0:00 Hi, I'm going to be reviewing random TikTok videos and YouTube shorts.
[video] 0:05 If you took out a polar bear's liver and ate it, your skin would start to fall off. That's because it contains thousands of times more vitamin A than your- Of course.
0:17 And it's easy to prove that. Simply look at the letter A that proves that there's a lot of vitamin A in the liver. In reality, it's of course a religious belief. This has never been proven. And the people who got sick because they ate polar bear liver only had signs of heavy metal toxicity. They didn't have any other signs. And that's because There's a lot of cadmium in polar bear liver, for example.
[video] 0:52 Your body can handle, and this would break down your cells. At first, you would just feel nausea.
0:58 They shove all of these 3D animations because they cannot actually prove it. This has never actually been observed. It's all based on beliefs, empty beliefs.
[video] 1:11 But then your bones would start to ache. After that, your skin would literally fall apart. Eventually, your brain could swell.
1:19 You could get really sick if you eat liver, which is full of lead, cadmium, if you get an overdose of these toxic heavy metals.
[video] 1:32 Causing hallucinations and even death. Running is literally in our DNA is something our human bodies were biologically designed for.
1:40 But in our DNA, please show me this DNA and then show me what's inside of it. I would love to see it.
[video] 1:49 For whatever reason, in the modern world, everyone wants to say you shouldn't do it because you're going to get something called runner's face, which is by far the most lard ass, lazy asshat backwards kind of excuses ever formulated because people just can't say it's too hard for them. It's too tough for them. Because the truth is, especially with runners,
2:05 that is essentially what they are saying they are saying that you will look bad if you run especially if you run marathons i've never heard of this term runner's face but i assume that they mean a worn out exhausted face with eye bags and dark eye circles of course this is what you should expect Because if you run regularly, then you will be exposed to chronic stress and chronic stress will make you look sick and old.
[video] 2:42 The truth is with runner's face in particular, it's not a matter of running itself. It's a matter of just getting too much sun exposure without the proper protection. So it's not wearing a hat, not wearing sunglasses.
2:54 Right, exactly. which means that if somebody would run marathons in the UK where there's almost no sunlight or during winter, then they wouldn't look exhausted. They wouldn't have panda eyes, dark eye circles which go all the way around. No, that's just from the sun. The sun creates dark eye circles and eye bags. Didn't you know that? Ha ha ha!
[video] 3:22 And also not wearing any sunblock or sunscreen. You have those things checked off.
3:27 Yes, exactly. It's the sun. The highest power in this reality is making you sick. It's not chronic stress, which has been scientifically proven to age you. and destroy your whole body. No, no, no, not at all. Just keep on running. Do hard things. We'll see how that works out. If you're going to be A-OK, and most people don't even have the capacity to run out. Wait, I didn't even notice the guy has dark eye circles himself, right? Yeah.
4:03 That's funny.
[video] 4:04 ...side long enough to face any of those dangers. You got to be a full-blown savage running anywhere from like 60 to 100 miles a week and running over one full hour a day outside before you really start catching up with kind of bad. Any casual runner will never reach that point and never have to worry about something as stupid as runner's face. Look, look, look, look, look, look, look. Look, look, look, look, look at this. Somebody come look at this. Oh my God. What's up?
4:34 The way he smiled, as if he really accomplished something.
[video] 4:38 Really?
[video] 4:44 Absolutely useless. No, let's go. Why, hello, boys! No, Camilla, no!
5:18 a lot of parents underestimate children that's what you can see here
[video] 5:44 Damn.
5:49 Clever.
[video] 5:51 We're doing a little breakfast today. These are things that I ate when I was a kid that my grandmother or my mother made for me. First, we're going to start with coffee. I filled this up to here, put it on the stove here with water. is she saying that she drank coffee as a child or what and turn that on that's going to sit for a second it's got to come to a boil then we're going to come here put this in here this is called coffee in the egg i don't know if anybody is familiar with this but definitely want to show you how we used to do this when i was a kid because this was yummy so what we're going to do this is chuck full of nuts right my grandmother used to use this sometimes when we were younger and my mother always used it but she couldn't say the name so it was chuck full of nuts all right You gotta love graham crackers. Six of these in here, okay? You don't overdo it. Level spoonfuls. So when that begins to boil, we're gonna drop this in.
6:38 She must have been a very active child, a very stressed and alert child if she actually consumed this toxic seed powder.
[video] 6:49 We're going to cover it. It's going to go for five minutes. Okay? I want to make sure we just get the yolk in here. So you open it up, you get rid of all the white of the egg, and you're just left with the yolk. Yolk goes in the cup. Done. Teaspoon of sugar. Nice teaspoon. Whatever sugar.
7:03 Of course sugar, because the powder is toxic. It tastes bitter.
[video] 7:08 You add this domino. Get a nice teaspoon of sugar in there. Now, what happens if...
7:14 Do you feel the need to add sugar to meat? Any kind of animal foods? No, obviously not, because they taste good on their own. This tastes bad, which is why you do it to mask the taste.
