with your eggs, seeing as they taste very similar, as I just said.
[video] 3:36 This is a brain. I'm actually not gonna be eating the brain, though, today. I'm gonna be eating the heart. Never thought I would eat one of these. Smell test. It smells like blood. Oh. I just cooked it in butter and some sauce. Five, four, three, two, one.
[video] 3:50 It honestly just tastes like a really good steak.
3:53 Yeah, heart really just tastes like any kind of muscle meat, seeing as it is muscle meat, essentially. She's really overreacting.
[video] 4:04 I'm going to eat brain. This is a real brain.
[video] 4:12 Put a little salt.
4:16 That's actually pretty funny because the salt will end up in her brain.
4:34 Man, this is so stupid. I understand that a slave would react like this, of course, because they are so removed from nature, but then again, you know that the taste isn't any different than that of an egg. It's just that they think about eating a brain, which they have been brainwashed by Hollywood movies to see as something disgusting, and that's why they react like this, even though taste-wise, obviously, there's nothing that would actually make you gag.
[video] 5:07 I did it. I've been dreading that all morning, so I already feel better. I conquered it. Mind over matter, literally. Also, I've gotten a lot of like ethical concerns from people being like, oh, that's so sad. But if you think about it, this part of the animal is normally thrown out anyway. I only get these products from really responsible farmers. Day four of eating organs to see if it'll improve my health. I have almost finished an entire brain in two days. Today, I have to eat this part, which I don't know how it's going to go. When I first started eating this brain, I ate it raw, which was definitely a mistake. It was absolutely disgusting. I did almost vomit. I've learned a way to cook the brain so that I can eat it without even really knowing it's there. A lot of people have asked me why the heck I'm eating brains and organs. I was sick for a very long time, and organs are the most bioavailable nutrient.
5:53 It's actually pretty common that people who were vegan or vegetarian in the past start eating organs, which is unusual for the slave population. That's only because they got so sick that they saw no other way to heal their bodies.
[video] 6:09 This is how I'm trying to get healthy. Okay, it's all chopped up.
[video] 6:19 And this is what...
6:21 This is better than eating other garbage, but of course you're destroying so many of the nutrients, which is what makes these foods healthy. Brain has the highest vitamin D of any food, which you destroy by cooking. Sure, you're gonna get something out of it, but it's a waste.
[video] 6:39 We're left with... I just put it with some avocado and some cheese on the top, but you literally can't even tell that the brain is in there.
[video] 6:48 Let me show you exactly what $450 can buy you from an Amish farm. My foster dog really wanted to come with me to pick up our order this week. He literally put his leash in his mouth. We just found out that he's probably getting adopted soon, so I'm trying to spend as much time with him as I possibly can. So I put him in the back seat and we went and drove to the house together. Unfortunately, this is not the actual Amish farmhouse. They deliver to a few houses in certain areas and then everyone goes to those houses and picks up their order. So look at how good Zeppelin is being. Like, he used to be so crazy when we first got him. Look at that sit. Anyways, I know that $500 seems like a lot, but when you break it down, it's actually not too bad. The thing that we spend the most money on is...
7:10 The Amish food from Pennsylvania is insanely good. It is very expensive though.
[video] 7:15 It's the pet food. The dog that we're fostering has really bad IBS. The raw food that they make cured his IBS, cured his anxiety.
7:22 $150 every... Yeah, because he was probably getting grains before that.
[video] 7:27 Every two weeks. Six pounds of butter.
[video] 7:32 I've got eight pounds of it. We go through a lot of heavy cream. At the moment, I'm still not drinking any milk because I'm still trying to heal my gut. Then we just get our probiotics. Kefir.
7:44 Yeah, milk is the most problematic when it comes to dairy, whereas the fermented foods such as kefir or even sour cream is much easier to tolerate.
[video] 7:56 Yogurt. This will last us two weeks. I mean, that is beautiful.
8:01 The comments on her videos are really messed up. This is a top comment on one of them. Liz, I say this as a supporter, if something is helping you and you're happy with it, that's completely fine. Completely fine. But it isn't okay to spread false information when you have a substantial audience and it isn't okay to promote harmful things, especially when you're accompanying the promotion with misinformation. She doesn't even name anything. unpasteurized milk is harmful, right? So the breast milk that you got as a baby from your mother was harmful to you, right? Nature is bad. The milk that cows give to their baby cows is also harmful because it's unpasteurized, right? We should destroy nature and create unnatural milk because unnatural food is good for you, right? It's so illogical. And of course, none of these people give any arguments. They just say it's bad.
