0:00 Hey guys, as requested I'm gonna be reviewing some videos by a guy called SyrianPsycho on TikTok.

0:10 As far as I understand, he makes videos about how to improve your looks and looks mixing.

[video] 0:18 Whether or not you choose to cut down or bulk up, some things remain perpetual. Unless you take the dirty bulk route, a solid base lies for both your diet and workout routine.

0:31 It's just funny the way he tries to look. It's just a bit cringy, but whatever.

[video] 0:38 Here's my meticulous approach to making gains. You ought to be very conscious of what you put into your body. Currently, my diet consists of lean proteins like chicken, turkey...

0:50 Lean proteins are not a good idea. It's also not sustainable. Eating lean meat, which is what he's referring to, you need a lot of fat, you need fat To have hormones, the precursor to testosterone, estrogen, progesterone, and so on, is cholesterol. Without fat, you're just not gonna be healthy. You're not gonna have a healthy skin also. It's just impossible to sustain that kind of a diet. I wonder if he will explain why he does it. Fish, along with... Fish is fine, fish is good. Not the farmed salmon, which is what he's showing here. The fat that you see there, the white fat is super toxic.

1:43 Also in the clip, it's probably not his clip, but whoever is doing it, they are pouring some kind of oil over it. I assume olive oil maybe, which makes it even worse.

1:57 People do that because they really crave fat, seeing as they are not getting it from their diets, actual good saturated fat.

[video] 2:06 Complex carbohydrates like sweet potatoes and quinoa.

2:09 Why would you eat complex carbohydrates? In case you don't know, the reason they are called complex carbohydrates is because they are more complex for your body to break down. It's not gonna spike your insulin and the glycemic index is not as high simply because it's harder for your body to digest it. That's not a good thing. That goes for any starch, especially quinoa, any seeds. Potatoes may be slightly easier to digest, but they are for sure also not gonna be good for your gut. You will always feel uncomfortable, you will have gas, indigestion, maybe even pain.

[video] 2:56 I've developed a taste for red meat recently, but sadly...

3:00 Recently. It's what you're naturally supposed to eat. The meat that he's showing has very white fat, but still.

[video] 3:09 Oh my god.

3:17 Wait, what? Is this a joke? I can't even tell, is he joking? It's drenched in saturated fat? Yes, just like your own body. You're made out of red meat and saturated fat. Are you saying that your own body is bad for you or what? It's like people who say that bacteria is bad for you, not realizing that it's all bacteria.

3:43 Oh my god. Hopefully he will explain what he means. Probably not, because they never can. No, you should be eating it really with every meal, except if you're eating some fruits.

3:59 Yes, there's other stuff that you can eat. Seafood, maybe dairy if you really want to, raw. But really, most of your meals should be made out of red meat. It's just the ideal food for us.

4:16 Where did this guy get this from?

[video] 4:19 I also make sure to incorporate healthy fats from sources like avocado.

4:23 Oh my God, he's just brainwashed. I didn't know that it's gonna be like this. What healthy fats, man. Plant oils, avocados, which come from Mexico, which were imported to your country, which you would never even find in nature. Nuts. Again, plant oils. Omega-6s.

[video] 4:45 Free muscle group in the gym on its own with a strict regimen of weight training and targeted exercises.

4:51 More stress, more collagen depletion, older looking skin, face, more unattractive. Totally stupid. You should never do that.

[video] 5:03 ... to sculpt my physique. But it's not just about lifting weights. I incorporate jump roping into my routine.

5:12 That's even worse. I could even understand lifting the metal to pump yourself up. It's stupid, but I could even understand that. This I don't understand at all. Why would you do that? Why would you just stress your body and create more wrinkles for no reason at all, just to jump a rope like a slave? That's way worse than lifting metal.

[video] 5:36 Challenging myself to learn new tricks for 20 minutes after an hour and a half of intense lifting.

5:42 Then you're just bored, you're just living in slavery and you don't know what to do. That's the only explanation. Otherwise, why would you jump a rope? Literally, think about it.

5:54 I was gonna say, film yourself and look at you doing it, but he did film himself. He's just not conscious of what he's seeing, he's blind. Because a sane human being wouldn't do that in the first place, but let's just say that they would be forced to do it. They would look at the video of them jumping a rope and they would literally see that it's slavery, suffering, torture, and they would think, wow, I was stupid, what happened to me? Or if they were forced to do it, they would blame the ones that forced them. Whatever the case, they would never do it again.

[video] 6:27 The cardiovascular benefits of jump roping are

6:31 My god cardiovascular benefits literally proven to cause heart failure in the end because that's exactly What it does the stress to the heart?

[video] 6:44 Unparalleled and it's an excellent way to keep my heart rate up while working on my coordination

6:50 Yeah, but you want to keep your heart rate down. How do you not get it? Why would you want to use up your heartbeats to die quicker?

