She Is Biologically 36 But Looks 66 π€ Something Doesn't Add Up @Will Tennyson

0:00 Hey, what's up guys? I know that I said that I wouldn't be making any more videos about Will Tennyson. It's not a video about him actually, technically. It's called She Spends $108 a Month to Live Forever.
0:17 I just want to see what she eats, what she does.
[video] 0:21 This is Julie Clark, who has dedicated her life to longevity and currently has one of the slowest paces of aging in the entire world. She's 56, but her biological age is just 30... 66, I would say.
0:36 She's 56? She looks older than 56. I know what some people are thinking. Oh, but she looks slim. She's smiling. Something, I don't know. You will always come up with something stupid. The reality is that... She cannot be biologically 36. What the hell are you talking about, man? These measurements make no sense. They don't prove anything. The only and absolutely the only way that you can be biologically 36 is if you look 36. And even if you believe that somebody nowadays looks 36, if they are actually 36, let's just say, they may look even older because you don't know how humans in nature are supposed to look like. So your idea of 36 is probably wrong anyway. People who are 36 today should look... In comparison, when you look at the way people are today, they should look like they are 26. That's what we know as 26. That's the real 36 in nature. That's what I mean.
1:35 And that's how old we look like already.
1:41 If she was 36, then she would have to look like me. What are you talking about? Biologically. She looks like she's over 60.
1:53 Why did I watch his video again? I stopped reviewing his videos because he's so stupid, it's unbearable.
[video] 1:59 He's six years old and what's most insane is he's doing all of this spending just $108 per month. Today I'm gonna be following her entire routine to find out how I can potentially become 21 again. What we're gonna be covering today, do you think anybody watching this can do it? Yes, anybody. Julie's speed of aging is 0.65, meaning for every 10 years that goes by, she only ages six and a half years, which puts her on the top of the leaderboards of the Rejuvenation Olympics.
2:22 Based on what, how do you measure it? How can you be 36 but not look 36?
[video] 2:30 Even during a time of extreme stress. A lot of horrible fallout from 2020 and some mental health issues in my house. Those six months were some of the most stressful in my entire life. I was up.
2:41 Yeah, and stress ages you. Stress is bad.
[video] 2:44 Making sure my son was okay, sleeping maybe every third night, you know, for six months. In and out burger sometimes.
2:52 Okay, it's cooked food, but in and out burgers are at least cooked in animal fat, as far as I know. Could be worse. You could have been eating rice and vegetables.
[video] 3:00 It was just very stressful because it was something I couldn't control. Then that second six months, I started working out, and that's when I started the pound of vegetables.
3:06 Yeah, but working out, yeah, so completely wrong. Sitting at home and eating burgers is way healthier than being outside, running, stressing yourself, eating vegetables, which malnourish you.
[video] 3:17 I started the saunas in that time.
3:19 Saunas are also stressful, they also age you and create wrinkles.
[video] 3:22 And I slowed my pace of aging down another 3%.
3:26 How? What's the measurement? So you expose yourself to sauna, which shortens your telomere length and overall just ages your body, but you slow it down. You eat vegetables which are toxic, which destroy your DNA even, because of the toxicity. And again, you slow down your aging, it destroys your cells. How do you slow down your aging exactly?
[video] 3:48 Think younger, look younger, live younger for longer.
4:07 Right, but she doesn't look younger.
[video] 4:11 Hello? So speaking of sleep, I feel like people who, you know, do this pretty seriously take sleep very seriously. So I'm curious to see. I don't think, that's why I kind of call myself the reluctant biohacker because I'm not like the general about the sleep. It's pretty crazy that her room is just a regular room. There's nothing fancy about it. A lot of biohackers spend millions a year for the best equipment just to get the same results she does. Why would you need anything to block out the light? You go to bed when it's dark and you wake up with the sun. That's nature, mate.
[video] 4:58 The Bible. The Bible, yeah. I mean, those kind of things make a difference, I think, for longevity. I don't know, it's like relaxing.
5:03 Didn't the people in the Bible live to 900 or something? That's what you should aim for.
[video] 5:10 So what's the morning routine look like? So the morning routine is wake up, I make the bed. What time do you wake up? 4.10 these days. That's like the same as The Rock. Is it? 4.10? Yeah, so hopefully you have like the same diet. Yeah, no. Yeah.
