[video] 0:00 hey guys a lot of you have been asking me to review a video by oscar patel the video that i'm going to be reviewing is called become attractive in 2025 full guide let's be real how many times have you told yourself this year is my year only to wonder did i really make that much progress if you're anything like me you kicked off january with big ambitions a fresh set of goals to transform yourself improve your looks improve your health maybe even boost your

0:22 It's never really gonna work if you start something on January 1st because it just means that you don't actually have the so-called natural drive to do it. The actual natural motivation because if you did, then you would have simply started whenever. 2nd of November, 15th of September, it doesn't matter when because just what you want to do if you want to change your diet for example you just want to do it and then you switch if you start something on january 1st you'll probably quit on february 1st confidence if this is you i want to talk directly with you because let's face it 94 of people fail their new year's resolutions why because they all fall into the same trap which leaves them with thoughts like maybe i'm not disciplined enough or maybe it's just my genetic Yeah, that's the problem. If you're disciplined, then it means that you don't want to do it.

1:18 Because discipline means that you do something that you don't want to do. As I've said many times before, the word discipline comes from religions. That's when people used to whip themselves. They had to be disciplined to whip themselves because it hurts. And they don't want to do that. But because of discipline, which is really just another way of saying that you're brainwashed, they ended up doing that. It's the same thing. And if you need to be disciplined on January 1st to do something, then you're going to quit anyway because you don't want to do it.

[video] 1:50 And honestly, that is absolute bullshit. In this video, I will explain how you can avoid that trap and make a whole transformation in six months before the summer of 2025. And the best part, the solution isn't another skincare product or random TikTok trend. It is a simple science-backed system which requires zero products. Most importantly, more than 800 members of my community have used this exact protocol to transform their looks and confidence and see...

2:12 Yeah, of course, he pushes his community, which you probably have to pay for.

[video] 2:16 Real visible results in weeks. And I'm going to teach you this for free. But in truth, it's not really for free. I'm going to need your most valuable asset. I need your attention because right now I need you to lock the fuck in. But I'll get back to that in just a moment. Listen, if you're seeing this, you've probably seen loads of self-proclaimed experts on TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram promising you these magic pills to transform your lives and days, which is something that I can't promise you because that would be a lie. But what I can promise you is that this system, this science-backed protocol, was the reason that people like Eric was able to transform his bone structure, improve his skin, gain a toned physique, and transform his entire health from the inside out in 11 weeks flat. It is the same...

2:52 How did he change his bone structure? That I'm curious about, but I'm sure that you will have to pay for it to find that out.

[video] 3:01 Yeah, we get it, you have a community, you said it already.

[video] 3:08 are positioning us as one of the top three best school communities in the world right now. And by the way, that is just with one simple method that we all stick to. But I digress. Let's get to the real source. What is this method and how can I use it in 2025? You need to ignore all the techniques, all the products that social media is shoving down your throat because all things that make you attractive are simply a byproduct of one thing and one thing only. And what is that thing? It is your health. You can try to fix one thing at a time, like 94%. That's interesting.

3:38 There's a lot of truth to it. I wouldn't say that it's the only thing. People will do in 2025 your skin, your hair, your posture, your physique, but if the foundation... Technically you could say so, but it would have to be passed down to generations. A lot of people will of course not be just able to change themselves completely because they become healthy. It will change a lot in some cases, sometimes not that much, but you're not gonna change your whole being by being healthy.

[video] 4:06 Nation is broken, you are just covering the bloody cracks. Real change comes from fixing the engine, not just polishing the exterior. I know what you're thinking, okay, Oskar, looks is equal to health, thanks for the heads up, but that's easier said than done. So how do you fix your health and how do you use it to improve your looks? The truth is no man is more unattractive than the man that focuses on looking healthy instead of actually being healthy. Because looking good has always been a sign of health.

4:28 Yeah, that's a good point. Women who put on red lipstick, who put on makeup, of course, to cover up their acne and whatnot, who make their eyebrows thicker, eyelashes. That's all that you can get naturally by being healthy.

