0:00 Hey everyone, I'm gonna be reviewing what Paul Celadino eats in a day in 2024. I already reviewed his what I eat in a day from 2021. We'll see if anything changed.

[video] 0:11 What's up, guys? I'm going to show you what I eat in a day in October of 2024. I basically still eat an animal-based diet. It's meat, it's organs, it's fruit, it's honey, it's raw dairy. Tweaked some things since last year's video, so I want to show you all the details of this, give you some ideas of how to create this type of a diet in your life. It's something that I think helps a lot of people. I don't think you need to eat...

0:32 Nobody should be creating any diets in their lives, as he said. You should simply eat intuitively, you follow your instinct and you eat what tastes the best as long as the food is natural, obviously. And then you will be healthy. It's as simple as that.

[video] 0:49 I get what he means, but still it has to be said that the same so-called diet as in what we are naturally supposed to eat works for everybody. The same way eating grass works for every cow.

[video] 1:12 The first thing I do in the morning is go outside, touch the earth with my bare feet, do some grounding, do some stretching, get the sunlight in my eyes. And then basically within half an hour of waking up, I'll have my first pre-surf mini meal, which is...

1:23 Very good.

[video] 1:23 Yeah. is raw goat's milk from a local farm. I've actually been to this farm. They're incredible people. I've milked the goats there. I've seen the goats. They take really great care of their goats. So I have raw goat milk from the farm. I add some glyphosate-free honey, and I add about five grams of creatine.

1:40 Very good, and he's aware that honey has glyphosate nowadays, usually.

[video] 1:44 I might have a little bit of watermelon juice before I go surf, but that is pretty much it. I'm in the car, and I'm in the ocean. I try to be in the ocean by 6 a.m. Ugh.

1:54 It's cute and sad at the same time.

1:58 He runs around with the dog because he doesn't have children or somebody said that he does have one child but I don't know if he doesn't have contact with the child or whatever, who cares, it's his private life but We can of course see that the child is not there. That's all that I'm pointing out. Imagine running around with your five children at the beach. Yeah, then I would say he's doing pretty much everything right. Now he runs around with the dog and serves because There's just this emptiness in his life. And you can feel it always when he talks also. Even though food makes you healthy and for sure also partly happy, when you have such a large part of your natural life missing, it cannot fulfill you. It's not optimal.

2:53 Also, a lot of you guys ask me in the comments always, why does Paul Celadino look so old? I already commented on it. It's mostly the exercise. But I should also add, now that we are looking at this image, he's also in the salt water a lot. It's not the sun, as some people may believe, except if he really, really overdoes it or uses something for his skin to protect himself. I don't know about that, I doubt it. He seems to want to live as naturally as possible, so to speak. But so much salt water on your skin all the time, it's gonna dry you out also. It's the surfing and the other exercise, and the surfing more so because of the water.

[video] 3:45 I'll surf for a couple hours and then I come back.

3:48 Yeah, for a couple hours. Surfing in itself isn't really exertive. I've never tried it, but I would assume that it's pretty all right probably. You can tell me in the comments if you've done it. It seems like it's not really stressful. Maybe I don't get it. It seems similar to skating. I used to skate a lot. It was never really stressful. Kind of freeing, if anything. But when you're in the water all the time for hours...

4:21 Did he say that he doesn't eat breakfast? It's understandable, though. I very often also don't really eat breakfast. I may consume some fruit. He consumed watermelon juice. In that sense, it's very similar.

[video] 4:36 A few waves, I'll make scrambled eggs, avocado, mango slices, and some watermelon juice, which I make myself, but... That's the difference right there already.

4:47 I wouldn't consume even more fruit and then drink fruit juice on top of that. That would be too much for me. Okay, then again, he's a lot more active. In that sense, it's actually understandable. Hmm. My actual meal, the first one would be only meat. Meat mixed with eggs. Organs.

[video] 5:10 There's a secret to the scrambled eggs. So I've been trying to perfect the scrambled eggs. Maybe you'll disagree with my methods. What I do is this. I separate the yolks and the whites. I add salt to the whites before I scramble them. I scramble just the whites slowly, taking them off the heat to scramble, then putting them back and trying to get the whites as fluffy as possible. And then I take the raw yolks. And I know this is controversial. I take the raw yolks and I add those to the scrambled whites at the end because I'd probably rather just not cook the yolks or undercook the yolks. When I make hard-boiled eggs, I like the yolks.

