Sanne Vloet: Matcha Ruined Her Life 🍵 @Sanne Vloet
Watch on YouTube · 2026-03-16 · 36 min
0:00 hey guys i already made two videos about sanna flute in the past she recently had two failed pregnancies as far as i understand that's what i'll be talking about so i kind of go through different phases of how i like to make my matcha i'm very particular about how i make it usually currently in kind of a coconut milk phase this is coconut milk that i've been buying It's interesting how she drinks milk, fake milk, now that she lives in LA. If she would still be living in the Netherlands, then maybe she would be drinking raw milk now, actual natural milk.
[video] 0:41 Right, she actually sells matcha. I will show you the website. This is her and her husband Max.
1:08 They sell it together. Of course, there's other people behind it who actually do the marketing, obviously, and they don't harvest the green poisonous leaves themselves. That's obvious. The problem is that she actually consumes this herself. You can see from the color alone that it's poisonous.
[video] 1:33 Oh, it's really cute. A cute little golden kite, so...
1:48 smells so good you guys look how green it is how can it smell good unless there's all kinds of flavorings added to the green toxic powder then it maybe smells tolerable at best She's obviously used to it as much as you can be. And that's why she says that. And obviously she wants you to buy the powder.
2:25 Looks completely poisonous. It's actually made out of green leaves. I really need to repeat that because a lot of people don't even understand what they are drinking when they drink matcha. You're actually consuming a liquid form of green poisonous leaves.
2:55 date syrup, tons of sugar to mask the taste. And if you need to mask the taste of what you're drinking or eating, then you know that it's bad for you. Your natural senses should like the food or liquids that you consume. That's common sense. That's why people add something creamy, milky, or sweet to coffee, tea, matcha, all of that garbage. It's all bad for you.
[video] 3:39 I got my golden combo here. Coconut milk, matcha latte. And then I also add a little date syrup in it. It almost has a little...
3:46 you can see that she's underweight and this is of course important when it comes to this whole topic of the video she's 1 meter 80 tall which is pretty tall for a woman nowadays anyway and
4:08 She would need to be eating a lot of animal foods, tons of dairy, eggs, and meat, of course, in the first place. But I mentioned the dairy because realistically, somebody like her who has been manipulated will not be eating a lot of meat, but she could at least be eating tons of dairy, ideally raw dairy. And if she would be living in the Netherlands still, if she would be around her family, they would never allow her to eat this kind of garbage. People in the Netherlands are super brainwashed, but they don't live like people in LA. In LA, you will never find...
4:52 healthy people with a healthy mind.
[video] 4:55 A little bit more like that earthy, kind of what coconut sugar sometimes has. Also, I had a little other sweet treat or matcha chocolate. I am so addicted.
5:05 Addicted, wait, what?
[video] 5:07 To this stuff. It's just like...
5:09 Yes, these toxins are kind of like excitotoxins. Not exactly, but... That's essentially why she's addicted to all of this garbage. Of course, there's also other additives which may make you addicted to these poisonous products, and that's what they are. Matcha chocolate, that means that you're going to be consuming poisonous seed slime. That's what chocolate is. And that's why they always add sugar to it, milk and everything, because it tastes horrible on its own. And then there's matcha added to the poisonous seed slime, meaning that it's poisonous seed slime with poisonous green leaves.
[video] 6:05 So perfect. Can you add the noon for a little...
6:09 I look at that... Green chocolate, what the fuck is going on? Oh my god, this is so L.A. Energy? I don't think we... Energy, no, it's toxins. You will be alert. It's stimulants that you're consuming. You're not getting any energy out of that. You would need to be eating liver, brain, drinking blood for real energy, and then you wouldn't have any of these issues.
[video] 6:41 I have it online right now, mainly in Zoom.
6:44 The thing is that I'm sure that she also grew up on good food. It's very apparent. She probably even ate a lot of raw dairy when she was a child. Maybe even liver, who knows? A lot of people nowadays still eat liver. Or maybe her mother ate liver during her pregnancy.
[video] 7:05 Cafes and stuff around New York and LA. So if you see it on the shelf, if this is your last chance, grab it. If I will. Okay, where am I going to start? The last few weeks have been extremely crazy and hard for anyone who hasn't really seen any updates recently. I shared on my Instagram and also my TikTok that I went through another miscarriage about a week ago, which was so incredibly hard to go through, especially it was my second time.
