0:00 hey what's up over the years i reviewed some videos by paul saladino or carnivore md that's what he used to call himself today i'm going to be reviewing some of his tiktok videos i haven't watched any of those we'll see if those are different than his regular videos modern shoes are destroying your feet look at this guys look at the way this guy's foot looks after being in a dress shoe that's horrible and then look at the way these hunter gatherer feet look right there's not enough space shoes are too tight of course they are unnatural for your feet at home you wear socks which can also be sometimes sort of tight your feet are never the way they are supposed to be look when these guys are walking around barefoot all the time and then look at how horrible high heels are for your feet ladies these look sexy but they're destroyed
0:59 Do they actually look attractive to guys? I don't know anybody who actually finds high heels attractive. When you walk around in them, it looks like your feet are deformed. That's exactly what you can see here. I can understand why some women would wear them to look taller, seeing as you're almost walking on your toes.
[video] 1:21 your feet. I'm gonna try and go to a footlocker here and see if I can even find shoes that would work for my wide feet because I'm always barefoot. Guess what I'm gonna find? Not much good at all. Look at this. All right this is a 10.5 Air Force One. I've heard these shoes are cool. They look pretty narrow. My foot doesn't even look like it'll fit in there. Pull out the insole. My foot overlaps massively on the insole. Look at how narrow these...
1:43 That's good. That's how it's supposed to be. I also walk around barefoot as much as possible. But then again, when you're hiking, there's all kinds of insects.
1:56 Having hiking shoes is very useful. There's a reason why people thought of them.
[video] 2:04 Shoes are guys. My foot is way wider than these shoes. Compare this to a pair of barefoot shoes that I wear a lot. My barefoot shoes are so much wider. Listen, you are cramming your feet into shoes that are prisons. They're horrible for your feet. Get rid of them. Get some real one.
2:19 Yes, it is important to point this out and making short videos about these kind of topics is good. I like what I'm seeing.
[video] 2:29 I choose where your feet are going to get deformed. I'm out. If your olive oil doesn't burn the back of your throat when you take a shot, it's not good enough. Listen guys, if you...
2:37 That's a strange statement. If it burns the back of your throat or any part of your body, then it means that it's bad for you. It's poisonous in this case because olive oil is made out of poisonous fruits. Oftentimes the seeds are also processed. When you create olive oil. And that's why it burns. It's a really bad sign. Do you want anything to burn in your body anywhere? No. Naturally not. Your intuition then tells you not to consume whatever you're consuming. Hmm.
[video] 3:18 That's strange. He talks about polyphenols. The vegans always talk about that, or anybody who promotes plant-based diets.
3:49 Hmm. Is he selling olive oil or why does he make these kind of videos?
[video] 3:57 That makes no sense.
4:07 Nobody wants that. Do you want to eat meat or drink milk? And do you want to burn anywhere in your throat, stomach? Do you want to feel what you're eating inside? No. Think about it. A natural human in nature finds a bottle of olive oil. OK, they would never consume it because they would smell it and they would know that it's toxic. But let's just say that somebody would somehow pressure them to do it. If they would drink it, then they would right away spit it out because they would know that it's bad for you if it burns your throat. You don't want that. He does say a lot of things which are counterintuitive, as in anti-nature. It goes against your nature. That's what your intuition is. Oh, yeah.
[video] 5:00 Oleocanthal, hydroxytyrosol, lorapine. These have been associated with health benefits in humans, whether it's in...
5:06 associated yeah you can draw a correlation between anything that's not scientific that's not factual that doesn't matter when it comes to our health what's actually factual is that it burns your throat what else do we need to know You could create a study, give it to a thousand people. All of them will say that it burns their throat. You could scientifically prove that olive oil is bad for you. Just like that, you don't even need a thousand, obviously. Even if... one human being experiences that and that should be you obviously then you already know you shouldn't listen to other people anyway obviously i'm just saying he always references studies
[video] 5:58 Di-inflammation, gut flora benefits. You want your olive oil to...
