0:00 Yo guys, I'm going to interview with Sienna Mirabelle Eats today.

[video] 0:09 good morning you guys welcome to a what i eat in a day i'm taking you along with everything that i ate in this day so i like to start out my morning with some liquids some morning beverages i'm first making my hot water with lemon and then setting up all of my technically it's better to drink it with hot water if you drink it every day because then you destroy some of the harmful effects of the lemon and vitamins that i'm going to take throughout the day i don't take them all at one time it's a little bit excessive

0:34 If you believe that you need to take vitamins throughout the day, then you already know that your diet is messed up.

[video] 0:38 Then I'm gonna drink my hot water with lemon while I do my five-minute journal for gratitude. And then I'm moving on to making my morning caffeine, which is usually... Only depressed people do that.

0:48 Just thinking that that's what you have to do to feel gratitude or whatever the reason behind it is, is already a sign that there's something mentally wrong.

[video] 0:56 ...matcha or iced chai. Today it's matcha.

1:03 And again another sign that your diet is definitely wrong is if you of course drink coffee, matcha, whatever to get caffeine which is just a toxin which makes your body stressed and gives you energy which is fake energy

[video] 1:20 Third beverage of the morning. Um, what else is new? This flavor hits. Okay. Anyway, welcome to a what I eat in a day. I'm taking you along for a day of eating for me. But this morning I'm having my super coffee vanilla latte. This has zero grams of added sugar, 10 grams of protein and 200 milligrams of caffeine. I'm trying vanilla latte today and dare I say my favorite flavor, which are we surprised because vanilla latte is just always what I go for. So

1:40 I don't really get it, did she make matcha and then this also? No way, she can't be consuming that much coffee.

[video] 1:48 All of Super Coffee's products are sweetened naturally with monk fruit, which is a superfood. If I'm gonna drink coffee, it's gonna be the health vibe that we're on, okay? She's so super naive and ignorant. I re-injured my ankle. I was walking home from the bar and just rolled it right on over. Anyway, I'm gonna go work out. Upper body and core. and then i'll see you when i make breakfast for breakfast this morning i'm heating up some ghee butter in the pan and i'm gonna make two over easy eggs nice that she doesn't use planters to cook eggs with two pieces of whole wheat toast and on one of the pieces of toast i'm gonna do some avocado and then on the other i'm gonna put on some peanut butter and I'll be putting the egg on the avocado toast and then bananas on the peanut butter, kind of like diversifying my toast, I don't know. I put the extra egg on the side and then over the banana.

2:38 The only good thing is that she cooked in the animal fat and that she used eggs in general because eggs at least have fat-soluble vitamins such as ADK2 which none of the other stuff has Bananas are just fiber and sugar, nothing. The bread is also just fiber for the most part, indigestible, anti-nutrients, other toxins also because of modern processing of the plants. And again, just carbs. Avocado also really essentially doesn't have anything except for some minerals, which you won't even get because of the bread. Same with the eggs. You're really just destroying the nutrients that you could possibly get from the food by eating bread with it. If you're going to eat eggs, then at least eat them separately from all of the garbage.

[video] 3:20 Post, I'm going to drizzle some agave and put on some hemp seeds. And I always like to have fruit on the side. So my fruit of choice is always strawberries.

3:31 Strawberries nowadays are full of pesticides or more so on the outer

[video] 3:41 Before lunch, I'm making a coconut curry, so I am just putting some rice in my rice cooker, and then while that is cooking, I'm gonna cut up some zucchini, and this is so much zucchini, no way I'm eating it in one serving, so I'm gonna put the extra zucchini in my fridge to make this recipe again later on in the week. I'm gonna open up a can of chickpeas, rinse those, and then in a pan, I'm gonna heat up some olive oil. I then add in the zucchini, and I'm adding in a coconut.

4:03 I wonder why she now uses olive oil to cook all of a sudden.

[video] 4:06 curry sauce that I got from whole foods along with some coconut milk. And then I'll put in the chickpeas. Once this is simmered for a little bit, let it simmer for a little longer. And then once the rice is done, I'm going to put this on top of the rice and it's a really easy, healthy meal that I can make multiple times throughout the week.

4:21 I don't know what's supposed to be healthy about it. The zucchini and the vegetables are just fiber. That's it. There's no micronutrients there. Chickpeas are, for the most part, indigestible. You can hardly even get any protein out of them, as we know, because of the biological value. And rice, again, just carbs, just like the bread before. Fiber, anti-nutrients, and carbohydrates. Carbohydrates are sugar, so you're just eating a very empty meal based on sugar and fiber.

4:50 It doesn't matter by what definition you go, this is not a healthy meal. Nobody will ever say that. It just doesn't have too many micronutrients for one thing, which means that this meal is malnutrition.

[video] 5:04 For dinner, I made my own version of kind of instant ramen, if you will. So I'm adding some water and chicken broth to a pot along with some miso paste to make the broth, a little homemade broth. I'm also gonna add in...

5:15 Okay, it's nice that she uses chicken broth because for the most part, her meals seem to be very plant-based. She even ate a plant-based protein bar. From what I understood, that's what it was. So she, of course, just like most modern women, has been brainwashed to believe that going plant-based or eating whatever, everything plant-based is always the healthier option.

[video] 5:37 Some green onions that I cut up and then some soy sauce, some rice vinegar and sesame oil just, you know, to flavor it up a bit. I'm gonna let that cook on high, and then I'm going to add in my little instant ramen noodles. I get a whole pack of this from Whole Foods, and then look how quick and easy that was.

5:52 Noodles, just like the bread, again, it's just fiber, anti-nutrients, and sugar. It's nothing. Instead of the tofu, if she would be adding some meat, then she would actually be getting something substantial out of it, but instead, she adds phytoestrogens to it with, again, very indigestible protein. She seems to be a quite small and fragile woman who should be eating a lot of animal fat, to have a hormonally healthy body, but she's really just doing everything to destroy her body from what it seems.

[video] 6:20 Oh, I forgot, I add tofu as well. But look at that, I'm adding a little sriracha on top and that's my dinner.

6:25 Sriracha, really just a red color, is to imitate animal foods at the end of today because red is what appeals to us and that's because of meat and blood in nature and our senses never change, we still have natural senses. And that's what they want to eat. They don't want to eat some kind of man-made noodle soup with tofu, of course, not at all.

6:51 Oh, that was the whole video. Netflix, from what it seems, to end the day while eating some phytoestrogens. Essentially, just completely malnourishing yourself. That's the modern woman's life. She seems to be alone, doesn't have children, miserably sits at home in the evening. while eating garbage, which will deteriorate her body. She also does sports to become even more infertile, as if the food already wasn't enough. If it wasn't for the eggs, this would be a really horrible What I Eat in a Day video. But I guess she listens to her body in some way and at least eats those. She's not a vegan, obviously, but pretty vegetarian from what it seems. Even though the soup, for example, which she made at the end, is easily something that you eat to imitate actual broth that you want.

7:39 You want chicken broth with fatty chicken meat, the skin and everything, of course, but instead you add tofu to it because people simply get brainwashed nowadays to believe that that's the healthier choice. There's no reasoning really behind it. It's just something you believe. It's an empty belief for no reason. Thanks for watching.
