Reviewing TikTok Videos About Health

0:00 Hey everyone, a few months ago I reviewed random YouTube shorts about health. A lot of you said that you liked the video, which is why today I will do the same, except that it will be random TikToks about health.
[video] 0:13 If humans were meant to eat cooked food, it would grow on trees, because no other species on the planet has access to cooked food or needs cooked food.
0:24 That's true. This is a raw vegan, by the way. I've reviewed a video of his in the past. He's right about raw food. It makes a lot of sense when you think about it, except that it shouldn't be a raw vegan diet. It should be based on raw meat.
[video] 0:39 To survive or be healthy, do humans need cooked food?
0:44 No, we for sure do not need it. It's just something that people are used to and today more so brainwashed to consume.
[video] 0:52 to be healthy? The answer is no, absolutely not. Why do we love it so much? Why do we choose cooked food? Because we're addicted to the comfort. It's a pleasure-seeking mechanism within humans to seek out
1:07 Maybe. I would say that it's more so based on fear from all of my experience. When I tell people that they should be eating raw meat, drinking raw milk and so on, then the first response is fear. They are afraid of getting food poisoning. That's what it's usually about. If people wouldn't believe that they would get sick from it, I don't think that many people would actually say that they don't want to try it, at least.
[video] 1:39 You could only argue that when you cook vegetables, that the fiber is...
2:00 easier to digest not that we can digest it but it's softer it opens up but then again you destroy the nutrients also i don't think that you would actually get more out of it maybe
2:15 The minerals would come out... I don't even think so. If you juice vegetables, then you get more minerals out of them. That's true, but that's a different story.
[video] 2:26 Nobody ever thinks about that. If we were meant to eat cooked food, it would grow on trees.
2:32 Cooked food is unnatural. It's man-made. Humans make it into the cooked food. It doesn't exist anywhere naturally like that.
[video] 2:47 I see a lot of people drink green juices thinking that they're going to get healthier. Well, the simple fact is when you juice raw greens, you're getting a lot of oxalic acid, which is a plant.
2:56 Very correct. That's what I talk about in my videos a lot. Some of you guys wanted me to review a video of his. I already responded to a short of his in the past. This is just random that he pops up now. I thought that it's going to be a video about the girl.
[video] 3:10 Yes, it causes kidney stones, as he said, but also it slowly really cuts up your whole body.
3:16 It's like microscopic kind of blades.
3:30 It can even lead to atherosclerosis because it causes damage in the arteries. He is also mentioning vitamin A in the text there. Yeah, that's what I also always mention.
[video] 3:42 All right, good. Doing these green juices, you're not really getting that many nutrients. I know a lot of people think that greens are really nutrient-dense, but when you look at foods like grass-fed beef or grass-fed beef liver or eggs, they're about 100 times more nutrient-dense than greens in a special way.
4:00 Yeah, really green vegetables, any vegetables besides seeds are the least nutritious foods on earth. It's a total joke that people even believe that we can get vitamins and minerals out of them, even though there's almost nothing already shows you the ignorance of most people.
[video] 4:16 Actually raw green juices. Some people get kidney stones by drinking too many green juices because it overloads the body with this oxalic acid. So look into it. You don't need to be drinking green juice. Spend your money on grass fed beef instead if you really want to get healthy.
4:29 Okay, this one is funny already before even starting the video because it says what I eat in a day as a natural vegan gluten-free bodybuilder. Natural? Even if you would eat raw liver and blood every day, you wouldn't look like that. This kind of a physique is not possible naturally. And that's funny. I don't know who this guy is, but I don't think that anybody buys it. I hope. Cause you know that baby I...
4:59 Man, the veins popping out. This is a completely juiced up, unnatural physique. Totally drugged up.
5:09 Morning greens. Is that supposed to build muscle or what? Protein shake oats, blueberries.
5:18 Yeah, just cinnamon, salt. What the hell? What is this supposed to do in the body? This is so stupid.
5:28 Nutritional yeast, tuimete cheese, rice, just some seeds with sugar, glyphosate, tofu, phytoestrogens.
5:41 Organic rice krispies, protein, cinnamon again. What exactly is supposed to build muscle in this? It's just some seed sludge. Besides it not being able to build muscle, it also looks pretty disgusting.