6:03 Gut flora benefits. Again, something that burns cannot be good for your gut flora. Just purely logically, intuitively, it makes no sense. Really strange.
[video] 6:15 But how would that imply that it's good? Because of a correlation study? That's it? Just some association? That's not proof. That's not proof at all, let alone scientific proof, obviously.
6:40 Makes no sense.
[video] 6:41 It's a good idea to cook with olive oil. These are all really high quality olive oils. You don't want to heat that up. Use something like tallow from lineage grass-fed regeneratively raised tallow.
6:50 Okay, he promotes his own products, but nothing necessarily wrong with tallow. Actually, it looks pretty yellow if you want to cook, which you shouldn't anyway.
[video] 7:03 It's way better with butter or ghee. Olive oil is better than seed oils for sure, but it should be a finish.
7:09 Yes, but a lot of olive oils really are seed oils because a lot of times they do process the seeds. When it comes to really quality olive oils, then they don't, but that's just a lot of work. Typically, if they use machines, which they almost always do, they will process the seeds also.
[video] 7:29 Make sure on your food not to be cooked with. Take a shot of it. It doesn't burn your throat. Get a better one.
7:34 Would you actually want to drink a whole bottle of olive oil? Because that would really burn your throat and most likely your intestines also, because your body would be overwhelmed with the poisons. Of course you don't want that.
7:54 Hmm, sometimes he says stuff which doesn't even align with everything else that he says. If you cannot consume a liter of something, and you wouldn't even be able to consume way less of olive oil, then you shouldn't consume it. If you cannot eat one kilogram of something, some food, then don't eat the food. It's obviously bad for you. I checked the comments on the video and I saw a photo of myself. I didn't know that people post these kind of photos on Paul's videos. There's more of them. It's funny.
[video] 8:35 Wearing AirPods is just like strapping a small microwave to your head all day. You don't believe?
8:42 Very good that he talks about it. I've also said it a few times.
[video] 8:46 To me, I'm going to prove it to you. This is an EMF meter. That's the baseline around a thousand. I'm going to turn on this microwave. Watch what it goes to. Three million. Now let's see what happens when we put the AirPods next to this guy. Ready? Went to 1.2 million. Now it's at 800,000 microwatts per meter squared. The AirPods are a little bit less strong than the microwave, but they're basically
9:07 This is why you shouldn't use wireless headphones, microphones, which a lot of people use today. Just nothing like that.
[video] 9:17 A small microwave strapped to your head for a few hours a day. That cannot be good for humans, guys. Get the AirPods off of your head.
9:26 And again, videos like this are awesome. He should be spreading awareness about this. But then he makes videos saying that something that burns in your body is good for you. You see what I'm saying? It just doesn't add up.
[video] 9:44 You wouldn't stand here in front of a microwave for a few hours a day. So why are you wearing these in your head for a few hours a day? This is crazy. Do you know what's actually in the cream center filling of an Oreo? So there's no cream in an Oreo cream filling, but it is full of two of the most addictive substances that are making us fat, sick, and unhealthy. High fructose corn syrup and seed oils, specifically canola oil.
10:09 Really? I never looked into it, but I'm not surprised. I've never tried an Oreo. We didn't have Oreos when I grew up, where I come from, and later on in my life I never ate cookies. The high fructose corn syrup is for sure addictive, no doubt about it, but seed oils are not addictive. Canola oil is very poisonous. It's the opposite of addictive. They deodorize these oils. They remove the smell and the taste because you're not supposed to smell and taste how toxic they are. You would never get addicted to them. It's impossible.
[video] 10:51 In 2013, researchers at Connecticut College did a... Oh, pure poison.
10:56 That's what people cook their food with. You can eat meat, but if it's cooked in seed oils, it's so horrible for you. You're just waiting for a heart attack or a stroke.
[video] 11:08 ...study on animals with Oreos and actually found that these little bundles of sugar and seed oils turned on the pleasure centers of the rodent brains more than cocaine.
