Reviewing Abbey's Review of My Perfect Natural Diet

0:02 Hey everybody, I'm going to watch Abby's review of what I eat in a day. I made a video about her review of Unnatural Vegan's diet, and at the end of the video I said that she should review what I eat in a day, and she did. That's cool. Of course, I can imagine what she will talk about, bacteria, parasites, etc. Should be hilarious.
[video] 0:24 Hey everyone, I'm Abbey Sharp. Welcome to Abbey's Kitchen and another edition of What I Eat In A Day, YouTuber review. So I've been reading all of your comments and a lot of you guys have asked me to review a carnivore's diet. And there's a few- You guys probably commented on her video. Cool. I'm gonna work my way through and start with this guy. His name's Siv Three Ridge. I don't know how to say his name.
0:47 So I'm just gonna call him- I don't want to be associated with the carnivore diet, by the way, at all.
[video] 0:51 I don't know. Q the T Swift. That's all I know.
[video] 0:59 second of all I want you guys all to know how much I love you because it was like painful for me to watch these videos for a lot of reasons many of which I don't have time to like get into detail on during this video but things like the fact that he thinks the earth is flat that he seems like he's anti-semitic and also he has another video called what the fuck is she talking about and when asked if he's suggesting that we kill and eat people His response was yes.
[video] 1:31 Yeah, and YouTube screened and pulled down my video. YouTube, we gotta do better at this. Actually, watch the video. But anyway, I am here to talk food, not politics.
1:44 So she starts off by completely lying about me.
[video] 1:46 Before we get started, a big, big, big warning, especially to all of my vegan viewers. What you are about to see probably will offend you because quite honestly, it offends the out of me too. So let's do this.
[video] 2:06 That's enough of that, I would say. I just want to say that I'm trying really hard to be professional and kind with this review, but I'm struggling immensely to watch it.
2:20 You're probably totally triggered by my video, that's why you're doing this.
[video] 2:23 That's cool. Hunched over in a dark apartment, shoving raw meat and butter into his face. Fine. Fine. But let's talk about that liver that he's consuming right there. So, don't get me wrong, liver is probably one of the most nutritious organs that you can eat. However, like most things, too much of a good thing can be a bad thing. There's no example of that. Only too much of a bad thing can be a bad thing. It's not. There's zero proof for it.
2:57 There's only been studies about supplements, synthetic toxic vitamin A? It's bullshit. There's no proof that you can get toxicity from liver, never.
[video] 3:14 there's never been one case i would still say that you want to go easy on the portion sizes and yes totally fine in moderation but in combination with everything else going on in this guy's diet including that stick of butter he's consuming i would say it's overkill all right let's get to what's wrong with butter
[video] 3:41 I want to go tomorrow. There's chunks in it. There's chunks in it.
3:45 It's coagulated.
[video] 3:47 So the massive jug of blood is a lot for me right now. And I watch a lot of true crime. So you think I was down with all the creepy, but no. Still one of all, I'm watching that. I can't believe I'm gonna say this, but I would like, I'm longing for the raw vegans token green juice right now. But in any case, let's talk about blood. So eating coagulated blood is actually quite common in some places of the world. So I'm gonna try really hard not to yuck somebody's yum. However, generally it's mixed with salt and then either cut into cubes or it's mixed with other meats and stuff into casings.
4:25 Then it wouldn't be coagulated.
[video] 4:26 like blood sausage i've had it before i don't love it but like i don't hate it now i'm sure a lot does it have to do with drinking raw blood drink blood claim that it's a rich source of heme iron it can help prevent it has every nutrient i'm not going to argue with that of course blood is a great source of iron but as you can see and when you do from all of the animal products this guy is eating in his day uh iron is really not a nutrient of concern for him No. No proof. Completely made up. Your stupidity is just funny.
[video] 5:15 So ignorant, it's crazy. What dishes? They wouldn't be raw anymore anyway.
5:43 What is she even talking about? If an animal is healthy, then it's healthy. It has nothing. It's a mess here.
