[video] 0:00 hi i'm going to be reviewing random tiktok videos and youtube shorts what my 27 month old ate or didn't eat today for breakfast i was making him his favorite toast usually i only give him one slice but he wouldn't eat toast at all if you would give him real food last time that i gave him one he asked for more so i toasted two slices of bread this time instead cut the crust off buttered the slices and then spread over marmite which you i hope that it was at least real butter marmite
0:28 is this slave slime that people in Britain eat. There's seeds, vegetables, salt, yeast inside of it. And they smear this slime on top of seed slime. It's slime on top of slime. It doesn't get any worse. When you eat slime on top of slime, then you know that you have been enslaved.
[video] 0:55 We all know he is obsessed with. I cut each slice into six squares and he done really well and ate one and a half slices. One slice isn't enough but two is too much. For lunch I steamed a couple broccoli florets until soft, added them to my mixing bowl and mashed them up. Got a slice of chicken roe and rolled it up and then cut it up really small. Added a handful of grated cheddar and mozzarella, cracked an egg in the bowl, added a splash of milk and some black pepper and gave it all a good mix together. To get him to eat broccoli. Think about that. How can you say that as a parent? You give your children
1:41 food, some of that could be called food, and then at the same time you give them this poisonous green flower and you try to get them to eat that. But if you need to try to get your children to eat something, then it's not food, automatically, naturally. And that's because the children... still have somewhat well-functioning senses. They haven't been brainwashed. And it's really more about that. And that's why they don't want to eat it.
[video] 2:16 Usually he has cheddar cheese nibbles, which he is obsessed with, but I'd run out. So I just cut up some of our block of cheese for him instead. I gave him two summer fruit rice cakes and half a banana too. And he ate the whole lot. Then for dinner, I made cheesy chicken taco pasta, which is one of his favorite pasta dishes. So of course he ate the whole lot.
2:29 Again, you have a seed slime, same as the bread. Then you add some meat, hopefully, which most people still do, although it's completely destroyed and dry. Maybe some cheese, a red sauce to imitate real food. And then, of course, the child will eat it, sure. But again, you're feeding the child waste products. famine food and you cover up the taste of the famine food with the real food. That's what's going on today.
[video] 3:04 And then for dessert, I gave him a very Greek style yogurt pouch and he ate the whole lot of that too.
3:09 Again, some kind of yogurt. But of course, it's not the actual yogurt. It has nothing to do with what people used to eat back in the day. true, real yogurt. It's just some pasteurized, destroyed yogurt full of sugar, all kinds of additives. You give that to your child expecting that he will be healthy. I can tell you one thing for sure. Get ready to buy braces for this child because he will need them.
[video] 3:47 I have not brushed my teeth since I was 8 years old. That's even a Fallout game. Oh yeah, I'm 62 years old and I got every one of them, never had a cavity, and I've never had any problems with them. Go figure that one.
4:00 Interesting, not surprising. I've heard many stories like this and humans in nature obviously also don't brush their teeth. No animal does that.
[video] 4:15 It just depends on the food that you eat.
4:23 There is some food out there, and I wouldn't even call it food, which will ruin your teeth, and then brushing teeth probably makes sense. But if you eat purely natural food, then there's no need. It's not as if there are any toothbrushes or toothpastes in nature. If we were naturally supposed to do that, then you would easily find toothbrushes, toothpaste growing on trees.
[video] 4:57 And watch what, if you put Crest on a toothbrush, take that same toothbrush on a rusted chrome bumper and watch it just take all the rust right off the bumper. Now that's the same thing that you're cleaning your teeth with.
5:11 Exactly. Very good point.
[video] 5:14 What you're doing is you're withdrawing the enamel. In other words, you're taking the enamel, the protection off your teeth when you brush.
5:22 What's funny is that the guys were laughing in the background and they probably already went to the dentist 10 times in their lifetime.
[video] 5:32 My cholesterol is over 300, and this is exactly how I keep it that way.
5:36 I'm sorry, I had to- I thought that it's a steak and butter girl video. Abby Sharp. I haven't seen her in ages.
[video] 5:44 Do, like, re-listen to this, like, four times to figure out the context. But a cholesterol over 300? It's not exactly what I would call-
5:53 What's with the over-the-top face expressions?
[video] 5:58 Poliflex. I'm Abby Sharp. I'm the internet's No BS Dietitian.
6:02 And whether she's talking about... No BS Dietitian. Everything that comes out of your mouth is BS.
[video] 6:08 Total cholesterol or LDL cholesterol. A healthy cholesterol target isn't 300. It's actually 150 milligrams per deciliter. Where having levels above 200 significantly increases your risk of heart disease. Which are we really surprised about here? If I'm a ticking time bomb, why do I feel better...
