2:05 The only cool thing about this lifestyle for the dogs is that they get to be outside probably more than normal dogs which are kept inside a lot or at the very best in their garden.

2:29 There is no such thing as good coffee. The reason most people add a lot of milk, sugar and whatnot to their coffee simply because they actually hate the taste of coffee. How can something that tastes bad be good in any way? It doesn't make any sense. It means that your body doesn't welcome it, which is why it tastes terrible. It's literally your senses rejecting it.

[video] 2:54 Some mornings I am super lazy about my coffee setup and some mornings I spend like a half an hour making a perfect cup of coffee with fresh rice. It's one of those mornings.

3:09 This is interesting because she actually grinded up the seeds herself, whereas most slaves buy it in a package and they don't even see how it's made. She literally consciously grinds up seeds, adds water to it, and then actually drinks it. How delusional do you have to be to actually consciously drink that and to believe that drinking ground up seeds is good for you?

4:00 What the dogs want to do is go and hunt. That's why dogs run after a stick in case you don't realize it. She seems so delusional that it might be that she actually has no idea about the nature of dogs.

[video] 4:12 I'm not usually a breakfast person, but we might be on the trails for a couple hours. So I want to have something small that's gonna give me a little bit of energy. What am I gonna have? Oh, we have some extra sourdough discard. So I think we'll make like a sourdough pancake with some fats and proteins on it.

4:29 This is absolute survival food and even though it's always better to eat something instead of absolutely starving, If you're gonna eat this for months or for years at a time, which is probably the case for her because she doesn't have access to real food most of the time, then you're gonna really malnourish yourself as in severely.

[video] 4:51 So I got this like 15, 20 year old sourdough starter from a couple I met at these hot springs a while back. And I have been having so much fun with it, making breads on the road, these pancakes, like it is...

5:02 She drank a seed drink in the morning, the coffee, and now she's making seed food.

5:11 Oh my god. A diet can't even get worse than that. Seeds are the worst possible garbage that you can consume. And the reason I say garbage is because it's not actually food. It's simply cultivated seeds, which humans grind up and make into food, which isn't actually food because it only has sugar. fiber and tons of anti-nutrients and toxins, which destroy the gut.

[video] 5:41 It took me a minute to learn this, but that's how you know stainless steel is ready to cook on. And so it doesn't stick. You get it hot enough for the water to kind of dance on it and you can turn it down.

5:57 Again, it gives you sugar, that's it. You may get some kind of an energy out of it, which will be followed by a low, seeing as you're not getting any micronutrients. It's not even really survival food, because survival food would give you some kind of micronutrients. This stuff doesn't even exist in nature. You're literally just eating sugar and toxins.

7:22 Again, totally delusional. Eating toxins with sugar is the best for your energy? How? In what dimension exactly? The best for your energy on this Earth, for human biology, would be eating a lot of animal fat, organs and drinking blood. That's literally what humans eat in nature. You're eating the worst food on Earth and you call it a 10 out of 10 and the best for your energy. Completely removed from this reality. And that's no surprise because she lives together with her dogs, who she clearly sees as her children. She's literally actually delusional to the point where you could call her mentally ill.

8:39 And of course the dogs believe that they are gonna go out and hunt with her, seeing as that's what dogs naturally want to do. Okay, maybe by this point they understand that she's a slave who eats peanut butter with bread and drinks coffee, but still, deep down, it's just in their nature. They really just want to go explore and hunt some animals. and of course we are in the desert so you'll want to bring extra water for you and your pups just in case all right first viewpoint and it looks like a view of the trip you shouldn't bring water and if then you should add some electrolytes to it but ideally you would drink actual natural liquids with natural electrolytes that's what's going to hydrate you

9:38 I would say at least she's getting some Sun outside But she isn't even really because she has a cap on and okay if you walk around for hours Then you're gonna get a sunburn for sure because her skin is quite light I get that but she's not getting any Sun from what it seems like only on The side here and there and her arms are also covered up. This is her life She has no children, which she really incredibly much wants obviously No husband, nothing. I don't know anything about her, who the hell knows what her past is, but right now that's what I see, obviously. And she goes for meaningless walks. You could go for a walk and hunt some animals, but what's the point of just walking around? Of course, you don't want to sit in your van all day long, I get that, that's cool, but go outside and sunbathe, do something that has some kind of benefit for your body.

Don't get me wrong, this is still a better life, but food is the most important part of your health and her diet is even worse than most of the what I eat in the days that I have reviewed so far.

She's eating green leaves, which are literally anti-human food, and you can't even call it food seeing as it's green leaves. How can there be people out there on the surf who actually call green leaves food? It's just completely delusional. And then she adds more nuts, seeds to it. Which again, just have sugar, anti-nutrients, polyunsaturated oils, just horrible for you.

12:16 Okay, I don't know what that is. I can't really understand. Black beans? What's wrong with her? I get it, she lives in a van, she doesn't have access to fresh food. You could at least buy some jerky. Yes, it's dried meat, you lose a lot of the nutrients, especially the water-soluble vitamins by eating dried meat, but still, it would be way better than what you're eating there right now. As in 10 times better.

He could hike for miles and miles and miles. He has unlimited energy. He is such a wonderful dog. And then you have Rodney, who is just a soft soul. He's so loving, just wants to cuddle all the time. We really have created the perfect family.

14:46 Yes, and you want that because you want children so much. Family. And we're so lucky to have you guys as part of the family too, so... A family... She really sees it as a family in her delusional head, because she wants a family so incredibly much, just like every human being naturally wants that.

15:19 I believe her when she says that life is so good, and that's because... She probably feels a lot more free than most people today who live in absolute slavery, especially if you live in a city, whereas she can just drive around, go to new places, explore natural spots. That's all cool, but obviously what she misses the most is a family, which she also mentioned, and it's clear that she dresses her dogs up as if it's her children, which means that she really craves children, which is... male and female nature. Everybody wants to have children and a family and that's really the true home. She doesn't have a home the way we see it and nobody really in nature does. You could build shelter but you could also just move away from the shelter

16:14 The real home that humans always had was where their family is at. And this is why when you grow up in a place and you get used to it, you're always associated with home. It doesn't matter if you don't like the weather or anything, you will always feel like that's where home is. And really, that's because that's where your family is. And for her, her family are her dogs. And as I said, I don't know anything about her channel. Did she used to have a husband, boyfriend or family? I don't know. Probably not, she's from what it seems like in her mid 40s or something. It's probably too late for her to have children anyway now. Especially because of the way she eats. Why doesn't she eat any animal foods that will make you infertile anyway?

17:06 Even if she isn't 50 yet and she hasn't hit menopause yet, she probably can't have children just because of her really, really horrible diet. How can you drink coffee, eat a pancake, grains and a salad,

17:26 There's just no way that you can survive like that long term, but I will just assume, hopefully, that she goes to some restaurants or whatnot, some stops in between and eats somewhat proper food. It doesn't matter if it's overcooked meat, that would still be a million times better than what she showed us. Overall, it seems like a super depressing life, you have to become miserable if you live like this. Yes, she may feel more free because she doesn't have a job from what it seems like, she can move around somewhat freely as much as you can in the system, but she will always feel lost because she doesn't have a real home, and that's because she doesn't have a real family.