[video] 7:01 And of course, after a grueling workout, nothing beats the therapeutic benefits of the sauna.

7:07 grueling workout. He even admits that he hates it himself. And then he does sauna also. Oh my god, man. People are so brainwashed today. They do everything wrong. Sauna stresses you even more. You deplete the minerals. in your body, then you need new ones, but of course you don't consume any blood, raw milk, or anything that has them, which is why you will consume water, which will end up in you losing even more of them.

[video] 7:40 Stepping into that hot, steamy room, I can feel the tension melting away from my muscles, leaving me feeling

7:46 How? At first, maybe, if you were cold, which wouldn't be the case after a workout, but it can be the case in countries where they use saunas, which is mostly cold countries, obviously, for a reason, you will only be more stressed after 10 minutes. It just gets way too hot.

[video] 8:05 Refreshed and rejuvenated. The sauna also helps to flush out toxins and impurities, leaving my skin looking clear and...

8:14 It could... Of course, you shouldn't be consuming any of these toxins in the first place. It has never been proven, but... Would it really help your lymphatic system, for example?

[video] 8:32 It does it by itself anyway.

8:40 It's really a bad idea, both the workout and the sauna. He's young right now, he doesn't get it, but... He's just gonna have way more wrinkles and depleted skin if he does that.

[video] 8:52 Also the way he talks, it's really hard to take him seriously. It's just a bit cringy, man. You can also just make a normal video.

9:11 Whatever. I guess that it appeals to people, but if something appeals to slaves, then it's actually a bad sign.

[video] 9:18 Not a destination. And we should stop at nothing to achieve the ultimate version of ourselves.

9:24 Yeah, this video was bad. I'm gonna check out some other ones in a second. I also wanted to add that consuming oils... is bad for many reasons, as you know, but if you think like this, then you may end up eating some food which has added oils, such as soybean oil, and one tablespoon of soybean oil has just as much phytoestrogens as the birth control pill. Of course, that has actual estrogen whether it actually perfectly works in the body seeing as it's usually synthetic is a different question but for sure it disrupts your hormones that we know and phytoestrogens also do my point is simply that You have a lot of endocrine disruptors in these oils, especially soybean oil, because that's oil from a bean.

10:23 You really gotta think about what you're consuming. I'm just saying that with this kind of mindset you can end up consuming a lot of garbage.

[video] 10:30 Bone smashing is a disturbing trend that has gained popularity among young people, especially teenagers. who resort to hammering down on their facial bones to achieve a chiseled and sharp look.

10:41 Has this actually ever worked for anybody? I heard about this a few months ago for the first time. It's just amazing. I'm glad that he says this.

[video] 10:50 All right.

11:12 Seeing as how wrong the first video was, you could maybe assume that he would have promoted it. No, if you have badly developed bones, then it's because you didn't get enough fat-soluble vitamins, most likely as a child, meaning that you didn't eat raw animal foods, which most people don't today, but they still eat lightly cooked meat and eggs. A lot of people still drink raw milk. All of the good-looking people that you see around you consumed at least some of that. They also consumed saturated fat. It would be impossible to be good-looking without it seeing as You can't even store any calcium in your bones without saturated fat.

[video] 11:56 In fact, it doesn't work for the face because the results end up being asymmetrical, which can lead to more apparent issues, such as an uneven face, malocclusion. This practice can cause severe pain, swelling, infection, nerve damage and even permanent disfigurement.

12:14 There, come on.

12:19 What can you even say to that? Of course, it could never be worth risking it. You can have surgery if you really want to change something, but that's just nuts.

[video] 12:32 You were just not fed well as a child. That's 99% of the time gonna be your problem.

12:48 You can thank your parents for it, but don't smash your bones.

[video] 12:51 Yeah, okay, I'm gonna stop this one. I'm gonna skip it because it's obviously just an advertisement.

13:11 Nothing wrong with it as such, he has a big TikTok channel, he wants to make some money, I get it. But I would never promote something like this, some kind of toxic garbage that you spray on yourself and then smell toxic. Only a slave is gonna smell that and actually find it pleasant in any way. That stuff is toxic, as I said, it's just garbage, it smells horrible. Every perfume on this earth The only thing that smells good is a human being that's eating raw meat. Only they smell attractive. Yeah. Everybody else smells. Some worse, some not so bad, but you can never smell optimally attractive if you don't eat raw meat. It's just not possible.

14:04 Lavender, peppermint. All of this is cheap, sometimes even free, and it's very easy for them to make these products, and then they sell it for a lot of money. As far as a business goes, which is really just a scam, it's great. But when you promote it on your own channel, you really have to be low on money, I guess, because you're just promoting waste product, poison garbage to your viewers.

