0:00 Hi, I'm going to be reviewing the video called Top 1% Woman Routine by Michaela Bento.
[video] 0:07 What if I told you that the difference between feeling like you're just surviving your days versus absolutely thriving comes down to a few simple habits? Today, I'm testing the exact routine that top 1% of women use on their days off, and I'm going to be brutally honest about whether it actually works. We're talking brain dumps, strategic planning, and the science of productivity. If you've ever felt like you're just getting through your days instead of designing the life you actually want, this video is for you. Let's see if these habits can actually transform how I feel about myself and my life.
0:53 her child at the window, but she does let the sunlight come in through the window. At least she doesn't sit in the dark as some people do today.
[video] 1:14 good morning you guys so the first part of this routine is called a brain dump and it honestly kind of makes sense because i don't know if i'm the only one but sometimes i wake up in the morning and i just get this anxious overwhelming feeling of everything that i have to do it's just all kind of in my brain and i haven't written it down on paper yet so it kind of makes sense how this is like the number one step of the routine as you literally wake up get your journal out and then just start to brain dump because what research says is that when we externalize our thoughts onto paper we literally reduce our mental load and also our decision fatigue If you think of your brain as a computer, if you have too many tabs on, that's just going to naturally slow the computer down. So it kind of makes sense if you have too much going on in your mind, you're not going to be able to function properly, and you're not going to be able to act and pursue your highest potential. So right now, I'm going to write down every single task, every single thought, and every single worry that is currently cluttering my mind. And I mean literally everything, as small as texting a friend back to actually like the more serious tasks that I have to do today, my appointments and stuff. And I'm not going to judge myself when it comes down to writing all of this down right now, because that's the whole point of a brain dump, is to make it messy, to make it kind of chaotic, unorganized.
2:12 She's not wrong that we are overwhelmed with all kinds of tasks, appointments. It's everything that we don't want to do. Do you want to do any of that? Will she want to do anything that she will write down? Probably not. It's what you do in the system and that's because you live in captivity and you feel forced to do all of that.
[video] 2:37 Guys, it doesn't matter just as long as you're getting all of your thoughts, your worries down onto a sheet of paper and getting it out from your brain onto the paper. That is what this is about. So don't try to make it aesthetic. Don't try to make it organized. We're going to organize it in a sec. So let's get all of this from up here down to on here.
2:55 It's interesting that people try to organize something that's man-made. Whereas in reality, it can only bring chaos, because only nature has an order. Whenever you go against nature, there will be chaos. And if you as a woman go against your deepest desires, your intuition, which is your nature, then your life will feel chaotic. And that's the case for most people on Earth today.
3:30 My point is simply that writing down stuff on these pages is not you being organized. It depends on how you define it, but it for sure doesn't create an order, because as I said, the order is nature, and anything that goes against it, such as writing something down, some symbols on a piece of paper, that already creates chaos in your life. But people don't understand this. They believe that they can create their own order or that they can organize their life. And that's just not possible.
[video] 4:17 That was actually genuinely so therapeutic. Look at my little brain dump. That was all in my mind. Those were just thoughts circulating like, oh my God, I need to do that. I need to go here. I need to pick up that. I feel so much clearer just doing that. I don't know why I don't do this every day because I'm always like, oh, everything needs to be aesthetic when I write down my to-do list. But like a brain dump, I feel like it's so needed before you even make a to-do list for the day. Here's when it gets interesting because for this routine, we are not making a traditional to-do list. We're going to...
4:41 The wrong way to look at it is...
4:46 By thinking that it's something that you need to do, using the word need is wrong. It doesn't fit because you don't need to do it. You don't even want to do it in the first place. You believe that you should do it. because otherwise there will be consequences for you in this system if you don't go to the appointment, you don't get money, which doesn't even exist, but a slave's life is for the most part imaginary, meaning that you imagine that there is an appointment, the time exists, the symbols on the clock. You imagine all of that and you imagine that you need to do it. It's all based on your imagination and your imagination cannot define what you need to do. It's impossible. You cannot call it needing.
[video] 5:41 There's something called the Eisenhower Matrix, or Eisenhower Matrix, I don't know how to pronounce it properly, which is kind of like a to-do list, but it categorizes things a lot better so your mind can process it easier. So I'm going to show you guys exactly how that works and looks. This would be my first time actually doing this exact method, so I'm excited to try it out today.