5:24 4.10? 4 a.m. and 10 minutes in the morning? Is that what she means? Why would you wake up so early? Except if you go to bed at like 8. Then I can understand. What the hell is this? Make the bed. Green tea. Green tea is made out of toxic leaves. It ages your body. Read, pray, meditate, read. Okay, read is chill. Reading is not stressful. You lay back, you read. Okay, whatever. Pray, at least it's also not stressful. It's delusional, but that's a different story. Meditate, kind of the same.
[video] 6:07 I grab a cup of tea, a green tea. Well, I usually make my bed, too, like, first thing. No, I should say this. On the weekends, typically on a Sunday, I don't make it. And it's just a sort of, like... You gotta take care of yourself every now and then. Well, not... It's just... It's like a signal. Like, today is a down day. We don't... Like, I have no commitments. I have no schedule. I have no... I need a, like... Chick-fil-A is not open. Yeah. Yeah. It's a day in the morning, right? For my mind. I need, like, a lollygagging day. So that's it. That's all you... And then... That's all I do. And then I get my gym bag, and we go to the gym. Her morning routine is refreshingly simple, which is a pretty big contrast to the elaborate rituals so often glorified in today's world by celebrities, billionaires, and other anti-aging experts.
6:44 Her approach serves as a gentle reminder that less None of these anti-aging experts actually look younger than they are.
[video] 6:51 is often more. Stripping away all the unnecessary allows you to focus on what truly matters.
[video] 7:00 This is the first thing that I consume every day. It's just a powdered green drink. I make
7:05 Oh my god, here we go. Fermented dried greens. Okay, so toxic green vegetables. Some kind of leaves from the bushes. Flowers, plants. Chlorella. Just kill me already. I don't even want to read the rest.
7:28 Just the same thing, it's always the same, man. Collagen peptides, yeah. So you need collagen peptides in a powder form instead of eating real collagen, eating raw meat from animals. Yeah, because that's how it works. Yeah, totally.
[video] 7:44 Oh my god, sulforaphane is a toxin, are you joking? Look at her hands, man. She looks older and 56 based on her hands alone.
8:13 If you told me that she's 70, I would say she looks alright for 70. Like, I wouldn't even say that she looks good for 70. I would say that she looks like a 70-year-old who tries to look younger. Yeah. And she's in good shape, so to speak, as far as her body goes. That's about it.
[video] 8:36 Well, what? Where did he get the thing about raw meat and eggs? Will, did you watch my reviews of your videos after all?
9:05 Well, he never said that he didn't. Who knows? He types in his name, finds my videos. Yeah, man. Cool. Cool that you know about it. You shouldn't be eating vegetables.
[video] 9:19 We don't mess around with all that.
9:20 No? Okay.
[video] 9:20 Like, we just eat real food.
9:23 But you literally don't eat real food. That's the whole problem. Hey, but it's still interesting that Will said that. Raw meat, raw eggs to get all the nutrients, exactly. And now vegetables. And who the hell besides me promotes that? The guy who watched my videos. Oh, that's cool. Watch this one also. And then... What can he do? Somebody needs to snap him out of it.
[video] 9:48 Craving Dunkin' Donuts, like, I don't really like... I know, I know, I know, I know. Yeah, a little bit. And we make them ourselves, too. Have you ever made your own donuts? Do you make, like, anti-aging donuts? Yeah, no. Oh, okay. Avocado oil. There's some ring on the donuts. Yeah, right? I use avocado oil. Oh, my God. It's high-end. One of the cutest ice cubes I've ever seen. It says that. What is it? I think we got straws here. Are those plastic straws? These are not plastic straws. These are, I know, healthy straws.
[video] 10:20 What he meant is that he would essentially have diarrhea, it would just come out. Which may be true, because this stuff is just not good for your gut.
10:46 The reason you get diarrhea from it is because your body tries to eliminate it. It's a very bad sign if you eat something and your body tries to get rid of it quickly, whether it's through diarrhea or vomiting.
[video] 10:59 So supplements. Supplements, yeah. So this is my supplements. I have these cute little cups. I got them at Cosplus. I'm very magnesium deficient, so I have like two of them in there. Breakfast, there's fish oil.
