Running Is Killing Him

0:00 Hi, today we are going to be looking at a channel called Buddy Runs. This is one of the worst case I've ever seen of exercise destroying someone's health.
[video] 0:11 Alright, here's a full day of training on an easy day after my long one yesterday.
0:15 Somebody needs to wake him up. He runs a lot. It's chronic stress.
[video] 0:21 Let's go. Alright, so in the morning we have 10k easy which...
0:24 10k easy but it's not easy we can see that he is suffering and that's because it's unnatural for us to run sprinting and throwing a spear for example is normal but long distance running is very abnormal for us we are not made for it and that's why it's so hard to do it it was really hot this morning just because how hot the weather's got the moment but yeah It was 20 degrees, bloody hot in the UK, innit?
1:00 What is he eating? Grain sludge? Maybe there's some processed cheese and meat in between the sludge?
1:15 At least he's getting some sun. But none of this is going to help you health-wise. You could eat raw meat, it would still not help you if you experience so much stress.
1:31 What is that? Some chips? Made in seed oils? And maybe meat? But I don't think that that's meat.
[video] 1:42 Some dinner and that was it. Alright, here's what a chill training and beach day looks like.
1:47 Chill training is an oxymoron.
[video] 1:49 Like, stay off the track. So we had a 20k easy bike ride this morning.
1:53 20k easy bike ride. How is 20k easy? You can try to adapt your body to riding a bike, running, lifting weights, but you will always need to try to adapt to all of that. And that's because your body is not made for it. If it would be, then it would be easy to do it and that's why you will always suffer. The visible consequences will be eye bags, dark eye circles, you may become underweight and so on. The list is long.
[video] 2:26 The injuries have already happened.
2:40 He eats absolute garbage, it's all covered in seed oils, and we can also see that he grew up eating the same food.
[video] 2:52 Chill 4 miles, lovely. This is actually funny, the dogs are just chilling.
3:10 The slaves would say that they are doing nothing, but in reality, they are simply following their intuition. They sometimes like to play, and pretty much all animals like to do that, but they never exhaust themselves on purpose, and they would never believe that chronic stress, exhaustion, is healthy for you. But I'm sure that he actually believes that it's good for you to do it, That's how crazy the situation is.
3:49 Just enjoying life. Okay, not really. Those are domesticated dogs. They have been enslaved. They live in captivity, but as much as they can, as much as we can also, but he's obviously doing the opposite of enjoying his life.
[video] 4:05 Wow, that's more broccoli than salmon. And there's of course also white little seeds, rice. This is not even food for the most part, and it's obviously farmed salmon.
4:34 Wow, wow.
[video] 4:39 Made some dinner and that was it. Alright, here's a full day of training off the track and a tempo session tomorrow.
4:44 By the way, he is 17 years old. At first I thought that he is 12 or 13. It doesn't seem as if he went through proper puberty because of all the stress.
[video] 4:58 Let's go. Alright, so we started off the day with a 7k easy run just to get the legs moving off yesterday.
5:02 7k easy. If you're going to do something this crazy, then at least wait until you are done growing and developing. Your legs will be longer. It would be better for you.
[video] 5:19 Here's what a full day of training looks like on an easy double run Monday. So this morning we just had a little jog along the beach and around the block just because my legs were cooked from a half yesterday. But yeah, still really good run. At least he eats eggs, but of course there's also grain sludge.
5:48 What? Granola? More seeds? He eats a seed-based diet. He also eats a lot of flowers. His diet is bad. It could be worse. At least he eats some meat and eggs. But as I said, there's no diet, no food on earth that would save him because he experiences too much stress.
[video] 6:14 yoga bowl there and then in the afternoon went for an easy 10k and some strides afterwards which was really nice legs didn't feel as good this time but yeah she went around the block up by westbourne and then back finished off with a couple strides there and then after that we had some chicken veg potato
6:28 Chicken, okay. And some vegetables, which are indigestible. You will simply have gas from the vegetables. Let's look at some of the comments on his videos. Somebody says, buddy go to sleep. He's implying that he looks exhausted, as if he hasn't slept enough. But it's obviously because of the running.
6:58 Some people seem to watch his videos because they want to see him run. Most likely because they do it themselves. They run around in a circle for no reason. Get rest. What watch do you use? Some people actually want advice from him. Are those eyebags genetic? What kind of a question is that? Then you would be born with them. No, you develop them when you are stressed, when you drink coffee, don't sleep enough, or when you exercise.
