0:00 Hi, guys. I'm gonna be reviewing a video by Steve Oh, My Insane Daily Fitness Routine. Steve Oh is a guy who used to be popular in the 90s and early 2000s. I watched the show called Jackass. I believe that it was on MTV back in the day. I don't know why I watched it. You just watch dumb people doing dumb stuff. I suppose that it's in some way entertaining. Even though I don't really remember really liking it or finding it funny. It was just sometimes so on. That's how I know him. We'll see what he's up to today.
[video] 0:39 He has a lot of tattoos.
0:47 In the show, you could also see that he destroyed himself a lot. A lot of self-destruction going on with this guy. A lot of trauma and self-hate. It's a pretty miserable life overall. He's 50 years old now. He looks really destroyed for a 50-year-old. Really bad skin. Just a lot of stress in his life.
[video] 1:07 Yeah. At least he doesn't wake up at 5 a.m. Oh, my god. Wait, what do you mean?
[video] 1:34 Wait, what?
1:38 Oh, I thought he snuggles with the dog, but there was a human next to him, right? So maybe he's married or whatever.
[video] 1:44 Really? That's surprising. Or not?
[video] 1:58 I wonder why he does that. I could understand...
2:23 Watching the sunrise and... Reflecting on your life?
2:30 So to speak. That I can still somewhat understand. It's a sort of meditation by definition. But just sitting there for no reason on a bench or whatever?
2:43 And the praying also? This guy is just lost in life. That's his problem. It probably has been the problem. His whole life.
[video] 2:52 That's why he did all of that.
3:03 Well, that's because you're eating unnatural food. Very likely. I don't know what he eats. Maybe he eats a raw meat diet. He doesn't look like he does. Then you wouldn't have these problems. The problems with your body are not a yoga deficiency or a meditation deficiency or whatever. That's what people think today. My body is starting to feel worse. That means I need to do yoga or some kind of workouts. No. If your body feels bad, it's your diet. It always is.
[video] 3:37 And all the rest of it.
3:42 It's not as if it's normal for your body to get sick, stiff and so on. That's only because of the diet. What you put in your body will define how you feel, how you are biologically, biochemically. Obviously, that's common sense. That's why it has been reported that the people in Lapland, in the north of Finland, the hundred-year-olds run around like children through the forests. No problems, because that's how it's supposed to be naturally. They don't do any yoga or anything, but they eat a lot of raw meat. That's the difference.
[video] 4:20 What's the point? Just more stress for your body. It's not gonna fix anything.
4:31 Start drinking coffee and get ready... Yeah, and then you drink coffee, but at the same time you wonder why you're stiff. You drink toxic seed water, which simply ruins your organs eventually, and it stresses your whole body and your organs, that's why you produce the adrenaline in response to it.
[video] 4:50 ...go around the trail which goes through the woods here at the Radical Ranch.
4:55 Think about it yourself. You're literally drinking toxic dark seed water and it enters actually your body and then spreads throughout your body partly also. At the same time it destroys your gut microbiome because it's also like drinking antibiotics. And what do you think is gonna happen when you drink dark black toxic seed water and then you do yoga for your stiffness but still drink toxic seed water. You get why it makes no sense?
[video] 5:28 I take the first lap around the trail in the UTV to make sure all the spider webs are cleared. It's really a half-assed experience to drive like an asshole. For efficiency and fun, I drive pretty fast.
5:44 At least it looks like he lives in a sort of natural environment. There's a forest. Oh, that's cool. That makes your life better. If your diet is bad, it's not gonna help, but still.
[video] 6:06 Once I got those spider webs cleared, then it's time for casual walking around the trail, which is one mile per lap. I'm texting...
6:14 He has no children at all or what? Just two dogs? That's sad. A 50-year-old walking with his dogs.
[video] 6:27 You could call the video insane, I suppose, but I know that he means something else with the word. Really, it's just kind of sad, close to pathetic.
[video] 6:55 everything I do plus I never have to take it off because the charger slides right on while I'm wearing it and I've decided to invite all of you to join my whoop group so that you can see all of my activities every day in real time and maybe have a healthy competition with me to see who's most fit I tend to do three or four laps walking and then one lap jogging on a good day you can bet
7:21 Why would you jog for no reason, just to stress yourself even more? You had enough stress in your life. It would be time to chill now. Yeah, this guy just can't chill, because he's making this video in a sauna. He has constant stress every day. That's why he has so many wrinkles. I get it, he's 50, but he doesn't look normal for a 50-year-old. His skin looks like that of a 60-plus-year-old.