11:08 Fish oil, okay, but probably some pasteurized fish oil. What can you even get out of it? She doesn't even eat fish. She drinks this green toxic drink and then just takes a bunch of pills. And this is supposed to be anti-aging today. And people literally watch them and think, oh, this is good because this is what the experts do. And it's working for them. Look at the numbers. Well, they calculated some numbers, which makes zero sense and nobody understands. She looks super old. She looks older than 56. But the numbers say that she is 36, so I'll just do the same as her, because I'm just brain dead, I'm not even thinking for myself whatsoever. Oh my god.
11:49 Yeah, just everything you could get from food. Omega-3 is what? Eat brain, eat fish. Why fish? I'll eat fish. B-complex. Eat raw meat. Magnesium. She said, before when Will said raw meat, eggs, she said, no, no, we're not into all of that or whatever. So you're into green drinks and pills instead of natural food. And you want to age slowly by living unnaturally. Good luck. That's for sure going to work out.
[video] 12:15 How can you like a pill? What do you mean? You like it? You like the pill? You just swallow it, no? What do you mean?
[video] 12:31 Also, how on earth is this $108 a month? Supplements cost a lot of money. It's already nonsense. No, people need to eat fish? What the hell? What is wrong with this woman?
[video] 13:01 I think probably either a multivitamin or a B-complex. It's pretty proven that our soils are pretty depleted of magnesium, so even things that are... That's very true. ...positively, you know, high in magnesium may not have what they say they do. And it's like essential for every reaction in your body.
13:18 Okay, so there's only like three. Only true thing she said, yeah.
13:24 Those are three things that you recommended, right?
[video] 13:25 Yeah, and I think, oh, I know, there's, what's not in here is there's a vitamin D3K2 that I take, but it's drops.
13:31 D3K2, animal organs, animal fat, she doesn't eat it, so she thinks that she can get it from synthetic pills, which you can't, you're gonna get sick.
[video] 13:41 After that, we made our way over to the gym, and no, we didn't drive, we actually walked, as getting her steps in is one of the key parts of her routine. Doing my DEXA scans, I had gained like a pound of muscle in my legs, and maybe it wasn't a whole pound, and I was like, okay, well, I'm doing something right. Are you natural? What do you mean? No, no steroids.
13:55 That was funny. She didn't even understand. Whatever, funny.
[video] 14:01 Oh god, I'm positive. So what's the first exercise? So we'll do some Brazilian split squats, I think. Okay, so she will stress herself. Stress is aging. Nothing in this video makes sense.
[video] 14:34 No. No, I was about to leave if you said that. Julie is doing some sort of physical activity six days a week, and here's how she outlines her routine. It's a mixture of cardio and weights, with Sunday being a complete rest day where she might not even leave the house.
14:45 Yeah, because you're tired from the stress during the week. If you wouldn't stress yourself during the week, then you would always have energy. Done.
[video] 14:54 Yep, we're gonna do a new week.
14:55 She wouldn't because she eats garbage, but I mean, in general.
[video] 14:58 Do a 4x4.
15:03 Your VO2 max is the adaption to stress, exercise. The higher it is, the more your body is adapted to it. Which means that you're more stressed in your age and your body more... Oh my God, how do they not get it?
[video] 15:21 Yeah, because when you're stressing yourself, you're breaking down your muscles, for example, destroying your cells, and you need more oxygen. That's why exercise increases the need for oxygen. That's what it's all about.
15:50 And the more oxygen you need, the more stressed you are. What do you think happens when you stress yourself biochemically? Your body ages. Oh, my God.
[video] 16:03 Yeah, I definitely overshot. It's not a sprint. It's a marathon, Will. Everyone always tells me that. So after every workout, you do four times a week the sauna? Yeah. Do you think that's a huge key to longevity, health? I don't know, but it's a huge key to just being stress-free. Being a Monday work...
16:29 What's wrong with these people, man?
16:34 What? What's stress-free? What are you talking about? You work out at stress, you go to the sauna at stress. I get it. She stresses herself at the gym, then... At the beginning in the sauna, you're chill, because you're not doing anything. So that's good. Yeah, that's all cool. It's like being out in the sun, kind of. Not really, but as far as that goes, as far as laying in the heat goes, depending on how warm it is outside. But then when you're in the sauna after, depending on how hot it is, five, 10 minutes, it gets unbearable. And she said, I think 40 minutes in the sauna and it can't be good for you. That just completely dries out your skin. You lose all the minerals because you're sweating. Because you sweat because your body is too hot and stressed. That's what it means. Yeah. Do you not understand that? The more you dehydrate yourself, you lose more minerals, which you probably won't get, because you eat garbage food. Back in, that's what I mean.
