0:00 Hey guys, as requested I'm going to review a video called My Raw Meat Diet
[video] 0:13 Hey everyone, so I'm having my meal outside here today and what I have with me is a dozen raw eggs. These are organic free-range eggs and I also have a pound of raw grass-fed ground beef. So right now I'm gonna start with the 12 eggs.
0:41 12 eggs may seem like a lot to some people, but if you don't eat any garbage, junk food, carbohydrates such as rice, bread and whatnot, then you do need to eat a lot of fat. Raw animal fat is of course generally important for men and women, women especially because of their hormones and fertility. And if she doesn't eat carbs, then it's very important that she consumes these kinds of calories.
1:23 When I eat raw eggs, I only eat the yolk. Not that there's anything really wrong about eating the clear, but the thing is that it does have anti-nutrients because it's supposed to protect the yolk. The yolk is sort of the baby, you could say. It has avidin, which binds to biotin, and there's also an anti-nutrient that inhibits protein digestion. Overall, of course, it's not going to make a huge difference if you eat the whole eggs, but I prefer the yolk only.
1:56 She seems to have very long and healthy hair, not fake hair like fully raw Christina with her extensions and dyed gray hair. Her hair is actually gray, but she dyes it.
[video] 2:15 The reason why I really enjoy drinking raw eggs is because it absorbs very quickly. And so you get the nutrients into your body and you instantly feel it.
2:26 Yes, animal foods in general are easy to digest. When you cook them, they are harder to digest, but still easier than any plants. When you eat them raw, then they are perfectly digested. You can hardly even feel raw animal foods in your stomach, your gut, and that's because they are perfect for our biology. It's just perfectly digested. When she will eat this meat, she will not even feel it, whereas All of the other so-called foods that we eat nowadays are always hard on the gut. Whatever is hard on your gut is what you're not supposed to eat. And whatever you can't even feel being digested, essentially, is perfect for you. That's how you can know what you're supposed to eat naturally.
3:17 12 eggs and a pound of ground meat. A pound is around 450 grams. It's a great breakfast. Again, to some people it may seem like a lot of eggs or meat, but it's not at all. If you don't eat any garbage carbohydrates, it's just the right amount. You have to know yourself anyway how much you need to eat. It really depends on how active you are and how much you weigh, how tall you are.
3:51 It's also nice to see that she's out in a more natural environment eating, getting fresh air.
[video] 4:04 Finished my meal of one pound of grass-fed ground beef and 12 eggs. All right, it is time to face our inner demons. I'm walking to the studio right now and hopefully I get a good session in. We'll see.
4:25 I checked her channel before making the video. She does something called tricking. I had never heard of it. It's a combination of martial arts and dancing from what I understand. I don't know why she does it, whatever. From what I saw, it's not really exercise because it doesn't seem exertive to the body. It's semi-exercise. It's for sure not relaxing and comfortable, but it's also nothing close to what people do at the gym.
[video] 5:03 That was a really solid session. I feel very good. And now usually after practice, I like to...
5:13 As long as something actually really makes you feel good, as long as you're not in denial, wanting to believe that it makes you feel good, such as somebody who goes to the gym, lifts super heavy weights for an hour and then says that they feel good, that's being delusional. But if you do some kind of stretching and whatnot and you actually really feel like you feel good, then you do and then you should do what you do.
[video] 5:35 Find a patch of grass and just lay there. So let's go do that.
5:44 This is almost like a what I eat in a day video that I would make. It's actually very similar to the ones that I have made. It's also super chill. You can really tell that she eats raw meat. She's very biochemically healthy. You can exactly imagine a girl to be like this if she eats naturally. Of course, she doesn't eat the perfect so-called diet of wild meat, wild organs and whatnot. But as far as what we can get in the system, this is more or less the best way that you can eat. And she just seems very healthy to me.
[video] 6:37 So I really enjoy eating raw meat. And people in my life think I'm crazy for this.
6:45 Of course, because if the norm in the slave system is to eat rice, bread, drink coffee and eat super overcooked meat, then somebody who does something so far away from that which is what they only see in horror movies, blood, raw meat, the monster is always the one that eats that, or some wild animals, then of course you're seen as crazy because if most people on Earth are crazy, eating absolute garbage, then they will see the people who are actually sane as crazy. They don't realize that they are the ones who are insane.
[video] 7:20 I'm mentally okay with that. When you're on the journey of trying to improve your health, you're trying to seek truth, seek freedom, Taking your health into your own hands, taking your life into your own hands, you might go down an unconventional path. At least that's what happened to me. And sometimes going down the unconventional path may lead others to believe that you are crazy. But here's the thing, having this little bit of added friction into your life, into your journey, is all part of the process, right? And it's okay, because you have to remember why you started in the first place, right? And for me personally, eating raw meat makes me happy. It makes me so happy. And I want to stay true to myself on this journey. If I were to put a label on...
8:08 It does literally biochemically make you happy, yes, that's why she says that.
[video] 8:12 The style of eating I'm following right now, it's something close to raw primal. I'm primarily eating raw meats, raw eggs, I drink raw milk, and occasionally I'll eat raw fruits and raw honey.
8:27 Perhaps one day I'll share- That sounds more so what I promote, except that the organs are missing. The primal diet by Ajna's Wonder Planets also includes vegetable juices, in some cases nut butters, even cooked starch if needed, for specific reasons, not necessarily generally, but you could call it the primal diet. It's all more or less the same anyway.
