0:00 hi everyone as requested I'm gonna review the video called everything Michael Fassbender eats in a day by men's health intermittent fasting I started doing that because somebody told me it's a good thing to do and I believe them because I'm very That's how it usually goes. Intermittent fasting is you starving periodically. That's it. You starve because somebody told you to starve. You don't starve because you actually want to starve, seeing as it goes against human nature.

[video] 0:28 Gullible.

0:29 And it's worked. Okay, he admits it. Yeah, that's how it is for everybody who starves on purpose.

[video] 0:35 Really well, actually, I have to say. Hi, I'm Michael Fassbender, and today I'm going to show you what my diet looks like.

[video] 0:44 I do like exercising, so... No, you don't.

0:47 Actually, no human being on Earth likes exercising. There's never been any recorded photos or videos of somebody who enjoys exercising. That doesn't exist. But of course you say that because you've been brainwashed to exercise the same way you were brainwashed to starve yourself. In other words, You're a slave.

[video] 1:06 You know, I'll train five times a week, usually. I don't work much, so that takes care of that. I do this sort of workout. My wife introduced me to this thing which was called the Bikini Body App. I was like, yeah, sure, I'll try that. How hard can it be? And it's hard. Now it's called the Sweat App, because maybe they realize they're taking out a demographic. like myself, by calling it a bikini body app. But now it's the sweat app and it's hard. Burpees, push-ups, sit-ups, you know, warm-up. I might do that on the jump rope or running or an elliptical. 10 minutes on the heavy bag. Cardio-based body weight stuff in general. And then if I...

1:38 Yes, all of which human beings hate doing.

[video] 1:40 I'm traveling around, like now I might go to the gym and use some machines, you know, for strength work. And I do that more for like the mental benefits as opposed to the physical.

1:51 The mental benefits of torturing your body, of experiencing pain, soreness, what are the mental benefits exactly? It feels good when you stop working out because working out itself feels so horrible that when you stop you feel so good because you got away from this torture method. Spraying people with cold water is a torture method which is still being used in prisons nowadays. I think that they also used to make people squat for a very long time back in the day. There's some methods of exercising that actually used to be torture methods from what I've researched.

[video] 2:29 I mean both are good but I find like mentally it sets me up for the day if I go and hit the gym first thing in the morning.

[video] 2:39 I eat everything and anything except celery. I'm allergic to celery.

2:45 Oh, that's interesting because celery actually does have allergens. If you drink celery juice especially, that's how you get most of the allergens inside of your body, then you can develop an allergy to the sun.

[video] 2:56 which I only developed in my twenties. I don't like Irish stew and I'm not crazy about cod. But other than that, I pretty much eat everything.

3:06 The cod of today's farm, it's oftentimes full of worms.

[video] 3:10 My favorite food is pizza.

3:11 Pizza is not the worst thing that you can eat on Earth. It's not healthy by any means, but they created it as a substitute for meat when there was famine, which is why they used bread and put the cheese and everything else they could find on top of it. It's a starvation food. It still is today. You're still mostly eating grains. with glyphosate, anti-nutrients, only sugar, carbohydrates are sugar, fiber, which is indigestible, all of the man-made vegetables, indigestible, toxic, horrible for you, but you still have the cheese, which is the only healthy part. of any pizza, except if you also have meat on it. In this case, I don't see any. Usually it's full of garbage, but the cheese makes it not the worst food on earth. There's way worse stuff out there than pizzas because of the cheese.

4:01 If there's tons of cheese on it, and especially if you add some tuna or whatever to it, then it's actually still bad, but just a lot better than most junk food.

[video] 4:12 And in terms of dieting, I guess the only real significant shift I've done with my diet is intermittent fasting. I started doing that in April this year. So I'll stop snacking at around 8.30.

4:23 Yeah, people start in April, whatever he started this year, and then they later stop because you can't do it long term, seeing as you lose too much body weight, depending on how often you eat, especially if you eat one meal a day. It's just not sustainable. All of the people who do it for one or two years look incredibly starved. Some people even look like vegans in the end.

[video] 4:45 Let's say. So then I won't eat again then until 12 30 the next day. So it's 16 hours So basically you're just taking out breakfast and that's not for a weight loss thing. That's just for Health reasons one thing I do break what health reasons he was just thinking.