6:00 Again, as I said, this is you creating chaos. And funnily enough, it looks like a Christian cross, which is pure chaos. It's as chaotic as anything can be, because it teaches you the opposite of nature. If nature is the order, then Christianity is pure chaos.
[video] 6:28 Okay, so this divides everything into four categories for your to-do list. Urgent and important, not urgent but important, urgent but not important, and not urgent and not important. And supposedly the magic happens here when you realize that most of us spend our time...
6:42 When you realize that it's all meaningless, has no worth, that you don't need to do any of that. That would be kind of magical for a slave to realize.
[video] 6:55 the urgent but not important category responding to other people's priorities instead of our own so this is such a helpful way to design your day so that you could start with this category and then move your way through and then as the day goes on you will get less stressed and less stressed as you continue such a hard life always thinking about what you need to do never doing what you want to do or hardly ever
7:20 Ah, compare this to a life in nature. Simply doing what you want to do. You feel like doing something, you do it. Automatically, right away, without any hesitations, because you're free. And this is a slave planning what she will do while living in captivity. Being indirectly forced to do what she doesn't want to do.
[video] 7:46 to dwindle down the to-dos since they become less important. So let's fill this out right now for the first time ever. I'm really, really excited.
7:54 Probably none of it is important. We'll see what she writes down.
8:04 She looks exhausted. She has eye bags, whatever she's doing. It's not helping.
[video] 8:10 I'm kind of doing that and allocating my energy. So this is amazing. My urgent things that I have to do today since it's like my day off is my bank appointment. And then I'm canceling my membership somewhere. This is the best thing ever. Highly would recommend trying it. I already feel light as a feather.
8:22 Bank membership. It's part of the system, obviously.
[video] 8:27 I just got all ready to go and work out. It is freezing outside. It is the first time that the temperatures have dropped below zero. And this just...
8:36 Perfect. It's when your intuition tells you to go and work out.
[video] 8:41 all of a sudden happened right after Christmas we weren't even getting that cold of weather until literally just a couple days ago and then all of a sudden our weather started getting freezing and it might snow soon so I'm like oh great how it's happening after Christmas when the whole point of snow was to be for Christmas a little disappointing but anyways I haven't done like an outdoor workout in so long just because the weather has been rainy during the winter especially the sun literally just came out when the sun comes out that is my sign to go and do a nice run but I know it's really good for cardiovascular health and I actually have an aura ring to detract what
9:09 Firstly, it's a sign to go outside and run when the sun is outside. I don't know how that makes any sense. And secondly, she says that it's good for your cardiovascular health. Why do marathon runners die from heart attacks then? If you follow this logic, then doing more of what's good for you, what's healthy for your heart, should make you even healthier. Meaning that running a marathon should be super healthy for your heart. It should make your heart really strong and you should be able to live to the age of 150. The more you run, the healthier you will be. But the opposite is true. The less you run, the healthier you will be.
[video] 10:03 my heartbeats and stuff, and my steps, and my length of the run and everything. When I was younger, fun fact, I used to be really, really into running. I used to do track. Also, I played soccer basically my whole life.
10:13 You were not into running. You were told to run, maybe by your parents, by your school, who knows? Point being, it's not as if you intuitively woke up one day and thought I'll go and run. Does anybody in nature do that? No, never. There's no recorded cases of any humans or any animals in nature exercising. That doesn't happen.
[video] 10:42 I feel like I've always had pretty good cardio, but in the past few years, especially after quitting soccer and everything, my running game is not good. I run for like two minutes and I'm out of breath. So I'm just going to keep a steady pace outside today.
10:54 As it should be naturally, you shouldn't adapt your body to running. Okay, two minutes.
11:02 Even naturally, you should be able to run for longer, but still.
