0:00 Hi, as requested, I'm gonna be reviewing a video called Inside Great Britain's Rowing Team's Intense Training Camp. In it...
0:19 Reminds me of the military training camp. Very similar. Incredible stress, a lot of pressure,
[video] 0:32 I'm tired of all the weddings, the funerals, the things that you miss because of Rowan.
0:38 You miss funerals? What? It's interesting because in the military they take you away from your family because they want you to believe that the military is your family. They know what they are doing psychologically to these people. And wow, he looks old and exhausted. In these teams, sports teams, they do the same. I don't know if it's that conscious in these teams. I believe that it is for the most part. They also don't let you have any contact with your family for the most part. Not even for funerals, you cannot go there. it's limited just so that you really focus on this fake team which will destroy your life and your health psychologically it's very important otherwise you fail because you really need to do everything you need to put your whole energy into this
1:36 Look, just completely exhausted and sick. I bet you if he would look up his age, if I would know who this guy is, he's probably a lot younger chronologically, the official age, than he actually looks like, because he looks really old and exhausted.
1:54 Wait, what? Does he mean that he wants to give his family something back? Or what does he mean? Or did I misunderstand something? Because you're doing nothing. Mojt, you're on a fucking machine. Pulling nothing. It's literally nothing in it. How do you not get it?
2:16 Oh, because you become delusional when you do this. Because you're so stressed that you just go mental.
2:26 Yeah, you're crying because you're extremely stressed and exhausted, because it's anti-human.
[video] 2:33 What does it take to become an Olympic champion?
2:36 You need to be extremely brainwashed and insecure in the first place. That's the two things that you really need. Because otherwise, how can you try to get a man-made medal with no meaning? You can't. Because if you would be mentally healthy, then you would never do that. That's really a requirement for it.
[video] 3:01 In Tokyo, often it will mean pushing your body beyond its physical limits.
3:06 How do you do that? Well... Yes, exactly. That's why everybody who competes at the Olympics looks so bad, so unhealthy, so stressed, exhausted, tired, old.
[video] 3:17 Minus seven, very, very early starts, and an altitude of over 7,000 feet. Helps, so I'm told. The Sierra Nevada mountains in Spain. Isolated, yet perfect as training for Tokyo 2020 ramps up. In a nutshell, it's horrible.
3:35 Yeah, exactly. Then why do you do it? Why do you promote it as a good thing? Why do we make reports, movies, any kind of videos about something horrible, but portray it as something good, the opposite? Think about it. What's going on with people today?
4:01 Could he not move his legs anymore? Because they had to move his legs, right?
[video] 4:07 Obviously, we don't enjoy it very much.
4:10 We don't enjoy it very much. No, actually, you don't enjoy it at all. Stop fucking lying to yourself, mate. Fucking accept the reality in it. Bloody hell.
[video] 4:21 Measurable time here, but I think, in my eyes, the way I see it, this is like doing three weeks of training in two. What do we do now?
4:30 Yeah, the shouting to stress these people even more. Because you need to do that. Because you know that what you're doing is nothing. You're literally pulling nothing. It's one thing if you're on a boat and actually rowing for your life. You hate it. It's just as bad. It ages you just as bad. But you're doing something for a reason. You're surviving. It's kind of like with surviving in nature. If you need to carry a heavy animal back home or you need to run, you hate it. It ages you. It's stressful. It's just as bad wherever you do it or for whatever reason, whether it's in nature or in this brainwashed modern society, because it's biologically bad for you and it will age you just the same, no matter why or where you do it, but at least you do it for a reason. Nowadays, people exercise. They just believe that exerting yourself in stress is somehow good for you.
5:30 It makes zero sense. It's the opposite. It's super bad for you. And then they run for no reason or lift metal or do rowing. You age yourself just as much as you would in nature, but at least people did it to survive. They hated it. It was hardship. But there was a purpose behind it. Now you do it just purely to age yourself. You will just die quicker for no reason.
[video] 5:53 Exactly how you feel right now? It's like my lungs have shrunk. It's like the tiny little hummingbird lungs. Just can't get enough air in for the work we're doing. Feels like I'm suffocating. It's like the whole body just goes numb and burns at the same time.
6:15 Okay.
6:18 And then the first thought is not, I shouldn't do it. I should do that more. And then I should compete with other people who do that to get a round medal or whatever. And then what? Or some non-existent money? Maybe I guess they also get as a sort of compensation for it. Money doesn't exist, that's also nothing. so you get nothing literally nothing in return just to exhaust your body and get a heart attack and to age yourself cool your lungs are burning your your head starts to hurt your visions all of them also have under eye bags and dark eye circles just all of them starts to go and your legs are screaming at you but you've just got to just keep that keep that focus why do you need to keep the focus why can't you just stop
7:11 This is like the military, man. If somebody pushes you to do something, you go against the one who's pushing you. That's the logical human conclusion. Somebody is forcing you to do something you don't want, you go against the one who's forcing you. You don't see them as a good guy, you don't respect them. Well, they don't respect them anyway. No matter what they say, they do not respect their bosses.