5:58 red potato so sweet potato or what tofu again broccoli a toxic green flower which will destroy your thyroid and mushrooms which have literally no nutrients if you would eat all of this you would lose muscle yeah if you use drugs you can eat just about anything
6:23 Wow, man, these are horrible meals. Sweet potato, mushrooms, Kiwi, more oxalates from the previous video. Kiwis have some of the most oxalates out of fruits.
[video] 6:33 30% of your diet should be carbs. Healthy carbs. What do you mean by healthy carbs? The most colorful fruits and vegetables you can eat.
6:43 Yes. A 30% isn't that much.
6:48 It's not so horrible.
[video] 6:51 most people nowadays see like what's 70 80 at least most powerful antioxidants so antioxidants will boost nitric oxide simply by stabilizing the molecule the darker the fruit for example the better the antioxidant pomegranate juice if you ever get it on a white shirt you can never get the stain off
7:11 Yeah, this is just a response of the body to what you're consuming. These antioxidants are there to protect the plants in the first place. You can argue about some of the use of some of them, but for the most part, that's their purpose. Humans have their own antioxidants. which are for the most part made out of cholesterol. If you want to have a lot of antioxidants yourself as a human, you need to consume a lot of cholesterol rich foods, as in animal foods, and then you will make your own.
[video] 7:42 That is a dark fruit. Same thing with blueberries, strawberries, any kind of berry. Let's go to the plant family. Spinach. Popeye knew all about nitric oxide before anybody else did.
7:55 Popeye was just a cartoon to brainwash kids to eat vegetables, which tastes horrible. He got big muscles out of green leaves. That doesn't make any sense. It was one of the first brainwashing cartoons. That's it. He should have eaten liver, but that's not the idea behind it, not the agenda.
[video] 8:20 Yeah, those are all some of the most toxic plants on Earth.
8:28 Total nonsense.
[video] 8:29 green leafy vegetables those carbs are so important because they're loaded with antioxidants yeah seed oils are some of the worst things your body can consume initially invented as industrial oil to like lubricate machine you have to run through this ridiculous chemical process honestly i find these arguments fascinating because they never show a citation it's always something more like guys we gotta stop using seed oils because oils are used to lubricate things what's that
8:55 The point that Joe Rogan was making is simply that that was their purpose. It wasn't human food. What do you not understand? That's why they didn't use butter, because that's what humans were eating. And then they switched it up. People still eat butter today, but not as much as they used to. It was one of the, if not the main fat, for sure around 100-200 years ago. Sure, people also use a lot of lard, that's why I say maybe one of the, but now people consume seed oils, margarine and whatnot that never used to be around. So when Joe Rogan says that it used to be mainly used to lubricate these machines, and he's making a great point, because then you get to think, hmm, why do we consume that today if it wasn't ever human food?
9:49 I would bet that most people don't know that and I would bet that most people wouldn't consume them if they did know about it.
[video] 9:57 That's not what he means. Is he playing dumb or what? What he means is that the chemical process is toxic.
10:15 Obviously. Which it is.
[video] 10:17 The more muscle you have, doesn't mean you have a better physique. The athletic physique is universally considered the most aesthetic and attractive body. Because it has good muscle- Oh, Mario Reyes. Cool.
10:45 It seems like everyone's on TikTok nowadays. I never used the website before. This is my first time actually, really. I've clicked on it before when somebody linked me something or whatever, but I've never watched any videos actually. It's just not my thing, I guess. I generally don't like short videos, these vertical videos. I don't use my phone, I guess, like other people do to watch videos. That's probably the reason. Anyway, he's making good points. Of course, as always, I agree with the guy. I've reviewed two videos of his in the past.
[video] 11:20 It's all about having a narrow waist with wide shoulders. And everything is good in moderation. And bodybuilders take building muscle way too...
11:27 Yeah, it just doesn't look good anymore, as in attractive. You cannot really move properly. There's nothing good about it whatsoever. It's a deformed body by every definition. The only thing that you're good at when you look like this is lifting metal up and down, pushing and pulling it in a gym full of other people who do the same. So what? What does it give you in your life? Nothing. It's totally dumb. It's not bodybuilding. What are you building? Tumor like muscles. If you wanna build something, build a healthy physique.