[video] 11:06 And not gonna make the run too long, but there is like these endorphins that release in my body, specifically when I run, that make me feel so amazing and good. If you are a busy person, working out is probably the last thing on your list, and it's probably the first thing you're gonna skip if you're-
11:19 I guess if people are depressed or something close to it, they never feel good, then running and stressing yourself gives them some kind of a feeling which they don't have in their everyday life and that's why they see it as good. These so-called endorphins, this feeling that you have, it's simply the feeling of you escaping from danger from possible death and then when you stop you feel good in comparison because you felt so bad. Meaning that you really just feel the contrast. Running feels horrible and after running you feel really good in comparison and that's why you believe that the running was good. But during the running you never feel good and that doesn't make you think.
[video] 12:14 These are just religious beliefs.
12:37 All that you need to think about is why do I believe that something that makes me feel bad is good for me? And why do I say that it's good for me even though during the activity I don't feel good? That's all that you need to think about. And when you don't realize what's going on, then there is something not right with you. Think about it. You're living your life. Then you do something. It feels super bad. Then you're done doing it. You feel good in comparison because you're done. And then you make a video saying, It's good for me. I felt horrible during the activity, but it's good for me. Think about it. How can you come to this conclusion? No, the conclusion should be I was living my life. I was doing all right. Of course, everybody's doing differently depending on how they are living their lives. But then I did something which I hated. Afterwards, I felt good, meaning that what I did
13:38 was so horrible that I felt so good in comparison that I will never do it again because it made me realize that before and after I feel good, never during the activity. That should be the only conclusion after doing this one time. No, she goes on running every now and then even though she hates it. Super illogical conclusions that people come to today. or being healthy of course those are amazing benefits of working out but scientifically this is also about upgrading your there are no benefits of working out if there are then please name one benefit of working out in the comments i've been asking people for years not one human has been able to comment and tell me one benefit of working out yet i'm waiting for years now
[video] 14:31 cognitive function for better memory, sharper focus, improved mood, enhanced decision making. So a 20 to 30 minute workout doesn't just prep your body for the day, but it also primes your brain for success. So anyways, with all that to say, let's go do this fricking workout.
14:45 Yeah, she just named some religious beliefs and says that your body is more alert when you're stressed, which is common sense. it's the same as saying that coffee gives you these benefits drinking poisonous seed water being more alert clear in the mind that's what they always say that's the opposite of a benefit it means that you're unhealthy get our body moving and improve the brain function up here
15:28 Of course, probably some music. Bluetooth, even better for the brain. Just to distract herself. Because when you're doing something that you like, that is good for you, same thing, then you will just do it. You won't put on music or do anything else while doing that. But when you are doing something that you don't like, then you will do it, of course, because you're trying to think about something else. You're trying to distract yourself from what you're doing.
[video] 16:01 Right now, my brain is flooding with endorphins, natural mood elevators that are literally more...
16:06 Your body is flooding with stress. That's all that's going on. That's why you don't look joyful. You look like you're doing something which you don't like doing.
[video] 16:18 ...powerful than morphine. My prefrontal cortex is getting increased... Morphine.
16:24 Yes, not to feel the pain, the exhaustion, the stress. That's literally a sign that it's bad for you. What the fuck is going on here?
[video] 16:34 Blood flow, which means better decision making and focus for the rest of my day. Research shows that people who exercise in the morning make 23% better food choices throughout the day. Every minute of this run is setting me up for success.
16:47 Some kind of associations, correlations. I can't even see yet.
16:55 Bye.
[video] 17:04 Okay, so that brings us to part three.
17:06 We didn't see one glimpse of joy during the running.
[video] 17:11 Which is self-care. This isn't just pampering. This is all strategic self-care backed by science. So I'm starting off with dry brushing, which increases blood circulation by up to 30% and stimulates my lymphatic system to help eliminate toxins. But here's what's really happening. I'm activating my parasympathetic nervous system with...
17:26 better not to consume any toxins in the first place even if this would help generally when you're looking for ways to detox that's okay i understand that but focus on not consuming anything in the first place because at the end of the day your body will get rid of most of the toxins anyway by itself through the skin through your urine That's what people need to focus on, not ways to get rid of toxins, which you shouldn't be consuming in the first place.
[video] 17:59 Just my body's rest and digest mode, which reduces cortisol and promotes healing. I love this L'Occitane oil. It smells so freaking good, and it feels so luxurious. The scent alone, though, is triggering positive associations in my brain, which is boosting my mood before I even leave the house. And to end off the self-care, I'm putting on a face mask because it's 15 to 30 minutes of forced self-prioritization. Research shows that when we take care of our physical appearance, we actually perform better in all areas of life. It's called the lipstick effect. I'm not just getting ready, I'm preparing to show up confidently in my life.