[video] 7:30 This is, we have to just take this and beat it for a minimum of five minutes, okay? And you just continue to beat it. You'll see it'll get very frothy, almost like a white color to it. I don't know who made this up, if it's an Italian thing or not, but this is what I had growing up and loved it until I couldn't drink coffee anymore. This was big. This was a big thing. I used to watch this. She used to tell me to come into the kitchen. I'd get, Rita, come here. And she used to make me watch, and she used to speak to me in Italian, and she used to try and teach me. So it would be broken English, all kinds of broken, because she couldn't speak the best English, but she could definitely get away with it. A lot of times she used to come out to Jersey and babysit me for the weekend while my mother went to the city to visit my father. That's a whole other story. Read the book. Okay, you see it's starting to change color? All right. So, water, salt, and...
8:12 It's interesting that a lot of the Italians ended up in New Jersey, New York around there because it's kind of cold there compared to Italy for sure. You would assume that they would have chosen something closer to Arizona.
8:34 But maybe it's because the boat simply landed there and then they stayed there. Maybe it's as simple as that.
[video] 8:39 Boil, here we go. I put this little cap on here. All right, this is going to be five minutes. See this? Look at this now.
[video] 8:45 Ah. Want to go right here? Got a little carafe here. Got one of these to pour the coffee into so we don't get any residue. I'm going to pour the coffee in here. I can see, yeah, you can see the little residue right there. Look at that.
8:57 Actually toxic black water. It's so insane that people drink this today.
[video] 9:04 Cup is ready, okay? We're ready to roll. So, I'm gonna take the coffee and I'm gonna pour the coffee into the top. Stir it. Marron. It really doesn't get any better than this, I hate to say it. Throw a little milk in. Let me just do this.
9:17 Eggs, milk, sugar. That may mask the taste, at least somewhat.
[video] 9:29 I can't even.
9:30 Yes, but you're reacting to the egg, sugar and milk, which is what tastes good. You're not reacting to the toxic seed powder this way, because if you would drink it on its own, then you would spit it out with disgust. You're simply conditioned to drink the toxic seed powder, even though in reality, all that you want is something creamy and also sweet.
10:04 Is that a chicken wing? Must be.
10:15 Yes, it's yummy. Rats, hamsters, squirrels, they all eat meat. A lot of people don't know this, which is why when they get some kind of so-called pets, animals which they enslave, they feed them seeds, so-called pet food, which they buy in a store for animals. Those people don't even understand what these animals are naturally supposed to eat. And then these animals die within months and nobody can explain why that hamster died all of a sudden.
11:01 Raw meat would have been better, obviously, but it's better than not giving the animal any meat at all, which is what a lot of people do. 18 miles per hour can look very different.
11:19 Of course, the taller you are, the longer your legs are, the easier it will be for you to run. man and nature would be hunting, and if they would have spears, then they would possibly sometimes sprint for a few seconds to get closer to the animal, and then they would throw the spear. It would be a lot easier for a man to do that, obviously, naturally.
[video] 11:47 Mom hack, I wish I... Is she washing Skittles?
[video] 11:55 What's the issue with food colorings anyway? This is the study for you to know.
11:59 297 children... Why do you give your children Skittles at all? Yes, it may be better to wash them. I've never seen that before. But how about giving your children fruits when they want something sweet? Or raw honey?
[video] 12:19 ...ages 3 to 9 years old, children were either given placebo or a mixture of artificial food colorings for seven days. The results?
12:27 The children who drank food colorings at the end of seven days had way more hyperactivity and less attention... Hyperactivity, that may just mean that the children were poisoned, because those colorings are poisonous by definition, and then your body is more alert. It's the same with coffee, matcha, tea. You ingest toxins and your body is active. It's very alert. And when you're hyperactive, you're hyper alert because you're poisoned. It makes sense.
[video] 13:10 These were healthy kids with no diagnosis. They drank this artificial food coloring mix.
13:17 The child looks unwell.
[video] 13:21 And we're exhibiting ADHD symptoms. But here's where it gets even more interesting. The researchers then stop.
13:28 Is that AI? Did they portray the child as if the child is sick? Or was that a real clip? Doesn't even matter.
[video] 13:38 They experiment and they switch the groups. So the kids that were getting placebo before were now getting the mixture of food diet.
13:46 It's actually interesting how we portray sick people as people who have dark eye circles. It's true, obviously, naturally, we know that. But at the same time, it's kind of normalized in this sick society. People generally try to normalize sick behavior, sick-looking bodies.
[video] 14:12 And sure enough, the kids that got the placebo before were acting normally now got the food dyes, and sure enough, they started exhibiting symptoms of ADHD. And the kids that were hyperactive now got the placebo, and they were...
14:25 Yes, again, not a surprise. It's not as if you really need to be told as a parent that you shouldn't be feeding your children junk food, skittles, any of that. This shouldn't even be a topic.