6:23 the discussion is irrelevant show me cholesterol and then let's talk about it than ever and why does every carnivore i've met in real life look lean energized and healthy yeah that's not the way that health science works unfortunately but it's a really great example health science
6:43 Your videos are never even in any way related to anything scientific. You just blabber a lot of nonsense. At best, you cite some correlation studies of anecdotal fallacy.
[video] 7:01 It's like saying, well, I smoke and I don't have lung cancer, so I guess smoking isn't actually bad for you. Here's the thing. The major negative health effects of something like the carnivore diet or even like smoking don't necessarily happen right away. But as you deprive your gut...
7:16 They do actually. If you smoke for the first time, then you will cough. It will feel really bad. Your body can... get somewhat adapted to it, not really obviously naturally, but you understand what I mean. Your body can kind of tolerate it if you keep smoking. And eventually you will get really sick, but my point is that it feels bad right away. When you eat meat, it doesn't feel bad, ever.
[video] 7:46 Fiber-rich plants in favor of copious amounts of saturated fat, you slowly deplete your body's antioxidant nutrient stores.
7:54 You de- Wow. What antioxidant nutrient stores? What are you talking about? She's just making something up.
[video] 8:05 Posit plaques in your arteries and you alter your microbiome for the worse. And these changes don't even necessarily mean you're going to die or definitively have a heart attack, but they could be pulling the trigger if other genetic, environmental, biological, or lifestyle factors load the pew-pew. Also, can we maybe just take into consideration all of the carnivores who aren't being counted in this very unrepresentative sample? Like maybe the ones who found the constipation, so on.
8:30 She seems very anxious. That's why she was making those weird face expressions. It's really over the top. And she did talk about her depression, anxiety, and all of that in many of her videos. It's very apparent what's going on.
[video] 8:52 That they quit after three weeks or the ones whose doctors begged them to eat a vegetable because their risk factors were climbing. The carnivores you see on TikTok making videos while eating butter are the ones who are monetizing their diet and are therefore incentivized to maybe make other lifestyle changes to achieve a body that is profitable. The influencer carnivore community is not real life. This is a classic propaganda technique. And if you are following me, I will not let you be fooled. Stay critical, my friends.
9:17 Another Ebby Sharp video. Why not? carnivore diet freaks me out well you're just eating first of all it's the most environmentally unfriendly diet you could imagine for the most part why do you lie and why does it freak you out to see people eating mostly or only meat it's what we eat in nature
[video] 9:42 Whether it's cooked or raw, you're not getting any fiber.
9:45 And a lot of these influencers who are promoting these carnivores, strict carnivore diets... She gets freaked out by people eating animals whether the meat is cooked or raw. Huh?
[video] 9:59 That's the whole point. You cut out the...
10:25 bad plant foods, which I wouldn't even call food, and that's why the cystic acne disappears.
10:36 What?
[video] 10:39 That's not how we do proper elimination diets. It should be done in a stepwise sequence so that you are able to identify exactly what the culprit is in exactly what amount.
10:50 But people who start eating mostly or only animal foods, could also be eggs, sometimes even dairy, although I wouldn't recommend it, they will notice that they have a pretty much perfect digestion. If you eat raw animal foods, then yes. If you eat cooked animal foods, It will for sure not be perfect, but compared to the way your stomach, your intestines used to feel when you were eating all the plant foods, it will be like night and day pretty much. My point is simply that your body will change in many different ways and your acne will also disappear, of course. If you have cystic acne, then you're eating really bad food. It's not even about the plant food so much. Then you must be eating absolute junk food with seed oils. You can tolerate.
[video] 11:41 So you don't have to go the rest of your life just eating five foods.
11:44 She says that as if it's a punishment not to eat bread, cookies, noodles and so on. Whereas in reality, it's actually a relief.
[video] 11:56 One thing about my family is we're going to eat. My parents always told us growing up that we were all blessed with a big appetite. So buckle up because here's everything my Korean family eats in a day.
12:09 Korean. A lot of people believe that they eat plant-based diets all over Asia. That's obviously wrong.
[video] 12:17 I don't know what most of this is, but you could already see some animal foods.
12:39 where there's bathrooms but most importantly great food my mom got a cheese hot dog because she loves korean hot dogs we had less than two minutes to get to our bus so here's us running of course they also eat junk food it's just different kind of junk food and then you can argue what is better but it doesn't really matter
[video] 12:59 Because we didn't want to miss it. First stop is the Sokcho traditional food market. Fun fact, Sokcho is known for seafood because they live right by the water. We got a huge assortment of raw fish to the point where the rest...
13:11 Raw fish. All right.
[video] 13:13 Restaurant owner was like, wait.
13:16 Wow. That looks good. All kinds of raw fish. Not just some farmed salmon and tuna, which is what you can get. in Europe for the most part. It's too bad. It didn't used to be like that.