[video] 8:50 How I ended up here. I feel like every adjustment I make into my life, whether it's through food or through other natural biohacks, it's like solving a big puzzle, right? All of this really satisfies my curiosity, and I'm really excited to see how I will fit all the pieces together. You know what I mean? This is fun for me. This is fun. This is satisfying. I really enjoy the challenge of it as well. I'm just going to listen to my body and take feedback from it every day on this journey, and I'm okay.
9:15 Perfect. That's the way you learn. If you truly listen to your body, which is you, you are your body, if you truly listen to yourself, then you will know exactly what to do in life, what is healthy for you, what is unhealthy. That's the only way to learn and that's the only way to deprogram yourself. If you've been programmed to believe that exercise, actual true exercise, going to the gym is healthy for you, vegetables are healthy for you, then you won't be able to deprogram yourself. except if you actually listen to yourself and once you do you will realize that you hate exercise, you hate vegetables, it's very easy but if you're stuck then there's just no way to get out of it.
[video] 9:55 If that means changing it up or adding something or subtracting something because I think that's what it truly means to be in tune with your body. So I'm looking forward to see what I'll learn not only about myself as like a self-exploration type of journey but also To learn what the capabilities are of the human body, the human mind, learn more about our world, the natural cycles of life. And maybe you're on your own journey right now, your own health journey, perhaps. You have to remember that you are what you consume, right? You are what you consume. And this does not just apply to the foods you eat, but it's the environments you put yourself in, the people you surround yourself with. the type of content you're watching, the type of materials you wear on your body, the quality of the thoughts in your mind. The list goes on, you know what I mean. But what I'm trying to say is, is the current version of you right now is constructed by the current consumption habits that you have. So knowing this, I'm hoping to construct myself into a better version of who I currently am.
[video] 10:55 And despite people in my life thinking I'm crazy or extreme for this, I believe in staying true to myself, despite what others think. Do what makes you a better, happier version of yourself. And for me, eating raw meat makes me happy. Alright, for my last meal, I'm having a quart of raw milk. You have no idea how excited I am to drink this. Cheers.
11:18 Isn't that the milk from California? Those cows get fed canola, or they at least used to. Maybe they don't anymore. It's not a huge deal anyway, but it's not exactly their natural so-called diet. Raw milk is of course great, especially for people who have never had it before, because it really hydrates you compared to anything that we drink nowadays, especially tea or coffee, that completely dehydrates you. But even the water that we drink today is absolute garbage. Besides it being full of poisons, it also really feels like it dehydrates you, and there's a good reason for it, I have a video on that. That's why when you drink raw milk or especially blood for the first time it feels so incredibly hydrating and also nourishing. Raw milk is the closest thing to blood that you can drink. For men it can be somewhat problematic sometimes if there's too much estrogen, although raw milk doesn't have that much estrogen really. For women, it's a lot better estrogen-wise.
12:18 They can actually handle it because they use estrogen more than men do. Their bodies are based on estrogen, which is why if I would recommend anybody to drink raw milk, then it would always be women in the first place. But then again, getting blood is generally very hard for everybody, which is why there's not many options out there even for men.
12:54 Man, she seems so super happy and healthy. Exactly the way you should be biochemically as a woman. No bipolar, no borderline. From what we can tell, of course, it's a video, but it really seems like it. This is, from my experience, exactly the way women are when they eat naturally. She only eats twice a day. Maybe she's short. She's kind of low body weight, from what it seems like. Maybe she doesn't need that much food.
13:25 I don't know. Well, she said that she listens to her buddy, so must be right.
[video] 14:02 Thank you for tuning in to my journey and I'll see you in the next vlog. Peace.
14:08 Oh, I just noticed that she has a cross there. Alright, this was by far the best what I eat in a day video that I have ever reviewed on this channel. The last one which was really good was Paul Saladino's day of eating, but this one absolutely trumps it and that's because she eats exactly what I recommend. There's only two things that I would have to say about this video. Firstly, she should eat some organs now and then, maybe she does, who knows, but it's incredibly important for absolute ultimate health. Yes, she seems like she's very happy and healthy, obviously, but when you eat organs, then you feel the absolute power, absolute pure happiness and health. Euphoria. It doesn't get any better than that, especially if you can get really healthy liver and brain.
15:04 Still, of course, eating this way is absolutely good enough to feel really good. Secondly, about the tricking or stretching, whatever she was doing there, as I said, it doesn't seem like it's exerted, which is great. It's not really exercise. But of course, you wouldn't be doing that if you had children. seeing as you would be taking care of them. Of course, it's not so easy to find a man or a so-called husband nowadays to have children with. Absolutely, I understand it. I remember many years ago how people were saying, why do you talk about having children all the time, but don't have any children yourself? It's not as if you can have children with yourself. You need to find a partner and it's really not easy to do that, especially if you eat raw meat and you want to find somebody who also eats raw meat, which may be the case for her. Whatever the case, I don't know how old she is exactly or anything about her, Maybe she has children, but I just assume that she doesn't.
16:00 She would of course be living more naturally if she had a family, she would be taking care of them and most likely she wouldn't be focusing on any of that stuff. Maybe she would do that here and there, but it wouldn't be the focus of her life, which it maybe isn't, I just can't really tell so much from just watching one video. I only skipped through some of the other ones and I can only get some idea of what she does in everyday life. But whatever, it's just two things. Eat organs in case you don't and ideally, if you ever can, somehow find a so-called husband, a man and create a family, which is probably what you want if you eat raw meat anyway. She's presumably fertile because of the way she eats and she most likely wants it. It's just what happens biochemically when you eat naturally. But anyway, it's just an incredibly good day of eating. It's just awesome to see this.
17:00 It really makes me happy. Thanks for watching.
