0:00 Hi everyone. As requested, I'm going to be reviewing another video by Magnus Mitpo. He collaborated with the world's strongest climber. We'll see. I love the intro. Those dark ice circles. It says everything.

0:25 You could call him insane because here he's risking his life for no reason. You could say that it's safe, but there's always a risk. Even if you do it inside. I've seen videos of pretty bad injuries. And if he does it inside with gear, then he's still reducing his lifespan and stressing his body for no reason. Yeah, you can call him insane for doing that.

[video] 0:50 Guys have wanted me to make a video with this man ever since I started the channel, and so have I.

0:55 He's won World Cups, done nine... Yeah, but when I look at him, his face tells me not to do what he's doing, because he looks sick.

[video] 1:03 ...plus and has the reputation of being the physically strongest climber out there, even according to Adam Andra. So who do you think is the strongest climber? Alex Megos, some of the Japanese climbers. So to show you exactly how...

1:13 Yeah, it's because these guys have a low body fat, generally a low weight, but then still muscle, which is why they can carry themselves around, so to speak. That's why they can climb so easily.

[video] 1:26 How strong this guy is. I traveled all the way to Germany to meet up with an old friend.

1:33 Germany.

[video] 1:36 It's really nice to have you on the channel. I think you are probably the most requested guest out of everyone. I wonder why. I've seen so many comments about Alex Magos. And you know, when I talked to Adam, he said that he thinks you're probably one of the strongest climbers in the world. Well, thank you. I think that's why people want to see you. Before we got here today, he already trained for four hours.

1:58 Is that something to be proud of? You climb nothing. You do it for no reason. It's just nothing. What are you doing there?

[video] 2:07 They both really fit together with their dark ice circles.

2:18 He qualified for the Olympics by the time this video was published. Great. He should be proud. The Olympics in France this year were phenomenal.

[video] 2:31 In America, in Sonic City, I feel like it would be so much stress traveling to all the places and then traveling back to China to qualify or to do the qualification event. But I just said, well, I think it makes more sense for me. Okay, let's see if I can do this kind of a comp style. A little bit, I know.

2:58 This is so sad. It's when slaves, men especially in this case, have nothing to do. They are so enslaved, they live with chains around them. All that they can do is go to this building and climb some kind of colorful Quares and triangles. Just... It's so sad.

3:25 This is also a so-called sport that you only do for other people. Nobody would ever do it if nobody was watching them. Obviously, that goes for all sports that I can think of, seeing as you only do it for other people. It's always to get attention. It's all just... A lack of attention that you got, probably as a child or whenever. Those are the only people who do these kind of sports. Looks like you could just campus this, you know?

[video] 3:58 You guys should, by the way, follow his YouTube channel. It's really fun.

4:01 It's really fun. I've been watching this video for over 10 minutes now. I'm gonna cut out all of that because it's been really one of the most boring videos I've ever seen. All that it did was climb.

4:16 This man-made wall. I can't even imagine a worse video than this. I can't imagine that his videos are fun. I guess for people who are just as enslaved, who go to this building to climb a man-made wall for no reason, just to age themselves. But if you're not into it, it's going to be insanely boring. This is really bad. This is...

[video] 4:43 friend Chris, right? Yes, exactly. Yeah. We're having fun. YouTube should be fun. Yeah, exactly.

4:48 We'll at some point invite you for like... You don't have any fun whatsoever.

4:54 Where's the fun? When you're climbing, you look miserable. Yeah. Come on, man.

[video] 5:15 Ooh, that is a hard move. Come on, man.

5:26 Is it just me or is this one of the worst videos you've ever seen? I just don't get why anybody likes watching this.

5:36 It's so strange. It's strange that people do it, but yeah, it's also this.

5:44 Hell yeah. Wow, hell yeah. It's like going to the gym and lifting metal up and down. It's just nothing. Hell yeah to what exactly? What did he do? So strange.

[video] 5:56 That looks super hard. I didn't know what to do. I was like, just go for it. Are we able to climb shirtless at this gym? Yeah.

[video] 6:09 Yeah, you can tell that he can move around easily because he's lean and generally low body weight.

6:37 That's really it. He just kind of has the ideal body to do this.

