0:00 Hey guys, what's up? As requested, I'm gonna be reviewing a video by Santa Cruz Medicinals. The healthiest grocery store haul ever.

[video] 0:11 Good one!

[video] 0:27 It's not about eating a bunch of grain.

0:35 Okay. It's not made out of grains, but it's seeds. It's the same thing. Grains are just seeds. So you should drink or eat however you want to see it. The powder of toxic seeds. Worse than grains. Oh my God. You can't even be more contradictory.

[video] 0:56 Yeah, but he has a short where he says, drink coffee. I've reviewed it before. Come on. He even said that it's a real man's drink, coffee.

[video] 1:13 You really can't even find healthy foods at the supermarket Except for the meat

[video] 1:32 maybe raw milk and some others but for the most part it's the meat and even the meat quality is usually pretty bad this morning's for coffee is to get some of this organic cold brew make sure the only ingredients are cold brew because some of those have added sugar you want to watch out for that i take a splash of this splash of that dairy and that is an excellent way to get your caffeine in in the morning almost more important is what you put into your coffee that's where so many people go wrong if you're putting

1:55 Yeah, but you shouldn't be putting in a neurotoxin in your body. You talk about us knowing what is healthy for us. Humans eat the worst diets ever in the history right now. And people like you promote garbage such as toxic seeds with neurotoxins. What the hell, man?

[video] 2:15 Yeah, it's better than eating plants but I wouldn't recommend eating dairy

2:46 That's my daughter.

2:50 Come in. I was just saying that I don't recommend dairy in general because of the hormones, growth hormones, some estrogen, not a lot, but still, why would you need that as an adult? Pretty high levels of calcium. If you consume pasteurized dairy, then it's going to end up in your arteries. Guaranteed. People always used to know this. As in, it will cause atherosclerosis. If you consume raw dairy, yeah, it's better, but still, you should just be eating meat, organs, maybe some dairy here and there. I consume butter myself. Not for the most part, as a fat source, but I do, now and then.

[video] 3:33 What is this garbage, man? Coffee, dark chocolate? Almost the same thing, same kind of toxins? Just stupid, man.

[video] 3:49 Guy has dark eye circles. It's not that bad, but it's pretty noticeable. Not living properly.

4:13 He doesn't eat a healthy diet, that's clear. Coffee causes dark eye circles. But I think that he also exercises, so that's another thing, and who knows what else.

4:35 I've never heard of this. The only kind of butters you should buy should be raw milk butters. There's some that are produced in France, Austria also. If you live in Europe, it's very easy to order them online. If you live in Germany, for example, you can very easily buy them in stores even.

[video] 4:55 cheese is healthy compared to plants but not in general you're eating a lot of casein based protein eat a lot of that and you're going to be constipated it's not the natural form of the milk obviously it's a processed food

[video] 5:23 And you also have salt in these cheeses in the store. You can buy cheese without salt.

5:26 It's not that hard to find it. I used to buy it. I would buy the cheese.

5:38 Put some butter and honey on it. Yeah, that was good. Now and then, cheese without salt tastes way better. Why?

[video] 5:44 They are insanely toxic. If you eat the whole thing, you can even die from it.

6:03 compound called quercetin which is a flavonoid which is super beneficial for your respiratory health also helping how gives the kind of arguments evidence anything don't just say stuff reduce allergies these onions you want to use reduce allergies an antibiotic which will reduce allergies cool that makes sense Yeah, if you cook it, then you're destroying the toxins anyway for the most part. But I'm talking about eating this stuff raw, which almost nobody does.

[video] 6:35 Garlic burns holes in your gut, causes leaky gut, and it has been proven to kill your brain cells.

6:54 It has been proven to kill your brain cells because that's what they studied. It actually just kills every cell of your body. Whatever garlic touches, it kills it. It's insanely toxic. That's why you can't eat it raw. It's deadly. It's one of the most poisonous things on earth.

[video] 7:10 Interesting studies such as garlic helping prevent against Alzheimer's later in life. Guys.

7:14 Yeah, man, you can look at your correlation studies, link anything to anything you want. Look at the actual studies which were done on human beings. Not some stupid correlations. These are not scientific studies, some stupid epidemiology or whatever. They actually found out that the toxins in garlic literally kill your cells. What else do you need? No correlations, no stupid stuff, real science.