17:32 And it's just your body's response to the stress of overheating. And you just keep doing it. And you say that it's stress-free or something. This is one of the most delusional videos I've ever seen.
[video] 17:49 This also pairs with a 20 to 30 minute sauna. Extending my health span as we sit in the sauna.
17:56 I am completely delusional.
[video] 17:58 Wow. 30 minutes of the sauna is actually crazy. It's like I'm...
18:05 But it's healthy. Yeah, yeah. It's crazy, but it's healthy. Training to survive. Yeah, yeah, but that's healthy. It is anti-aging when you're training your body to survive. When you feel like you're dying, you're in a survival mode, flight mode, that's healthy. Yeah, just keep telling yourself that. If you repeat it enough times, you will start believing it. That's how delusional you will become.
[video] 18:34 My trip to the equator, but I'm not going to the equator. And a four to five minute cold shower.
18:43 And this at the very beginning, wow, look at his wrinkles, crazy. That's gonna feel good, because your body is overheated, it goes back to the normal temperature, you keep doing it, because that's too long, and then it goes below, and then you're stressed again. The only time you're not stressed is when your body is comfortable, in this case, at its natural temperature.
[video] 19:05 Very quick, like four to five minutes is an eternity in here, I don't even know what to do anymore.
19:13 None of that is right, but I've made so many videos about this topic, I don't even care to explain it again, just watch some of my other ones.
[video] 19:25 That's again aging. Ah, crazy.
19:38 It's your body's response to the severe stress. That's why you feel so high, because you escaped from it. In this case you didn't escape from it, but that's how it would be naturally. Because there's no way that somebody naturally would go into such a stressful situation. So that would be you going into some kind of hot springs, but super hot ones. And then you fall into ice cold water, which doesn't even make sense naturally. Because if it's hot, then it's hot. Okay, I guess in winter you find super hot hot springs and then you jump into snow. And no human would ever do that. It's so dumb. But that's what she's trying to imitate. And then when your body gets out of the snow, your body freaks out because it escaped from it. Wow, it didn't die after all. And then you're high from not dying. But you severely stress and age yourself when you did that. You can't just do that. You pay the price. The price is your age, your lifespan.
[video] 20:36 If I don't and then it's just too green. I think we're about to feed, like, giant tortoises. Yeah, right?
20:41 Oh my god, he even says, oh, tortoises eat meat. Also, anyway. Would tortoises even eat some green leaves? Maybe, I guess, I don't know, but it's just funny that he mentions that as if it's some other animal's food, not human food. And then they will still eat it. Wow.
[video] 21:02 Then we're gonna do the bone broth I make like on the weekends.
21:06 Bone broth is better than everything else that you consume. It's still cooked, but it's all right. Bone broth is one of the only cooked things that I've had over the years. I don't mind drinking it at all. Yeah, I haven't had it in many, many months, but still. Yeah, bone broth. And it's cooked collagen and everything. But there's just something about it. Sometimes it's just nice to have a cup of bone broth. Yeah. Why not? Yeah.
[video] 21:41 I doubt it. Does it smell good?
21:42 Yeah.
[video] 21:43 Oh, yeah, it does. It does smell good. It smells really good.
21:45 You've never smelled it?
[video] 21:46 Because I'm eating greens all the time, I try to cook them because there's goitrogens in the greens that...
21:52 Aha, interesting that she knows that. And was that coconut milk? Or am I crazy? I thought it said that.
[video] 21:58 What? He doesn't even know? What the fuck, man? I talk about that in all of my videos. You need to keep up.
[video] 22:12 If you cook them, you reduce the amount of goitrogen.
22:15 Yeah, because you destroy everything in there. And why do you eat that stuff in the first place? Why do you eat something that you need to cook? Eat food that you can eat raw?
[video] 22:23 This is like the post-Burning Man diet. Yeah, there you go.
22:26 Like I do a weekend of bad things and then this will sort me out. Totally makes no sense. The food makes it even worse. These people are crazy. Oof.
[video] 22:35 So we're gonna put some pecans in there.
22:37 I love a good nut.
[video] 22:37 She calls for flax. And then in here, we've got ginger, cinnamon, cardamom, and cloves.