5:00 Uh health reasons what? He can't of course name anything What health reasons could there possibly be and of course he does look like somebody who does intermittent fasting and that's because His body fat is very low and his skin looks Over the top wrinkled. Yes, he's 46 years old from what I saw, but that's not normal for that age. He kind of looks like one of those typical intermittent starvation guys.

[video] 5:29 Coffee is a drug. It's literally just heated up bean water.

5:38 It's one of the unhealthiest things you could possibly drink. From what people drink today, it's the unhealthiest drink out of all because It's so insanely toxic to the body, which is why you get such an adrenaline response from the toxins. The adrenaline from coffee proves how unhealthy it is.

[video] 5:58 So I'll break the fast with AG greens, mix that with, you know, cold water, drink that as I'm preparing lunch for lunch.

6:05 That powder only has man-made toxic vegetables. From what I've seen, they don't even exist in nature. Why would you consume that?

[video] 6:15 I could easily do like half a chicken. Potatoes.

6:18 Okay, he eats meat, which is good. Some garbage overcooked chicken, but still. And potatoes. It's in a sense better than sweet potatoes because they are so high in oxalates. The white potatoes are better, but still, of course, you can't eat them raw. seeing as we are not naturally supposed to eat them, that's why we need to cook them. We cook them because we destroy the toxins, that way we neutralize them, which is why they don't bother us anymore as much. But then again, you destroy all of the nutrients in the potatoes when you cook them and there's not many anyway. There's some vitamin C, which you would need to metabolize the carbohydrates, the sugar, but there's none left anymore after you have cooked the potatoes, which already proves how unnatural it is to eat them in the first place.

[video] 6:59 Veg or salad. So I'll eat like a...

7:02 Salad again, main, main vegetables, which don't even exist in nature. Just absolutely toxic, incredibly unhealthy.

[video] 7:09 Proper meal for lunch. I might snack a little bit through the day, some nuts, but I'm not a big snacker.

7:14 Nuts are not healthy by any means. The ones that we eat nowadays have been cultivated, which means that they are not the way they naturally should be. Almonds, for example, which is a very bitter seed naturally, and that's because of the cyanide in almonds. When we bite them open, the cyanide is released, which is supposed to poison the animal that eats them. And the reason it does that is because It's a natural defense mechanism. The plant doesn't want you to eat the seeds of the plant because it's as if those are the plant's babies. That's how they reproduce. The same way no animal would want you to eat its baby. The baby is the part that you definitely try to protect naturally as a plant. or as any animal. The almonds that we eat nowadays don't have a lot of cyanide anymore, although some of them still do, maybe I've tried a bitter one, but they still have anti-nutrients fiber, which is indigestible, it irritates your gut.

8:07 They still have those natural compounds, which are bad for human beings, even though they are not as bitter anymore. It just doesn't make them good somehow, automatically.

[video] 8:19 Acura might have some fruit, you know, an apple, you know, whatever, nectarine.

8:22 Basically all of the fruit that we eat nowadays is man-made, except if you live in the tropics and eat some kind of wild tropical fruit. Yes, you can get natural berries, which are also fruits in summer in Europe, but who even does that anymore?

[video] 8:38 For dinner, I'll have a big, you know, full...

8:41 He eats a lot of meat, at least. Sure, all of it is cooked, but it just proves to you that even Hollywood actors, these celebrities have no idea what they are doing.

[video] 8:51 Meal again. We usually eat around pensioner's hour, 6.30, 7 o'clock, early dinner. Try not to eat too much red meat, but I could definitely eat it almost every day. I eat probably red meat maybe four times a week.

9:06 That's great. Red meat is the healthiest kind of meat for human beings. We are also made out of red meat. You're just consuming what you're made out of. It's perfect.

[video] 9:17 Fish, potatoes or rice do a lot of stuff in the oven.

9:20 Rice is just another seed. White rice is better than rice with a shell because it has less anti-nutrients and fiber. It's easier to digest. It still has arsenic and it's just carbohydrates, which are sugar.

[video] 9:33 So I roast some broccoli.

9:35 Broccoli is insanely toxic. Almost nobody used to eat broccoli before the 90s for sure. That's when it kind of appeared in the commercials, always covered with cheese, because... They try to make the slaves eat it. They try to make it look appetizing because the cheese actually looks appetizing. The same way a pizza only looks appetizing because of the cheese. A pizza without cheese is automatically absolute garbage to our senses. Broccoli has goitrogen, sulforaphane, which is a very toxic substance. That's what makes broccoli smell so badly. That's why also you will smell after ingesting broccoli. It will try to leave the body. You will try to detox. from the sulforaphane.