[video] 7:50 Am I a pussy for holding on to these wrinkles?
7:53 I look at it, that's not normal at the age of 50.
[video] 7:55 ...while I skate? Maybe. But I'm not getting any less exercise.
[video] 8:13 I got he eats broccoli.
8:19 Oh, that explains even more. Of course, the broccoli is brown. I'm glad that we get to see what he eats. That explains even more. He's eating flowers. He's eating cooked brown flowers. Great. Awesome, man. Good job. And mushrooms. Maybe freshly picked from the forest? Yeah, mushrooms have nothing. It's just fungi. Nothing. Some minerals. Most of them are toxic for you. And most are pretty much deadly. Poisonous. Some actually really deadly. Then some berries. They look cultivated, man-made. Too big. If you would pick them in the forest again, it would be alright. Because they're full of pesticides. That's why I mention it. And at least hits two eggs. Okay, but really you could throw out the mushrooms and the broccoli, put some meat there, you have a meal.
[video] 9:18 And once I'm done with that, let's enjoy ourselves a little bit. Maybe shoot the bow and arrow, or some of my gun collection.
9:28 Okay, uh... That's pretty cool. Yeah, whatever. Guns are obviously man-made. It doesn't really matter, but...
9:39 Still, that's the only good thing about the United States, that you can have guns, because they banned them in most countries on Earth, except for Turkey, it's pretty easy to get them, and Yemen, whatever, some other countries also. But yeah, it was the only country where I ever used guns. I did shoot a lot of big guns also. I like it. If I would live there, I would get a lot of guns.
10:12 Nice. It would be more fun to go and hunt with this gun instead of shooting at some wood board. Yeah, that's about it.
[video] 10:29 20 miles on a bike? That's still a lot, even for riding a bike. It's for sure not a pleasurable thing to do, obviously.
10:56 Riding your bike in nature, when it's sunny outside, it's probably not that bad. I used to ride my bike a lot. It's not stressful up until a point, but the posture is strange when you do it, and I don't think that it's really good. Also for your knees, my knees always felt bad, because I used to ride my bike to work every day, back and forth.
[video] 11:21 It's all hills around here, so that's just uphill, uphill, downhill. Like, I'm a psycho on my bike. I fucking love it.
11:32 You can say anything you want about it, but you don't love it. You don't love anything that you do in everyday life except for shooting the gun. There, he actually had joy on his face. Yeah, you could see that he enjoyed it. But riding the bike, except again, if you're doing it slowly, you're enjoying nature, okay, yeah, you're moving around, it's okay. But like he does it 20 miles, not gonna be enjoyable ever. You're never gonna see any expressions of joy on his face when he does that.
[video] 11:59 Yeah, because it's a lot of stress. You just depleted yourself. Oh, he makes shrimps. It's also not that bad.
12:14 Yeah, just leave out the veggies. Why do you eat them? Did he get brainwashed to eat vegetables? Vegetables are bad for you. They are unhealthy. A lot of people are waking up to that now, thankfully. Just don't eat vegetables at all. If you want to eat some fermented vegetables, whatever, I don't know why you would do that. That's one thing, if they are fermented, it's not that horrible. Still never good for you. But when you eat whole vegetables and you just cook them to death and season them, a lot of people put tons of cheese and whatever over them, then you already know that you hate them anyway. They taste bad, they have almost no nutrients, only full of toxins, there's just no point in eating them.
[video] 12:51 No such thing as too much banging buffalo sauce.
12:56 Yeah, exactly. Over it. Yeah, exactly. That's what I mean.
13:00 After dinner... And just stop eating stuff that you don't like, eat what you do like. Eat the shrimps, eat some eggs, some fatty meat, you'll be fine.
[video] 13:11 Now it's night time, so it's time to get in here, which I do three times a night. My first round is 15 minutes for meditating, and then after that 15 minutes it's into my cold plunge for...
13:26 Again, oh my God, he goes and does ice baths. What the fuck?
[video] 13:31 At least two minutes. At first, the cold plunge.