5:36 That's pretty interesting. You do destroy the anti-nutrients in the clear when you cook it, at least partly. I throw out the clear. Technically, you could say that it's a waste, but then again, you shouldn't be cooking naturally. You wouldn't be. You would either consume them or throw them out. If you would have some kind of gut issues from the clear, you would right away know, oh, I'm only supposed to eat the yolk, whatever the case.

6:07 I guess you could say that he's at least not wasting his food. And it's great that he keeps the yolks raw. Of course, of course, because it's better, it tastes better, there's more nutrients. In this case, all of them, because they are raw.

[video] 6:25 the yolks at the end and not really overcook them. So it looks different than regular scrambled eggs, but it tastes amazing and the yolks are basically raw. If you're worried about getting sick like salmonella or campylobacter from raw yolks, you don't really need to be concerned about this. If those are on the outside of the shell, which is rare but possible, if the yolk membrane is still intact, it hasn't actually touched the outside of the shell and the chance of contamination is very, very low. If you're really worried about that stuff, fine. Cook your yolks too, but I feel fine just cooking the whites. and eating the yolks raw, which I kind of mix in there, or I just heat them a very small amount. So I'm trying to get the fluffiest scrambled egg.

7:00 He is right about that. But that's a deep topic. I have a whole video about this. He should, of course, make people aware that you need to buy very good quality eggs to eat them raw. Not because of the bacteria or anything, just because chickens nowadays get a lot of That thing, you know? Which I'm not gonna mention on YouTube. They get a lot of those. And all kinds of stuff on top of that. And chickens are pretty small animals. They can't really handle all of that. And obviously some of it is gonna end up being in the yolk. You could get food poisoning from bad eggs, for sure. And that's because of the actual poisons. That's why you get food poisoning.

7:52 If you buy eggs from some farm where they just have chickens roaming around outside, the chickens eat insects and whatever, yeah, it's all cool. But if you buy them from a supermarket, I would watch out because food poisoning from eggs is not going to be funny.

[video] 8:12 with the most amount of nutrients in the yolk that haven't been heated. That's just how I do it. You guys decide if you like it that way, but I try to make the scrambled eggs as good as possible. The other thing to think about when you're doing eggs is that if you want to just eat the yolk raw, you can, but don't eat the whites raw. Egg whites contain a compound called avidin, which binds biotin, and biotin is something you need for hair.

8:31 Exactly, and also protein inhibitors. You can't digest the protein as well with whatever food you're eating the clear with.

[video] 8:41 Of course, how could it be a vegetable? It literally looks like a fruit.

[video] 9:00 Why do I make the distinction? Vegetables are the leaves, the stems, the roots, and the seeds of plants. They contain more defense chemicals. I'm not a huge fan of them. If you can tolerate vegetables, that's great. But for people like me and a lot of people with autoimmune disease or gut issues, cutting out or eliminating vegetables seems to help with those conditions. You'll see as I go through my day that I'm eating fruit and I'm eating meat and I'm eating animal foods. And that's basically how I compose my diet.

9:22 The majority of my calories are coming... That's good. And that's why I like the way he eats. Except that he...

[video] 9:30 Over does it a little bit with the fruits and He cooks his food obviously, but whatever And I'm usually gonna eat something like skirt steak it's grass-fed grass-finished regeneratively raised and I think about the salt that I put on the steak so

9:50 Ah, the salt from the water, then he puts the salt in the egg clear, and then salt on the meat again. A lot of salt also. That's also something I disagree with.

[video] 10:01 Used to not be so keyed into this, but I saw a recent analysis of many sea salts that a lot of us use, and I actually really like the Jacobson one. I don't have any affiliation with that company, but if you look at the heavy metals in the Jacobson sea salt, they're pretty low. In contrast to this, I used to use this sea salt, but I don't anymore. This actually has 553 parts per billion of lead, which is a significant amount.

10:24 Wow. I didn't even know about this. Thank you. I haven't had salt in close to nine years now. I find it disgusting. There's zero need for it. It's just trash. It's poison. Yeah, just thinking of salt makes me want to throw up.

[video] 10:46 If you do the math, eight to nine grams of that sea salt, the Celtic sea salt, will put you over the limit in California for your daily amount of lead. So know what the heavy metals are in your salt.

10:58 Yeah, but why even risk any of this? Just eat natural food. Why would you do that? There's no need to risk getting heavy metals from some processed foods such as salt.