[video] 7:42 Yeah, which means more stress, more adapting your body to the stress, that's it. And in exchange, you ruin your health.
[video] 7:59 So those repeated exposures over the year make a big difference. It's hard, isn't it? It's very hard. So every time the guys come here, they're on the one hand looking forward to it a little bit because they know it's going to work, but at the same time they know it's going to be a tough two weeks. Brute force can only get you so far. The science of sport is crucial. Reams of data from blood samples that reveal a forest of information. Potentially the marginal gain. The hard yards at altitude have seen Team GB victorious 31 times on water at Olympic Games. There is pressure and expectation to succeed. It doesn't always happen, though.
8:26 This actually reminds me, there was a guy in school who was a rower and he had visibly a lot of muscle here everywhere because of the rowing, obviously. That's typical, but he wanted to do arm wrestling with me. I didn't do anything, I just played video games at the time. And he thought that he could win. I still won, even though I did nothing at all. Just because I was bigger, I had bigger bones. Because bones always win anyway. Of course, the ones who do it professionally, they're on drugs and everything. That's a different story. But if you just look at a bodybuilder and somebody who doesn't work out at all, but he was nourished well as a child, and he has bigger bones, he will still always win. No matter what you look at, Bones are always superior to muscles anyway.
[video] 9:17 John Collins finished just outside the medals at Rio 2016. Rio opened my eyes to what a results-based industry the Olympics is across the board. Coming back without a medal is like... It's haunting in ways you'd never possibly foresee going into it.
9:32 What do you mean it's just a medal? It's bullshit, it has no natural meaning, it's nothing. What the fuck does it matter if you get it or not? If you get it, you're a slave. If you don't get it, you're a slave. You're a slave anyway. You're rowing for no reason. For your masters.
9:53 Losers. A bunch of losers.
[video] 9:57 You know, you do very much feel like an also-ran if you haven't got medals. Did win a medal. If you say you won the gold, the ultimate, what would that bring to you? Is that closure? Endgame?
10:05 What medal, man? It's a piece of metal. with symbols on it and if there's a symbol like this you learned as a child that it means one one is number one one is good one is first place so we are a bunch of slaves who compete for nothing and then you're the number one slave so you're the biggest slave so actually you're the biggest slave that's what it means because uh
10:37 you followed the rules the best you enslaved yourself the best you went against your intuition the most it's actually the worst the last one is the first one it's as always everything is the opposite everything is upside down in this society like peace i think uh maybe yeah probably peace but also it's like rewarding um rewarding the people that have supported us like i think um
[video] 11:09 yeah like the you know like your friends and family they always just you know they're so like happy and everything that you're just there but like it's like hanging a medal uh so i'm actually getting quite emotional now um what emotional over metal you're not biochemically well man
[video] 11:32 My God, a piece of metal, a round metal with symbols on it. Oh, bloody fucking hell, I can't wait to hold it in my hand and to realize that I'm a fucking slave in it.
11:47 Like your family give it... Man, he's just sad that he cannot be with his family. That's it. That's all that's going on here.
11:57 It's torture, it's stress, it's hell. And you want to get away from there. That's why he's crying.
[video] 12:03 I know what you're saying, yeah. You know, I really just want to give them something back.
[video] 12:13 Jesus.
12:15 The pressure to succeed is palpable. But you're not gonna be giving them something back because what they want is you. And you will come back with dark eye circles and a reduced lifespan and the risk for a heart attack. That's it. You know what the cardiac output is when you go to these places? It's insane. Your heart literally expands, grows. You stretch it out. It's the same with marathon runners. That's why they get heart attacks. Actually, their heart just fails. Really, they experience hard failure oftentimes. By British running standards, the last few years have been lean.
[video] 12:59 The men's squad, though, have the giant of a sport in their legs. The last two, three years have been quite tough in terms of that pressure. And that's where I'm from within my own self. And that's excluding the public. We always want to win. And then when you're not winning or you're not achieving the results that maybe you assumed you were going to happen after becoming an Olympic champion... Yeah, there'd been some few dark days, and when I was in the fore in Rio, we knew we had that legacy to carry on. We knew there was Sir Steve Redgrave, Matt Pinson, James Cracknell, and every single day you'd walk into the boat park and you'd see Sir Steve Redgrave, Matt Pinson, James Cracknell, all doing their different media things, and they kind of look at you and give you a nod, and it's almost to say, don't mess it up. That's the pressure that I felt, being in that boat. How much of a legacy do you want to have? How much do you want to keep going? It's a million dollar question. I'm a bit institutionalized in terms of I like having a two week program in front of me and not knowing what else I'm doing ahead of that. But roasting to glasses, what about the nights when I'm at home and I'm really angry with something or I'm tired or the weddings, the funerals, the things that you miss because of rowing, the weekends. But I feel that...