[video] 5:58 Okay, that's enough. I know, it's enough. We're all cringing here. Yeah, nothing like cracking a sketchy bag of butter. It's impossible not to do that if you have a beard. Basically, soured cultured butter is made kind of like sour cream or yogurt by taking butter and of course souring it with some kind of bacterial culture. Sounds like something I would find at some kind of like experimental Michelin star restaurant served with some fancy apples. That was sour cream. Down with the concept But to just like eat chunks of it like that. It's not chunks, it's liquid. Really making my mouth water and not in like a good mouthwatering way. Like when your mouth waters right before you're going to yack. So that's happening. That's fun right now. Also, like for the love of all that is holy, can this somebody just get this guy a napkin? It's getting like really, really grotesque. Savage.
6:53 Why would I use a napkin before finishing the food? It doesn't even make sense.
[video] 6:57 You're the one that's in your closet, right? My enema?
7:01 I don't have an enema in my closet. Yeah, you do. Milk chart. We've got a show on this video. What? Yeah, I touched it and you said, I touched all of that. No, it's not mine. It's from the previous owner.
[video] 7:17 Like, what kind of conversation is this? Whose enema is this? It's not my enema. I'm just holding it for a friend. What the f***?
[video] 7:31 All right, I can take an oyster. We all love a good oyster. A buck a shuck, anyone? So, I am so happy to be seeing that happening right now. I can actually, like, watch... How the fuck is that different? It's also raw animal food. And there are grains of low-fat protein to really balance out the, like, stick of butter that he just ate. So, I'm gonna give him the stamp of approval for that. Okay, so, obviously... It just doesn't make sense. We got a little snack happening.
8:00 It's simply because society approves oysters, so you approve it. You're a sheep slave who just approves of anything that society approves of. How can you live without having your own opinion about something?
[video] 8:12 No, he's like eating like a burrito in the back of a cab. Like that is one way to kill your Uber rating right there. But also, can we talk about how effortlessly he is chewing through that raw duck breast, that raw fat? Like what the fuck? Honestly, the thought of eating through that much raw fat reminds me of what it would be like to eat through like a cheap foam-soled flip-flop. No! Also, food safety- It's very soft and there's not much of it. She doesn't even know what that looks like or tastes like.
8:52 Zero proof again, you just make something up. What the fuck is this? It's like a joke, but it's not.
9:02 That's cottage cheese.
[video] 9:05 I love cottage cheese. I really do. It's a great high protein snack, but I'm not sure I could consume two cups in one go all by itself. It also has a lot of fat. And then you say that fat is bad. Make up your mind. Does he have to be that f***ing savage? This is probably not the kind of guy you want to bring to like a fancy dinner party or your parents' house.
9:26 I don't want to go to f***ing fancy dinner parties full of idiots.
[video] 9:30 He also seems to surround himself with a lot of like-minded people. Like his friend Milk Jar. All I have is milk and blood and an egg. And now the cottage cheese and honey. Yeah, that's all I had today. That's all. And then later I'm gonna have the rest of my testicle. You're the worst because you appeal to vegans.
10:13 But make videos like this.
[video] 10:14 Choose a side. Yeah, I get it. You're an actor and you want to get views. Want to make some money. Yeah. Salt?
10:39 What? What the fuck are you talking about? It is like vacuum. It is like... Sure, sure.
10:53 Come on. Masterpiece. Oh, no way. God, fuck off.
[video] 10:55 You're so fucked up.
11:29 i hate the sounds the sound yeah i like it two more of these that will be it for today
[video] 11:35 So first of all, they're like double yolk eggs. It's like he can't just have normal eggs. He needs the extra fat because he hasn't had enough of that today. But the weird thing is he just put the shells in his pocket. Like so strange. This man is so strange in some of his dietary and eating behaviors. It's just bizarre to me. But now I want to break it down and talk about the macros because there is a lot going on here. So for total calories, we're looking at about 2,300. And in terms of the macros, it's about... She has no idea what I ate.
