0:00 hey i'm going to be reviewing a video by shaven salmon it's called my night routine that keeps me productive and healthy living alone in toronto
[video] 0:29 most of my days are similar you know but it's different at the same time the early part of my day pretty much every morning is just back-to-back calls and meetings whether it's brand partnerships going over contracts hopping on my calls with my manager about upcoming deals reviewing content calendars that's it that's the business side that keeps everything running on this youtube channel i'll try to
0:47 That means that you look at screens and you exchange sounds with other humans through modern technology, meaning that you're not producing anything at all. Zero. We'll see if he will actually be productive. My guess is that he won't be.
[video] 1:12 See all this hair right here? Make sure you guys tap in with 10 braids. If you're trying to get the best braid in the city.
1:27 He's literally sitting there doing nothing at all. Not even really moving. Is this supposed to be him being productive or what? Because it's the very opposite of that. He simply sits there and somebody does his hair. Weird.
[video] 1:48 Now we just have to wait for the barber to come so I can get the full, complete look. You know what I'm saying? Sheesh.
2:00 I like how he's from Jamaica. He lives in Canada, but he already adopted that way of speaking.
[video] 2:27 again just sitting there doing nothing um it has nothing to do with being productive obviously maybe he knows it maybe these are simply filler clips but who knows ready for the gym though you have to use the trainers that's for the gym like you can't bring a trainer so we're training outside of um i think the condo gym right now which he told me was a pretty good gym so we're gonna see whenever we get there
2:57 It's so interesting that people need trainers. It's simply because you don't want to do any of that intuitively, which is why you want somebody to push you to do it. And of course, you don't in reality. But because you believe that you need to do it, You get the trainer to get you to do it.
[video] 3:21 First time actually training with you. So I'm like a bro now. Yeah, you're like a bro now. So let's see if you can keep up. You think I can do that?
3:32 don't think i could do that there's just something about pulling movements that just feel satisfying like you could really feel every rep connecting especially when you get that squeeze and honestly the gym is just more than i don't know what he means by satisfying but as we can see he hates doing it just like everybody who goes to the gym and obviously none of this is uh productive he's not producing anything He may be imagining that he is, but just like when he was sitting there, when the girl and also the guy after were making his hair, he is again basically... Doing nothing again. Drake.
[video] 4:16 It's so crazy that people actually listen to the music. I've heard some songs here and there.
4:40 It's maybe possibly the worst music ever created. It really doesn't get much worse than that. The most brainwashed people on earth listen to that stuff.
[video] 5:00 That's the ego left right there. Just wrapped up the gym. I feel like if I don't get any action in the gym throughout the week, I feel like I didn't really even complete my day. So I'm happy to just be back. To me, it's just the best way to go. So I'm happy to be back in the gym and have somebody by my side to push me. And yeah, it's all about the work. I'm all about...
5:16 He's happy to be back in the gym, but at the same time, he needs somebody to push him. He probably doesn't realize how much he contradicts himself.
[video] 5:29 He goes and buys clothes again. He did nothing. Just nothing at all.
[video] 5:43 zero things produced so far i decided to grab some food at one of my favorite spots here in toronto called bless love i always pull up here to always show me love yeah vlogging today shut out the place you know yeah man you know my wife was just mentioning that too you know yeah respect man every time thanks bro yeah so tell them if you ever want some good jamaican food yeah man come through man bless you
6:08 Canada is looking good nowadays. All right. Remember from my last morning routine video, I told you I needed to find some deodorant.
[video] 6:23 So I got this now. I'm using Nesetere. So this has been pretty far. I've been rocking with this. It's natural, no harm to the body. And I've been playing around with like...
6:33 How can it be natural? Something natural is something that has not been touched by human beings. That's as unnatural as anything can get.
[video] 6:46 In my arm here, seeing what works best so far.
[video] 6:55 Wait, what?
7:00 Parsley seed? How is that supposed to hydrate your skin? Doesn't even make any sense.
7:10 If you would drink that, then you would get food poisoning, really severe food poisoning. But at the same time you believe that it's good for your skin?
[video] 7:20 for the girls don't lie man my skin has to look good i'm always on camera sometimes i'll use cera v daily scrub but i don't need this right now i feel like this is perfect for summertime when my skin gets sweaty and stuff like that so partial c for now hit them with a vaseline from my full body
7:44 people go through all of this trouble to try to imitate healthy looking skin in reality all that you need to do is eat healthy food natural food not the way he defines natural and eat enough fat then your skin won't look dry which i guess is something that he's concerned about
[video] 8:11 After I got all freshened up and got the skincare checked off, I made a quick protein shake. Like I always just do my whey protein, some frozen banana, ice, whey protein.
8:23 He's supposed to be wealthy. He could get anything that he wants, but instead he gets a powder made out of a waste product.
8:37 Oh, and oats and peanut butter also. Seeds and seed slime. Absolutely makes zero sense to eat that when you could be buying anything. You could make a shake with blood, liver, the best raw eggs, wild eggs even.