7:02 It's interesting that this is even way more boring than watching somebody doing a bench press or deadlift, lifting metal up and down. Somehow this is even worse. Like somehow I don't see anything in any way interesting about it, just zero. I think that it would actually be more interesting to just stare at the wall or watching a paint getting dry. That would actually be more interesting. There's just something so insanely off-putting and boring about this. It's just anti-interesting.

7:43 I really have to pull myself together to actually watch this for you.

[video] 7:49 This is one of my two favorite training tools, the Beastmaker 1000 and the Beastmaker 2000. The one for warm-up and the other one for proper training.

7:57 I love how they both laugh with their deep dark eye circles.

[video] 8:04 My shoulder is stronger on the left, but my fingers are stronger on the right. How many one-arm pull-ups can you do, just regular? Maybe five? And then strict ones, I guess. I have never figured out the swing thing. Oh, right, yeah, the kipping. Yeah, so Chris, he says for him it makes a difference of, like, regular ones, you can maybe do, like, seven or so, and with a kick, he can say he can do as many as he wants, because for him it makes a big difference. I never figured that out, so for me, I always just do, like, normal ones, strict ones. Adam said the same, actually. He said that he can do, like, 20 with kipping and six.

8:27 Man, who watches these videos? I'm basically almost dying talking about doing pull-ups, like pulling yourself up on a bar for no reason. And all of this is pointless. All of it is meaningless. It's just completely anti-nature, anti-masculinity, anti-life.

[video] 8:57 go like that and then you would roll this in okay i feel like that also helps change from like open hand strength to like grip strength yeah

9:05 Yeah, all that they do is train their grip strength, finger strength. Yeah, just to get better at climbing for no reason. Just to stress themselves and reduce their lifespans. Crazy. Actual insanity.

[video] 9:22 After doing this as a warm-up, I even hang that on the fingerboard. Yeah. It's good exercise for a lot of people, I think. Alright man, it was awesome climbing with you. Thank you. Thank you so much. I feel like I learned a lot. Good.

9:30 Make sure that you check... I feel like I learned nothing whatsoever. It was... Maybe the worst video I've ever reviewed. There's not even much I can say about it because you get nothing whatsoever out of it. Except if you're into climbing yourself. But for people in general, this is horrible.

[video] 9:52 Check out Alex's course on altitudeclimbing.com. Also make sure that you check out Alex on Instagram, YouTube, wherever. And I'll see you next time.

9:58 See ya. This guy Alex has his own channel. This is what a pro climber eats. We'll see.

[video] 10:07 I think this is where we'll get some stuff.

10:14 Zucchini, man-made fruit.

10:21 Also... wow. Huge man-made GMO fruits. That's it so far.

[video] 10:33 I've got some carrots and we still have one leek and also onions and garlic so we don't need that.

10:41 Onions and garlic are toxic, carrots and leek are man-made vegetables which don't exist in nature.

[video] 10:50 Let's see what else we can get over here.

[video] 10:54 In general, the more colorful the better and the more variety the better. Our gut microbiome is the healthier, the more different.

11:06 Oh, my God, man. Oh, my God. What a idiot this guy is. He climbs for no reason, destroys his health. Has super deep dark eye circles. And then he also eats like garbage. The dark eye circles would probably not even be so bad if he wouldn't eat like this. Your gut microbiome gets destroyed by man-made vegetables because they are full of toxins. Naturally occurring, so to speak, if you can even say that, seeing as they are not natural. And also the artificial ones, the pesticides, herbicides. Absolutely horrible for your gut. It cannot even be much worse.

[video] 11:45 So I usually try to pay attention to just eat lots of different vegetables and fruits and plant foods and different kind of food.

11:53 Plant foods which don't exist in nature, which no human being has ever eaten before.

[video] 11:59 Man, none of this even exists in nature. What does it matter if you eat it seasonally if in nature it doesn't exist at all? You're not following your own logic, then it would mean that you should never eat any of this.

[video] 12:24 and like energetically and environmentally it's not the best thing to buy strawberries in winter so I also tried to see what and the vegetables vegetables are in season and then I try to get those

12:49 That is insanely poisonous. You can actually die if you eat too much of that. It's hard. Yeah, it has a crazy strong taste. Really poisonous if you've ever had it. Very good.