[video] 13:36 I don't know if you guys can finish all this. It's one of those places where there's fish inside the tank and you actually get to choose.
13:41 Koreans actually eat a lot of raw meat dishes, raw eggs also. This is just one example. They also eat raw beef. The Japanese also do that.
[video] 13:54 and the height of the south koreans has been increasing since the last decades the exact fish that you want cut my brother was casually loading up like eight to ten pieces literally of sashimi per bite and when you have raw fish you have to end with mayon tang and since we're in korea we can never skip a bakery run the pastries and bread here is next level we
14:19 At least they eat raw meat. Of course, I wasn't expecting anything special. It's simply grain sludge, but with different additives, different forms, colors. Of course, they eat stuff all over the earth, but if you at least eat some raw meat, then you will be a lot healthier, even if you eat slime also.
[video] 14:48 thought this would be enough food but my brother was already up from his seat a few minutes later he was back with freshly made hot dogs which are like these delicious korean pancakes one was stuffed with cheese and the other had this syrup and nut inside he also got this random coconut at least it's real cheese in other places you will get fake cheese or some other plant derived substances Whatever you want to say about the way they eat, it's not plant-based. There's a lot of plant foods, but it's not plant-based by any means.
[video] 15:32 I actually recommend it. Everything you see here right now is pre-entree. Even the sashimi. We were trying to control ourselves.
15:38 Sashimi, raw meat again. All right. I like it.
[video] 15:43 To not get too full for our main, which was this humongous amount of crab.
15:47 My dad said he might like... Again, more meat, seafood. Compared to what most people eat today, this is good.
[video] 15:56 Crab as much as he likes crawfish, which if you guys know him means a lot. We were all so full from this meal. So for a very, very late dinner, we got a bunch of takeout from the traditional market to eat back at our hotel. Spicy stir fried chicken, more sashimi, cold raw fish soup, Korean soup.
16:08 More sashimi? Was it all filmed in the same day? That's raw meat three times in a day? Or was it over two days or something? Whatever. It's nice to see.
[video] 16:21 Squid sundae. And that was everything we ate in a day.
16:25 In a day. Wow. Okay. I like it. You eat better than 99.99% of people in Europe. Congratulations.
[video] 16:39 I'm at my local Asian supermarket to see what cool vegan stuff they've got. Massive range of tofu products, some super cheap. Five spice tofu and super cheap.
16:49 And that's lovely, innit? Guys like this will be celebrating when they make meat very expensive. paper tofu this egg tofu contains hen ovulations yuck i thought that kimchi was usually vegan but good to see the word front and center the pickled chili and he just believes that it's normal we are progressing we don't need to eat animals anymore because it's cruel these garlic and cucumber a block of artery blocker this stuff artery blocker
[video] 17:26 uh is delicious sweet and tangy that they even sell lard still that's kind of nice to see wow lemongrass curry leaves and galangal blood curds you can stick that up your arm lots of cool tropical fruits look at the size of these papaya says passion fruit but i think these are grenadillo
17:47 Right, but you wouldn't be able to eat that in the UK in a natural environment because there are no tropical fruits, obviously. My point is simply that he wouldn't be able to eat almost anything that they sell here. You could say the meat, but even the meat is farmed, obviously. In a natural environment, you would be hunting. You would be eating... Mainly animals in the UK. Some fruits in summer. In the one week of summer that you have in the UK.
[video] 18:25 Rambutan. Cooler looking than lychees, but not half as sweet and tasty. Starfruit. These are very high in oxalates, so don't eat locks. A different colored jackfruit. Red and white dragonfruits. Of course, because vegans crave meat so much.
19:02 The meat replacements are very important.
[video] 19:08 What the fuck is that? How can you eat that?
[video] 19:36 He's surprised to see so many things labeled as vegan And these guys don't even think about it
20:07 They just believe that it's normal that these vegan, plant-based foods are appearing all over the place. When will they realize it? When it's too late, that's for sure.
[video] 20:23 Pea flowers, lots of dried mushrooms, and a random vegetable. Lots of hot sauces, of course. Fresh bamboo shoots. Their spices are reasonably priced. Grandflower, made from chickpeas, is a versatile, high-protein staple for me. Unselfish goji berries. Rolling mats for making maki and ongiri kits.
20:40 Plant-based soybean mayo? Wow. None of this sounds yummy. None of it looks like food, man. You're completely delusional.
[video] 20:58 to be popular matcha tea with the whiz so it doesn't clump i make mine in a half coconut bowl or both are fried high fat foods so they shouldn't be consumed in moderation so either way the chicken nuggets or the sugar donut for you is probably not a good option you need something with more i don't care if that's what baby wants baby says sugar donut or chicken tenders daddy says eat some nutrients
21:20 That's not at all what baby wants. Baby wants natural food, obviously, but mommy never ate natural food. And that's why she doesn't understand what she's supposed to eat. How can you crave something that you never tried? Your body doesn't understand what to ask for.