13:56 But you cannot leave behind a real legacy. What would it matter anyway? You will be dead. The only thing that matters is to be happy, healthy and live a long life as long as possible, to be alive. Because this kills you. What does it matter? Let's say that you achieved the best kind of legacy you can have in this man-made slave society and you die at the age of 40 from a heart attack, but you were a super big bodybuilder or the best rover with 10 golden medals or whatever. What does it matter if you're dead? How does it matter? You have children, let's say, they don't have a father and you're dead. You think that your children are going to look at your fing golden medals and think, oh, well, my father is gone. I'm growing up without a father, but at least I have a golden medal. Fing medal with man-made symbols.
14:54 What the f is wrong with you? This s doesn't matter. This is all f***. You're stuck in the matrix. Nobody cares about this except for you because you're brainwashed. Your family also doesn't care about it. They want you to be alive.
[video] 15:12 I will only know the morning or the day of my final, whether I have a medal around my neck, whether it's a gold medal or whether I'm sat on the bank crying my eyes out because we've not won anything. I think I'll know then and I'll know then how I would want to commit for my next four years.
15:28 You can tell that this guy had high testosterone during puberty because of the vocal cords being long and you can also clearly see the skull development. It's purely hormonal.
[video] 15:39 Hate is synonymous with fear. Only things that are feared are hated. You have no fears, you have no hate. Happiness is freedom from fear. I just, yeah, I hate to think that I'm retiring. I'm building. Hold your horses, please. Two weeks stuck on top of a mountain allows for few pleasures. Tiredness takes over. So game or food? 8,000 plus calories a day.
16:02 Yeah, food. Grain sludge. Yeah, just nice. Some pasteurized milk, probably. Full of seed oils and toxins. Orange juice, pasteurized garbage. Total shit for the slaves. Of course, slave food for the slaves. What else? It's about as lively as it gets. that's the discipline required to try yeah exactly it requires discipline discipline means to go against your body to hate yourself that's what it requires exactly discipline is self-hate self-destruction it's the same thing become an olympic champion and that's an olympic champion wow great nice i love it Sierra Nevada mountains
16:48 I wanted to show you an older clip also, it's the same kind of training essentially.
[video] 16:52 5, 55, 4, 3, 2, 1, stop! 4, 8, 9, 10.
[video] 17:13 when you do something and you make those kind of noises then you know that it's bad for you then you know that you should stop they really literally go from a state of rest apart from maybe a bit of apprehension to a state of total exhaustion and near unconsciousness
[video] 17:34 5, 50, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1, stop! 5, 50, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1, stop!
18:03 Okay.
18:07 Now that's all that you are a number and the time that you do symbols. That's all. That you are to them just symbols and the symbols that you can do. Just nothing. You're just a tool. You're entertainment. You're a slave. By the very definition. There's nothing much more to add to this. You can see the absolute exhaustion. You see that they hate it. That's it. What else do you need? You do something, you hate it, you never do it again. It could be understandable that you don't understand how something feels like, then you try it. You could try rowing. You know that you will hate it when you do it, and that's it. You can of course already see the face expressions of other people when they are doing it. That's enough, but I'm just saying, you could also try something yourself, whatever it is, and then you can see that it's bad for you.
19:05 Because everything that feels bad, that causes you to make face expressions which show that it's bad for you, is bad for you. It is unhealthy, it's stressful, it decreases your lifespan. That's it. It's very easy, because nature programmed it that way, so to speak. That way we can easily always tell what is good or bad for us. It's your intuition, you just know it right away. And they all know it. It's not as if they deny it. They don't say that this is healthy, at least not in these clips. Although officially, if you would ask people and ask them if going to the Olympics, being an athlete in the Olympics is healthy, most people would say yes. They would probably even say to the rowers,
19:56 It's for sure something that people still believe because of very deep brainwashing, even though we can clearly see how incredibly unhealthy it is.
20:09 This is just what's going on today. People completely going against their own senses, promoting football, basketball, bodybuilding, running, marathons, jogging, you name it. It's all bad for you. It's all unhealthy. It all reduces your lifespan. You know that it's bad for you. You know that it's stressful. Stress is always bad for you. It's chronic stress. This is very severe chronic stress. What else? Do you need to see? How do you still not get it? You do it for a piece of metal. You're away from your family. You're gonna die sooner. For what? For nothing. The metal is bullshit. It has man-made symbols on it. It's a piece of shiny metal. Who cares? You get money for it. Money doesn't exist. You get nothing for it. You're a slave reducing your lifespan for nothing. Realize that. Stop it.
21:08 Thanks for watching.