4:48 Of course, some people can do all of that and they will still not look attractive. They will look better, but not actually attractive, because if your past generations have been eating horrible diets, they were some poor slaves, then... You will look better, but you won't be good looking.

[video] 5:08 In your own age, traits like confident posture, clear skin, a toned physique, and a well-developed bone structure have been signs of a healthy and capable man. Even take a wider jaw, for example. If you have a wider jaw, you have a wider palate. When you have a wider and more developed palate, you can breathe more clearly through your airways. When you can breathe more clearly through your airways, you have better posture. When you have better posture, you have minimal health risks, you sleep better, and you live a longer life. These traits weren't only about status, they were about survival. And that's why today they influence how we are perceived by others. People respect a healthy man because he can provide and protect. When you are healthier, you are more capable. You can achieve more. You are more successful. You are more focused in your work, more successful and fulfilled in your purpose and relationships. Life becomes easy. I mean, take my friend Will, for example. He was able to transform himself from not that confident to a literal model within four months simply by focusing on re-correcting his health and looks from the inside out. I mean, by just fixing his health, he now attracts more job opportunities, more women, more high-value men, more connections, and also leaves longer, lasting, and more powerful impressions on every single person that he meets.

[video] 6:05 All because they see his skin, posture, and jawline, and frame, and think, he seems healthy, he looks healthy, he seems capable, and therefore, I respect him. That is the power of prioritizing.

6:14 Of course, his jawline didn't change. The jaw itself, it's just that it's more visible because his body fit is very low. I would say that his body fit is too low to the point where it doesn't really look that good anymore. He should gain some body fit actually, but whatever the case, the point is simply that He was already like that. Yeah, it's great to improve all of this, healthier skin, absolutely. It will make you more attractive, no doubt about it, but we'll see what else he will say. It just kind of seems like he's giving off This belief that you're just going to be able to improve your looks no matter how you look like just because you have healthier skin, lower body fat and whatnot. It's just not going to be the case for everybody. It helps. It always helps. But it's not going to make you into some super good looking model.

[video] 7:10 Your health. It's not fair. People don't care about what's fair. They care about what is in front of them. And I know what you're thinking. Stop waffling, Oskar. How do I do it? How do I fix my health in 2025? running supplements, no. It doesn't require any products or hours of effort. So let's get into it. Let's get into the real source right now. There are three steps. Step one is to filter out all of the misinformation. If you apply stuff you learned from corrupt studies paid by big corporate companies, you aren't getting anywhere. Too many people fall into the endless trap of believing random TikTokers and scientists online claiming to have some magic product or technique which is backed up by bullshit studies. Listen, I've been there. I tried out every single method I could find growing up because I had so much self-doubt, but what I realized was I was only getting some temporary results but a host more permanent problems down the line which were messing up everything. As a result, the risk usually outweighs the reward in this space. There is so much misinformation to filter through that generally the best bet is usually just not doing anything at all. But there are also so many things that actually work and it is a massive shame that no one really capitalizes on it. And I'm not saying you can't find this stuff out through self-experimentation. I definitely did.

[video] 8:10 But what I am saying is that it took me years of trial and error, years of actual scientific internships, years of self-experimentation, messing up, trying these random things that didn't work, ruining my self-confidence, and then desperately trying to build myself back up again. Years of all of that just to cut through the noise, cut through the misinformation that I was finding online, and actually find out what genuinely works. Basically, that is a complicated way of saying do your bloody research. Check the sources, check the studies, read the figures, and also check who funded these bullshit studies in order to find out what actually works. coca-cola funded some random study that your favorite tick-tock looks maxa is promoting to death i don't think you're onto something buddy so listen you can spend hours a day trying every method you can get your hands on running towards becoming the best looking and most attractive version of yourself but what is the point of running if you're running in the wrong direction step two is upgrading your environment You can have all of the knowledge in the world, but unless you actually stick to it, you won't achieve anything.

