0:00 Hey everyone, I'm gonna be reviewing a video called Full Day of Eating 3000 Calories by Regan Grimes.

0:13 You start the video by moaning? Is that supposed to inspire people or what?

0:39 Whoa, he looks just bad, unhealthy, the skin tone. How old is this guy? Let me look it up. Apparently 31. Wow, good job.

[video] 0:57 just the constant moaning oh my god all right guys i'm gonna do a full day of eating today welcome back to the channel i'm excited to show you guys exactly what i'm eating just a few weeks out from the first competition of the season so i have a few shows planned this year it's gonna be a good one and uh yeah so let's just jump right in first meal we have is tuna Actually tuna is very juicy. It's that you eat canned tuna. Cooked food. That's why it's dry. Tuna naturally is super juicy just like all raw meat.

1:44 And the reason you put the red sauce over it is because you want it in its natural state, actually. Why don't you just order tuna sashimi? Even regular people eat that raw.

[video] 1:58 Helps out by using some franks and some mustard. Super simple, but right now everything is delicious.

2:05 Mustard comes from toxic mustard seeds from the flower family.

[video] 2:14 i just got back from my morning routine you may have seen that before on my instagram what i do but basically i go i get my morning drink which is like a hydration product and then also a celsius packet which gives me a bit of caffeine energy boost and then i get to the gym i do 40 minutes yeah energy that's what you get out of caffeine yeah totally and after that i jump into the sauna and i do 15 minutes in the sauna and then i have my cold shower right away it just gives you this nice energy boost i love doing that in the morning i feel super what's up with him calling a

2:44 You damaging yourself energy boost.

[video] 2:48 Refreshed. And before I leave to the gym for the cardio, I do my check-in for Stefan. So I send it fasted with my weight and then I head off to the gym. And then I talk to him while I'm doing my cardio usually and go over the day. So yeah, meal number one, 60 grams of protein from the tuna. And carbohydrates are 75 carbs for the meal number one. So...

3:07 No, because it's cooked, how much protein would you actually get out of it? A lot less. Tuna from the can is super overcooked. You for sure destroy over half of the protein.

[video] 3:21 Not bad. I'm super, super hungry. Let's get into it.

3:26 Man, this whole thing is such a joke on humanity, what's going on today with these drugged up guys. Junkies giving you lessons, showing you what you're supposed to eat. And just look at him. This is straight up body dysmorphia. Why is he teaching people what to do? This never used to happen before. It wasn't even possible. The drugs were not so widely available.

[video] 4:02 I haven't really been prepping like a full day of meals all at once. I really, I mean, I'm able to stay home and cook my food all day and then train. So if I can make it like this, it's definitely tastes better. You know, when something just comes out of the oven, I find a lot of the time, you know, when you cook chicken in the oven, you put it in your fridge, it's super like dry and it's like, it's really chewy. But if I do it like this.

4:21 Yeah, exactly. And in its raw state, it's super juicy and not chewy. Yeah. Then what's the problem? Just eat it in its natural state.

[video] 4:34 Eat it right away. It's not dry.

4:36 So maybe not this specific chicken, obviously. I don't know that one, but in general, when it comes to meat.

[video] 4:43 So usually 250 grams raw chicken turns out to be around like 180 to 185 cooked. Wait, there we go.

4:51 Oh, that's interesting that he knows it. A lot of bodybuilders do measure sometimes even the micronutrients, although very rarely. He does understand that the liquids, the nutrients, leave the meat. That's why it weighs less.

5:09 He has very bad under eye bags. The face is also very puffy, kind of bloated.

5:19 You see what I mean? It's really strange. The guy is just super juiced up. The wains are just completely popping out. Really hardcore self-destruction.

[video] 5:32 sign is going off so I'm gonna get it checked out and then I'll go from the dealership to the gym eat the pre-meal and what we have here guys is 70 grams worth of banana 80 grams of cream of rice a protein shake so 50 grams of protein from the protein shake and that is that super simple nice and easily digesting pre-workout meal goes in pretty fast and then we also have here five grams of creatine and 30 grams of intra carbs there's also lots of salt in the cream of rice so the pump will be really good and I also have hydration product inside this big shaker so I'll be sipping that all day and all the way into the workout as well so be nice and hydrated and that means it's good muscle function and a sick pump. So I'm just gonna also pack up my post-workout meal. Cause I'm gonna eat that at the gym and I'll show you guys that after the workout.

6:07 His whole life, just like it is with all of these people, is about the pump, about looking big. Because something inside of you makes you feel small or made you feel small in your childhood. I don't want to guess what happened to this guy. There are some horror stories about some of these guys out there who really want to be huge. There's always some kind of trauma, oftentimes pretty severe. And that's it. Why else? You don't just wake up one day and think, oh, I want to look huge, unnatural, like the Hulk, just like that. Something has to really happen to you, to break you.