[video] 21:46 If you want a healthy baby, then the mother will need to eat natural food. There is no other way.
22:06 that goes for every animal. If the animal doesn't eat what the animal is naturally supposed to eat, then the child will not be as healthy as the child should be. Do you think that women have some kind of options in nature? No. The men will go and hunt down animals. They will bring them back. And that's what all of the women will eat. Pregnant or not, you won't have a choice.
[video] 22:35 I don't want issues for it when it's older. Okay, but I'm craving these foods. Okay, but crave something else.
22:46 Crave something else. Women also crave pickles when they are pregnant. They are simply... starved, essentially. They do eat food, but it's not real food, which is why they eat a lot of this fake food. They, uh, become overweight pretty often because they really overeat. Crave some fucking vitamins?
[video] 23:12 No, I need a donut right now, and then I want chicken tenders.
[video] 23:17 I take the prenatals, it really should all balance.
23:20 Oh my god, the prenatals. Oh... are made in laboratories these people believe that you can just skip what you're naturally supposed to eat basically and go straight to the pharmacy and get what you need for your baby sure that will work out hi uh do you have sugar donuts no
[video] 23:48 Wait, they only gave us 14. Are you serious? 14 of these munchkins when we ordered and paid for 25. Yeah, it was like 11 bucks. I think you should go back. Turn around. No, I think we have enough. No, turn around. It's more the principle of it. I paid for 25. They probably gave us 15. That's so weak. That's still 10 less than we paid for. Okay, but we don't need the rest.
24:10 When you eat this kind of slime, your mood will be horrible. It's seed slime fried in seed oils with sugar and who knows what inside. This kind of a woman and also a guy who eats that will be anxious, nervous. They will always be agitated. They will want to fight. It's a nightmare. Keep eating.
[video] 24:40 Today I'm going to share with you what I tell people when they say they want to start eating healthier. You want to focus on adding, not subtracting, which means you want to focus on what you can add to your diet instead of what you want to take away.
24:50 I would tell people to add raw animal foods to their diet, but I would also tell them to remove a lot of foods from their diet. Actually, I never thought about this, but I would probably tell most people to remove most, if not even 100% of the foods that they eat. I wouldn't tell them to remove the meat and the eggs, for example, but I would tell them to eat the foods in its natural state, as long as the quality is good. Therefore, you could say that I would actually Replace all of the foods, which is crazy. How did we get to this point?
25:38 You shouldn't think about the carbs You should think about the seed slime, which is in the bowl. You're eating slime which was
[video] 25:52 made into these little balls let's ask ourselves what are we missing protein keeps us satiated so we want to make sure we're having this with all of our meals an easy and popular example would be milk because it's a complete high quality protein that's why we feel fuller and satiated for longer when we have milk and cereal together the second thing we want to add is fiber since many breakfast if you would add raw milk to it then it would be better but it would still be overall bad for your health not have a good source of fiber let's add some fruits crushed nuts and seeds not only will fiber keep us full more seeds how is that going to help if the problem is that you're eating seed slime but it can help control blood sugar levels improve our gi health and lower cholesterol levels nuts and seeds also provide healthy fats which can also help keep you full and help with the absorption
26:36 Wow. That's the problem when people think about carbs, protein. They don't live in this reality. Stop living in your imagination and look at what you're eating. You're eating seed slime, as I said, with more seeds. Do you expect to become healthy when you eat that? You wouldn't need the makeup. You wouldn't need to cover up the way you look like if you would be eating natural food.
[video] 27:05 A, D, E, and K. Notice how our bowl is no longer just cereal.
27:10 What does it matter? You're eating seeds with the man-made fruits which are ridden with pesticides. And even if not, you're eating a seed-based diet. You cannot become healthy. It's impossible.
[video] 27:24 We can still have our favorite carbs, but perhaps it's part of a larger meal that will help us stay energized and satiated.
27:29 The last video summed up the biggest problem when it comes to food. Instead of living in this reality and actually looking at what you're eating, People count the calories, they look at the protein, carbs, and then they believe that as long as this food has this and that many carbs and protein, some vitamins and whatnot, then it's fine. Instead of actually looking at what you're eating, sensing it, You can see that it's little balls made out of slime, which was made out of seeds. What else do you need to know? You cannot possibly believe that you will be healthy when you eat that. You would actually have to be somewhat insane to believe that.
28:23 Instead of reading about food, why not look at it, touch it, taste it, smell it? That way you will actually know if it's good for you. Thanks for watching.