7:31 It was very... She says all of this while holding the green toxic drink in her hands. It's really sad, but the irony has to be pointed out. It's for her own good.
[video] 7:49 Very painful, just emotionally, physically, and truly do not wish any woman to ever go through something like this. I kind of just wanted to talk a little bit about more about my whole experience and stuff, because listening to other women has truly brought me so much comfort, kind of through this whole process, after loss, in between, during pregnancy, like truly.
8:07 You can also see that she has a lot of makeup on her face. And of course, when you use makeup, then you don't see how a human being actually looks like, especially health-wise, obviously. You can see that her skin is actually a lot lighter, but the face is sort of orangey because of all the makeup.
[video] 8:31 talking with my friends who have gone through similar situations but also just listening to women online has truly like kind of helped me survive this really like hard and difficult time. So I had my first marriage in October and then I had one cycle in between and kind of got immediately pregnant which was kind of a big surprise in a way because we weren't really trying but also like not not trying if you know what I mean.
8:52 I talked about infertility in the last two videos which I made about her, and it's good that she can get pregnant, but at the same time, what is better, not being able to get pregnant at all or getting miscarriages afterwards? I would assume that it's more painful to get pregnant, but then have the miscarriages.
[video] 9:29 it is currently 9 p.m we're outside of the emergency center here in miami it's not really what i expected for thursday night to be i just teach an event and right after i she was teaching an event
9:44 She does teach Pilates, I believe, but who knows what she was doing. It would be strange if she did that while being pregnant. It's not that stressful, but it's also not something that you should be doing while pregnant.
[video] 10:02 started bleeding really heavily I was like I need to go to the emergency room immediately so we just checked in like 20 minutes ago and I can just feel like my whole body is like in such a stress this already has been such an emotional journey I never really knew what an emotional journey pregnancy actually is especially after having a miscarriage two months ago I'm obviously so much more on my toes like scared I have a really hard time dealing with the uncertainty of things I have a really hard time not knowing
10:30 will be okay and just the waiting of things oh my god i was so nauseous all day like the morning sickness is not a morning sickness thing it was truly all day long this is very common today and that's alarming because it means that a lot of women have poisoned bodies essentially the toxins accumulate in your stomach And that's because your body wants to get them out. And one way of getting them out is by you vomiting. It's a protection mechanism for the baby.
[video] 11:05 Barely eat anything. The only thing I was able to eat was breakfast burritos, which honestly was pretty good because the last time it was bagels and I feel breakfast burrito was so much more nutritious. So I could actually pack in some like nutrients and stuff. But with that, I had so many heavy cramps that I was basically on bed rest for a couple of weeks. Couldn't even really go around the block for a walk. I was...
11:23 She was eating grain sludge, just slime made out of seeds. In nature, she would be eating animals, maybe some fruits here and there. But the man would bring her animals, of course, when she's pregnant. She would be eating the organs, drinking the blood, eating a lot of fat. Because there's nothing else that's available in nature. That's what you eat to survive and to thrive, most importantly.
[video] 12:05 And so much pain and so much discomfort. And that was really hard. Like as an active person, a person who's always like on their feet.
12:11 Yes, and you need to think about this. Should a pregnancy be hard? Should you feel nauseous when you're pregnant? No, because... That would mean that, naturally, pregnancies are hard. Who would want to get pregnant then? Obviously, pregnancies shouldn't be hard at all. And when you are healthy, they are not.
[video] 12:37 Doing things, just being in bed and just feeling so miserable all day long was not only challenging physically, but also mentally. Yeah, that was really, really hard. Any symptom you can call for a first trimester, I'm feeling it. It's not even just morning sickness, it is all day sickness. I just feel nauseous all day long. I have the craziest food aversion.
12:58 And somehow people believe that it's normal almost. I guess that she doesn't believe that it's normal, but people believe that it's normal to feel nauseous. It just means that there is toxins inside of your body. Do you believe that a healthy woman who eats natural food will feel nauseous?
[video] 13:23 I can't smell anything. It just makes me sick. Well, the only thing I'm not doing yet is vomiting, so pray the prayers. that's going to stay out of the box, but it's been really, really rough. I've been hydrating a lot, just sleeping and resting a lot.
13:38 Also, when your body weight is higher, when you have more fat, then you can save some of the toxins in the fat, so to speak. That would actually, in this case, be a benefit for her, but because she doesn't have this fat, It affects her a lot more.