[video] 10:17 Or like I say, I'll make a salad.

10:19 Salad with cheese is better than a salad without cheese. Again, it makes it healthier. And there's also tomatoes and bell peppers. Those are fruits. It's much better to eat salads with fruits. Raw onions are very toxic to the body.

[video] 10:35 So I really have two main meals. And then, you know, after dinner, I'll have some ice cream, something sweet.

10:42 There's worse things in ice cream, especially if it's raw, but that's not something that people create nowadays. Ice cream isn't super unhealthy because there's a lot of animal fat, which is great. Of course, there's a lot of extracted sugar, which makes it unhealthier. And there's a lot of additives nowadays, which make it more like a drug-like substance. But overall, if you make ice cream naturally, then... It's really not too bad.

[video] 11:11 I don't really watch too carefully what I'm eating. Without sounding smug, I'm...

11:17 Ice cream and dairy products in general are the only ways that a lot of people even get fat-soluble vitamins nowadays, such as vitamins A, D, K, 2. Women who are afraid of eating animal fat still consume dairy at least now and then, which is the only thing that even keeps them healthy.

[video] 11:37 Kind of lucky I kind of burn off a lot of calories just naturally. When we were doing 300, they were like, you go and eat whatever you want. You know, some people were on a very specific diet. I don't really watch what I'm eating. On Assassin's Creed, you know, up early in the morning, get in the gym, you know, before going to hair and makeup and in the gym for an hour before we started the day. And that was it really. I ate a lot of chicken. I ate a lot of chicken.

11:58 Hopefully chicken that gets to roam around and eat insects instead of some GMO fed medicated chicken, which is already dying.

[video] 12:10 One role I did, I had to lose a lot of weight. It's a film called Hunger. Usually I'll sit at between like 72 kilos to 74. When I did Hunger, the target was to get down to...

12:22 Oh, I saw this a long time ago.

[video] 12:25 58 kilos, which I did. That was over a 10 week period that I had to take that weight off. So I started with a thousand calories a day and I did that for about four weeks and then I kind of flatlined at 64 kilos. So then I took it down to 600 calories a day. So that was just basically a tin of sardines, some berries and a handful of nuts a day. I wouldn't do what I did for hunger again. I wouldn't do that to my body again. What's harder, diet or workout? The workout, because I don't really follow a diet. The workout's always hard. It always starts with me.

12:52 It's good not to follow a diet. He doesn't eat a healthy diet. At least he eats a lot of meat, which is great. But still, all of the meat is over-the-top cooked. Ideally, you would be eating raw meat from healthy animals, of course. Eat steak tartare, carpaccio, sashimi as a starter, and then get into other stuff. But still, his diet is kind of a typical slave diet, but my point is that it's good to eat exactly what you want to eat, even if your choices are not natural, because people don't understand what is natural anymore. They don't understand what they are supposed to eat in nature. We only have access to natural food. We eat what we want to eat and it's perfect. Of course, nowadays we have access to too much garbage. But still, it's better to then still eat exactly what you want to eat instead of being on a diet and then completely limiting yourself and eating something that somebody else tells you to eat.

13:47 A vegan diet is based on somebody else telling you to only eat plants, even though you, which is your body, doesn't want to eat only plants at all. You crave meat all the time, you obsess over meat, you look at... videos of people eating meat. A lot of vegans actually are obsessed and just look at videos of people eating meat because they want to eat meat so much themselves. They look at slaughterhouse footage all the time. They will say that they look at it because they want to help the animals. They are so sad about the animals when in reality they look at it because they want the blood and the meat so much and that's because of malnutrition. My point is that This kind of a diet, which is man-made, is never going to work. And even though he also eats a man-made diet, he at least eats what he wants to eat.

[video] 14:31 Looking at my runners, you know, for about 10 minutes, I don't have a trainer. I do, like, I exercise by myself. I am pretty motivated when I do get going. There's not a lot of, you know, rest. I push hard. But it's always interesting, the gremlins, you know, when you're working out, you know, some days it's like, oh, he didn't sleep very well. You know, you don't have to do the whole exercise.

14:46 Yeah, you don't have to do anything, just do what you want to do. Especially if you haven't had enough sleep, then you need to rest.

14:56 The thing which would be the furthest away from getting rest would be exercising, pushing your body hard.

[video] 15:03 No, man.