18:29 I feel great right now after doing self-care you can't beat it like I feel like a princess I feel pampered these face masks that people do are funny women of course do them I've never seen a guy do them but nowadays I'm sure that even guys do that they do this instead of simply living naturally just getting some sunlight and eating raw animal foods that's it that's all that you need to do Instead, they eat garbage. I don't know what she eats, to be fair. Maybe we will see, maybe not. I can already imagine, but okay, I shouldn't assume things. And then they try to cover up the symptoms of the way they eat, for the most part, seeing as that's what will cause over 90% of the skin problems. Usually pretty much 100%, unless you're doing something else, taking some medications and whatnot.
[video] 19:21 The thing is, is a lot of people would think that doing a meditation midday is a waste of time, but it's actually kind of a little investment in making the rest of the day more effective because your brain is going to work better. So all I'm going to do right now is I'm just sitting at my table right now. I didn't want to go on the couch because sometimes when I do meditation on the couch, it makes me way too sleepy. So I just kind of wanted to sit in like an upper.
19:37 If it makes you sleepy, then it means that you need sleep. You need to rest.
[video] 19:43 Right chair. I'm just going to focus on my breath for five minutes and see how it impacts the rest of my day. So right now I'm going to set a little timer for five minutes. Five minute timer.
19:55 This is kind of sad. It's as if a slave only has these five minutes to relax.
20:03 as i said in nature you would just do whatever you want to do all day long that doesn't mean that you would be sitting or laying with your eyes closed obviously you could do that whenever you want to just chill enjoy life listen to the sounds of nature but the point is simply that you would be doing what you want to do and now The kind of life she's living indirectly forces her to not do what she wants to do, obviously. She's following a routine. That's all that this is about. And a routine is man-made. You're following rules.
[video] 20:50 That was great. I don't even remember the last time I did that. This is your sign to take five minutes out of your day and just be present. I feel just sad right now and calm and anti-stressed. That brings us to part.
20:59 It's more so a sign to get out of this system. That's horrible.
[video] 21:05 Which is drinking matcha over coffee Let's talk about why i'm choosing matcha specifically over coffee for this routine while coffee gives you that immediate caffeine spike Matcha contains l-theanine which is an amino acid that creates what researchers call calm alertness instead of jittery energy followed by
21:21 Believe whatever you want to believe, the reality is that matcha is made out of toxic green leaves and coffee is made out of toxic seeds. And then you can argue which one is less poisonous, but what does it matter if both harm your health? If both simply make you stressed, both taste horrible, which is why you will always cover up the taste with sugar, stevia, milk, cream.
[video] 21:53 By crash, which is what coffee does, matcha provides sustained focus for up to six hours. L-theanine increases alpha brainwaves, the same waves associated with meditation.
22:05 Look at this, women nowadays actually buy a tub which is full of a toxic green leaf powder and then they consume that. How is that possible? How can we be so removed from nature?
[video] 22:23 So I'm literally drinking my way to a more focused creative state. Plus, matcha contains 137 times more antioxidants than regular green tea. So this isn't just a drink, it's liquid productivity with a side of zen. I make my matcha with two teaspoons of matcha because I like it.
22:38 You could even say that if you have a super strange definition of productivity, seeing as they need this stress to function as a slave, which is of course not something that you should actually be doing, but that's what they believe.
[video] 22:58 get really strong and I like it to have that vibrant green color. I also order my matcha on Amazon, which I will link for you guys below.
23:06 It essentially forces you to do something which you don't want to do naturally. When you're so stressed, It's as if you almost want to push yourself to destroy your life almost because you hate to drink, you hate the taste of coffee and matcha, you cover it up, and then you work, which you also don't want to do, meaning that it drives self-destruction.
[video] 23:35 And then, of course, I paired my matcha with breakfast to give me some energy for the day.
23:42 What is that?
23:45 Some rice cake with, what is that? I would hope eggs, but it's not right.
