0:00 Hey, another frequently asked question on my channel. How should I get into raw meat? What kind of food should I start with? And what I recommend is definitely steak tartare. I'll show you a close-up in a second. I was thinking about going to the shop and getting all the typical ingredients, but I did try capers back when I started eating raw meat and I don't need it. But if you do to get into raw meat, then absolutely go for it. It's just that ground meat and egg yolks hardly have a taste anyway. The egg yolk's more than the meat. So that already gives me enough. And you will cover the taste with even more stuff. So it will be hard to actually get into the raw meat because it's definitely not the taste that would bother you seeing as it's hardly there. You will simply get used to eating the other stuff. But what you can do is add olives or olive oil. the capers, black pepper, any kind of pickled vegetables.
0:57 What you should also check out is sashimi and carpaccio. And if you actually open your eyes and look around you, raw meat is everywhere, you can go on the corner here and buy bread with raw pork. It all depends on what is accepted in society. This is more or less how it's supposed to look like. This is the leftover egg clear. I simply drink it. The primal diet is about eating a nutritious diet, so you're naturally healthy as you're supposed to be. It's not about eating a ketogenic diet. Many people make this mistake. If you're already thin and you want to gain weight, maybe because you're malnourished from a vegan diet, then you should get those growth hormones going. Eat as many carbs and protein as you want, but do not focus on only eating a lot of fat. Especially if you're doing a zero carb diet, because it will get you nowhere. And do not under eat, this actually happens. Do the opposite and overeat.
1:55 And yes, this will age you a lot, but that's the whole purpose of growth hormones. In nature it works like this. If you're a good hunter, you always have food, so you're satiated. There are no ups and downs. You always have the perfect ratio of protein and fat. Whereas if you're a bad hunter, the consequence will be that you'll have to eat a lot of sugar to get those growth hormones going because you will have these ups and downs. So the key to longevity is of course being fat adapted. If you are where you want to be a high-fat diet is ideal because it will keep you young if that's what you want. All food ages you but fat does the least damage. If you're losing weight and you're getting cravings for old foods that you haven't had in months or years, that's because you stored all of the garbage along with the fat and now you're releasing it.
2:53 It circulates in your blood and it's literally as if you're eating it again. So these cravings will go away, that's guaranteed. And also, do you remember the game RuneScape? When you click on fish or any kind of meat, you could not eat it raw. So a shark healed 20 But actually a raw shark would heal 40. That's the brainwash in everyday life. Thanks for watching.
[video] 3:19 Now what was the difference between the Germans and their superior race in the 30s and 40s? They ate more steak tartare, raw meat and raw eggs, than any other nation. Something like 20 times that that they ate in Paris. Plus they ate all of these raw fungus cheeses. the raunchiest, stinkiest cheeses, they became an incredibly healthy race from those pre-digested foods. And they let the tartar breathe and age a little bit, like 24 hours. So you're full of bacteria before they even mixed it with the egg. And they would down the egg white and put the yolk with the meat to give it extra fat. So they ate the proteins. Now you go into a restaurant, they just throw the egg white away and just put the yolk with your raw meat.
[video] 4:18 I was in Finland two years ago giving a workshop, almost two years ago, and I ordered at a Marriott hotel steak tartare. And I was telling the chef how I wanted it. And I said, I don't want you to separate. I want the egg white mixed in with the meat just like the egg yolk. And he said, That's not steak tartare. That's an egg omelet. I mean, that's a meat omelet. I said, then give me a meat omelet. That's what you want to call it. Always eat your egg white. Don't have, you know, if you go into a restaurant and they serve you steak tartare, ask for your egg white on the side in a cup.
