0:00 Hey guys, as requested, I'm going to review a video by Mark Plummer. The video is called, Are steroids actually that bad?

0:12 Did his vision get bad because of the drugs or how did he not realize that he's filming out of focus?

[video] 0:19 But out of the blue, every single f***ing fitness model, every single...

0:24 I right away noticed the fake teeth.

[video] 0:26 Where's the trend, buddy? F***

0:34 His skin is also really bad.

0:46 What an intro! He lifts man-made metal for no reason together with other slaves, he drives some kind of fancy cars, just some man-made metal with wheels, absolutely meaningless, and then he hangs out with

[video] 1:10 Good morning guys

1:17 To answer the question of this video, are steroids actually that bad, guess what age he is. I asked my girlfriend before the video, she said 46. At the very least, you would have to say late 30s, right? For sure. But he looks like he could be in his 40s because of the condition of his skin. He's actually 20 years younger. He's 26, not 46.

1:41 Yes, steroids are bad. Steroids age you incredibly much. And what people don't understand is that it's not as if you simply look old. Oh, I take steroids. I'm 26, but I look older. That's okay. I have a lot of muscle. It's worth it. No, you biologically age, which means that you are actually biologically 46. You actually reduced your lifespan by 20 years already. That's literally what it means. And this means that you will die decades before you're actually supposed to die. You will experience premature death because of drugs. You are a drug addict and drug addicts die decades before they are supposed to. You are very sick.

[video] 2:20 Fun day planned for today. But in order to have that super fun day, your boy is working off about three hours sleep. Now, I hate only sleeping three hours when we're training as hard as we're training. The only good thing about sleeping three hours means that we're going to get more f***ing food in today.

2:36 Very good. More food, more aging again. The more you eat, the more you age. The more you work out, the more you need to eat. And the more you eat, the more you age. As in, the quicker you will die.

[video] 2:47 F***. He takes some kind of skincare acne attack? I don't know what that is. I'm sure that it messes up your hormones even more. That's what most of them do at least. Maybe I'm wrong about

3:12 those specific drugs.

[video] 3:14 He also looks like he has some kind of eczema. His skin is just incredibly bad for a 26 year old.

3:31 Especially the forehead wrinkles, but really just everything. At 26, you should still look very youthful. Basically, you should look like a so-called teenager.

[video] 3:41 A four-hour adventure. It'll be a fun day, because, yeah, I'm gonna go hunt my own protein today. We were a little too slammed for meal number two, so we got a protein shake.

3:52 Nothing new, basically all of the bodybuilders that I review eat at junk food, fast food places.

4:06 The video so far is incredibly boring, but I'm just amazed at how he looks like. He is possibly the sickest so-called bodybuilder, actually body destroyer, that I have ever reviewed. It's possible.

4:23 I'm literally looking at a very sick human being.

[video] 4:25 That's sort of true, of course meat is better, but at least he understands that he should eat animal foods.

4:46 without the garbage bread that comes along with the junk food of the fast food places today. Is that even that bad? At least people eat cheese and meat there. Yes, of course, it's very bad quality dairy and meat, but still.

[video] 5:04 Look at all the wolves. They're obviously caged in, but they're like all down there. They're so beautiful. Where's the Tren? Where's the Tren, buddy? Where's the Tren? Tell me where the Tren is. Alright, have a good day. Carrot-maxing today.

5:19 Tren is given to cows to make them huge, and now some idiot humans decided to take them.

5:29 It actually makes sense if he's on Tren, because the other guy that I reviewed, who also looked incredibly old, although he looks worse, was also on Tren Balloon.

[video] 5:41 Why would anybody get upset and so emotional about not having received an email? It's really just the drugs.

[video] 6:13 Then I want to shower because I haven't showered today and I need to shower twice a day. It's like my OCD thing. It's like I need to shower in the morning and at night. If I don't, I feel disgusting. And you can tell, like, by my hair. Maybe you can't really see it here. But I go, like, one morning without showering and my hair is so greasy. I'm like, bro, like, am I sleeping in fucking french fry grease? Is it the trans splits, maybe? It makes no sense, but...

[video] 6:46 I'm done with this shit. I'm this. I'm this close. This close. Don't tempt me. Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. We're okay. We're okay. Okay. So, as you can see here, we went a little

[video] 7:16 What I find interesting about these drugs is that

7:38 If you talk about people who use meth, then they always have these sewers all over the body, also in the face. And you can see the same with Trent, for example, which I assume he takes. But people don't react to the effects of Trent the same way as they do to the effects of meth. When they see meth users and they see the sewers all over the body, then they react shocked and of course they would say that you should never take meth but at the same time you can take TREN have a similar effects to the face especially which is very visible but you don't say the same you don't say I would never take TREN you actually kind of support the drug addict bodybuilders who do this to themselves and the YouTube allows it whereas if a meth user would make videos like this they wouldn't be allowed on YouTube

[video] 8:31 Yeah, that's a good workout. It's when you stress your body to the point where you actually want to throw up because it's too much stress for your body, but that's seen as a good workout.