9:00 And if you would ask them why, they wouldn't be able to tell you why. That's the definition of being brainwashed. It's when you believe something, but when you are confronted with this belief, you can't actually explain it. It's simply being drilled inside of your head. Most people on Earth are incredibly brainwashed when it comes to incredibly many topics. While you're free to have it, I don't think you should be skipping that very important piece of information when you're repeatedly promoting it to your large audience. Yeah, just nothing. No points, no arguments, no proof. This is another comment. It's also very similar. At the end, she says... She ignores it, cry over people, calmly explaining why she shouldn't really promote things like this or her weird diet. That's what humans eat in nature. It's the most normal, not weird diet. It's anti-weird.
9:54 A weird diet is eating man-made vegetables, which don't exist in nature, man-made grains, seeds, making sludge out of the seeds and then baking it into a square, which is bread. That is weird. If anything is weird, bread is the weirdest thing on earth without disclosing information that is harmful or in this case unethical. Of course, there's nothing harmful about it. They can't name anything because there is nothing. Their own comments prove that it's not harmful. This is one of the most recent videos.
[video] 10:29 They say that the gut is like the second brain. Once I learned how to eat in a way that was gut healing, my mental health completely transformed. Today I'm gonna show you how to make one of my favorite easy gut healing breakfasts. And it's gonna keep you full for hours. Starting with a lot of high quality butter that I get from a farm. We're gonna add carrots.
10:46 The butter, sure, I can understand it, except that you should be eating it raw, obviously. If you want your gut to benefit from your food, then you should consume it raw. Carrots are man-made, they have keratotoxin, which is toxic for your gut. Onions are super toxic for your gut, it's an antibiotic, how can it not be? Broccoli has sulforaphane, an antibiotic. Garlic, an insanely strong antibiotic.
[video] 11:15 A clove of garlic. Then we're just going to stir fry this in the butter. The reason that we're using these vegetables is because they're very low carb and they're not starchy. Starch is one of the things that can really irritate the gut.
11:28 That's true. Humans are not supposed to eat starch. That's why we don't eat it raw. It really irritates our gut then, but even if we cook it, it still irritates our gut seeing as it's manmade slave food for the most part. The kind of tubers you would find in nature would be pretty much close to inedible.
[video] 11:46 Salt, pepper, and some lemon.
11:50 Pepper is also an antibiotic and so is lemon. But of course, she cooks all of this stuff, so she destroys and neutralizes a lot of the toxins, which is why in the end you end up with cooked, mashed, man-made vegetables in butter. That's about it. There's nothing at all healing about it, obviously. If anything, she can hope that it's not as harmful as it would be in the raw state.
[video] 12:15 Once the vegetables are cooked, you're going to move everything over to one side and then crack...
12:18 Okay, the butter and the eggs. The eggs actually look pretty nice. None of this would irritate the gut if you would simply cook the butter and the eggs, but it's also not beneficial for the gut seeing as you cook the food. Only raw food is beneficial. I don't know what you guys don't understand about it.
[video] 12:35 Crack in two to three eggs.
[video] 12:40 We're gonna top this with some avocado. If you've never tried coconut aminos, it's a completely natural alternative to a teriyaki sauce.
12:51 As you can see, she still eats a lot of garbage now. The videos of her eating the organs were from a few months ago. I hope that she still eats them. She should really try eating more of them raw. The raw dairy is good compared to what most people eat nowadays, even though dairy is also not obviously our natural food, seeing as it's milk from cows. It's made for cows. There's also allergens and gut irritators in dairy, but obviously not compared to vegetables and the garbage she just cooked there. She is eating better than the way most people eat, but if she really wants to heal from long-term veganism, vegetarianism, then she needs to start eating completely naturally, as in raw organs, blood, maybe some raw dairy here and there. You can eat some fruit also, although in her case it's probably not a good idea. Stick to that for a few months and you'll be fine. Thanks for watching.