13:34 Yeah, because you're overheated. Oh my God. Oh my God, oh my God. When I think about it, biochemically, you have the heat shock proteins and then the cold shock proteins. Just the worst kind of stress combination for your body. And he just switches from one to the other. Wow, that's hardcore. His life is hardcore. Yeah, he's very lost, very traumatized. A really sad life.
14:10 It only feels good when you get out from the heat, because you're getting back to a normal body temperature. And then it feels bad again, because you're up here, then you go down to your normal levels, and then you go too low, and then you feel bad again.
[video] 14:25 Five seconds in, it's hella uncomfortable. But discomfort is what you want.
14:32 No, it's literally what you never want. Avoid discomfort at all costs. Whatever you do in your life, avoid uncomfortable situations. Just stay away from that as much as possible, and you will be much healthier and happier if you do.
[video] 14:49 That's where the health benefits come from.
14:51 What are the health benefits, Steve-O? Tell us. You could also tell us the health benefits of broccoli while you're at it.
[video] 14:59 So you gotta go all the way under.
15:02 Oh, nothing. Yeah, that's what I thought.
[video] 15:07 After the cold plunge, I shiver it out, drink some water, and get ready to get back in here for another 15 minutes. And this time, I'm watching my favorite TV shows on the cool iPad that I put outside. And I will be ladling water onto the rocks to really steam it out and make it way more uncomfortable. And straight into that cold plunge for another two minutes. And then shiver it out and get ready for round three. The final round, which I steam the living dog shit out of. So I cannot fucking bear it anymore.
[video] 15:39 Tennessee, that's interesting because I shot the big gun in Tennessee, it was very similar to that.
15:53 What was it called? AR-15 or whatever? Doesn't matter. It looked pretty similar to what he had, although I think it was different.
[video] 16:04 Yeah, hmm, interesting. Plus the owner of the chain of stores are my bros. Oh, we're all sober bros. We get together and have sauna parties, and it's epic. So shout out to you guys, I love you. Now that we're done with our three rounds, it's time for a very ridiculous oral hygiene program. Water pick, floss, brush my teeth.
16:22 Yeah, he lost teeth because of all the stunts that he did.
[video] 16:26 Super electric toothbrush, and then scrape my tongue, which makes me gag every time.
[video] 16:37 I feel very sorry for this guy. He must have experienced something very traumatic in his life. Maybe you can tell me in the comments what it was, if he ever talked about it in an interview.
17:07 There must be for sure something. Maybe he just never talked about it, but nobody's gonna destroy himself to this extent if they didn't experience something very severely traumatic. Because if you ever watched Jackass and some other shows that he was part of, then you would see that he always didn't care about his life whatsoever. There was a lot of self-hatred displayed and now he does, as you could see, Ice baths, super uncomfortable, destructive, it's as unhealthy as anything can get. Then the saunas, same thing, extreme heat and extreme cold. He runs for no reason, he bikes for no reason, he eats flowers because he's brainwashed or whatever the reason. I just...
18:05 As I said, it's really bordering on being pathetic. It's for sure very sad to watch him. I really don't say this to offend the guy or anything. It's just such a painful life. Just watching it is painful and sad, but then imagine living it. Every day you wake up and you don't want to do anything that you're gonna do except for maybe the meditation. But even then, do you want to sit there on a bench and meditate for 20 minutes? I doubt it. As I said, under the sun, getting some sun, looking at the sun. All right, I can understand. There are sexual benefits to that also. That's why it feels good. But that? No.
18:44 Really, his life is just filled with him not doing what he actually wants to do. That's why it's stressful. That's what stress is. Just you not doing what you actually want to do. It's because of trauma and because you don't like yourself for whatever reason or you just don't like your life. Sometimes one or the other, usually both. And because you're brainwashed, your mind has simply been manipulated to go against what you want. To go against your actual natural senses. They tell you don't do that, but you do that. That only happens when you're brainwashed. And when you combine that with being traumatized and when you hate yourself, then it's just a recipe for disaster. Then your whole life is gonna go wrong. That's why he looks so stressed, so aged, so full of wrinkles, so much pain is displayed through his skin.
19:45 It's showing us what's going on inside of him. Yeah, this was bad. Thanks for watching, guys.