15:06 You learned about exercise from somebody else, the same way people learn about diets from somebody else. Okay, you eat what you want to eat, even though you don't eat a good diet, you don't eat a natural diet, but still, that's good. But when it comes to exercise, you learned it from the media the same way people learn about diets from the media, and that's why you do it. That's why there's no reported cases of human beings exercising in nature, literally zero. No human being in nature has ever done that. Nowadays, a lot of people do that. Most people who you would ask would say that exercise is healthy the same way they would say that a plant-based diet is healthy and so on. They learned it from the media. It's not something that they actually want to do. Start doing exactly what you want to do. You eat a diet that you want to eat, even though you eat a lot of unnatural food, but still that's good. And now also start doing what you want to do, as in don't exercise if you don't want to exercise. If you do, for whatever reason, you just have some kind of a testosterone boost, you just want to do something, then do it, absolutely.

16:07 You should always do what you want to do. But if you don't, and what you're describing is a scenario where you don't want to do it, then don't do it.

[video] 16:14 Whatever the workout I've set myself to do, the rest of the day is going to be ruined. And the opposite side of that, if I do complete the workout, the day's going to be great.

16:24 But how is it gonna be great if you're gonna be even more tired? You understand it, right? If you haven't slept enough and then you work out, you're gonna be napping all day long, your mood is gonna be horrible, you will feel like you succeeded in the sense that you did something that you wanted to do, you were successful in that sense, but overall biochemically you will feel bad and everybody around you is gonna be annoyed because of your bad mood.

[video] 16:50 Best food smell in the world. Nice. Do like a bolognese sauce. Coffee.

16:56 I know it's not a food, but... Bolognese sauce, meat, yeah.

[video] 17:02 It's a good smell.

17:03 Coffee is a good smell. That's interesting. I've never had coffee in my whole life and that's because I never got close to it. I never put it to my mouth because of the smell. Coffee smells incredibly off-putting because what you smell are the toxins from the seeds. Humans are not supposed to eat seeds, let alone heat them up and then drink the water from the seeds. That's what coffee is. If you get used to it and you get used to the adrenaline rush, and then you associate that with the smell, then I can understand why you feel like coffee smells good. But in general, nobody with a straight face could actually say that coffee smells good. Coffee smells like death, toxic.

[video] 17:52 Favorite protein steak. Comfort food for me would be pizza and spaghetti bolognese at the same time. That's good, nuts are unhealthy and peanut butter is just nut sludge with aflatoxins.

18:04 Popcorn is insanely unhealthy, it's one of the worst things you can eat.

[video] 18:22 I've thought about this death row sort of scenario. Then it's something that I'd need to keep down, obviously, because I'd be pretty nervous. So my last meal, I think, would be steak, fries, and salad.

18:31 Nah, come on, why do you lie? The steak and the fries, I could totally understand. Especially the steak, obviously. Salad? No, you wouldn't choose a salad. Come on, man. Nobody would do that.

[video] 18:43 I'm Michael Fassbender and that's what my diet looks like.

18:46 To sum it up, I like that he eats what he wants to eat, even though he doesn't have access to natural food. Still, it's better than being on a diet and feeling like you need to eat these specific foods to be healthy or whatever your goal is. Ideally, of course, he would start eating at least some raw meat, even if it's these popular dishes such as sushi, sashimi, as I mentioned, carpaccio, steak tartare, all of the stuff that you can buy in a restaurant, especially a luxurious restaurant, and I'm sure he has the money for it. Besides eating what he wants to eat, I would also stick to eating when he wants to eat, as in not to intermittent starvation, don't starve, Follow exactly what your body tells you to do, as in just follow yourself, you are your body, realize that and just eat what you want to eat, as long as it's natural of course ideally, and eat when you want to eat. That's how you're gonna be optimally healthy, you're gonna get the best rest, sleep,

19:45 You're gonna have the best energy, everything. Everything is gonna be the best if you do exactly what you want to do. The same goes for the exercise, only do it when you want to do it. And it's gonna be very rare that you will want to do it. Listen to your needs, do exactly what you want to do in your life in general, and that's how you're gonna be happy and healthy. Life is very simple. Once you start going on man-made diets, following man-made workout routines, A man-made sleeping schedule, which a lot of people also do. If you work out, even though you haven't slept enough, then you're going to feel bad. And that's because you didn't listen to your body, so to speak. You are your body and you need to exactly understand what you need to do. And then you're going to be perfectly healthy. Thanks for watching.