[video] 14:41 We're starting to act normal again. It's pretty conclusive stuff that these things are just not that good.
14:46 And it's interesting that a lot of people would have said that it's simply the sugar that's also not good because of the processing. Nothing wrong with the sweet fruits, naturally. It's completely normal to eat them.
[video] 15:04 Good for you. And this is just one study. There's so many others. Did any of these food colorings get banned after this study? Not a single one. These washed Skittles, though, look pretty nasty, I'm not gonna lie. Yes, they do. What actually happens to your body when you eat real whole foods for 75 days straight? Not the scientific stuff, but the part you can actually feel.
15:27 He said, not the scientific stuff, but the part you can actually feel. That is scientific. That's what science is all about. Reading some papers online is not science. You are reading beliefs. Beliefs are the opposite of science, essentially.
[video] 15:47 First thing I noticed was extreme energy stability. No spikes, no crashes, just a calm, consistent state all day. I stopped getting...
15:55 Yes, and if you can test, measure, and prove that in a study, then you could prove that this way of eating is better than other diets.
[video] 16:06 Those mid-afternoon crashes completely. For me, those came from refined sugar and simple carbs without protein or healthy fats. Once I removed that, my mental capacity felt drastically more available or rather unobstructed, just like it was meant to be. Third, stomach aches disappeared.
16:18 And TMI, but the stomach aches disappeared. hmm, he still eats poisonous green leaves. I guess that maybe before he ate rice without meal, lots of broccoli, seeds, flowers, maybe even more green leaves or different, more poisonous green leaves. That's possible. And now... It's not as bad anymore, but you would still have digestive issues when you eat indigestible food. It just has to be like that.
[video] 16:53 Very regular bowel movements as well. Fourth, I just feel cleaner.
16:57 Again, if you could prove that and test it, then you could create a scientific study that And release it. Of course, the people reading it would have to simply believe you. But if you would be able to actually observe that, then you would have scientific results. That's exactly what science is about.
[video] 17:23 Knowing my body is running on the fuel that actually nourishes it. And the biggest surprise, you realize you can make healthy food taste phenomenal.
17:32 Yeah. At the beginning, it was okay-ish, but what is this? I guess that this way of eating is better than what he ate before. And I don't know this guy. I don't know what he used to eat before. Maybe he put something even worse on the slime made out of seeds, which is what bread is.
[video] 17:55 I genuinely do not crave foods like ice cream or candy anymore because my Greek yogurt bowl with homemade granola
18:01 Yes, if you use honey, all kinds of sweeteners, you eat fruits, it will be better. I guess that this way of eating is slightly better when you compare it to the way most people eat. But when you compare it to drinking blood, eating liver, brain, eating fruits, when you want something sweet... then this is garbage. But still, if you would do a scientific study, then you could prove that this way of eating is better than your old diet, for example.
[video] 18:37 Nola, frozen blueberries and honey hits different. And the part no one talks about, I wasn't perfect. I followed a 90-10, sometimes an 80-20 whole foods diet. Eating out definitely becomes hard, but still laid out occasionally, still traveled with friends, and cooking most of my meals was enough to feel all of this. Now, the two biggest downsides?
18:53 one eating processed fast foods will noticeably make you feel worse and two you might never want to go back right you would notice that because you're eating a better diet now again it's not a good diet but uh It's a step up, I suppose.
[video] 19:13 Sure. To your old way of eating. If you want me to break down my actual blood work, health metrics, and body composition after the 75 days, comment metrics and I'll share these as well.
19:22 I would love to see you eating natural food for 75 days. Raw animal foods, foods in their natural state. You can eat your fruits if you want to, that's all fine. you would have no digestive issues whatsoever, a super good mood. It wouldn't even be comparable to this. I guess that his whole diet was absolute junk. Now he ate better. We can assume that because of what he said. I believe him. But that would be a whole different level. You should try it. It's pretty interesting what's going on today. People talk about extracted sugar, all kinds of artificial colorings and other harmful chemicals which are found in processed fake foods. You shouldn't be eating that anyway. Who cares what's inside of there?
20:21 They sometimes mention the downsides of some vegetables and seeds, and then they... replace them with other green leaves, flowers and seeds, instead of not eating any of that at all, whatever the case, they will almost never talk about what we are naturally supposed to eat. Yes, I heard that my great-grandmother was fed raw liver by her mother, and her mother ate a lot of raw liver. But we are evolving past that. My mother ate a lot of cooked meat, no organs at all. She needed braces. My grandmother and great-grandmother didn't need braces. There's probably no connection.
21:17 And now I am thinking about going vegetarian and maybe even vegan. But this is all fine because there is no nature. Our intuition doesn't matter. We can just do whatever we want to do. And when our intuition tells us, not to eat the green leaves, flowers, and seeds, then we can simply add some red sauces, maybe some sugar or other sweeteners to these fake foods because sugar is not healthy, of course. And we can simply adapt to all of these new foods. And what our body is really asking for doesn't matter. Thanks for watching.