[video] 7:42 The truth is pretty much anything from here is going to be fair game. If it grows in the earth, it probably has a place in your home.

7:50 That makes zero sense. Most of the toxic stuff grows in the earth. Why would you eat that? You're eating man-made cultivated vegetables which don't even exist in nature. The fuck is wrong with this guy?

[video] 8:05 I'm a huge fan of and you need to start buying our potatoes. People-

8:08 Man, potatoes come from South America. They were never even found in Europe, Africa, or wherever you can find them now. And then they cultivated them to be these huge things. It was these small little things. This guy is completely nuts.

[video] 8:24 Sometimes I even hate on the normal rusted potatoes, but they're still a good rich source of potassium. However, I do more...

8:30 Yeah, and you cook the potatoes, then you lose part of it anyway. Just eat meat, fish, shellfish. You get everything you need.

[video] 8:39 Man, they have nothing. You cook them anyway. You don't eat them raw, right? So what do you have?

8:53 Very few minerals in the end and just sugar. So it's like eating candy with a little bit of minerals. And also some toxins, oxalates. Sweet potatoes have more oxalates than the white ones. So what's the point? If meat has everything that you need, why would you eat anything else? If you want something sweet, eat some fruits now and then. Why do you need to eat stupid potatoes from South America?

[video] 9:20 It's not a form of vitamin A, it's a pigment. You would need to convert it, which human beings cannot do, as proven in actual real studies.

[video] 9:35 Man, him with his fucking potassium all the time, who gives a fuck if you can get it from any animal food anyway?

9:50 Why do you keep repeating it like it's something special? It's found in every food, in some in lower amounts, some in higher, but still, you can always get enough. Yeah, look at all of this. All shiny, huge, none of it exists like that in nature. It's fake food. All of the vegetables are fake.

[video] 10:16 Yeah, and it's the plant version of vitamin C, it's not DHAA, you would still need to convert it anyway.

[video] 10:27 Yeah, stuff it with meat because you don't want to eat it, stupid bell pepper. Wow, basil is also insanely toxic. Never eat basil in your life, especially raw.

10:34 You can die from it, it's gonna make you infertile.

[video] 10:52 Yeah, because it destroys all of the chemicals in the spinach. Then why do you eat green leaves in the first place? Do you not understand how you make no sense?

[video] 11:21 For example, a cup of bok choy has less oxalates than a cup of raspberries. Also, veggies are a unique source of vitamin K.

11:29 K1, which we don't need. We need K2. We will need to convert it. Humans cannot do it. Go on with your ignorance. God, this guy's way worse than I thought.

[video] 11:40 Fiber, tons of other...

11:41 Fiber is the indigestible part of a plant. Tons of other, what tons of other? There's nothing. There's no reason for you to eat green leaves as a human being who's supposed to eat mostly meat.

[video] 11:53 Nutrients that our body loves. What I like to do with carrots is I'll either...

11:56 How does your body love fiber when it causes constipation and IBS? cook a very simple meal like steak and carrots but most often i am getting these carrots are also man-made try a wild carrot you will throw up he's chopping them up and putting them into the santa cruz beef stew which if you just look at how fake everything looks you have the lighting it's green green means don't eat it and then you have these fake carrots the skin has been removed i guess all shiny it's all fake food broccolini has become one of my favorite veggies ever i chop off Broccoli is a flower, so you're eating flowers. Yeah, great. Great health advice, awesome guy.

[video] 12:37 Off basically the ends of these, I put them in a cast iron pan, I cook them up, put some seasoning on them. So good, so easy to make.

12:44 Yeah, seasoning, cover up the taste because you hate it. Otherwise you would just eat it raw as it is. Totally delusional guy. Brussels sprouts, same thing, same family of toxic plants.

[video] 12:56 Apples are great. Now they aren't the most nutrient-dense fruit out there, but if you have some apples with some honey at night, I mean, dude, that's a great dessert. Also just...