14:39 Lemon oils from the peel or what?

14:49 derma rolling, which is skin rolling, that's what the derma means, that's where the word comes from, improves beard. I'll tell you right away, what it really does is simply damage your skin, obviously, that's why it hurts so much, you suffer a lot and

15:09 Let's see, hairlines, scars, eye bags. There's not even any proof for this. Some people will say that they see some improvements, which may be the case, but they usually also use other stuff, and then they say that that's what did it. Really, they usually don't even know what causes the growth, but if it does cause any growth, then it's simply because there's more blood flow, and as they say, losing hair or not having enough hair growth, not enough thick hair for example is because the blood flow is bad. That's the only way that it could help, but of course it's very stressful for your body and really it's just gonna damage your body more than anything else in the end. Reduces eye bags? I really doubt it. I would assume that it's gonna create eye bags from the stress from the damage. Reduces pores?

16:08 I would assume that it makes them bigger, but prove me wrong if you want. Reduces wrinkles? I really don't believe in any of this. As I said, it could promote hair growth, but only because of the damage and whether that's gonna be good in the end, I really doubt it.

16:28 Instructions, wash face, whatever.

[video] 16:38 Look at that skin. Which you will never have. Let's not pretend like you wouldn't gatekeep it if you had it. Sorry.

16:46 Here's everything you guys need for your skincare routine.

16:51 You clean it, then you moisturize it with some kind of creams. He probably doesn't even know what's inside of them. Usually, the chemicals inside of these creams and moisturizers dries out your skin. And that's because, obviously, nature, we don't put anything on our skin. All of these extracted acids, which is usually the case, And just these extracted chemicals from waste products, that's really what you're putting on your skin, could never possibly be good for it. How could it? A lot of people also ask me if I put anything on my skin. I never have. I go out into the sun and I eat good food. That's it because acne, for example, also. is only gonna come from the inside. You can't treat it from the outside. If you have any skin issues, you can't treat them on the outside.

17:48 You can cover them up or fight the symptoms. And what you're seeing are the symptoms, in the case of acne, of your diet. But you can't actually get rid of the acne or eczema, whatever it is. You want to reduce the wrinkles, you just can't on the outside. Sunlight is very good for your skin, but it also cannot get rid of any skin problems. Sunlight, for example, kills yeast. If you have some kind of eczema, it will get rid of it temporarily, but it's not gonna heal it, because the problem is on the inside.

18:29 Sun protection? That's funny, man. They always do this.

18:36 You should simply ask yourself the question, who looks healthier? Somebody pale or tan? Naturally. Just purely with your natural senses, when you see somebody like Brian Johnson, who never goes into the sun, and then you see somebody who goes into the sun, who looks healthier? That's all that you need to know.

19:01 Chapsticks, why? Because you have dry lips? Because you're not eating enough fat? Oh my god, of course. Again, easy to fix on the inside. Eat natural food. Eat raw meat, liver, brain, a lot of animal fat, actually just pieces of fat, testicles. Eat what humans eat in nature. Drink blood. You won't need any of this. You eat natural food, you go into the sun. That's it. Nature. Pure. Nature heals you.

19:35 Vitamin C serum. That's probably not even vitamin C. It's ascorbic acid, which is the outer layer of vitamin C. Most people don't know that. And putting acid on your skin is never a good idea.

19:48 His recommendations are wrong for the most part, let's be real.

19:54 He doesn't look bad for sure, but you can't really see the way he actually looks like in real life in these videos. And he also had another video, which I didn't show, where he had acne. He's dealing with pimples because of his terrible diet. That's the whole problem with these people. He's just not a bad looking guy in general, genetically and also because of the way he grew up, what he ate as a child. He for sure didn't consume seed oils for the most part and avocado. Of course he ate meat, eggs, dairy and whatnot.

20:40 That's the only way for your bones to develop at least somewhat properly, which is why the diet that he's promoting right now doesn't actually represent his own looks, because these looks are based on what he ate as a baby, as a child, Being breastfed simply for one or two months more than your brother is gonna completely change the way you look like. And if it's six months more, it's gonna really change the way your face looks like. This is what a lot of people don't even understand. They just switch to these avocado plant oil diets, leave out saturated fats, not realizing that the reason you look the way you look is because of the saturated fat, the breast milk and the other foods that you got as a child. But of course, they were not conscious back then. You completely rely on your parents to feed you.

21:37 You will end up looking good or bad depending on what your parents fed you and it's still the same today as far as your skin goes, how healthy you look like, which is also for sure part of how attractive you are and the only way you're really gonna achieve an attractive body as far as health goes is by eating natural food in the first place and then For sure also going out into the sun, that's also very important. But that's really it. You need to be healthy on the inside and then it's going to be visible on the outside. Thanks for watching.
