[video] 0:00 hi guys as requested by some of you i'm going to review a video by the channel more plates more dates the video is called erling holland is based in brosensfield his secret diet so guys derek more plates more days.com today we're talking about erling holland the best footballer in the world according to this subreddit post where apparently he is based in brosensfield indeed he is Making the rounds, talking about his secret diet where he is eating liver, sunning his balls, taking ice baths, and using blue light glasses. It's like, could you?

0:34 I absolutely agree with the first two. The last two, not at all.

[video] 0:37 Get more biohacker and ancestrally consistent hybrid than that, bro.

0:42 It's not at all ancestrally consistent to take ice baths because humans in nature would avoid the cold, especially in winter, at all costs because the chances are that 99% of the time you would die. It's almost guaranteed.

[video] 0:56 Rockin' Mather, he basically makes this thread here about how he is, how Erling Holland is based in bro science pill, and it's about his diet, and basically he goes on to elaborate how he does, you know, he does shit different than the, you know, most people. In his documentary, the scoring sensation reveals his diet of hearts and liver. This is just one quirk of the former, the former, I'm not even gonna try this, bro. I usually say really easy to say shit wrong, but this man's huge 6,000 calorie day diet, it's pretty hefty, bro. The no... Norwegian series also reveals he only drinks water through a complicated filter system and tries to look at sunshine as soon as he wakes showing off huge That's super healthy chunks of heart and liver from his butcher. He says you other people Don't eat this but I am concerned with taking care of my body. It's like you

1:43 That's awesome. It's exactly what humans eat in nature. It's perfect.

[video] 1:47 You inferior subprimal piece of shit. You don't eat well. You don't eat like this, but I do.

1:53 Yeah, and you don't, and it shows because I always thought that this guy... I've seen some of the videos here and there. I never really watched any full videos. This is my first full video of this guy. I always thought that he's in his mid, maybe late 30s. I sometimes thought that he looks like he's 40, basically. And before I started this video, I looked up his age. And he actually just turned 30 just before he made this video. It's pretty crazy. His skin looks incredibly old. Sure, a beard also makes you look older, but still.

[video] 2:24 Eating quality food that is as local as possible is the most important. People say meat is bad for you, but which? The meat you get at McDonald's? Or the local cow eating grass right over there? Fucking over there, bro. I eat the heart and the liver. Heart and liver are superfoods rich in vitamin B, iron, phosphorus...

2:40 Exactly. It's the most nutritious food, especially liver, obviously. And yeah, it is a superfood, an actual superfood.

[video] 2:47 First copper and magnesium in Holland. The big decision filmed ahead of his move from, I'm just going to try it, Borussia, Borussia, Borussia, Dortmund.

2:59 But we'll see at Dortmund, that's how it's pronounced in Germany.

[video] 3:02 The city, the 375,000, wow, a week pound, I believe, instead of Euro. Ace adds, the first thing I do in the morning is to get some sunlight in my eyes. It is good for circadian rhythm. He's not inaccurate. I have also started to filtrate my water a bit. I think I can have great benefits for my body. On a tour of Citi's training ground, Holland tells chefs, you should be my favorite people, as he requests a cheese and ham omelet. Holland, 22, has previously confessed a love for donor kebab pizza, and he feasts on lasagna made by dad Alfie as part of his 6,000 calorie a day diet. Holland's love of meat...

3:41 I think that he's a pretty tall guy, which is why he needs a lot of calories. Obviously because he's also a footballer and they stress their bodies to the max. At least he eats the heart and the liver and who knows what else, even if he eats not so good meat also. But still, it's way better than eating all the garbage that people eat nowadays.

[video] 3:57 Echo's chilling Hannibal Lecter in 1991 film The Silence of the Lambs.

4:01 Yeah, it's funny how Hollywood has brainwashed people to associate eating raw meat with cannibalism. Always when they show a human eating raw meat in Hollywood movies, it's always the meat of another human being. It's really ridiculous.