13:03 apples basically only have sugar nowadays they are so fake and then honey on top of that make a good on-the-go snack you know god made them portable now berries are one of the best things you can possibly eat we're talking fiber No, what do you mean? If you only eat berries, then you die from malnutrition. How is it one of the best things? Berries are just a supplement food. You find berries in nature, you eat them for the sugar. That's what bears do. And that's it, just seasonally sometimes. There's nothing special about them. And these are full of pesticides, so you're eating sugar with antibiotics.

[video] 13:40 Polyphenols, talking antitoxins, talking vitamin C, brain benefits of stuff...

13:44 These are all plant defense chemicals that you named. Again, vitamin C, literally the only vitamin you can name, obviously. Because there's nothing in there.

[video] 13:55 It doesn't matter if they are organic or not, they still have pesticides on them, just different ones.

[video] 14:15 I'm going to show you the types of meats that I get, which is really the foundation.

14:34 I eat fruits myself, by the way. I'm not saying anything in general against them, but it's not really a real food. I've never seen fruits as a food. I eat them for some sugar, some minerals.

14:51 And really just for hydration. That's the main reason. I've never said that they are somehow nutritious or anything. It's one of the least nutritious things you can eat.

[video] 15:04 of my diet a lot of these sausages and even bacon i don't eat too much of now there are brands that are coming out that are producing some pretty fire stuff like right here we see a smoked sausage here it's made from 100 grass-fed beef and we look at the back we don't see a lot of harsh preservatives nitrate stuff like that now bacon i will occasionally eat there's nothing insanely wrong with pork except for the diet that most pigs in this country are fed which includes a lot of soy and corn because that animal is so fatty it's basically going to synthesize a lot of those omega-6 acids it's not the worst thing in the world but if you're trying to mine that omega-3 to omega-6 ratio you might want to minimize your pork consumption

15:24 Yep, exactly. Nothing wrong with pork as such. It's just the way these animals are raised today.

[video] 15:30 Bone broth is often slept on. Really rich in glycine, which helps support gut and skin health. I love having bone broth around. Now, I do drink more of it in the winter because you heat it up and you just kind of sip on it. But it's a really good staple.

15:39 Yeah, but these cooked foods, what will they even have left? Something...

[video] 15:46 Yeah, it's just that at these supermarkets, they don't even sell good meat, usually. Some of it is alright, but even if, then they only sell the muscle meat, usually.

16:04 remember once going to a store this organic store looked all fancy and they only had liver and when i asked them about other organs the woman just looks at me shocked what organs i think that she was already disgusted by touching the liver that's how removed from nature she was and steaks and if you're on a budget you're going to look more towards the cuts of meat like this stew meat and you're going to learn Yeah, this is okay-ish, but muscle meat is muscle meat. It's, at the end of today, dog food.

[video] 16:37 How to cook some of these tougher cuts. Learning how to get some chuck roast and make it into a delicious beef stew or, you know, cooking it low and slow. Getting stuff like ground beef. When ground beef exists for $6.99 a pound, there really is no reason to eat unhealthy. Like, tell me you're genuinely going to eat two pounds of that in a day and still be hungry. It's just not going to happen, especially when paired with some of those fruits, veggies, healthy sorts of carbs that we talked about. Another amazing source of protein that I eat often is chicken. You can make chicken wings, you can get chicken thigh. chicken same problem as the pork the fat is usually contaminated so to speak as you know make my cilantro lime chicken recipe chicken is super affordable and it actually is pretty nutrient dense it gets a lot of hate because beef is more nutrient dense but chicken is amazing so learn how to cook it and you will be dialed in now i am a fan of eating fish but here's what

17:13 It's also not that hard to get wild caught fish or wild animals. You don't need to only eat chicken, farm salmon and beef. It's all right, but there's a lot more meat out there. It's just that in the supermarket, that's all that you will find.

[video] 17:33 if you look at some farms you will find well-raised sheep buffalo and there's all kinds of wild animals you can also get it's not that hard type of fish i go for and some kind of warnings one the mercury fears about fish are a bit overblown there's even been studies on people that eat tuna like every single day and their mercury levels didn't get to any type of bad negative levels i like going for some wild salmon and seeing whatever types of wild fish are on sale like right now we see this wild caught

17:59 Is it really wild though? It's possible. It looks very orange and the fat looks very white because there's some regulations and rules where you can name it wild, but it actually only has to come from wild fish but then if it's farmed as in originally then if they farm it after you can still call it wild caught or something or there's some weird rules about it maybe you know more about it I just know that sometimes they can get away with calling it wild even though it actually isn't I think also depending on the waters, even if they are farming the fish in those waters, they can still say that it was wild caught. Because to me, this doesn't look like actual wild fish.