[video] 14:02 So just feeling very like, I don't want to be on my phone. I don't want to look at social media. Don't really want to look too much TV. I feel it's just really draining my energy.
14:11 I've been getting... And it's also interesting how she said that she had food aversions. No, you didn't. You didn't have any aversions to food because you don't eat real food. She does eat some meat and some eggs here and there, but overall... her diet is plant-based and it's pretty bad. If she would have aversions to real food, then what could she even eat naturally? That again doesn't make any sense. You just won't have aversions to real food. If that would happen in nature, then how would women survive? They would be pregnant and then They would have aversions to eating raw animals, which is what we eat in nature. No, obviously not. They would never. But you have aversions to foods which are fake, bad for you. And that's good, obviously, naturally speaking.
15:11 It's just that she doesn't realize that she should start eating real foods.
15:21 It was rough. I could barely eat anything and felt so sick. It was a battle. Should a pregnancy be a battle or should it be pretty much the opposite of that? Should it not be enjoyable? Creating a child, delivering the child, giving birth to new life? Of course, naturally. That's why women in nature say that they have no pain during births. And not only that, they actually really enjoy it. Believe it or not, I know that it sounds strange because of what's going on all around us today, but a lot of things are backwards nowadays. When you look at the way humans live in nature, then you will see that
16:15 They pretty much live the opposite way when you compare their lives to the lives of modern humans. Some people don't eat any meat today, they eat raw meat. We don't drink blood, they drink blood whenever they can.
16:37 They go out into the sun, we avoid the sun, and so on. I could go on and on. I've made videos about this. I have a very long list.
16:56 Who knows if she was drinking matcha during all of this. I would hope not, but... You cannot know for sure. And she felt sick as if she's poisoned all the time. She was for sure not eating anything healthy, that's obvious.
17:24 After the first pregnancy, she made a video called Matcha Talks.
[video] 17:29 And by week, I think five and a half week, I started to feel so nauseous. It wasn't just morning sickness, you guys. It was all day sickness.
17:40 And again, I have to point out the irony here because she's sitting there talking about feeling nauseous while consuming a...
[video] 17:50 liquid made out of poisonous green leaves it really has to be understood what's going on here i could not get off the couch or my bed i in the morning sometimes it's like throwing up a bit i had the worst worst worst food aversion it's like i couldn't stand any vegetables or protein or... Any vegetables?
18:16 Understandable. They are poisonous. Any protein? Who knows what she means by that? Beans? Lentils? Some kind of seeds? Or actual meat?
[video] 18:31 eat anything. I was just the only thing I was craving was Greek yogurt with cereal in it.
18:38 Greek yogurt. You for sure didn't crave cereal. That's impossible. But the Greek yogurt would make sense. You wanted animal fat. And women nowadays eat pasteurized dairy when they want animal fat instead of eating bone, marrow, brain, actual fat from the animals, which is what you really crave naturally.
[video] 19:02 That was like one of my main cravings. It was so crazy. Probably like moving prior to the US, I probably had like two bagels in my life. Immediately when I got pregnant, it was the only thing I could eat. I had to have any bagel with cream cheese every day.
19:15 Cream cheese. I knew that she would say that. I was simply waiting for it. I wanted to pause the video already and say, bagels probably with cream cheese. That makes sense, again, animal fat cravings. But of course you don't crave grain sludge on its own. That's impossible. People simply use the grain sludge as an excuse to eat the pasteurized fatty dairy. In reality, that's all that they want. But it's not socially acceptable to simply take a tub of cream cheese, any kind of cream and eat it like that. No, you have to add some cereal to the yogurt. You have to put the cream cheese on grain sludge. Seeds always have to be involved in the meals.
[video] 20:10 No, but that's all that your body knows. And that's the key point. Your body doesn't know natural foods. And that's why you crave all of this slime.
[video] 20:41 just kind of breaded things pizza bagels loads of cream cheese like a lot of dairy i feel my body was just like craving that and the only thing i could eat a little bit at night was like some asian food so i was kind of joking i was like i can see you know there's a little asian in me because that was the only thing i could kind of tolerate a bit but besides that it was just it was it was really rough getting through the days and i also through that i was like wow i have this would have never happened if she stayed in the netherlands it's impossible
21:10 This is what... the US does to people, especially LA. I'm not saying that the other states are this bad, but California and LA especially will brainwash you to the point where you won't even understand what you're doing with your life anymore.