[video] 4:13 Alfie, who also played for City, said his son was inspired to eat healthily by seeing how it helped superstar Cristiano Ronaldo. He said he was told a story by ex-United player Patrice Evra about a lunch he had with Ronaldo and Cristiano had fish and nothing else. Erling now tries to do the same. The 6'4 striker is also a fan of ice baths and glasses, which filter out blue light to help him sleep. So this is presumably where he reveals his secret diet. He's holding this giant fucking... What is that, bro? You know, some secret thing. He looks very, very villainous and mischievous as he's looking at him holding this...

4:44 Not at all. He looks super excited and happy, basically. He looks like a happy human being, which is what you hardly ever see nowadays. He looks excited to eat his natural food.

[video] 4:54 Ancestrally consistent organ shit, and presumably it's just what we talked about. This is not you. This is the heart. The heart. The heart.

[video] 5:10 And that's what you eat. And here you have leban. Leban. I don't know. Yeah, yeah. This is where I figured it was worthwhile. Well, actually, let's look at the comments first. Maybe we have some interesting insight. From the MPMB to the gate section. When it's really sunny, I lay out in the yard naked with my knees pulled up to my ears and aim my asshole straight at the sun. I don't know if it boosts my testosterone, but it sure gets the neighborhood a bit wild. Yeah.

5:29 It's absolutely normal for humans to get sun all over their body in nature. Of course, it's good for you.

[video] 5:38 What do I think about liver? What do I think about heart? Do I think that these things are just like hype? Do I think that they have utility? Boom. Seed. Daily Symbiotic.

[video] 5:48 It's the pre and probiotic two-in-one supplement that I have been using for a minute now for gut support essentially now.

5:54 That's freaking funny. He wanted to talk about organs and then he switches to his advertising of seed.

[video] 6:02 To be honest, Some organ meats, I think, are absolutely worth implementing. Like, for example, liver has the highest nutrient density probably per cooked ounce out of any meat you could be eating.

6:13 Did he just say per cooked ounce?

[video] 6:15 Now, that doesn't mean you OD on it and have a fucking pound a day, you know, like Liver King might do, but it certainly is useful in having... Like for me, I have an ounce a day and that's kind of like my nature's multivitamin is what they call it. And I think it's a pretty fair name given what it gives you. So this is chronometer, which is one of my favorite sites for tracking micro and macro nutrients breakdowns rather than something like MyFitnessPal, which is...

6:35 It's interesting because even the ounce a day doesn't help him at all because he's aging incredibly quickly.

[video] 6:41 Just, you know, calories or will even tell you that you're like... There's like this weird thing where it tells you you're like...

6:47 Basically, I'm just saying the damage that working out does to you can't really be helped even by eating some good food. Obviously, his diet overall is garbage.

[video] 6:56 Like, have an eating disorder if you're dieting too hard and shit like that. There's some interesting limitations to the MyFitnessPal platform. That chronometer is just my overall favorite one for breaking down actual, you know, mineral balance, micronutrient intake, and it's often overlooked as most people...

7:10 Chronometer is pretty horrible. The vitamins that they display are usually wrong.

[video] 7:14 We're just looking at protein, calories, et cetera. And I think as you get into the more nuanced, you know, deep dives into performance optimization, micronutrients should absolutely be assessed because most people are deficient in many areas, to be honest. So liver, let's put that in here. We have beef liver here, put in one ounce. So when you look at the breakdown, we have the B vitamins, we have vitamin A, as you can see, it's almost at 300% with just an ounce. We have B12 completely maxed out from, and keep in mind, this is like an RDA perspective here.

7:39 So it doesn't mean that because you're at 834% that this is like- The RDA, the recommended daily allowance, which is basically your government telling you what you're allowed to eat in a day, is too low for basically all of the nutrients.

[video] 7:51 What I added hard into my diet, Probably fucking not, you know? That's why I kind of defer mainly to beef liver and then other high-quality foods. And you can absolutely not even need both of these.

8:00 But when it comes to this guy who's trying to optimize, you know, he's a top... Everybody on Earth needs to eat primarily raw animal organs from very healthy animals, of course. That's the only way to be happy and healthy as a human being. There is literally no other way. Of course, this guy doesn't have any idea about what is healthy. He works out that's incredibly unhealthy in and of itself. That's why he looks like he's basically 40 years old. He looks like he's biologically 10 years older than his so-called chronological age, I guess you could call it. You shouldn't listen to him when it comes to health.