[video] 18:46 That's the biggest problem, yeah. The problem with the smoked one is that it's full of salt again. To kill off all the living organisms on the outside, they use salt, because salt is an antibiotic, a toxin.

19:06 But then of course when you eat the salmon, you eat the toxins along with the salmon. So that's the problem. I remember having smoked salmon ages ago. It's so salty you cannot even eat it, especially when you don't eat any salt. But even if you do, that was ages ago, I just remember it being too salty. It's just disgusting, the taste.

[video] 19:28 I don't think that this is wild caught, man. It's maybe wild caught, but it's not actual wild fish. Not from deep in the ocean.

[video] 19:54 Gluten consumption has just gotten out of hand.

19:56 Oh my god, this guy even promotes bread. Might as well just stop this video here, because that just invalidates your whole video.

[video] 20:05 In the United States, with almost every American eating gluten at every single meal, cereal in the morning, a sandwich for lunch, pasta for dinner, it's just too much. If you still want to include bread into your diet, a good sourdough can be your best friend. The natural fermentation...

20:15 It really makes no difference, it's just grain sludge anyway.

[video] 20:19 in the sourdough can help reduce the amount of gluten. Look for one that has no artificial preservatives. I sometimes eat some sourdough, but most of the time I'm eating other carbohydrate sources, which I'll show you.

20:26 It's the biggest slave food on Earth. There's nothing worse. Just never eat bread, no matter what.

[video] 20:31 Rice is an amazing carbohydrate source. Rice.

20:34 Yeah, carbohydrates are sugar, so you're saying that rice is a great sugar source. So you're getting sugar with arsenic. And this video is just getting dumber and dumber.

[video] 20:44 I'm actually not a big fan of a lot of these healthy cereals.

20:46 Like, if I just grab this one right here randomly, let's... Yeah, it's just seeds with sugar and drugs. What's healthy about it? It cannot be healthy, no matter what you do. Even if you would put raw meat around it, you're still eating seeds.

[video] 21:01 what's in here we see soy flakes is the first ingredient then we have a mixture of multiple types of grains whole grain oats yeah and then people wonder why their testosterone is super low and why other stuff happens to their bodies a puffed grain blend some wheat in there we see canola oil molasses which is sugar i'm just not a big fan of that wow canola oil for the children man this is so crazy Especially when this exists in here. It's just brown rice. It's the only ingredients organic brown rice actually lately We've been putting some of this into a bowl putting some milk and then some frozen fruit and it tastes like cereal single ingredient Pretty cool. There are tons of good snack brands popping up.

21:34 Okay, so You're not really against seeds. Well, that's clear anyway because of the coffee you're just against grains sort of What's the difference? Seeds are seeds. Yeah, some are worse than others, but it's all super bad for you. What a joke of a channel. And now he goes to chips and popcorn. Man, what the fuck is wrong with him? This has nothing to do with health.

[video] 22:02 Man, what is with this guy?

22:06 The way you should live your life is if you do go and shop in a supermarket, this doesn't exist. That's how you should see it. As if it's literally not food. Better just not even go there, don't even look at it. It's the garbage, junk for the slaves, for them to die from a heart attack. That's how you should see it. It's not even food.

[video] 22:26 If you crave random stuff like that, then you're malnourished. And if you don't eat organs, you're always gonna have super strange cravings.

[video] 22:42 My favorite things to get is high quality olive oil. I do not spend money on alcohol at my house. So my wife and I like to split.

22:47 Olive oil is oil from toxic fruits. Olives are bitter and toxic.

[video] 22:51 Look at these beans right here. I do think beans can be a good source.

22:54 Yeah, even more seeds. And this guy just promotes different kind of seeds. Really, he doesn't even promote that much of a different diet than your typical unhealthy diet.