7:37 And he replies with, yes. The dark eye circles go all the way around. This is an absolutely typical sign of chronic stress. You can only get them from stress. There's no other way. And when they go all the way around, then it means that your body is really, really exhausted. I didn't expect to see myself there. You doctor. No such thing as genetic ibex. All right. Ah, thankfully, there's some sane people out there. Literally caused by stress. What are you doing? OK, I'm really glad to see that comment. No, those don't exist.
8:33 Rest days. This guy needs super much rest.
8:40 Some people even encourage him. You realize running is literally unhealthy for you. Nice. And sprinting is a million times better. You would only sprint for a few seconds while hunting. You wouldn't feel stressed. Stop doing distance and start working out and sprinting, clearly your body is screaming at you to stop. But if you would be pushing and pulling metal, then your body would also be screaming at you to stop, so to speak. It's also counterintuitive. We should do what we naturally want to do. That feels easy and comfortable. Whenever something feels hard, when you need to try to adapt your body to it, then you are doing something that's unnatural for you.
9:33 And if you will go and lift metal for no reason, then you should also expect eye bags, dark eye circles.
[video] 9:44 more you will do it the worse your health will be tristan lee actually made a video about this topic at 12 years old i entered the gym for the first time and it was the best decision i ever made but it came with a big cost the older i get the more and more i reflect back on every decision i made growing up and how each one impacted the person i now am today if i had just known what i know now i may have been a few inches taller i definitely would have been more muscular
10:10 Yes, and the way you need to see it is that if you do something that goes against your nature, which is exactly what we can see right there, that's the face expression of somebody going against his nature, his suffering, and it's hard to do it because you are not made to do it. And when you do this while you are growing and developing, then obviously your body cannot even focus on growing and developing. How could it possibly? You need to think about this. If the human body is trying to grow and you constantly stress it by running or lifting weights for no reason, then your body will be focused on repairing the damage from that instead of simply growing. My neighbor from back in the day, all that he did was play Counter-Strike.
11:09 Pretty much all day long. When we went outside to play football and whatnot, he always stayed inside. He never played with us. He grew up to be over two meters tall, a super deep voice, a really big body, and the others...
11:33 developed, all right, some of them, but you just never know what your actual potential was because of what you did. This has a lot to do with what you eat, obviously, but the stress that you experience while growing can also really stunt your growth.
[video] 11:54 stronger, had less injuries, and enjoyed the process so much more along the way. After all these years, there's six things I regret from starting too young. Regret number one, stunting my growth. Despite the internet thinking that I'm four foot 11, I'm actually five foot five. But could I be five foot eight, six feet? It's commonly thrown around that weightlifting stunts your growth. But how young is too young to start lifting then? 13 years old?
12:15 You should never do it in the first place, obviously. But as I said before, if you want to do something crazy such as this, then at least do it after you are completely done developing. After the age of... 25, ideally.
[video] 12:35 They could never even admit that it's possible that it did that, because then they would have to admit that they were wrong, and it's hard to do that for a human being.
13:02 Not in general, but nowadays it's very hard for people to do that. It's as if they believe that it's some sign of weakness.
[video] 13:11 When I was 13, 14, 15, I wasn't focused on growing. I was solely focused on performance for soccer, and because I was constantly burning so much, I wasn't fueling myself enough to grow. I was tracking macros, doing cardio, and not just staying lean, but shredded all the time. This is my biggest regret.
13:28 It's very bad what's going on nowadays. A lot of men and women are being manipulated to run around in a circle. They lift weights for no reason. They imagine all kinds of sports. And because of abstract ideas, they imagine that they won the sports games. None of them are doing anything. It's bad enough as it is, but these young guys and girls that get pulled into it will suffer even more because it will stunt their growth and development. It's the same for plants. A plant that feels stressed and experience a so-called hardship will not grow to its full potential. It will be smaller than it's supposed to be.
14:21 A human being that is growing and developing will only be able to grow to its full potential if the human being doesn't experience any stress, hardship, you need to eat natural food, Sunlight and good air, of course, also helps. But if you run all of the time, you're chronically stressed, then you cannot expect to grow to your full potential.
14:55 What kind of a life is that? You would run away from another human being in nature because a four-legged animal would get you right away, or you would run after somebody. Imagine that. You run for hours, you go to bed, you're super exhausted, and then you run again. And you just run all the time. You cannot even imagine that kind of a life in nature. What would you be running after all the time? That's why he looks so exhausted. You just run, run, run as if there's no end to it. There will be an end to it, but it's not the one you're hoping for. Thanks for watching.