[video] 12:04 We can appreciate how much muscle bodybuilders have built, but that doesn't mean anybody thinks it looks good.
12:14 Oh, so this is a video against Mario Reyes. Somebody shows sim and then actually shows no. Bruh, this does look good, but it doesn't look good, man. You're totally delusional if you think that this looks good. And this is from a man's perspective, ask any women. You're never gonna get anybody who will say that they look good.
12:38 Yeah, it's some kind of insecurity trauma that these people are dealing with, which is why they want to look that huge. That's the only explanation. Otherwise, why would you want that? Naturally, it makes no sense. There's no benefits whatsoever, only downsides.
12:56 Yeah, this guy also, he got two more muscles and now he's in a wheelchair because of that. These people have no testicles basically whatsoever. You can't even see them. They are so small because of the drug use. So typical body dysmorphia and side effects from the drugs. And you show them as if Mario Rice is wrong. Makes no sense.
[video] 13:27 When I started the diet, I just went to beef and salt and water and I didn't know anything about electrolytes. So I suffered fairly badly from electrolyte imbalances. I started waking up at night.
13:38 Yes, when you eat this carnivore lion diet, salt, cooked meat and water, It can only go wrong, because firstly, cooked meat has over 50% less nutrients, depending on how much you cook the meat. Minerals specifically, of course, in this case. And then you consume salt, which essentially only has sodium chloride. What are you gonna get out of it besides that? And most people don't even use good salt, not that there is such a thing, but there's some salts who have at least a little bit micro amounts of other minerals. If you use typical kind of salt, there's nothing else.
14:23 you can only get an imbalance think about it you already get way less minerals from the cooked food then you consume salt which completely causes a biochemical imbalance in the body and then you drink water which completely dehydrates you and you pee out and sweat out all the minerals the few that you are getting from the cooked food it's a nightmare this kind of a diet can only go wrong jesus
[video] 14:53 because my calf was cramping. I was too worried about introducing anything because of... Yeah, it cannot work.
14:58 You need to be eating, if you want to eat like this or a similar diet to this, a lot of raw meat and raw organs especially. Otherwise, you will always have a mineral imbalance because you're eating unnatural food with way less minerals. And when you cook meat, you don't lose the exact amount of every mineral. You lose maybe 50% of... magnesium, 30% of sodium and whatnot. So you have really strange amounts of minerals in your body. Eventually it's gonna catch up and you're gonna have all of these symptoms of mineral deficiencies.
[video] 15:33 these massive autoimmune reactions I would have to food, that I just dealt with it. Almost a year into the Lion Diet, I realized that sodium, potassium, magnesium levels, especially at the beginning of the diet, are super important. I found I needed a lot of sodium, about a third potassium, and less magnesium.
15:50 no you don't need a lot of sodium you get crazy amounts of sodium from salt and salt kills your cells anyway as proven in studies totally dumb to consume salt in general what you need is natural food you simply eat as i said organs you maybe drink blood and you get the perfect amounts of minerals that are found in these animals When you're consuming artificial foods, rocks, crystallized rocks, that's what salt is, and especially Himalayan salt and all of that garbage, super toxic, full of toxic heavy metals also, besides it being toxic in general anyway, and you drink water and you pee out everything all the time, what do you expect? And if you drink something instead of water, drink actual natural liquids, There's no water inside of human beings.
16:46 There's liquids, blood, actual electrolytes, ionized water, actual real ionized liquids. That's what you need. Blood, raw milk, coconut water, fruit juices, what humans consume in nature.
[video] 17:03 I would say just add salt at the beginning. If the cramps come, start playing around by adding in potassium and adding in magnesium.
17:10 I understand why she hopped on this diet. I don't know that much about her. That's Jordan Peterson's daughter, right? And she had very severe gut issues, I think, mental issues also and whatnot, which is all related anyway. And that's why she started this diet. I get it, but there's way better solutions to this.
[video] 17:28 And unfortunately, it's pretty different per person.
17:31 It's understandable. People only understand cooked meat. I get it. And then they always think, well, we need salt because you crave minerals so much because the meat is cooked. So you get less minerals and your body thinks, where do I get these minerals? Salt, where you get sodium chloride instead of actually all of the minerals that you need. So you start experimenting, consuming supplements and all kinds of stuff. It's not sustainable. Yeah.
