0:41 Yo yo, it gets really dark now so it's hard to make a video when it's still light outside because it gets dark at 4pm, sunset. So here I am. And what I want to talk about quickly is pain, which I've been thinking about lately and also a few months ago. Maybe it's a bit thought-provoking for some of you, just to see it a bit differently and not to take it so serious, because understandably I have also felt a lot of emotional and physical pain. And emotional may be a lot easier to control, whereas if you get cut or something, that's that, you get cut. And that may leave a scar or something, but it's different than the actual sensation of your skin being penetrated, because it's always very temporary in the moment. Of course, it's also kind of constant pain.
1:39 whatnot but usually and although you may many times be scared of it or like going to a dentist it will always remain a memory and that's how all of the pain I've ever felt that's what it is it's gone down the memory road lane so
1:58 It's always now, the pain, right? But when you say the word now, the moment now, it's already gone, right? Now, as already in the past. If I felt pain in that moment right then, if someone punched me, it would slowly sort of fade away. That would be it, the now. So everything is sort of constant, or you could also say that nothing is constant. I would rather say nothing is constant.
2:26 it's sort of just organisms inside and outside the body and that's really all that it is sort of living and it's not about time because as I've said in another video essentially there's no such thing as time it's all just sort of evolving and dancing everything But it's nothing like we get told what time is and such. So pain and time, it's kind of those things. Yeah.