11:18 Again, it would be the high fructose corn syrup. The seed oils themselves wouldn't do anything at all.
[video] 11:26 Pain and morphine. These things are addictive, and they're addictive by design. How can you do this better? I think there's an easy way to make something like an Oreo if you want a snack that's much more healthy for you. Just take something like a date, open it up, take the seed out, and put a little cheese in there. Animal-based Oreos, far better than these.
11:46 I can understand the taste of dates. But yes, that would be a lot better. It's funny that he shows this.
11:57 Isn't there a better option? Raw cheese without salt with honey and butter. That tastes good. I used to eat that years ago.
12:12 Whatever, still way better than Oreos for sure.
[video] 12:15 These addictive bundles of joy that becomes misery later on. What is this? Okay, these are cows that have been in Holland in the winter and they're seeing grass for the first time. Oh my gosh, they're so happy. Whoa, look at them jumping. Oh my god, I have never seen a cow jump like that. I don't think this is AI. This is real. Wow, look at how happy those cows are to see grass.
12:37 I don't think that they care about the grass. A little bit, probably, but they were inside all the time. They never got to see the sunlight. That's what they care about more than the grass itself. That's obvious.
[video] 12:54 They are so stoked. These look like pretty healthy cows. Wow. Cows belong on grass, guys. I mean, there's no question here. This is why we're...
13:02 Well, cows belong in nature, actually, but I understand what he means. When it comes to farming, they should be enslaved. There should be a fence around them and... Then they would be healthier if they would be eating grass. That's obvious. Instead of eating grains inside. They just enjoy the freedom. That's my point. It's not as if they care about the grass as such that much.
[video] 13:35 Generative agriculture is so important. Why? What the food you eat eats is important. Because cows that are raised on feedlots, they're fed grains which are contaminated with mold, with pesticides, plastic particles. This is not what you want to be eating ideally. And look, I know not everybody has access to 100% grass-fed beef, but when you do, this is the type of agriculture we need to support. These cows were inside for six months because they are in Holland where there's a very, very cold winter. There's a lot of places in the United States where we can...
13:54 That's actually not true. The winters in the Netherlands are very mild. Maybe he has never been there. If he would be talking about Norway or Sweden, then I could understand it. Still, overall, again, a good message. Support these kind of farms, if any.
[video] 14:17 raise cows on grass year round and we know that when a species like a cow or a human eats what it is supposed to eat it is healthier and we also know that when cows eat grass it is better for the environment it is carbon neutral or carbon negative and that solves so many of our environmental problems i will urge you to look at how happy these cows are when they see grass we want cows that are healthy they nourish us as humans we're grateful for this send this to someone you know who doesn't understand the benefits of regenerative grass feeding grass finishing of cattle and how much happier the cows are when they do this I tested all of these popular salt brands for lead, aluminum, arsenic, cadmium, and mercury. One of these salts contained lead that was almost five times above the Prop 65 limit from California. Any guesses as to which one it was? Celtic sea salt. 2.3 micrograms of lead per teaspoon. That's five grams. Most of us use five to 10 or even more grams of salt per day on our food, which means that if you're using Celtic sea salt, you could be getting over five micrograms of lead. That's 10 times...
15:12 That's all cool, but salt is toxic in general. You cannot even eat a teaspoon of salt. You would spit it out right away. Why does it matter how much lead there is in some salt brands if you cannot even eat a lot of it because of the toxicity? That's, again, strange. It doesn't make any sense. It's counterintuitive in general to eat salt. That's why you add such small little grains of salt to your food, because you hate the taste so much. Once you eat, as I said, a teaspoon or less, you right away realize how insanely toxic it is. You shouldn't be eating it at all.
[video] 16:05 the California Prop 65 limit of 0.5 micrograms of lead per serving in your food just from your salt. There are many other foods we eat that contain heavy metals like seafood, leafy greens, nuts, and seeds. Chocolate has heavy metals. Heavy metals can also contaminate your water supply, but it's important. Lead is consistently linked to lower IQs,
16:23 It's interesting that he says that because he surfs a lot and obviously he is in the sea water for hours at a time. A lot of people have been commenting that he aged a lot in the last years and that's predominantly because of the exercise he stresses himself a lot and also because of the exposure to the sea water. And then he also consumes salt on top of that, which is also not good.