13:05 We'll fry those with onions and with a little bit of... Yeah, of course you will fry it because you know that you naturally cannot eat it, seeing as it doesn't exist in nature, but now that you have it in front of you, this man-made vegetable, you cannot eat it because you would hate the raw taste. That's why you will try to cover up the taste. That's what everybody does.

[video] 13:31 Lemon. Because I still have a lemon.

13:35 Lemons don't grow in Germany, mate.

13:44 Look, he even bought some flowers. Broccoli.

[video] 13:49 So Alex, we have been on the market.

[video] 13:54 market too. Awesome. What's the plan for today? We are still in Buran. Still in Buran, yeah. We had a small session this morning because we both didn't feel very good and now we are back earlier and there's still some sunlight which makes it amazing to film our new cooking show. So what actually we will do today is...

14:13 He seems pretty depressed.

14:18 You see what I mean? This is what they always do. They try to cover up the taste of these horribly tasting vegetables.

[video] 14:25 Yeah, now he will probably bake them. It's just always the same with these people.

14:46 They buy these green leaves just to destroy them, not to taste them anymore. Soy sauce, olive oil, yeah, yeah. Garlic? Whoa, what is that? What kind of oil? Oh my god, man. Is that a seed oil or what?

[video] 15:06 I'd say coconut oil also is not bad, not good because of this and this and this. So, we'd like to hear from you. Which oil do you use and why? And which oil is the best?

15:15 You shouldn't use any oil. You should use butter, some kind of animal fat for cooking. But this guy basically seems vegan.

[video] 15:23 I have some rapeseed oil over here.

15:25 wow i just went back to see he actually uses rapeseed oil oh my god oh my god man this is way worse than i thought jesus this guy is messed up and some very delicious olive oil and people say you should not heat up olive oil more than 180 degrees you shouldn't heat up any of these oils you shouldn't even be using them in general now i don't even know how much of the dark ice circles come from him climbing and how much is from this horrible diet.

[video] 16:02 Today I'm going for the tempeh gyros.

16:06 Is this guy vegan? He uses tempeh instead of meat. ...spice, like... ...different parts of spice.

[video] 16:19 not actually for soy milk so it's a curdled soy milk and it's what soy has phytoestrogens they destroy your hormones anti-nutrients also my god not actually a microbiome and additionally also it's for the probiotic bacterias

16:44 What are you talking about? Oh my god, you cook the food. There's no beneficial bacteria anyway, obviously, in tempeh. But even if there would be, even if you would believe that, you cook it to death, there would be nothing left anymore. Wow, what a strange guy.

[video] 17:03 It becomes tempeh and has lots of benefits.

17:15 Oh, look at that, it's so disgusting. He really tries to cover up the taste as much as possible, but he still has to eat that. Oh my god. Some sounds missing, but it's fine.

17:38 Yeah, there's a lot missing. Oh my god. All that you need is a huge piece of steak. Wow. What a horrible diet. Also a really disgusting diet.

17:53 yeah you're not gonna be laughing afterwards when you go to the bathroom man all right now we can see why he has those dark eye circles of course even if you would eat a perfect so-called diet then you would still have them if you would stress your body to this extent if you would do climbing as an actual so-called professional sport, if you would go to the Olympics and so on, actually compete. But this kind of a diet, which looks like a vegan diet, is gonna make them way worse. Tons of vegans have dark circles from that alone. They don't even do any sports. They don't have any energy to do anything. But if this guy actually eats a proper vegan diet, hopefully not, then he isn't even gonna last very long is going to lead to absolute malnutrition. Plants don't have over 15 micronutrients.

18:48 He most likely lays around all day long just like bodybuilders and then the only energy that he has he uses for the climbing. That's also why he's so incredibly lean. There's just no way that he would even be able to build up any fat. With this kind of food, obviously, none at all. It's very likely that this is not the only thing that he eats. Realistically, he would not even be able to survive on this kind of food. This is completely poisonous and pure malnutrition. He also seems very depressed, miserable, very low energy, really anti-masculine. Hopefully he will simply achieve his goals at the Olympics or whatever competition and stop because of that once he has his man-made medal.

19:51 This is what all of these slaves look forward to. Just to get some attention and validation from other people. But then at least he will hopefully stop doing it. It's very torturous, the diet and the so-called sport. It's a very torturous life overall. Hopefully he will step out of it. Thanks for watching.