7:01 What's also interesting is that he's driving in a fancy car, lives in a pretty good neighborhood, I guess. These people oftentimes get sponsored a lot because what do the companies care if they promote some protein powder, supplements or even win at these shows? they know that they will die in their 40s 50s if they will even reach 40 and they don't care about that because they are making money from them indirectly they promote all of this garbage and then the next generation uses the same garbage they also die early yeah that's it he's just a tool of the companies

[video] 7:55 Your triceps doesn't need to engage. Right now, you're in prep. So you're at the phase of prep, like, you always think, like, oh, I need to get better. You can't get better. You just will try to keep the muscle, you know, and maybe make a little bit. So triceps, you have such a huge triceps. Don't waste your mind and energy. How should I grow my triceps? Chest is different. Chest can probably still improve. That's why we're hitting it more frequently. Yeah. The triceps, you don't need to improve.

8:30 They are just talking about improving the triceps as if it just needs to grow bigger and bigger and bigger. What kind of a life is this? Just pulling metal just to have a bigger triceps. How big do you want it, man? Is there a limit? Not really. Not in their minds.

9:05 Man, your problem is not the small triceps. You feel like it's too small because you're small on the inside, as I said.

9:17 You lack security. There's something else going on. Think about it naturally as a human being. You don't have too small of a triceps. You could technically, but that's for sure not the case here. You should just have the natural amount of muscle that you need. So that's not your problem. So think about why you're even doing this, because that's not it. It's not the triceps.

9:46 This guy needs to do some self reflection.

10:12 Just the moaning constantly at the house at the gym just a life full of pain

10:25 I think what these gyms also do is put up all of these dumbbells and the other weights and then you look at the numbers and you go to the gym. Let's say that you start with 10 kilograms and then you feel like, oh, look, that guy is doing 15. I want to be like him. And then you get to 15 and it's just not enough. And then you want to get to 20 and so on. Because it's never really enough and you can never really reach your actual goal. Because the goal is outside of the gym. The gym is not what you want. lifting the metal, achieving something in there. You can't achieve anything in there, except for a reduced lifespan. And yeah, a bigger body, as in bigger muscles, which adapt to the stress, that's true, but it will go back to its natural state anyway once you stop, more or less. It will go down anyway.

11:22 So that's also not permanent anyway, you're not achieving anything really.

11:38 and just a severe obsession with staring at your biceps and just doing this just up and down like a complete obsession this guy is living in a different reality this posing reminds me of a short which i saw recently this is what bodybuilders looked like in 1941

12:07 you look at these yeah this i could understand if you had these kind of competitions just lift some metal it's already abnormal but you don't look freakish i mean these are essentially the same size as women these days in the figure division there's not a figure division i don't know what that is uh some bodybuilding competition

12:38 Women on drugs only. Women still cannot reach those kind of physiques, no matter how much they work out. But women on male hormones or male dominant hormones, I should say, could reach that kind of physique. Sure. Yeah.

[video] 12:54 Even a guy here that's really low teens body fat. This is a great example of a physique inflation. I mean, even two decades after this, the guys were double the size.

13:03 Yeah. And the question is, why are we at this point right now? Why do people want to look like that? Completely unnatural. It's not attractive. It's scary. Even if children see it, they cry and run away.

13:21 nobody really likes it except for other men who push other men to be like that that's it really you will just hear people online say do you even lift or that used to be a thing i guess that it's not really a popular thing to say anymore or yeah do you go to the gym because something about pumping metal it's just all about metal just the chains You go to the gym to torture yourself and just be a slave. That's all that it's about. And then you stop anyway eventually. And why did you do it? Just to die early. Or if it would have some kind of benefit for your everyday life. That I could even somewhat understand. You could say, okay, I'm going to die in my 50s, but I can do this every day. But you just can't do anything. You can do even less. You're slow, you moan all the time. Even if you don't use steroids, it's pretty bad.

14:20 You sleep 10 hours a day and then nap during the day. You have low libido because you have low testosterone. Everything is worse. It is just no benefit whatsoever. The only thing that you're good at is lifting metal up and down. That's it. Which is useless.

[video] 14:43 10 years after that, they were triple the size. I mean, compare these guys even to current-day natural bodybuilders. If you put someone from the current day back then, they might think it's an alien.

14:54 Well, they're not really natural today, actually, because these guys were probably eating maybe even raw meat, I think. I wouldn't be surprised because of... What was his name? Vince... Gironda? Gironda something? The guy was promoting raw eggs and meat, I think, and some others also back in the day. And raw eggs were normal anyway. That was a staple basically. Raw meat maybe not so much in the 1940s, but it was also not unheard of. Today, tons of guys take some kind of hormones and who knows what and they call themselves natural anyway. 20 different powders and pills. There's nothing natural about it anyway, diet-wise. And also what you're doing is not natural. Using the word natural when referring to bodybuilding is a joke in itself.

15:50 Look, compare that to those guys. Look at his face. Just gaunt, exhausted, half dead basically. And he just keeps on pushing.