[video] 9:02 I'm sorry to be so blunt, but how are you supposed to stick to these methods and actually improve yourself if everyone around you is eating ultra-processed foods and if everyone around you is calling you the crazy one for literally just being healthy? You want people around you who are trying to achieve the same thing as you, or ideally, you want people even further ahead of you. Because listen, if everyone in your environment is pushing you to win, how can you not improve yourself? So all I want you to do for a moment is just pause, think about it, What are your friends doing? What are they eating? What are their goals in life? Because listen, sometimes in life you will outgrow the people around you. What else would you expect to happen if you're investing every hour of the day into becoming the best version of yourself? That is the harsh truth.

9:36 It is a good point, of course. The people you are surrounded by are the ones who will shape you. sometimes kind of literally your body you can become fat out of shape so to speak if you have people around you who eat garbage if you work at a typical company where people at lunch eat the same kind of garbage as everybody else then of course you will usually also do if you would be surrounded by people who eat raw meat let's say 20 people around you would you be the only one who would eat McDonald's? No, you would just eat the raw meat. Some kind of sashimi. You work at a company where they give you the best food possible and you guys all eat sashimi at lunch. Would you eat anything else? No, of course not. It just depends. Of course, this is an example, which unfortunately is a fantasy. There's no such place on earth as far as I know.

10:36 Maybe who the hell knows somewhere, some elite place, but... My point is simply that even if it's just your friends, buddies that you hang out with, of course, you will end up doing the same because you want people around you, you want friends. Yeah, that's natural, but you just have to be wise because

10:57 Usually the people that you will call friends, they're just some kind of people that you hang out with. Usually they don't really care about you that much and wouldn't be there for you when it really comes down to it, which just means that it's just some people that you hang out with and share some kind of interests with, which is why you could also just hang out with people that you share these interests with, which is living more naturally, eating better in this case.

[video] 11:25 Sometimes you just outgrow your friends. So if they're not ahead of you, it is time to find people who are. And that brings me perfectly onto step three, which is adaptability. Listen, just because a routine works for somebody else doesn't mean it will work for you. Instead of trying out some random new product that your friend suggested to you who has completely different deficiencies in nutrition, fitness, facial structure, and genetics, you need to find what actually works for you and you need to address your problems, your deficiencies, And most importantly, you need to address your goals. Everything will be just a waste of time and make your routines way too long. Otherwise, it's like trying to fix a car without even knowing what is broken. You'll probably invest weeks, if not months of your time, and you won't achieve shit. But you simply cannot fail if you know the exact steps to your goal. From there on, it is simply execution. I'm not going to promise overnight miracles like most popular influencers, because that would be a lie.

[video] 12:09 But what I can guarantee is this, by following the exact steps that I just laid out, by filtering out the misinformation, by upgrading your environment, and by adapting your routines to your own specific goals and deficiencies, it is impossible not to see visible results in as little as three weeks, no matter your age, no matter your genetics, or even no matter your level of discipline. And how do I know this? Because I literally have over 800 people in a community from the ages of 16 to 28, all posting their results Every. Single. Day. Now listen, I know all of the stuff that I just threw at you was pretty general and also it was just a lot of stuff, but that is exactly why I built the community that I'm harping on about all of the time. I'm not saying you can't find this stuff out on your own, but what I am saying is that it took years of trial and error, years of research at actual myofunctional institutes, years of interning and working directly alongside key professors like Dr. Mike Mew just to cut through all of the bullshit. So if you're ready to filter- Does he promote mewing also then?

[video] 13:00 sounds like it through all of the misinformation and gain access to all of the knowledge that i've accumulated over the last few years at the same time upgrade your environment by being surrounded by like-minded individuals who will keep you accountable and who are all sharing the same collective mission of trying to improve their looks by fixing their health and at the same time adapt to your personal routines and refine them by getting full access to me in the dms 24 7 and also two weekly live q a calls and this is your chance it is 39 a month to join my school community at the moment that is it

13:28 He really said nothing in this video, sort of a little bit. He's implying things a lot, but not really giving you any actual information, which is clever from a business point because he wants you to join the community. He flashed it like five times already during this short video.

[video] 13:47 And yes, this is a sales pitch, but unlike most other sales pitches, I hope you can tell at least that this is authentic. I genuinely know I can help you. I genuinely know I can make a difference. And I genuinely know that you need to stop trusting other people online. I know it's hard to trust.