12:09 This is all made up. It means nothing.
[video] 12:11 And 26% protein. So not surprisingly, his macronutrient is definitely a little out of whack and unbalanced. He's consuming dangerously high... That's because she thinks that I ate butter and added the wrong stuff. It wasn't just duck fat I added.
12:29 It's not even worth commenting because just to make it clear whatever she adds in chronometer or wherever firstly as you could see she brought down the wrong stuff which I didn't even eat she didn't even understand what I was eating and then of course chronometer has studied specific food and it has no idea, of course, what nutrients and what macronutrients my exact food has. It's all very, very vague. Shouldn't be taken serious at all.
[video] 13:04 And his protein levels are within range. And he's consuming fairly good sources from things like eggs, the liver and the cottage cheese as well. But macros tell a very small part of the whole story. So let's talk about what's lacking in his diet. Honestly, a heck of a lot. Oh, yeah. Okay. His diet looks like this every day. I want to hear this. This guy's likely missing out on a lot of vitamins and minerals. Okay. Sure, he's It's probably not deficient in iron or B vitamins, but without any fruits or vegetables or whole grains, he's probably missing out on a ton of important fiber and of course- Fiber is not a nutrient? Okay, what micronutrients? This I wanna hear. So first of all, I'd be particularly worried about a lot of the water soluble vitamins and antioxidants like vitamin C. Vitamin C, liver, spleen, all raw meat has vitamin C.
13:57 What are you talking about? It's not even as if you need a lot of vitamin C when you don't eat sugar.
14:04 So what does this mean? Where are all the micronutrients? I wanna hear it. There's no proof?
[video] 14:09 Copper toxicity happens when you eat mostly plants. Everybody understands this.
14:27 When you don't have the right levels of zinc. That's the case with vegans. What is she talking about? She said a lot of micronutrients and only mentioned vitamin C. What the fuck? She's such a bullshitter.
[video] 14:38 Because it costs money.
[video] 14:58 Um, but I would also really like to see his urea. In Germany? Everybody who lives in Germany knows this. Considering he's consuming so much animal protein. We can only hope that this guy is adding some kind of multivitamin to his diet routine. Are you fucking kidding? But with most YouTubers, we don't hear anything about that.
15:15 For what? You didn't mention anything that I could lack in. What multivitamin?
[video] 15:20 Not really. Why do you say that? Raw meat specifically has types of bacteria in it that can cause food poisoning, specifically things like E. coli. Now, even in places like Japan, which are known for serving up liver sashimi and other raw meat delicacies, the Japanese Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare demanded that people stop serving up raw liver, raw beef liver, because of so many cases, deadly cases of food poisoning. Now, of course, there are ways to reduce your exposure and your risk of food poisoning.
15:54 Food poisoning? In every language, as far as I know, it means the same. It always says the word poison because it comes from poison. It's not called food bacterium or something because all humans in all of history understood it comes from poisons, as in toxins. Of course, the liver, if the animal is unhealthy, will be toxic. That's why you get food poisoning. What's so hard to understand? There's never been any proof, ever, that bacteria or parasites the boogeyman has caused anything. Ever! She has no idea what she's talking about. It's so clear.
[video] 16:36 Poisoning, things like safe handling practices, using really good quality meats. The other question I'm probably gonna get asked is, is raw meat more nutritious? No. I know raw carnivores will share sensationalized anecdotes about how much healthier it is to eat raw. However, there's no scientific evidence that there's any benefits to a raw meat diet. What we do know is that the more processed a meat product is, the higher the risk of cardiovascular disease and certain cancers. However, highly processed foods are not the same thing as cooked foods. These are two different concepts. So let's talk more about the cooked versus uncooked thing here, because this guy seems to think that cooking ruins the nutritional properties of food. And I want to unpack that. Yeah, that's been proven in studies. When we cook meat, some of the enzymes are deactivated at a certain temperature. And raw food advocates claim that this can lead to enzyme deficiency. Where this does not actually make that much sense because our body has its own enzymes that we use to digest food.