[video] 21:28 You can't even explain it. Like the nausea. I couldn't even open up my phone and see a food picture. Like I, you guys know how much I'm such a foodie. Like I immediately bought like books. Like I think the book I bought was food for fertility. I was so excited.
21:42 it's because you were not looking at actual food wait wait wait she couldn't even look at
22:06 what was inside of the fertility book, or did I misunderstand that? Because if that's the case, then it just shows you what's going on today. There's women, most likely, who write these books about pregnancies, fertility, and then they... manipulate women, not on purpose most likely, to eat all kinds of plant-based meals, maybe to drink matcha and who knows what, fake milk. And then these women blindly follow that and oftentimes don't even get pregnant in the first place. And if they do, then they have miscarriages, all kinds of complications.
22:56 It's just strange that you look at so-called food and you feel nauseous. How does that make sense? Naturally, purely naturally speaking, you look at food and it makes you nauseous. No, that's impossible. You look at something poisonous, unnatural, which you're not supposed to consume, and then you will feel nauseous, of course, because your body is telling you, please don't eat that. Your senses look at it, you see it, and your body signals you, don't eat it. That's why you feel nauseous, but not if you look at natural food.
[video] 23:35 Or if you're trying to recover your period even, it is definitely a book I recommend. I actually started the reading.
23:41 Yes, she also didn't have a period for a long time.
[video] 23:45 In the past week, it's called Food for Fertility. I will also link it down below. That was kind of like the whole, when I started to feel...
23:53 Wait, what? Food for Fertility? I wonder if she means this book. There's many with similar titles, but on the cover here, I don't see any real foods. Man-made tomatoes, some seed products... Toxic green leaves. I don't even know what that is. Maybe it's cooked meat, but it doesn't really look like it. 50 nutrient-packed recipes for preconception, pregnancy, and breastfeeding. Oh my God, man. And this is what women actually read today. And then they all wonder why they cannot get pregnant or why they have a Miscarriages, it's crazy. I just quickly want to show you what she eats nowadays. This is her most recent what I eat in a day video.
24:57 Bone broth. Okay, that's a lot better.
25:14 It's a million times better than matcha.
[video] 25:17 We're going to go to the gym. I don't like to have a full breakfast before I go to the gym, but I also do not want to work out on an empty stomach.
25:25 I don't know what she does at the gym, but It's simply more stress for your body. That's it.
[video] 25:33 So I always make sure that I have a little something before I go. And this is sometimes a date with almond butter. This is sometimes an egg. And today I have some.
25:45 An egg would be fine. Almond butter is not good for you. It's simply slime made out of seeds.
[video] 25:53 Again, more seeds, essentially. It's a seed product.
[video] 26:02 through the gym for like 30 minutes for a little strength workout i'm trying to get back into my routine when it comes to movement and also when it comes to nutrition and stuff i'm just trying to do my best that is the plan of today okay guys it is breakfast time had a good workout in i feel i do always lean kind of towards the same type of breakfast i love a savory breakfast it just keeps me full for longer gives me more energy and also just kind of like balance my blood sugar for the rest of today so i think today i'm just gonna make some scrambled eggs a little cottage cheese and then like a little toast with it I know it's sometimes a little repetitive what I did, I guess, my what I eat days before my breakfast part, but it's just truly what I eat and what I love to have. So got some eggs. This is my favorite cottage cheese.
26:39 Eggs are good. Cottage cheese is okay compared to the other garbage that she eats, but it's just pasteurized dairy.
[video] 26:52 I always loved a little veggie in it. I also bought some egg whites, so I'll just add some extra egg whites to it, and then I have some toast.
27:00 Thankfully, those are not veggies, it's fruits. And then she eats more grain sludge.
[video] 27:09 Well, this is sourdough bread from a bakery, so let's make... Also, egg whites separately?
27:18 Strange.
27:24 Is that olive oil? Olive oil is poisonous.
27:41 Eggs and more egg clear on top of that. What's the logic behind that?
27:55 She cooks with avocado oil, used butter, tallow, some kind of animal fat.
[video] 28:02 And of course something red, because you want red food in reality.
28:23 But because of the brainwashing, she doesn't realize it. It could be worse. It could be some fake vegan dairy, fake eggs. But the eggs are really the only good part of this meal.
28:45 Some toxic pepper and salt, I assume.