8:57 It's the definition of torture.

[video] 8:59 What are the things that are legal for you to go and buy in most states and in Canada? Alcohol. Fs up your gut. Fs up your mental clarity. Fs up your whole body. You make poor decisions. Not my hate on alcohol. I fing love drinking and partying. But like, 100% legal. Okay. What else? Marijuana just got legalized. What does marijuana do? Makes you lazy. Makes you can't think for yourself. Brain fog. Relaxed. Don't have an opinion. Tired. Lazy. And then... Testosterone doesn't give you more aggression. The reason you become aggressive when you're on these drugs, even any kind of synthetic testosterone, for example,

9:44 is because you have a so-called hormone imbalance. It's because your hormones are all messed up. It's your biochemistry. That's why you become so angry. It's not as if testosterone in itself makes people aggressive. That wouldn't make any sense.

[video] 9:59 themselves. And what do they try to do? Ban TRT. No, we can't have that. Do you guys see the pattern here? Like if my YouTube account gets shut down after this video, just please remember this speech that it just seems a little bit too coincidental to me of what's going on right now. They do not want anyone pushing. back and they're doing everything in their power to make sure that happens. And I'm not just abusing steroids like most of us do. I'm talking about the actual general health people. But just can't wait to see the wave.

10:28 It's pretty easy to have high testosterone if you simply live naturally. If you eat naturally, consume animal blood, lots of organs, a lot of animal fat, which testosterone is made out of, cholesterol. you're going to be completely fine. Don't consume alcohol, don't smoke, sure, he's right about that, but also don't work out, working out also lowers testosterone. Any kind of exercise, simply completely reduce all stress in your life and your testosterone will be fine.

[video] 10:59 See the world is going. I'm telling you, man, every single video, I feel I have something to say and it revolves around. I wish that I was dead and born in like the 1940s or 50s and like lived throughout the earlier times because it was like going good, going good, going good. We are literally the Twin Tower. Whether the plane hit it or not, because that tower was coming down, whether a fucking plane hit it or not. It's basically the world right now. No matter what happens, we're going to come down. Just what is it going to be? An alien attack? A world war? A fucking pandemic? Like, you guys, you guys can choose whatever you want.

11:38 I didn't expect him to say this kind of stuff, I thought that he's incredibly brainwashed. He is, obviously, because he is the example of what's wrong with humans today, but I'm pleasantly surprised at the ending of this video.

[video] 11:54 It's coming down and we just have to be ready for it. And that's why we're going to start doing a little more business stuff on this channel.

12:02 The ending was surprising. It's interesting that he, like a lot of people, believes that something is going to happen in the upcoming months. This year for sure. I don't disagree. Who knows? I don't worry about it because what happens, happens. Of course, you should be prepared always anyway.

12:22 It's also weird how he talks about how life is so bad now, but at the same time, as I said, he really represents the worst of humanity, being on drugs, being an addict, destroying his life, literally killing himself by reducing his lifespan by decades. Maybe he's delusional, maybe he doesn't understand that people like him are the problem. So to speak, of course, he's just a victim of the system. But still, by making videos, you're kind of promoting the drug use. You even said that people should do TRT. It was just really painful to look at him throughout the video. It really seems like he doesn't look in the mirror. His forehead wrinkles are so incredibly deep. The only other guy who had it this bad was the other guy who was on trend.

13:22 He was 29, I believe, and he looked like he's in his 40s, if not even 50s already. He looked incredibly bad. People like him need to get off the drugs, obviously, stop working out. And I get that it's very hard to do that because you're stuck in this biochemical state. it's as if you can't see past it all that you know is exactly the way you feel that's how it is for everybody and it's very hard to understand that you could feel different that you could actually be healthy and happy he should of course then start eating as i said animal organs ideally start consuming blood he could actually get meat from wild animals from what it looks like there in canada And then he would start realizing how bad he actually felt. Right now, while he's on the drugs, as it is with most drug addicts, he doesn't realize how bad he actually feels.

14:19 You could only actually wake up when you experience actual health and happiness, because then you can compare your state to this other state. When you have nothing to compare it to, then how could you possibly know how you're supposed to feel? It's impossible. Thanks for watching.