[video] 8:31 How do you not need to eat the most nutritious and healthiest foods on earth? How do you not? How can somebody say something so stupid?

[video] 8:54 Relatively low hanging fruit. Like if you can literally just, you know, toss an ounce of liver in your mouth, chew it up and be done in a matter of 30 seconds each day, is it worth doing to get some of this benefit out of it? If you are deficient in these areas, I would say yes. You know, the ROI on it is...

9:09 It's not about being deficient. You should eat raw animal organs, because that way you're generally gonna eat less. If you would be a happy and healthy human being, then you would want to live as long as possible, because you have a family, you want to spend as much time as possible with your children. see your grand-grand-grandchildren and so on, you want to see your bloodline continue and just have a wonderful life. Of course, he, this guy, more plates more dates, I think his name is Derek, he hates himself, obviously, otherwise he wouldn't work out. Everybody who works out hates themselves in some way or has some kind of insecurities at least. A happy and healthy human being doesn't think about going to the gym and torturing himself or herself, a lot of women also do it nowadays, if he would be a guy who's around 190 meters tall and you would be handsome also, just genetically gifted as you should be naturally, then you would never think about going to the gym and compensating and coping. It would be impossible. You would literally never have a thought like that.

[video] 10:07 You know, for me, heart doesn't seem appealing, nearly as appealing as liver, but maybe it has some utility. Heart is very tasty. Some of these organ meats, I think, they're disgusting to some people and understandably so, they will never even consider adding them to their diet.

10:22 Yes, because humans nowadays are removed from nature and absolutely brainwashed.

10:43 What kind of utility? Oh, of course you can name anything. Just like everybody ever who in any way promoted it, there's literally no benefits whatsoever. Obviously, it's only detrimental to your health.

[video] 10:56 Absolutely not. Do I think blue light glasses are worthwhile? I think they can be, but again, it's not like the end of the world if you use-

11:02 Blue light doesn't affect me whatsoever in any way. I fall asleep within one or two minutes always, even if I'm at the computer before or use my phone. Maybe it is useful for some people in some way. Obviously after the sunset there would also be the moonlight in nature, so the light would never really stop. Obviously it's not as strong as the sunlight.

[video] 11:20 I think a lot of people are using blue light glasses to kind of you know tell themselves that they're doing something good when they're still looking at their phones keeping their cns fucking red line by looking at stressful things on their phone like right before they go to sleep and keeping their phone right beside them buzzing off the chain like these are things that are like ultimately if you're using your blue light glasses to get away to think that you're bet like fine doing that like you're kind of missing the points in my opinion do they have utility i agree with him i think so i just think a lot of people like miss the overarching reason why it might be useful and why like what they should really be focusing on i think a lot of people are missing like the common denominator so slash low-hanging fruit in this whole discussion and use biohacks as like an excuse, to be honest. But again, liver, ice baths, totally on board. Blue-eyed glasses absolutely have their place. Sending your balls, not worth it in my opinion. But some of this other stuff he's doing, you know, eating hard, eating, you know, obscure, like odd-looking foods that, you know, he thinks other people are not doing.

12:08 That's funny because the foods are not obscure at all. Sure, to most people, but most people on Earth are slaves. The opinion of most people is irrelevant, completely irrelevant. I don't care about what most people say at all. It's a joke to me.

[video] 12:23 because they don't realize the performance-enhancing advantage it can actually give. Maybe. Depends on your diet. If your diet is dialed in, you absolutely do not need any of this shit.

12:32 I didn't expect anything from this video. He just shared his ignorant views and opinions about a topic that he doesn't understand anything about. It was useless. As I said, I wouldn't listen to him about any topic, especially when it comes to health, because of how old he looks like. Imagine him continuing for another 10 years. He would look like he's 70 or 80 years old. I'm not even kidding. If he already looks like he's 40 years old, he would age tremendously. It's just another case of more plates more cope. It's all about coping and compensating for all of these guys. It's absolutely pathetic to watch these losers. Thanks for watching.
