0:00 Hey, what's up? I found another idiot who went vegan for 30 days. Let's watch it.
[video] 0:07 Veganism is hot right now. It feels like every day more and more people are trying out. I wonder why. It's political, it's controversial, and I've decided to try going vegan for 30 days here in Mexico City, but with a twist. There are many great reasons why one might do this. For the environmental impact, It destroys the environment. Look into it. Abuse, which I think is also a very big reason. You don't have to abuse animals. I'm doing it for a different, more selfish reason. I'm doing it for mental clarity. Let me explain. That's gonna work. I started to let that go a little bit. It is no secret that Mexican food is delicious, and I found myself hitting the food stands on the streets pretty often. Not only is the food amazing and shockingly cheap, but I love the cultural aspect. It's where a lot of Mexicans of all ages come together to eat. And so, in a really small way, I enjoyed being a part of that experience, standing there eating tacos and tlacoyos with everyone else. That's already plant-based.
[video] 1:06 Not gonna have to change much. So meaty. Fucking 80% grains. It's called food company.
[video] 1:33 Google defines food coma, also known as postprandial somnolence, as a state of sleep or extreme lethargy induced by the consumption of a large amount of food.
1:44 No, it's not a large amount of food. If you eat a lot of raw meat, that would never happen. You eat carbs, you eat garbage, you can't digest it. Your insulin, your sugar spikes.
[video] 1:52 He's not even gonna understand if I explain it. Raw meat is the easiest to digest food for humans. Not cooked meat. It's still easy compared to vegetables, but it's not as easy as it should be.
[video] 2:21 So last night, I had what may end up being my very last ice cream and said my goodbyes. There's a lot of misconceptions out there, differing opinions, and people that seem to push things to the extreme, either in terms of activism or in terms of dietary restrictions. I'm not about that. I just want to enjoy what I eat and eat well. So here's my plan of attack.
2:41 You're restricting yourself from over 50 nutrients that you can only get from animals. It's by definition a restrictive diet.
[video] 2:50 All man-made, cultivated, they don't exist in nature.
[video] 3:09 Also, I thought I would get some advice from my friend- Eat some wild plants, throw up, and realize that veganism doesn't work in nature. Okay. What would you say is like one of the biggest obstacles for somebody starting out as a vegan?
3:23 Fuck, again talking to a girl. Is this a copy video of the other one?
[video] 3:29 I obviously care about animal suffering and the environment. I think the environment's a really big one. But the reason I'm trying this is for mental clarity. Like, so that I don't go through such deep food comas and, you know, stuff like that. Do you think it... Do you feel like... Yeah, it's gonna work.
3:47 Eating almost only sugar is perfect.
[video] 3:50 Especially in raw veganism. Do you still go through food coma? Rarely.
3:57 All right. Good to know. Yeah, yeah, yeah. Of course.
[video] 4:01 Every fucking ex-vegan says that they experience it. Just fuck off. Why is his neck so white and the face so dark? Looks weird as hell. Alright, let me just explain what's happening to you. You're a cannibal, just like the other guy that I commented on.
4:30 Do you want to understand why, little boy? It's because you're eating yourself, okay? You don't get saturated animal fat from your foods. That's what your cells are made out of. How are you going to create new cells? How are you going to feed yourself? Except if you have a liver that can convert the sugar to animal fat, which most people can, and they end up getting fatty liver disease. That's why most... vegans end up being very skinny after a while when their liver stops working, then it's never going to work.
5:11 Just look at this guy.
[video] 5:14 I'm cutting all the ingredients to be prepared for this incredible rice. I took a quick two-day trip to LA for a little work opportunity that popped up and kept things vegan over there. In fact, I tried the Impossible Burger while I was there and it was pretty impressive.
5:30 It's extremely toxic.
[video] 5:33 I am missing the taste of meat. And it just shows that you're missing meat. So today I'm gonna go get some vegan tacos and see what I can find here in Mexico City. The vegan tacos not only surpassed my expectations, they honestly satisfied my desire to eat meat, with no animals harmed in the process.
5:51 Yeah? Pretty sure I'm looking at an animal that's being harmed. Yeah.
[video] 5:58 So I successfully completed my month as a vegan a couple of days ago. I learned a ton about food. I learned a ton about cooking. And yeah, I mean, it really was... Talk about all the diarrhea you had. Being vegan definitely demands a lot more from you, but I think that it also gives more in return. It does require more energy and effort, but at the same time, I feel like I did have a lot more energy, a lot more sustained energy throughout the day, and I do feel like- Keto, cannibal. I didn't do this at all to lose weight or anything like that, so I didn't weigh myself, and I don't know if there's been a big change. Fucker, you should have. Lost weight in my face?
6:36 I know, of course. That's exactly my point.
[video] 6:41 A few months ago, and I, you know, there's- All right, let me just explain this.
6:47 A vegan diet, which is starvation, is not sustainable because you lose weight. You eat yourself. It is malnutrition. All of them prove it without realizing it. You see? You fucked up. Of course, only people who actually understand it, saw through it.
[video] 7:10 Multiple factors at play here. The focal length of the lens, the angle of the camera, but still like, wow. No excuses. I don't know. You tell me, do you feel like there's been a physical change between now and about a month ago? With regards to food and diet, I like to follow more general guidelines. So avoiding processed food, avoiding excess and avoiding sugar, you know, wherever possible. With all that being said, I really, really enjoyed it. this kind of more plant-based diet. Bullshit, that's why you're stopping. As like a vegan by the book, I do plan to continue as I have. I just feel like it had a really positive impact on me. I'm okay with reincorporating things like honey and maybe eggs into my diet, but going back to eating meat, especially unsourced meat,
[video] 7:59 that was probably abused you know that has a huge environmental impact as well it's like i can't see myself going back to that he's definitely gonna eat meat after filming this video what i was thinking eating so much street food and again just the environmental impact is something i can't ignore that being said just look into it few days absolutely you know in turkey and a turkish farmer offers me some of his goat milk i'm not gonna say no but again i don't plan to push my agenda on anybody i just wanted to share my experience this entire project is centered around my search for mental clarity if you want mental clarity then eat the brain of animals super simple through my newsletter once again thank you so much for watching and i'll see you soon all right just to clarify as always this guy in the whole month
8:48 didn't get over 15 nutrients that you can only get from animals. He starred himself, as I already explained. He proved it himself. Just another sheep loser following authority. Bravo. Thank you for watching.