[video] 16:56 Right, but you also don't want salt in your diet.
[video] 17:14 did not show any heavy metals. Diamond Kosher, Maldon, and Jacobson Sea Salt had no detectable heavy metals. The choice is clear, guys. I want to bring you guys information like this that you can use to make better choices in your life. I'm happy to be able to share.
17:26 Right, but the best choice would be not to consume salt at all, because salt has been proven in experiments to kill all animals. Even sea animals die from salt. If you haven't seen my video about it, the link will be in the description. There is no question about it, salt is extremely toxic to all life forms. if you've been waiting to try lineage now is your chance this is our black friday sale it's the biggest nothing wrong with promoting your products i haven't looked into the lineage products i'll check them out after this video i did check out the heart and soil products those are not good That's a topic for a different video.
[video] 18:17 We will ever do 20% off everything in the store now for a limited time only check it out. You're going to love it. If you don't, I will personally bring it back to your house and refund your money personally with an extra jar of tallow black Friday sale, limited time only guys get it now.
18:34 Stock up and save up to 15%. Animal-based complete protein powder, original chocolate. Chocolate is made out of toxic seeds. That's not animal-based. And to create protein powders, the source of the protein has to go through a chemical procedure.
19:04 It's not healthy for you anyway, no matter what kind of protein powder you consume. Some of them are worse than others, no doubt. Some are full of microplastics, but all of them go through some kind of procedure, which is usually the same. Then we have 100% grass-fed beef sticks, just dried meat. Okay, if it's simply that, but they probably have salt added to them, I would assume, as a preservative. That's what people always used to use, because salt kills living organisms, that's the purpose. You shouldn't consume them. This I could even understand. The protein powder, no, never. This I would also never buy myself.
19:59 But if somebody is rich and doesn't know what to do with their money, and they want to take something on a plane when they go for a hike, I could even somewhat understand this.
20:17 Creatin, very toxic. I made a video about it. Never buy this from anywhere. It's impossible that it will ever be good for you just because it's generally toxic. Link will be in the description in case you haven't seen my video about it. And that was a video featuring Paul Celedino where I explain it. Immunity support kit. Collagen and honey. Okay. 100% raw organic and unfiltered honey. Okay. Never tried it. I don't know anything about it. But this I could understand why you would buy. Absolutely. Yeah.
21:03 I don't like honey myself. Usually the taste is horrible, but it can be good. I've had honey which tasted really good. Who knows, maybe it's alright. This I could also actually even understand, the tallow.
21:20 Collagen, no, again, it depends on how you create it. But I would never buy it, I would never recommend it.
21:31 Okay, this is actually coffee. Wait, that's just toxic seeds.
21:40 But Paul doesn't drink coffee or does he? Did he? I thought that he didn't.
21:48 That's strange. Maybe he does sometimes.
21:55 Okay, it's not that bad. The heart and soil products are way, way worse. That stuff is actually bad for the most part. Or maybe even all of them. I'm not sure. I would have to look into it. That's a topic for another video, as I said. I could do that if you want me to sometime. I could go through them. In a different video about Paul Saladino, let me know. What is this?
[video] 22:19 What? Dump a whole bag. Fries. Tater tots.
[video] 22:29 That is why our kids are fat, sick, and unhealthy. That is why your kid has behavioral problems. That is why adults are diabetic and fat. This is crazy.
22:38 And the part that gets me the most- It actually is crazy.
[video] 22:42 That doesn't make any sense. Eat a smaller slice of something that is bad for you. Yes, because you're never satisfied because you're not eating natural food.
23:11 That's why you overeat and you become overweight diabetic and so on Not gonna be able to eat less of it.