[video] 17:35 And we don't rely on the enzymes in food to digest it and do it for us. What I can say is that there are some nutrients that are depleted by cooking. Things like vitamin C or B vitamins can get... Right, B12, vitamin D, that's all been proven. Fast cooking methods, things like steaming or... No, any kind of cooking. Bang for your buck. The protein is destroyed by any kind of cooking that's been proven. Things like carrots, tomatoes, peppers, spinach, all of these have enhanced antioxidants when they're cooked versus when they're raw. Antioxidants are toxic. Harvard researchers actually found that cooked meat actually supplies more energy to the body than raw meat.
[video] 18:16 move along raw carnivore oh i'm so i made a video about this i'll link it i'm gonna explain it again well research over the years has shown that increasing the amount of plant-based foods in your diet and reducing the amount of animal products in your diet can help reduce the risk of cardiovascular disease diabetes and zero proof she's blabbering i would say no Now, next I want to talk about digestion. Not to get any more graphic than we already have in this video, but I would not want to be in the same house as this guy when he takes a dump.
18:49 Alright, if there's any vegan watching or anybody who eats a lot of plants, it's literally the opposite. Everybody who eats even only cooked meat, but especially raw meat, knows this. You don't have bloating, you don't have gas, you don't stink. You eat any kind of plants, they're indigestible and you stink. You fart all the time, when you go to the toilet it stinks a lot. If you go to the toilet after a vegan, it will smell incredibly and after her too, for sure. If you only eat meat, there's no smell, nothing.
19:26 That is the truth and people don't understand this. Just a lie. She has no idea what she's talking about because she has never tried eating only raw meat. So she's talking out of ignorance. It's really something that people should understand. Raw meat eaters don't smell whatsoever. Because that's how naturally humans are supposed to be. You're not supposed to smell and fart.
[video] 19:49 A lot easier on our digestive system, because it means it's easier to chew, which in turn makes it easier to digest, and that will cut back on gas and bloating. This guy also has legit no fiber in his diet. Raw meat is the easiest to digest food. The softest. bathroom reading mirror every single day. Finally, I want to talk about this guy's philosophy. So in the past, we've reviewed other vegan YouTubers what I eat in a days. And these YouTubers tend to be really aggressive in their own food philosophies and shame other people who don't follow along as hardcore as them. But what about people like Godus, especially with what we know about the environment? Eating this way would require you to eat a ton of meat every single day. It's the best for the environment. Doesn't have to be expensive. It's not, you're lying again.
[video] 20:47 I also just want to say that I really don't like this guy's activity on YouTube. He seems to have made a life out of taunting vegans by showing up at vegan events or restaurants to eat raw meat. And also is making a lot of videos about vegans, talking about how they're malnourished. Like, nobody. No. We need vegans in this world to balance out people like your meat consumption.
21:10 But you're not vegan yourself.
[video] 21:12 And you don't have to be a f***ing dick about it. Go vegan and try it. You're not gonna last.
[video] 21:21 So guys, I hope you enjoyed this video and my what I eat in a day series. If you did, be sure to give it the thumbs up. Leave me a comment below if you've made it this far watching what he has been eating. I would love to know other YouTubers who you want me to review. Subscribe to the channel and I will see you next time on Abbey's Kitchen. Bye.
21:44 She supports child abuse by supporting veganism because vegans feed their children a vegan diet too. But what does she do herself? She 100% wouldn't feed her children a vegan diet. It's just very hypocritical. Vegans can't get over 50 nutrients from plants, whereas I obviously get all of the nutrients because I eat animals. Animals have all of the nutrients. I have nothing at all to worry about in any way when it comes to nutrients. You proved this yourself because you could only mention vitamin C, which is in meat. You're that ignorant that you didn't even look it up or maybe you just lied again. Whatever. Was funny. Yeah. Thanks for watching.