[video] 17:57 Even without electrolytes, the muscle cramps and electrolyte imbalances do go away. You don't need these electrolytes forever, but at the beginning of the diet, it really, really, really does help. How many times have I told you? Stop accusing me of being fucking on gear. I told you I'm natty. Bro, I'm not accusing you. You look natty.
18:13 Wait, that's a joke, right? Yeah, that's a joke for sure.
[video] 18:16 Thank you. Wait, what do you mean I look natty?
18:20 Yeah, that's a joke. This is stupid.
[video] 18:24 I'm just saying, bro, you look natty.
18:27 Ah, now it's as if he's insulting him. You look natty, as in you look small.
[video] 18:34 When you're 13 years old, when you're 15 years old, when you're 17 years old, work out. Lift weights.
18:39 No, if you lift weights as a teenager, you're gonna stunt your growth. You're gonna be super stressed. Why would you do that? Nobody does that in nature. It's super stupid. You should learn how to hunt at those ages.
[video] 18:54 To get bigger and stronger, go to jiu-jitsu or boxing or wrestling.
18:59 Boxing, jiu-jitsu again, just to get hit in the head, to have more stress. Why would you do that? Get a proper father and he can teach you how to hunt. I'm joking, obviously, seeing as you can't choose that. But if you would have one, that's what they should do. That's what they always did up until really just decades ago. The fathers always taught the teenage, the young adults, the... Man, how to hunt. And then you would eat the raw heart of the deer as your first food from the first kill. And now you, what, lift metal up and down? That's your inspiration, this guy? Who is that even? Just some prematurely aged, drugged up guy? You go to the gym, watch some social media influencers, and then you hop on drugs yourself later on in your life. What kind of a life is that? Just a life of a failure. Don't listen to this loser.
19:59 What's the point? Nowadays, okay, you fight somebody, you want to protect yourself. Understandable, but like that? In most countries, you defend yourself, you still go to jail for defending yourself. You learn how to punch somebody, he falls on the concrete in the wrong way, is severely hurt or even worse, you go to prison for 20 years. No point, man. There's way better ways to defend yourself than to stress yourself and get hit in the head just to learn how to box or something. Not gonna talk about that on YouTube. I have a video about it on Telegram called How to Fight Naturally. That's really all that you need to see.
[video] 20:40 But you're drugged up yourself, right? Can you be more hypocritical?
[video] 20:55 You can just see the guy's for sure drugged up. Or looking at Instagram. Don't do that.
20:59 It's not good for-
21:07 Okay, that's good advice. Yeah, don't play video games which are about imitating hunting for the most part.
[video] 21:13 Okay Smarter by reading a book.
21:21 Oh my god, man. What are you talking about? You can't get smarter By reading a book you can read somebody's opinions by reading a book and then you can learn something about a specific topic That's all fine The best book is We Want to Live by Ajna's Wonder Planets, which is about raw foods.
21:44 It's just that you can't actually become smarter. You're just going to be as intelligent as you're going to be, most likely, and that will depend mostly on the food that you were fed as a baby and when you were growing up, how your brain developed. That's it.
[video] 22:00 So you can dominate in life. That's what you do.
22:03 Alright, I'm gonna stop here. Let me know if you liked this. You said that you liked the last video. If you like these TikToks also, I can do more of them. There's a lot of videos out there about health. all kinds of different topics but of course at the end it all boils down to the same eat vegetables or if not the people who promote a carnivore diet then eat cooked meat with salt and water none of the recommendations are ever good go to the gym lift metal
22:35 essentially use drugs. They don't say that outright, but if you promote this kind of a drugged up physique, then you're saying, this looks good. And to achieve that, you can only do through drugs. So indirectly it's saying, use drugs. Also, horrible recommendations. Eat seeds. Nobody's promoting actually eating naturally. There probably are some people. Somebody said that some people even uploaded TikToks about me, but I never used the website. But somebody did link me some stuff. I like the videos. Yeah, that's cool. But for the most part, it's just a garbage website with garbage content.
23:22 Still of course it's good to correct these people and talk about the actual truth about nutrition and health. That's what I like to do. Thanks for watching.
