[video] 0:02 What's up?

0:03 Yo, yo, yo. See you guys.

[video] 0:09 Hi, how are you doing? Did you try anything new in the last month or so?

0:13 New meat or what?

[video] 0:13 Yeah.

0:15 Not really. You?

[video] 0:17 Yeah, I had a bull testicle in Italy.

0:20 Oh, we ate wheel testicles. Nice.

[video] 0:23 Yeah, I think mine was like...

0:26 But we can't get them here. Where did you get them?

[video] 0:29 In Italy.

0:29 Oh, okay, yeah. In Amsterdam you can also get them, but not here. It's bullshit.

[video] 0:38 So I ate like two kilograms of meat that day because I was just eating everything I had on the way out and it just made me feel like the highest I've ever felt on ramen.

0:48 Nice.

[video] 0:53 They have some grass-fed Sardinian liver that Filippo bought. It was maybe the best liver, beef liver I've tried. It's very savory.

[video] 1:19 One night we came in, there's nobody here but you can just walk in and like sort of find the tank here and just open it up. We took like 10 liters and left them some money. The guy who lives here he says he used to do that with his father and I guess it was different management but he remembered where the tank was.

[video] 1:49 Hi!

[video] 2:20 It's dinner time, I think. Hi.

2:24 How are you? Oh, he still understands German. How are you? How are you?

3:04 Yummy, yummy.

3:07 Should I call some vegans to eat this? They like plants so much. Natural herbivores, right? Yes, you agree. Vegans are retarded. Yes, yes, yes.

[video] 3:18 Thank you for letting me show you this. Sure.

3:47 Cemetery Thank you

4:20 It is beating.

4:37 No, you know what vault is? It's forest.

[video] 4:40 Forest cherry? Yes. Like church. Forest church. Yeah, there's one over there, I think. Kirche.

[video] 4:52 Kirchen? I think that's what it's called. Kirche. Isn't Kirsch, like, cherry?

4:58 Kirche is church.

[video] 4:59 Oh, okay, never mind. We are just making stuff up.

5:05 It's true, Kirchen, but it's a bit different.

[video] 5:07 Yeah. Yeah, forest church. Sounds interesting. Did we see a church? No, we didn't drive by, but maybe on the way out we did. Take a look.

[video] 5:23 This is like the main street. And then over there, I would turn left and the place I stayed was maybe a kilometer away.

[video] 5:33 And there's a bunch of lakes that way, and Byzantal, like just forest preserve. Oh and there's some sheeps grazing I think I remember, also that way. Is it sheeps? where i was plural i thought it's sheep and sheep even like one sheep and more sheep where am i just making stuff up no you're probably right exposed bad english wait have you seen the meeting video why he was in the back of the car of alan's car You want to lay like that? Oh yes, I remember. I thought I didn't remember. No.

[video] 6:37 Kefir grains, you keep them in raw milk just to feed them. Every three weeks, change it and just put more raw milk to cover it up. When you make kefir, you just kind of dump it in one. So maybe we can do it in one of your bottles now if you want.

6:56 Sure.

[video] 6:56 You dump it in, and then you leave it in a warm place, room temperature, or maybe the warmest spot in your apartment for one day.

[video] 7:10 then it should clatter and become like a yogurt thing the next day and at that point you can take it all out and filter out and take the grains and put it back in here or put it into another bottle to make more kefir and at which point you can take the filtered kefir put it back in the bottle close it and do it one more day just the same thing warm space and at that point you'll probably see

[video] 7:37 Some separation between whatever it's called, curds and whey. And you maybe even see some bubbles if you keep it closed airtight.

[video] 7:49 Always leave some room if you do that because when you open it again, it could explode and get really messy. I've done that a couple of times. White mouth jars are easier to work with to get the kefir out and yogurt. So I recommend that, but these have pretty white mouths and they're kind of okay.

[video] 8:09 That second step is called second fermentation. You can also put any kind of pureed fruit you want in there or some raw honey is probably my recommendation. and it can give it a little flavoring and back home i know a guy who used organic bananas and organic berries to make some really good kefir but he also stirs it like every three hours or something like that something crazy i don't really care to me like once it that sort of prevents it from separating so it stays kind of consistent but to me i don't care i just kind of drink it and mix it again. You can even separate them and take the really thick part and the really, you know, the whey part and use this part for hydration and maybe this part for, you know, almost like a yogurt snack.

[video] 9:01 That's about it, if you wanna see. I can actually take a spoon, I think. This is just some raw milk, so you see cream on the top. Just feed it every three weeks.

[video] 9:16 Maybe a fourth would be better.

[video] 9:20 This much is good enough for one liter, so I've been making two liters with as much as in here.

[video] 9:29 That's about it. It comes from the United States. from my milk guy back in Las Vegas. It exploded when I opened it. It's a real one.