[video] 9:00 And we're good to go. Then I also squeeze in some time to eat some of the food I got from Blessed Love, that barbecue fried chicken and rice and peas.
9:07 It hits every... Rice and peas, more seeds, some overcooked chicken. You buy clothes for $400. You drive around in a fancy car without a driver, I guess. But then you eat the same food as people in the slums of India, basically. Makes no sense. It's all the brainwashing.
[video] 9:36 And also in the meanwhile, I just caught up with some YouTube videos to see what's going on on YouTube.
9:45 I'm still waiting for the productive and the healthy part of the video, but I'm sure that it's not coming.
[video] 9:55 All right. So this is where I'm starting to feel good during the day. Once I'm refueled, I get into my second work block for the day. So checking on my team. And I also had to film some content for this upper rewind video I'm doing, which is basically a story on how I've like transitioned from Jamaica to Canada.
[video] 10:11 this is like a five four thousand dollar projector so i'm always really really intrigued to see if this thing is actually how good it says videos should be up on the channel with the review of the projector so make sure you guys go and check that out as well So tonight, Mercedes-Benz Canada invited me to a special event for their 140th anniversary.
10:28 Okay, he unboxed a projector, but actually, physically, in this reality, he's not doing anything.
[video] 10:37 140 years of innovation. So now, just getting ready real quick. As you can see, I'm literally putting on a fit that I got from Ryan's closet. The night is kind of, I would say, business casual.
10:58 It's so funny that people actually use these toxic chemicals as a perfume to smell better in their delusional minds. nobody on earth actually believes that it smells good you're just supposed to smell artificial to belong to the artificial people but all of them smell like actual death it's toxic and the people are toxic also
[video] 11:46 Change of plans, I guess. We're supposed to pick up Adele, but bro, it's gonna take 30 minutes to get to Adele, and it's taking 40 minutes to get to the event, and the event starts at six, and it's already basically six. I tried my best today, I'm not gonna lie. If you guys have tips, man, on like, out to be more on time but i feel like i literally tried my best to pack everything we had in today like to meet my team's schedule and the deadlines but again whenever i'm filming videos like this i feel like it takes up probably plenty more minutes for everything that should take like probably five or ten minutes because you know it has to be a cinematic masterpiece but yeah now we're just gonna chill and i'll show you guys what everything looks like when we get there
12:26 Again, the whole drive, he just sits, does nothing at all. And he also looks at his phone. He looks at the screen again, imagining something. And that's usually what people do nowadays. They just imagine. something most of the day. They imagine what they really want to do. They watch movies, play video games, or read books about what they really want to do, what they would be doing in nature. And in nature, you would actually be productive. But slaves are essentially not allowed to be productive for the most part. Which is why, as you can see, he hasn't been productive at all. And he's also not healthy.
[video] 13:15 He goes to a place where some losers meet up.
13:33 And then they all look at the pieces of metal with the wheels attached to the metal. And then they...
[video] 13:44 film the cars and uh i guess that they are applauding completely brainwashed removed from this reality all right so as you can see we got here a little bit late but we caught the unveil i was expecting them to like have some like cloth over it and drag it and stuff but right behind us are the two brand new mercedes s-class for 2026 and it's the only one here in north america so it's pretty cool that we got to see some Super boring. Cars are the most boring thing on earth. I really cannot imagine anything more boring than cars.
[video] 14:34 every guy who's into cars is uh i better not say that well
14:59 Whatever. I can't think of a word that's YouTube friendly.
[video] 15:04 This one, the eight-cylinder engine. So it's the V8 and N96. We're glad to be the first dealership in Canada to show these cars. These cars are in Canada for 48 hours only. Then they're back to Europe. What do we think of the Maybach line? Well, the Maybach line, they just announced the 2.8. We're very excited for that one. I know that's what you're looking forward to. Thanks for talking. Appreciate it. Thank you.
15:27 Of course, completely fake. Just acting. Americans and Canadians are really fake. Probably the fakest people on earth. None of the interactions are ever real. Fake smiles.
15:48 The emotions, gestures, everything is acted. You never express yourself, you never say what you think. Can't stand these kind of people, unbearable to be around.
[video] 16:02 Of course, as always, the pop music, because guys like this are only into pop music and that's because
16:17 It's who they truly are, kind of, you could say that. That's why guys like him are also into cars. I made that video many years ago, cars are for sissy little girls. And when you also look at or listen to the music that they listen to and everything else that they also do, then it all makes sense, it all clicks.
[video] 16:50 Not the back of the back, but it's clean. It definitely gives that presidential vibe. Hold on, let me LARP real quick. You know, like in the Maybach, he has the big screen. So now this passenger has this little one and over here you have another little display. But one thing I must say off the bat is how like, It's way smoother. You could change the seat position, climate controls, like literally everything could change from right here. It's kind of cool. Oh, I thought that says the fridge button, no? Only if you get the Maybach version. Yo, I seen you on iTunes, bro. Yo, gentleman at Yorkville, man. What you saying? Good? Is your name Siobhan or something? Yeah, yeah, yeah, Siobhan. I love that watch, though. Appreciate it, bro. Appreciate that, appreciate that. You guys like the car? Yo, I think I'm sold.