16:10 Yeah, it's body dysmorphia because when you look in the mirror, you see something else. You don't see the way it really looks like. People like this need an intervention.

[video] 16:24 Post-workout, that was a great workout. Conan pushed me through it for the arms. I wanted to have orange roughy post-workout, but I didn't have any cooked. So I brought two cans of tuna. So here you go again. Like meal one, I had tuna as well. I wouldn't like fully...

16:35 He has very deep wrinkles for 31. That's not normal. Man, that you should see in your 50s, if even that.

[video] 16:44 I recommend having tuna, you know, twice in one day. It's just, this is just one day, so it's not a problem. But just like on a regular basis, I wouldn't have tuna every twice a day.

17:02 That's pretty annoying when it happens. I once filmed a video outside a kind of log and the audio wasn't recorded.

[video] 17:12 It's totally irrelevant what you eat. It's all about the drugs that you use anyway.

17:26 None of these full day of eating videos make sense for these bodybuilders.

[video] 17:30 Yeah, lettuce, just water with pesticides to destroy your gut even more.

17:40 What's the point of any of this? Why do you show this to us? Does it have anything to do with your physique? Literally zero. Nobody cares.

[video] 17:51 So lettuce, and then I have like a light Italian dressing on there, which is like, it's a super low calorie. Shut up. It is literally, what do we got here? 15 calories for 32 grams. And I use maybe 10 grams on there. So you're talking about five calories in the dressing. And then on the fish, I don't know if you guys have ever had orange raffia before, but it tastes very buttery. It's like my favorite white fish for sure. So I just put salt on it and it tastes delicious. Maybe sometimes I'll put franks on it, but right now I feel like just salt is good. Feeling pretty hungry late at night. I've got no carbs here and no carbs in the next one too. And meal six is the final one. So I'll make sure to show you guys the last meal of the day. And now I'm just going to be chilling. I'm excited. Tomorrow, Brett comes back.

18:18 Yeah, because you have no energy to do anything else. It's all cool to chill, but that's all that people like him can really do.

[video] 18:27 And then I can like just dip the beef in as much as I want. So I just mix the mustard and the franks together and voila. There you have it. Doesn't look too bad, does it? So total for...

18:36 Why do you eat poisonous vegetables? There's just no explanation because I don't even think that he himself understands what he's doing. Maybe he just read some blog or listened to some podcast, watched some video. No, he just does whatever because it's irrelevant. Because the whole video is irrelevant. Why does it matter what you eat, man? It's like a heroin addict showing you what he eats in a day and then he says, I feel good because of the food or something. It makes no sense, man. The way you look like has nothing to do with the food that you eat. There's vegans who look bigger than you.

[video] 19:17 None of this is even correct. You destroy too much of the protein and the calories in general when you cook the food, the fat and the carbs also. Not so much, but still.

19:45 And it's irrelevant anyway. Realistically, he consumes less than 2,000 calories in a day. But it doesn't even matter.

[video] 19:53 I was around 5,500 to 6,000 in the off season. So we cut that in half, basically. Not all in one shot. I was eating close to 5,000 calories, even at like eight weeks out. And then we just started making big cuts to get down. So yeah, that's where we're at right now. My off day, which is only one day a week, is 2,700 calories. So not a huge difference there. But yeah, like I said, it's just one day a week that I do that. So yeah, hope you guys enjoyed that. I'm getting excited for the...

20:13 How can you enjoy that? It's one of the most boring videos I've ever seen.

20:20 It's just a bad video. You're not good at making videos or whoever films this.

20:27 It's just bad content.

20:30 I don't get what anybody is supposed to get out of this.

[video] 20:33 Is he filming himself? Why does he cut off half of his face?

20:57 Or maybe there's something with his vision from all the drugs. Maybe he just doesn't see it.

[video] 21:02 Thanks for watching. I hope you enjoyed that. Grimey out.

21:06 I don't get the point of these kind of videos. I understand why people make what I eat in a day, full day of eating videos. I've done many myself but I don't understand why he shows what he eats in a day, seeing as his channel is about bodybuilding, as in destroying your whole body and your life.

21:29 It doesn't make any sense. when it comes to building or maintaining muscle, adapting your body to the stress of lifting metal because his physique has nothing to do with the food that he eats. What makes him think that recording such a video is a great idea? He shows garbage food throughout the day, he does eat some overcooked meat, for the most part it's slave food, and then he goes to the gym to lift metal and then he's lethargic the rest of the day. understandably, and he can hardly even walk. He can't even make proper movements because it looks like he has tumors instead of muscles in his arms, legs, back, chest, everywhere.

22:25 Why did he show us what he eats in a day?

22:29 It's good that he's not allowed to show what kind of drugs he uses, but this is what people would want to see, the ones who want to look like him, who have the same kind of problems. Why he showed the food? Who knows? Maybe he wants us to believe that his physique has something to do with the food that he eats. Maybe he is delusional enough to believe it himself. It's possible. Thanks for watching.