22:45 Literally all toxic.
22:49 Went into my eye. That's beautiful.
[video] 22:51 Oh my God, it smells like Christmas. This is like a cup of Christmas. This is a cup of Christmas. I track a pound of vegetables a day. Half of that is greens. So eight ounces of greens. And I track a hundred grams of protein. Those are the only things I track. Everything else. That seems low. That's like catabolic in like the bodybuilding world. Is it? I'm 130 pounds in my body mass. It's 98 pounds. Oh, okay. I don't track how much protein's in here.
23:14 Yeah.
[video] 23:15 If I had quinoa, like I wouldn't.
23:16 Nothing. There's nothing to track.
[video] 23:20 Track that as a protein. I'm only tracking like the
23:23 Yeah, there's no real point in tracking the seeds also, you get just about nothing out of them.
[video] 23:29 High protein foods, I suppose. The vegans are screaming right now.
[video] 23:36 Why? Because there's a lot of protein in all the greens? There's a ton of protein at the end. So we're just gonna do that.
23:44 Green cooked slimy leaves in bone broth. This woman is nuts.
[video] 23:50 Just get those extra little leaves in there.
23:53 Oh my god, I've almost never seen anything more disgusting in my life. Seriously.
24:02 What is this bone broth mixed with green leaves from a bush? Are you fucking nuts, man?
[video] 24:08 It was a potion!
24:15 Cuckoo!
[video] 24:16 Cheers. So what's this called? It's called the... Green's Latte. Green's Latte. Yeah.
[video] 24:26 Wow. It's so, this is like what I'd imagine like, Christmas. Santa's bath water to taste like. Yes. Yeah. Wow. That's probably Santa's bath water. It like hugs you on the inside. Yeah. It hugs you. I feel like you had to pitch this to Starbucks and get a royalty. Yeah, right. Yeah. Well, it's not my recipe, so. And they had to come up with an ageless Frappuccino. Mmm. A green Frappuccino. Oh my God. I love that. Yeah. What do you think most people do on a daily basis that are aging us the fastest? Worry. I think...
24:50 Mental stress also ages you. She's right, actually. It doesn't age you the most, except if you're worried to death.
[video] 24:59 Our drive for perfectionism, trying to do everything perfect, I think that can really... It's like, I think the all day stressors. So what do you think are three?
25:08 Yeah, but the gym and these green drinks are more stressful than that.
[video] 25:15 Things that like the everyday person can like implement right away to help them with their longevity. Movement is number one. 10 minutes a day, walk. I think that.
25:23 Movement is good. Walking, it can even relieve stress. Sitting all the time or laying is also abnormal, unnatural. That will stress you also. You just need to do what you naturally want to do.
[video] 25:36 People need to eat vegetables. I would say the third thing, which is something I don't do, but I think we need to eat tip to tail. One, it honors the animal. The animal gave their life to us and to just throw out... By the way, what are you talking about?
25:50 You eat green leaves with supplements all day. Where's your blood and animal organs or anything?
[video] 25:58 What? You don't eat any organ meats. At least you don't show that.
[video] 26:13 Mmm, that looks yummy. That looks good. I don't get it, what's going on in this video. They talk about meat, almost even raw meat right now, but then they don't even eat any of that.
26:41 So this video went from one of the worst videos in history to talking about organs, yet they didn't eat any of that in the video. Why then? Why don't you eat that? I don't get it. Or she just doesn't show it. Because you can't live off of that anyway. She has to be eating proper food sometime.
[video] 27:05 Yeah, I've heard people that have had like monkey brains like fresh like crack the head at the table alive Yes, and then really that's from the documentary.
27:15 What was it called if something? They said that it was fake in the documentary, but people did really used to do that, huh? The monkey was in the middle of the table. They brought it they cut open the skull and people ate the brains and
27:33 somewhere in Vietnam or whatever, I don't know. I guess they used to do that in a lot of Asian countries.
27:41 But I thought that it was fake in the documentary.
[video] 27:45 feed the brains to you. I'm like, yeah, I'm not doing that. Not doing that. That's not honoring the animal in any way. I don't get halal, but I do get it from a farmer.