17:31 It's also so fake to meet somebody and to say, hey, I like the watch, that piece of metal on your wrist that displays time, some symbols, none of which even exists. Absolutely not living in this reality. How can you give a compliment about a watch?
[video] 17:56 It's super strange.
18:08 It's great to see that all of the Canadians still meet up and hang out. It's a great place to be.
18:29 Ristorante, pizzeria, maybe?
18:42 It is, of course.
18:47 Fancy grain sludge with ketchup on top to imitate blood.
18:57 Yes, cut the grain sludge into slices so we can take slices of grain sludge and eat it because this is what we do. We spend $400 on clothes and then we go and eat grain sludge pizza.
19:18 And this is what he does to be healthy.
19:27 I love how it looks like such a fancy place, but then they feed them grain sludge, which is what everybody eats. What's the difference? When you eat bread, pasta, pizza, and all of the garbage, it's what you do.
[video] 19:46 Oh, wait, let me call my driver.
19:52 He probably pays his driver way more than he pays for the food that he eats. Yet this video is supposed to be also partly about being healthy, but he eats absolute garbage food. People who live on welfare may even eat better than you.
[video] 20:30 Okay, turn on all the lights. All right, so we're back home, 10.40 p.m. Usually, after a day like this, I would cook something for myself, like dinner, but since we already went out for dinner, I'm good for tonight. Most nights, I'll make myself some herbal tea as well, but honestly, I was too busy.
20:45 These are toxic. They are usually made out of toxic green leaves. That's why you add sugar to them. These cans that you buy all have sweeteners inside of them because otherwise they would taste bitter and nobody would buy them. And I think I just went straight for orange. Even the orange juice is pasteurized, right? Why don't you at least buy raw orange juice? Is it that hard? Surely you can buy it everywhere in Toronto.
[video] 21:17 This is where the real night routine begins, though. And like I said earlier, everything I do from now is setting up for tomorrow for success. After a little breather in the crib, I tried to dump all my footage off my camera, like organize some files, just try to go through a couple more emails for the day. Nothing heavy, just making sure I'm not waking up to a pile of things I forgot about. That's the whole idea. Handle the small stuff in the night so in the morning I could jump straight into deep work without wasting brain power on little things I could have dealt with the night before. I know, men doing skincare, but I'm gonna keep it real. I didn't always have a skincare routine. This is something I started being more intentional about and it's made a huge difference in how my skin looks and feel, especially when I'm on camera.
21:54 He talks about the skincare routine as if women should be doing it. I would be more concerned about the music that you listen to, if anything. Not that it matters, not that I care, but if you don't want to appear girly, which I guess is his point, then why don't you start with that? That's way more alarming now.
22:25 Not that it will change anything, because you listen to the music that you listen to because of the state that you're in. Changing the music that you listen to won't change anything. It's not as if I'm recommending listening to any music anyway, by the way. It's just that if you do, then it says a lot about you. And we can see exactly who this guy is, so to speak. And... There was also nothing productive or healthy in this video.
23:05 He speaks about natural oils. He doesn't understand what he's doing. If you want to apply some kind of fats to your face, which there is no need for, seeing as the oils, the fat should be coming from the food that you eat, that's how you will get a glowy skin. But if anything, then use some kind of animal fats. But if you eat animal fats, then as I said, there is no need for any of that.
23:49 stop eating all of the slime made out of seeds then you won't need to clean your mouth your teeth your tongue you do that because your body is full of slime and toxins and that comes out of the mouth that's why your breath stinks also i'm not saying that's the case for him although it most likely is the case but i'm just saying that that's generally why it is like that
[video] 24:25 And that's the night routine. It's not complicated. It's not some crazy biohacking protocol. It's just about doing what you can tonight so that tomorrow you can wake up and execute without thinking twice. That's how you stay consistent. That's how you stay productive without burning out. Your day literally starts the night before. Remember that. As always, slow motion is better than no motion. I'll catch you in the next one. Okay. Turn off all the lights.
25:01 The ending shot of him laying in bed with the artificial lights of the buildings in the background tells you everything. He's living a typical modern slave life. He's stuck in the building most of the day, looking at screens. He exchanges sounds with other humans. But he doesn't have any real connections or interactions. Whenever he does go outside, then he meets actors, people who play roles. They never actually express themselves. They don't tell you what they think about you, their surroundings. meaning that you don't have any actual friends.
25:55 And in the title of the video, it said that he lives alone and he really is alone. He's not productive. He didn't produce anything whatsoever. He's also not healthy, obviously. That's why he's trying to fix his dry skin. He eats absolute garbage. the same kind of food that everybody else is eating. Almost nobody is healthy nowadays. He eats the same food in fancier restaurants. That's the only difference, but it's still slime made out of seeds, which is supposed to imitate real natural food, raw animal foods.
26:46 When you compare his life to a typical slave's life nowadays, then I don't see any difference. Thanks for watching.