[video] 11:11 Again, I have no affiliation with the Jacobson brand. I just was looking for a good brand of sea salt with very low levels of heavy metals. I'm also thinking about microplastics, but I was actually surprised, and I'll do a separate video on this, on the amount of metals in a lot of the sea salts we use. Another good one is the diamond kosher salt, which is not a sea salt.

11:28 Again, that's cool, but why use it at all? There's zero need for it. You're getting insane amounts of sodium, which isn't found in any living organisms, which is why it causes necrosis. That's why it kills your cells, because it's just not compatible with living organisms.

[video] 11:47 That one had essentially no heavy metals. Again, no affiliation with any of those salt brands. So grass-fed, grass-finished, skirt steak, regeneratively raised, local butcher. We've got some

11:58 Really, the meat looks so good, the fat, you could eat that raw for sure. Especially if the meat is so thin, I wouldn't cook it because it's very hard to cook it rare. It looks overcooked because it quickly cooks through. You destroy over 50% of the nutrients.

[video] 12:18 Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese, about 100 grams. I am gonna do some fresh squeezed orange juice. I get all of my produce from farmer's markets here. It's all organic, or so they tell me, and I like to make my own orange juice. I don't worry about sugar and orange juice. I'm very active, and there's tons of research showing that orange juice, watermelon juice, grape juice, all the juices really improve endothelial function inside of your blood vessels. They decrease lipid peroxidation. They decrease DNA damage. So I'm getting fiber from, if I'm eating watermelon without the juice, I'm getting fiber from cucumber. I'm getting fiber from fruit that I'm eating like this rambutan or mamoncino. I don't worry about trying to do massive amounts of fiber in the day. I also don't...

12:52 The difference between this kind of fiber and the fiber from vegetables and seeds is that it doesn't cause any digestive issues because you're supposed to eat it. Whereas the vegetables, obviously, we're not supposed to be eating green leaves. That's why it causes these issues. And we are for sure obviously also not supposed to be eating seeds. When I eat fruits and I swallow the fiber, I feel nothing. It's exactly the same as eating only raw meat. No digestive issues of any kind. Perfectly goes through you. Also proving to me that we are for sure also supposed to eat fruits. Sure, seasonally some people would have eaten them more than others. That's all true, but still, we would have eaten them. And I get no issues at all.

[video] 13:39 necessarily fear it anymore. I eat a mix of fruit juice and fruit throughout the day. I get my carbohydrates also from honey, as you've seen. And so I don't worry about orange juice. Obviously scale the amount of carbohydrates in your diet to how active you are. But I do not believe, and I will make this very clear, I do not believe there is any evidence that fruit or fruit juice contribute to insulin resistance or diabetes in any way, shape, or form in humans. In fact, there is good evidence that watermelon juice and many of the fruit juices actually improve insulin Sensitivity and improve glucose tolerance. There's actually been a study done where they gave people watermelon juice Interestingly enough when they were doing a glucose tolerance test and those patients glucose tolerance actually improved when they had the watermelon juice So don't fear fruit and fruit juice if you find other sources of carbohydrates work better for you.

14:22 That's great This is what I still wouldn't recommend drinking pure fruit juice that often when i do it then i add some kind of fat to it which would usually be egg yolks simply mix the whole jar or whatever you have of orange juice with whatever amount of egg yolks you want depending on how big the jar is then you will have a fatty drink and you won't spike your insulin absorb the sugar as quickly it's better because at the end of the day there is no fruit juice in nature of course

15:00 It's obvious, but some people don't get it.

[video] 15:04 What works for me? I've got some cucumber here. Cucumbers are fruit, not a vegetable. Again, I'm not a huge fan of the leaves, the stems, the roots, the seeds of plants. I feel better without it. My autoimmune issues, which are eczema and asthma, are much better when I don't eat vegetables. But if you can eat vegetables, knock yourself out. So I got cucumber, mamoncino as we call them.

15:24 Nobody can really tolerate vegetables. Some people can simply tolerate them better. Nobody actually feels good eating them.

[video] 15:33 Costa Rica. They're also called rambutan, skirt steak, Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese, and orange juice that I squeezed myself with some very low heavy metal salt. That's my lunch. I'll probably take a break this afternoon, do a little workout, go down to the skate ramp, skate. I might get on the slack line or something. All these things I'll do in the afternoon to kind of break up my workday flow. And then around 5.30 or so is dinner time. I will see you guys then. okay dinner time it started to rain in costa rica which happens this time of the year i've got some grass-fed ground beef ground beef is amazing it has a lot of collagenous parts of the animal in it a lot of the stuff it's a little tougher and it's super affordable so i like ground beef for collagen and i like it because it's affordable again grass-fed

16:10 Yes, but again, as we could see in the study that I showed in the video about raw versus cooked meat, a lot of the collagen will of course dissolve when you cook meat. Sure, there's always something left, but you're just getting a lot less. Why doesn't this guy simply eat some steak tartare with his ground meat? He already eats the yolks raw.