[video] 23:06 Beans are insanely toxic. You can die if you eat them raw. That's why they need to be prepared in a special way. It doesn't work well with anybody's digestive system. It's not human food.

23:12 Everybody gets gas and bloating from it.

23:34 Some are just worse than others. Why eat bad food at all? Why would you eat beans? It's something that humans would eat if they are starving to death and they have nothing else. It's the very worst last case scenario.

[video] 23:51 that's your body giving you a signal there are some lectins in beans and legumes again not a problem for most people but can be a problem for some just beware now we get into some nut butters some jams quick again more seeds uh this guy's a joke coconut water is super valid i always have some cans of coconut water in my house i love doing a scoop of my electrolytes in here before i go to the gym there are some natural sugars in coconut water but for a really active person this isn't a problem you also get some good dietary potassium in a coconut water with a can like this almost having 1000 milligrams of potassium totally valid drink have some of them in your fridge yeah but uh it's pasteurized right must be

24:22 What can you really get out of it anymore? But raw coconut water is great.

[video] 24:27 Another super valid drink is fresh squeezed orange juice.

24:31 Yes, the only thing is that it's in plastic. And of course, because orange juice is so acidic, it of course, in micro amounts, leaks the plastic into the juice. You're going to be consuming a lot of microplastics. I've done that myself in the past when there's nothing else. But if you do that every day, it's bad. Microplastics also cause atherosclerosis because when they analyzed what actually causes the plaque, they found microplastics also. So really be aware of them. It's not only going to destroy your hormones. There's more to it.

25:15 and fresh squeeze to get like the cold press one super rich in vitamin c and there's even a compound in here called naringin naringin has been shown to help yeah that's the only vitamin you keep talking about vitamin c which is still not the animal version dhea everybody detox bpa which is really cool it is rich in natural sugar so again if you're yeah but okay maybe there's no bpa but uh you're still going to be consuming microplastics what's the point

[video] 25:44 What was healthy about this? The meat, I guess you could say. This was a stupid video, man. If you eat like this, your vegetables, seeds, you're gonna be super unhealthy.

26:07 Really, really bad advice. If he would have said, ignore the vegetables and seeds, okay, it would have been a lot better.

[video] 26:15 95% of what you showed wasn't healthy.

[video] 26:22 I was expecting something better. I didn't know that he's into vegetables so much, and I thought that he's against seeds in general. He still promotes rice, not butters. What's really the difference? It's the same anti-nutrients. And he even promoted the bread, technically.

26:53 He didn't say that you should eat it, but he said if you want bread, then eat that. No, don't tell people to eat grain sludge. What the hell? And he also promotes eating those vegetables, even though in the TikTok video that I reviewed... He said that you shouldn't because of the oxalates, but it turns out that he just says don't eat that many green leaves from the bushes. Why eat anything from the bushes in the first place? Then you might as well just pick the leaves from the trees and eat them. It's the same thing. Yeah, some are more toxic than others. These are cultivated. That's why they don't taste as bad. But nobody likes to eat green leaves, flowers, broccolini, Brussels sprouts. That stuff tastes like death. It even smells like death. Because it's death. It kills you slowly. It's super poisonous flowers and green leaves.

27:53 Anti-human food. the only good thing was the meat the beef he also promotes eating salt as far as i can understand or at least he doesn't talk against it yeah i was expecting something different if he would have left out the vegetables and the seeds as i said before meat Drink your water, whatever, pasteurized coconut water. Eat your eggs. And that would have been fine. Fruits. Here and there. Even if you want honey. I hate honey, but whatever. And that would have been okay. Even if you cook your food. It's an okay-ish diet. This was... Fucking shit. Most people don't even eat this bad. Most people don't even eat that many vegetables. Vegetables are one of the worst and most poisonous things you can eat.

28:50 Really, what he promotes, I think, is even worse than what most people eat. And that's how bad this video was. Then it's better to eat at... Wendy's and McDonald's. At least you don't get that many vegetables. You will get some seed oils, maybe. But in McDonald's they don't even use seed oils as far as I know. At least not for the meat. Whether it's hidden in the bun, I don't know. Maybe. Yeah. How horrible. Really disappointed. Thanks for watching.