13:59 He's a good businessman that don't trust anybody else. I am the only one.

[video] 14:06 It's me, you know, because I'm doing the same thing. But hopefully you can listen to your intuition and just go for it and use it to make a true difference forever. By the way, there is a slight catch. Because I'm making this available to everyone before the start of the new year, this is on sale. I am increasingly priced to $49 a month the moment that it becomes January 1st. No bullshit New Year's resolutions goals. You pay $39 a month right now, you will lock in that price forever. Even when I add new modules, even when I do the craziest things and run thousands of dollars worth of challenges, you will still pay $39 a month when... What did he say?

14:35 800 members? I think so, which would be a lot of money in a month.

[video] 14:45 Other people could be paying 60, 70, 100 in the future. So click the first link in the description to join today. It is an investment in yourself. And by the way, if you don't see results in the first month, that isn't your fault. It is mine. Therefore, you can cancel anytime. No questions asked. And by the way, if you are still watching, there is a reason behind every uncomfortable decision you've made in your life was the exact outcome that you wish to have. With that being said, stop being like the 94% who say that this year is going to be my year and be like the 6% that actually make a change, that actually set their lives up

15:13 He also made this video about the perfect diet that you should eat.

[video] 15:17 The modern diet is absolutely cooked. And I'm not even talking about ultra processed foods. I'm talking about everything and anything that you are eating. It's all a joke that the average nutritionist honestly knows nothing these days. It is terribly sad. That's true, of course. They're all basing everything off of corrupt studies funded by massive corporate companies. Every fad diet, every superfood that you know is probably not even that good for you. There is a real way to eat. There is a real way that actually boosts your hormones, that actually makes you feel good, and that actually improves your health and your looks. And I'm going to tell you exactly what to do, exactly how to eat, and the best way to go about it. No lies, no scams, just some pure and straight knowledge. Okay, first things off the bat, there are essentially four powerful food groups that you need to leverage your diet from, and they are eggs, red meat, raw dairy, and fruit.

16:01 That's pretty much what Paul Celadino promotes. And sort of also me, except that I promote eating the meat and the eggs raw. He said raw dairy, at least. That's usually acceptable in the minds of people. Maybe he also doesn't want to scare people off. Although, I guess that he doesn't eat raw meat himself, but still. Raw dairy can be good. I don't really... promote dairy in general, but if you don't have access to anything else, then it's good. Otherwise, you don't really need it. And fruits also, yeah, for hydration, for the sugar, some minerals, mostly for hydration. It's also good. The whole video isn't really that interesting as far as I could see.

[video] 16:50 Not fear raw milk at all. Like the amount of people that actually get sick from it is a joke. It is insanely small. It is usually from other aspects of their diet, you know, things like processed.

17:00 Yeah, if the milk comes from very sick animals, it's contaminated with excrement, some kind of dirt, whatever. They just live in bad places.

[video] 17:11 talking to scram but i just need to highlight the importance again stop consuming seed oils they are terrible stop consuming poofers they are terrible you need to realize that and especially one quick good advice overall that's the thing that no one realizes if you try this you'll feel like a god it is that simple stick to it stay disciplined be consistent and go for it if you need any more help if you want more accountability if you want more specific info about grocery lists or specific diet diets to use based on your personal goals specific foods to eat everything to incorporate along with info on pretty much everything you could possibly want to become healthier and by looking the link to my school community in the bio i won't self-promote it too much but i am launching a 2000 Oh, you can even make money by joining it. It's perfect, of course. If he has that many members, he gets like, what, 20,000 a month or something, whatever. I haven't really tried to calculate it more than really.

18:14 Yeah, of course he will do giveaways of 1000 or 2000. It's nothing to him.

18:23 Yeah, here's the problem with this channel. I'm very, very sure that this is a fake channel. I was looking through it and firstly, The first video is from two months ago. Can you reach 40K subscribers within two months? Absolutely. There's people, I'm sure, who've had 100,000 or even more. It happens if you post very good videos. The thing with him is that it's clear that he tries to make the best possible thumbnails, which is understandable, obviously. Nothing against that, but when you look at the marketing constantly promoting his community, and then when you look at, where was the video that I was reviewing? This one, the full guide, the first one.