16:40 Add some butter to it, some honey, mix it all up. I sometimes like to eat it. I rarely eat honey, but when I do, it's almost always only like that. Just some raw meat meals here and there. He does eat raw liver, as far as I know. It's something. Whatever.

[video] 16:59 Grass-finished ground beef that I actually got at a farmer's market here. I've got some raw liver and I...

17:06 Right on, yeah. That's my favorite part, man. The healthiest of what you will eat in this day.

[video] 17:12 Just do it raw. I freeze it before. I trust the butcher and I trust that the liver is high quality. There's always a risk to eating anything raw, whether it's raw milk or raw organs, but I've never gotten sick from eating raw liver. Knock on wood. I've got some dragon fruit.

17:28 That stuff is amazing, it's much more available here in the tropics, and it's delicious, and I've got some more... Basically, he eats exactly the kind of diet that Miyasuyoku eats, the kind of diet which I said I would recommend the most to just regular people, people who are not gonna be full-on eating raw meat, organs, drinking blood and so on. You eat cooked meat, ideally you don't overcook it, you eat some fruits for the carbohydrates, dairy if you want, I don't recommend it really, maybe some butter, kefir. And then you eat raw liver, ideally also some raw brain, just small pieces here and there, kind of as a supplement. You're getting really good amounts of nutrients from that. Yeah, it's really ideal if you want to stick to a normal kind of diet.

[video] 18:25 Watermelon juice and raw milk with honey. If you can't eat liver, if you don't have access to liver or you don't want to eat liver, which you could also cook, by the way, something like hardened soil... Nah, nobody likes cooked liver.

18:37 I've never heard anybody who likes it. Raw liver is really a lot better. And if you actually... for whatever reason, maybe because of the texture, don't want to eat the raw liver, then cut it into even smaller pieces and just swallow it along with your meal.

18:56 After a few weeks, at the latest, after a few months, you will be used to it anyway and you will be able to normally eat it. It's only at the beginning.

[video] 19:05 Supplements might be a great option for you. Desiccated, freeze-dried organs are pretty darn good if you're not going to do the real thing. But getting organs in your life is a huge upgrade to your nutrition. If you look at things like chronometer, and I'm going to do a chronometer video follow-up to this whole What I Eat in a Day where I show you guys the breakdown. I'll show you the micronutrients, the macros, and Even having a half an ounce of liver in your diet every day is gonna improve things like copper, molybdenum, biotin, vitamin A. It's a huge upgrade to your life having even a little bit of organs. A lot of days I'll add some heart as well.

19:33 Exactly. Yeah, he's exactly right.

19:37 For two or three years, this was between 2017 and 2019, somewhere around there, I was eating basically only organs and that's because I lived in a place where I could get very good organs All that I ate every day, with the exceptions of some ground meat dishes, here and there, rarely, was liver, brain, spleen, testicles, kidney, now and then, some glands, anything you can think of, I ate it. you really feel the best you could possibly feel when you eat almost only organs. And of course fruits also, but I'm talking about the meat part. I pretty much didn't eat any muscle meat at all.

20:29 After that, when I didn't have access to those organs anymore, when I moved away, it was really hard to actually start eating muscle meat again, because it just seemed so...

20:42 low vibration, as in... I just knew that it's not what we're supposed to eat, it's not optimal, it's what you would feed the dogs. It's like I was eating dog food, like I was eating lower slave food. And that's raw meat, which is a lot better. Imagine then only eating overcooked muscle meat your whole life with noodles and vegetables, absolute slave food. But even eating raw muscle meat felt like such a downgrade. You just right away feel not bad, but you do feel worse. You don't feel optimal anymore.

[video] 21:19 Oh, but if you don't want to do that, do freeze dried organs like hardened soil. Okay, so let me show you guys how I do liver. I just take the raw piece, in the mouth, swallow it.

21:33 That's fine, whatever, as long as you get it inside of you. I don't know why he would have a problem eating it now, after such a long time, but whatever.