[video] 23:51 The energy that I feel from the matcha that I had, like I genuinely always, whenever I drink coffee or matcha, I always feel a difference in the energy. With coffee,
24:00 She calls it energy, but it's not energy. You get energy from food. You don't get energy from toxins. How could you possibly? You are stressed because there's poisons inside of your body, your bloodstream. And this goes throughout your whole body, and then you detox the next few hours, and that's why the energy will go down. That's all that's going on.
[video] 24:34 When I drink it, it's like a spike of energy, and then I'm just wired, and then I have a crack.
24:39 No, it's simply because toxic seeds are very poisonous for your body, and that's why you're very alert when it enters your body. That's it. That's all that you're doing to yourself. You're literally poisoning yourself. It's not energy. It has nothing to do with energy.
[video] 25:00 Maybe because matcha is not as poisonous. As I said, it doesn't matter anyway. It's still poisonous. You shouldn't consume any of that. Try drinking blood, ideally, which is hard to get. Raw milk would also be okay.
25:27 But when it comes to food, of course, if you eat liver, brain, heart, then you're going to feel real energy. You're never going to get energy from seeds or green leaves. Forget about it.
[video] 25:41 longer and also i don't have the crash so i should have matcha way more often i always just like make coffee because it's just like the easy thing to do and we have a really nice coffee maker but i feel like i just need to switch up and make matchas more often i feel like i always make matcha in the summer but it's more so throughout the winter where i'm always just making hot coffees then when i have matcha it reminds me how good it makes me feel versus like having that coffee high when i am in the coffee high it feels really good but then you have the consequences like right after so it's like give or take with coffee but with matcha it has like so many benefits and i genuinely notice like a difference in my energy levels throughout the day with it so matcha over coffee it Yes, there may be a difference between drinking coffee and matcha, but as I said, it's simply a different feeling of being poisoned. It's not what you need as a woman, as a man, as anybody.
[video] 26:37 six which is the evening wind down as a day winds down this routine emphasizes something that our hustle culture often forgets the importance of genuine connection and boundaries research shows that establishing firm boundaries between work and personal time reduces stress improves sleep quality and actually makes you more productive when you are working also getting to spend quality time with your loved ones on your days off is so important this quality time isn't just nice to have it's essential meaningful social interactions reduce stress hormones and boost oxytocin which not only increase
27:04 But sitting together and watching a movie isn't a meaningful interaction with a human being. Usually you simply get brainwashed together.
[video] 27:14 Happiness but can actually boost cognitive function as well. Today taught me that productivity isn't about doing more. It's about being more intentional with what you do. It's about designing your days instead of just surviving them. So after doing this top 1% woman routine,
27:29 You cannot design your own days. Nature decides what you're supposed to do.
[video] 27:36 I think it actually works, but not in the way that I expected. This isn't about perfection or having the perfect routine. It's about recognizing that you have the power to design your days intentionally. Every small choice from how you start your morning to how you fuel your body to how you end your evening is a vote for the person you want to become. So here's my challenge to you. Pick one element from this routine and try it for the next week and drop a comment down below and let me know which habit you're going to try first. And if you experiment with this routine, I want to hear about your experience. Your future self is counting on the choices you make today. Remember you are not just getting through your days, you're designing your life. So make it count. Don't forget to hit that subscribe button down below and I will see you guys in my next video.
28:11 You shouldn't do anything that she recommended. You should follow your own desires. You should do what you want to do. You shouldn't listen to other people when it comes to your life. You shouldn't follow the rules of this society if you want to be happy, if you want to feel fulfilled. I know that it's easier said than done when you live in the system, but there's ways around it in some cases. You can do what you want to do a lot of times, simply stop listening to the expectations of other people, because they have their own interests in mind.
28:59 she is not a productive human being to be productive you need to produce something anything and what fulfills women the most when it comes to being productive are children of course naturally She should have a lot of children already, but instead she has one cat. She tries to imitate a child, which is of course not going to work because it's not going to fulfill you. Maybe you don't feel completely alone, but you also don't feel like there's people around you.
29:42 in your everyday life you still feel alone when you live together with cats or dogs you can only feel as if your life is meaningful when you follow nature once you start doing what other people tell you to do you will be following a man-made path and that will always go wrong following nature means following yourself thanks for watching