[video] 23:17 We know very clearly that food restriction calorie restriction fails long-term for weight loss Yes, you can lose weight short.
23:24 Of course, it's impossible because you're actually starving. That's why you feel like you're starving and then you binge and on other garbage you go on a salad diet eat green leaves and then you eat processed junk afterwards you overeat on that but you will feel bad on both of the so-called diets because only the natural way of eating for a human being is a solution
[video] 23:56 term eating less of anything, but long term, caloric restriction fails, food portioning fails. Very clearly, the best way to lose weight long term is to eat higher quality food, not this garbage. And feeding this to your kids is just a recipe for health disasters for them and bad behavior. I'm in a rush. Didn't have time to cook my burgers. Let's go get some McDonald's. Hi there. Can I get two grass-fed burger patties, some raw cheese, a banana, some avocado?
24:23 Wait, what? Raw cheese? Do they even have grass-fed burger patties? I don't think so. Although, who knows?
[video] 24:33 ...and some spring water. Hi, here's your spring water. Thank you. You're welcome. And then your animal-based special. Okay, amazing.
24:42 Nah, this couldn't be real. I thought so. Thank you so much.
[video] 24:46 You're welcome, have a good one. Thank you. Alright, look at this, guys.
24:50 Yeah, of course. As if they would serve it like that. I wish.
[video] 24:56 Here we go. Okay, look, I wish it were this easy to get healthy food, but it is not actually this easy. I truly hope that in the future, you can pull up to a McDonald's and get a grass-fed beef burger, an avocado, some spring water, and some raw cheese in the future. But until that time, no one is coming to save you, and you need to be in charge of your own health. Make better choices for your food, be prepared, and you will be healthier. Thanksgiving is about being grateful, and today, I like that he included organs.
[video] 25:51 helping you guys. So thank you to all of you from the bottom of my heart for sharing your stories with me because it keeps me going. A lot of people think that these ideas are crazy or they're wrong or that meat is bad for you or that seed oils are good for you. What a crazy concept. But when I meet you guys in person and when I see your messages, it reminds me that we're on to something here. And so I'm grateful to get to do this work and it's awesome to hear about all of you guys healing from chronic illness Improving your lives and I have no plans of stopping doing this because I know that it's helping so many people So thank you to all of you on this day of gratitude You are what I do this for you are what keep me going I do believe Paul when he says that he likes to see his subscribers healthy
26:29 I'm sure that he likes to see them smile when he meets them and then they tell him about the illnesses which went away when they followed his guidelines. I know this from my experience also, it's great. however of course he also has his business in mind and that's why when he makes videos about salt you shouldn't expect him to be 100 honest maybe he is somewhat willingly ignorant also when he talks about salt maybe he ignores some information some experiments which are out there because they're sold in the products that he's selling. I don't know if he's selling olive oil also somewhere. If he is, that would explain his video about olive oil.
27:25 Creatine, he also doesn't want to research deeply, that's clear. It's not as if you have to research deeply to understand that it's toxic. And he even said that he cannot consume a lot of it because of the horrible taste. Once you understand how creatine is created and where it even comes from, it doesn't come from meat or any animal foods, When you will find out where it comes from, you will be shocked. And when you find out the procedure of how it's created, you will never want to put that inside of your body. This is something which he willingly ignores. I'm sure that he has been exposed to this information. But...
28:19 He probably has conflicting thoughts. He wants to survive in the system. Understandable. He could probably find a way to sell grass-fed fresh meat or frozen meat, most likely. Still, that would be better than the products that he's selling. But that's harder to set up. I understand it.
28:42 He wants his subscribers to be healthy, as I said, I believe him, but at the same time, he wants to make some money, and that's why he doesn't talk about the unhealthy products that he's selling, the unhealthy ingredients. These were just some examples, I've shown some more in my other videos. And as I've said before, hopefully when he becomes really rich, and he buys a boat or whatever he wants, then he will stop promoting the toxic substances and products that he's selling and promoting in his videos. Thanks for watching.