[video] 21:42 Down the hatch, just like that. You don't have to do that, I just feel like that's the easiest way to do it. You could also cook it. If you like the taste, you can chew it, so.

21:51 Definitely don't cook it. Just do it like him then. Just see it as a supplement. The same way you would swallow pills.

[video] 21:59 That's my dinner. That is how I'm gonna end the day. I'll probably eat dinner around 5.30 or something. I go to sleep pretty early because I get up so early to surf. I try and finish eating about two hours before I go to sleep. Or three. and uh yeah ideally i'll be sharing my dinner with friends or family community in the afternoon between lunch and dinner i might get down to the skate ramp i might spend some time working out and moving if it's not pouring rain like it is right now i'll watch the sunset after i eat dinner or i'll watch the end of the day try to help the circadian rhythm get kind of sorted i try not to have blue light after dark i avoid looking at my computer and my phone or i put them on the red light settings as much as i can in the evening and before i go to sleep i try to calm down and not look at devices and not not stimulate my brain and stuff so that's what i eat in the day guys again it's an animal-based diet it's organs like liver heart meat grass-fed beef and skirt steak at lunch fruit i had dragon fruit i had mango i had mamonchino i had watermelon juice i had orange juice today and raw dairy i had raw goat's milk with honey and i had raw parmigiano-reggiano cheese which is a cow cheese so This type of a diet has helped me feel really good.

[video] 22:57 If you guys know my story, a carnivore diet helped me understand that a lot of foods that we think of as healthy were actually triggering my eczema, but long-term ketosis did not work well for me. I don't think it works well for a lot of people. Again, I don't fear fruit. I don't fear fruit juice. I don't think these things cause diabetes. They don't cause insulin resistance. Scale them to your activity level. But there's really no evidence that these things are bad for us at all. So again, use carbohydrates that work for you. Some people find sweet potatoes work better, or white potatoes. Just be aware that white potatoes are a nightshade. They do contain some oxalates, just like sweet potatoes. So scale that appropriately. I'm not a huge fan of grains. I've done previous videos about why I don't love oatmeal. I'm not a fan of wheat. But if you can tolerate sourdough more power to you, I'm kind of jealous. But this is just what makes me feel better. The whole idea here is just thinking about what are the most nutrient-rich foods that you can eat that help you feel the best, that help you improve your gut issues,

23:40 Yes, but then following this logic, you should be eating mostly organs, not just swallow a small piece of liver.

[video] 23:47 Autoimmune issues that give you good libido, good sleep, good muscle, tone, that help you lose weight. And this is an option that I think works for a lot of people. Animal-based diet. Hopefully this video helps you guys understand how I construct an animal-based diet every day.

24:01 Not much has changed, which is good. I wouldn't change very much about his diet, seeing as he will probably never be eating fully raw. Eating some slightly cooked burger patties and the skirt steak, which was a bit overcooked. And then popping in some raw liver now and then, or other organs. with the fruits. Maybe he overdoes them a little bit, but then again he said that he's active, okay. It's really the best that I could recommend for somebody who doesn't want to have people looking at them all the time because of the food they eat. Which of course means that you're a slave, but most people are. Most people care what other people think about them. That's a topic of its own, of course.

24:54 But that's why I could understand why you don't want to be eating a full-on raw liver and brain in front of people, even in front of your so-called loved one or anybody. Some people are just really strange when it comes to that. In nature you would be normal, but in today's brainwashed society you would be seen as strange.

25:23 Anyway, it's just funny how it is today. I do believe that overall he's really promoting a good thing. His channel, for the most part, really for regular people, is very good. He provides a lot of important information on his channel about food, what you should be eating, what you for sure shouldn't be eating, and he's right, you should never eat vegetables or grains. I don't know if it was a joke that he's jealous of people who can eat sourdough. Disgusting stuff, but whatever. Nobody should be eating seeds or thinking about eating seeds. If you have any strange food cravings, then you're probably nutrient deficient. And if you eat mostly organs with some fruits, you can't be craving anything abnormal. All of these cravings are just nutrient deficiencies.

26:23 That's it. That's why you have super strange cravings. That's why pregnant women crave pickled cucumbers. They are mineral deficient. It's because, of course, there's a baby being created inside of them. They need huge amounts of nutrients and they are getting the least amount possible today because of the way people eat. that's it really that's what's going on today and seeing as people are not going to be eating fully naturally what he promotes is accessible and acceptable for your regular girl and guy around you which is why it's good it will improve most people's health a lot he's doing a good job thanks for watching