27:53 What the hell is the difference? Honor? You have great respect for the animal? Yeah, it's great to eat the whole animal. Yeah, that's so cool, but you think that the animal cares about your respect when it's dead? That makes no sense at all. That's exactly what Mike Tyson was explaining in an interview before that fight about honor and stuff like that, as if anybody cares. When you die, like an animal cares when he's dead that you honor him. And he's dead already. What does he care anymore? It's already over.
[video] 28:23 What type of legacy would you like to leave behind when it's all said and done? Well, I don't know. I don't believe in the word legacy. I think that's another word for ego. That's just some word everybody grabbed onto. Now it's used every five seconds. It means absolutely nothing to me. I'm just passing through. I'm gonna die and it's gonna be over. Who cares about legacy after that? We're the big eagles, so I'm a die. I want people to think that I'm this, I'm great. No, we're nothing. We're just dead. We're dust. We're absolutely nothing. Our legacy is nothing. Well, thank you so much for sharing that. That is something that I have not heard before someone say that as an answer. Can you really imagine somebody saying, I want my legacy to be this way when I... You're dead. You think somebody really wants to think about you? I want people to think about me when I'm gone. Who the fuck cares about me when I'm gone? Next meal of the day? Next meal of the day. When my mouth really misses crunching on food. I'll do like four eggs and in my hardboiler, fun little egg.
29:21 She hardboils eggs. And then what? The vegetables again?
[video] 29:25 She talked about worgens eating the whole animal and then goes back to that. This whole video doesn't make any sense. She has some overcooked meat, mushrooms, eggs.
29:33 She eats eggs, she eats some kind of meat.
[video] 29:52 I make this sardine dish with tomatoes and sardines. I know, I know.
29:58 Sardines can be good.
[video] 30:00 I love steak, so we'll have steak some nights.
30:03 And she also eats steaks. Okay, what about the whole animal? What about the organs and everything that you guys talked about?
[video] 30:10 I feel like you've done something to these that I don't know. Because they taste better than regular vegetables. Because you're hungry. She is starting a YouTube channel, which I'll put in the description as well. Probably a bunch of recipes and stuff, so be sure to check that out. If you guys enjoyed the video, drop a like. And we'll see you guys in the next one.
30:24 It was cool to see Willy boy again. Sort of. And... I had never heard about the woman before. She didn't show anything groundbreaking.
30:39 She didn't even show anything that's actually correct, as far as I could see. The only really good part was actually when they talked about eating the whole animal. Yet she only eats steaks in the evening, if any meat. That's what she said. If she would actually eat some liver, heart or whatever in the evening, even if it's cooked, Would be better. Maybe she would even look younger. Well, she would. At least somewhat. But eating green vegetables with pesticides, naturally occurring toxins, is never gonna... cause any anti-aging, it will only cause aging, because it causes oxidative stress, man. That's even been proven in studies. Usually these people don't even listen to their bodies or any actual real evidence from nature, which is the only one that you should listen to, but they look at some studies, some correlations, but even for that there is evidence.
31:36 Come on, man, this stuff kills your cells, it shortens your telomere length. I've already talked about that before in different videos. What else is there to know? You don't even like most of it anyway. Some of the fruits, like bell peppers, you may like. Tomatoes or something, all of which are cultivated anyway. But just eat what humans eat in nature. You drink blood. You eat raw meat. You focus on the organs. You eat some fruit seasonally. Eat a lot of animal fat. Give the muscle meat to the dogs and to the slaves. And there you go. That's how you will age backwards, so to speak. Which really just means that you won't age quickly. Although I do believe that you can actually kind of age backwards, really. Because if you're really damaged and you completely switch to living naturally, I do think that you will actually age backwards for a while. Obviously, you can't do that forever. And then it will...
32:36 get you to a point where you can maintain and age slowly from then on out.
32:48 Also the sauna is just also typical. At least she didn't jump into the ice cold water, but they did do cold showers. And just the gym. I didn't even need to see anything about the video, I already knew. The gym is coming, because the gym is just always there. People never used to go to the gym before the year 2000. Very few people. And now it's full of men and women even. Even women who are almost 60 years old. She's actually over 60 biologically.
33:19 No, she's not 36, in case you didn't get it.
33:24 Even they go and stress themselves to age themselves even more. Where's the logic? You stress yourself, you hate it, everything that you hate is stressful, it causes you to age. That's what it is. Stress is you not doing what you want to do. It's that simple. Do what you want to do, as long as it's natural, and you're gonna age very slowly. Thanks for watching.