[video] 28:52 Sometimes the most simple breakfasts are just like the best. Sourdough toast with olive oil, three eggs and a few egg whites. So that's quite some protein, cottage cheese.
29:02 You don't need to focus on protein. You need tons of fat. You really need animal fat a lot. You shouldn't even be going to the gym. You should simply relax and heal. Eat a lot.
[video] 29:18 I put that literally on everything and then some tomatoes add a little fiber and this is breakfast of today it's the spot every time
[video] 29:39 Okay, the salsa is ready. I like to have avocado in it, but I usually don't mix into the salsa because when you have leftover, once there's avocado in it, I feel it goes bad really quickly. Just a little tip if you want to make a little bit more and have some for the next day. So while this is done, we're gonna head over to the shrimp and cook on the stove for a couple minutes, add some spices to it, and then we'll be done. Let me see. All kinds of toxic spices.
30:06 Okay, she eats shrimps. It's meat, but it's lean meat. The shrimps are farmed, obviously. That doesn't necessarily have to be something really bad.
30:23 Way too many toxic spices. That causes actual toxicity in the body. If it was a little bit, you wouldn't notice it much, but that's over the top.
30:37 Why the green leaves? Why? Oh man. Only the shrimps are a good ingredient.
31:07 The rest of that stuff is not even really food. And the shrimps are cooked to death. They are partly destroyed. It's very clear what's going on.
[video] 31:19 Rachel, I'm just going to eat the same thing tomorrow.
31:28 Lots of red sauce because it's hardly edible. All the green leaves, your body rejects that because it's not food.
[video] 31:40 It's very spicy. With a little Sriracha in it.
31:55 coffee with some milk. And she also drinks matcha, coffee and matcha.
32:10 Wait, not at the same time, right? No, impossible.
32:31 I guess that it's chicken with the grain sludge around it. That's what the crust is made out of, I assume. With some potatoes, vegetables.
32:48 She does eat some meat, but again, it's very likely lean meat. The only kind of animal fat that she gets comes from pasteurized dairy, meaning that it's destroyed fat. The pasteurization obviously destroys it. Not completely. You get something out of it, but not much.
[video] 33:12 You couldn't figure it out? Curries are toxic. It's just the truth.
33:41 That's why they are spicy. That's why your stomach burns.
[video] 33:46 Again, cold and freezing. That's what she said in the last video that I reviewed also.
34:12 over a year ago. And that's how it is when you don't eat animal fat, when you don't eat what you're naturally supposed to eat.
[video] 34:19 This is honestly the type of dinner you should make.
34:24 These kind of meals may warm up your body, but not in a good way. The toxicity can warm your body, but it's more so a response to how bad the food is.
[video] 34:40 Now we're at the best part of the day. I make brownies. This was like a Valentine's recipe. They're made with sweet potato. They are unbelievable. Like I can't even describe how moist and fudgy and how delicious they are. Very often with brownies, like when you bake them, they can like dry out, especially over time. And these are just the most moist and chocolatey, delicious thing ever. I'm going to pop up the recipe here for you to screen grab.
35:04 Of course, tons of ingredients, maple syrup. You wouldn't swallow this garbage otherwise. You always need to add something sweet.
[video] 35:15 I just posted it on my Reels as well. It's by far one of my favorite brownie recipes that I have ever made. It's gluten-free, dairy-free, and fine sugar-free as well, so almost everyone can eat it. So, so delicious.
35:26 She says dairy-free as if it's a good thing. She has this kind of vegan mindset, even though she's not following a vegan diet.
[video] 35:36 This was the end of my what I eat in a day. I'm probably gonna eat one more of this. I hope you guys enjoyed today's video.
35:42 The biggest problem is that she ignores her intuition. As I said before, she's 1 meter 80 tall. She's clearly underweight, yet she goes to the gym. She doesn't eat the foods that she actually craves, which are fatty animal foods. Instead, she eats avocados. She cooks her food in avocado oil. She drenches the grain sludge in olive oil. She does eat some pasteurized dairy, but it's pasteurized. You won't get much out of it. Her ancestors wouldn't even recognize most of what she is eating. That should tell you everything. She even ignores her intuition when she consumes something poisonous.
36:34 And that's why when she consumes this toxic green powder called matcha, which she also sells, instead of realizing that it's poisonous, she adds some fake cream and a syrup to it. And then she consumes that. And later on, she will again be complaining about how nauseous she feels. Thanks for watching.