19:12 When you look at the views, almost 100K views posted two weeks ago, it's possible, yeah, you have a good thumbnail, you hit the so-called YouTube algorithm, that's all fine. 6.4K likes, okay, yeah, also makes sense. And then 460 comments. Could it be? Sure, but it's incredibly likely that this guy either paid some company or however he does it, I'm sure that there's a lot of bots on this channel. I don't think that he has really more than 5,000 actual real subscribers. But when you have these fake subscribers, it boosts this algorithm and you get the fake likes, but then you don't get comments usually because they don't do the comments. So you get the subscribers, views and likes, but you don't get the comments from the bots. The comments are probably real, which is why there's not that many of them compared to how many views he gets. I get...

20:10 10 to 15K views on my videos, I have usually just about the same amount of comments.

20:18 It's possible that the topics are not that interesting, which is why there's not many comments, but when you look at him promoting his community and you can clearly see that it's all about making money, nothing wrong with that as such, I'm just saying. then you can see why the videos are also so empty. He doesn't really give any actual advice in most of them, except for, I guess, about the diet. And then you think, what else is he hiding? I should pay for the community again, which is all fine. It's a great business, but I just don't think that this is an actual genuine channel of 40K subs.

20:57 it's probably gonna reach 100K very quickly and most of those will be fake. And there will still not be many comments on the videos. But whatever.

21:09 It's one way to go about it. YouTube obviously doesn't care how many people do that. I just recently reviewed that girl with 130,000 subscribers and she gets like 13 comments on her videos. She has basically no real subscribers. YouTube just allows it. They even sent her that YouTube thing. Yeah, but as far as kind of clickbaity thumbnails and titles go, he did a good job. it's working what else can you say overall i don't think that you can learn anything much from his channel as far as i could see you really end up thinking that you need to join the community and then you see that he has many likes and subscribers at least for the short amount that he's been on youtube and you think oh this must be good and then you join it. I'm not saying that the information on this platform is wrong, whatever he's using there, because I haven't been there.

22:10 Maybe somebody has been, maybe you can tell me about it in the comments, it would be interesting to hear about it. I assume that he's simply focusing on health in this community, which is all cool, if what he promotes is good and then people become healthier. which makes them look better, they become more attractive, which is all true. You just shouldn't be delusional about it, thinking that if you're actually really below average looking that you're gonna be healthier and you're gonna be a model all of a sudden. As long as you don't believe that, it's all good. Everybody should be improving their health, which just naturally, automatically improves your looks. That's awesome. You will do it the best if you eat raw meat. And there's nothing that I can sell you. Technically, I guess I could make some kind of guides on how to start eating raw meat, stuff like that, but at the end of the day, it's all up to you. I never try to really sell it in any way.

23:10 I gave you all the information already from my videos. My only purpose of promoting raw meat was and still is to make people healthier. It wasn't even really focused on looks at all. It does make you look better, obviously, but it's just to be healthier and happier. Really, my videos are, at the end of the day, all about making you happier because you can only be happy by becoming healthier. It's just the only way. That's what it's really all about. It always has been about that. Because I remember these euphoric feelings that I first felt back when I started eating raw meat. And I thought, wow, you never knew that you just had no idea that that's how you're supposed to feel. Then I thought, well, I have to make videos about it. I need to tell people about this. Never sold it in any way. I just try to explain to you how to eat healthier, to become happy.

24:08 That's it, because I wanted people to feel the way I feel and the way I specifically felt back when I started because you could kind of notice the difference when you have this transition sort of slightly. It just kind of happens. Some people notice it, some don't. Then you're just all of a sudden there sometimes. That's it. Whereas this channel is pretty fake. Yeah. It's in a way unfortunate that people try to use health and sell it and market it.

24:45 Again, understandable, I get it, everybody needs to survive, that's all cool, but...

24:55 It's just titles and thumbnails, fake subscribers and everything just to make... the money from these guys, as long as you give them realistic outcomes, okay, I suppose.

25:12 Tell me what you think about him, especially if you have any experience with the community, as I said. Thanks for watching.
