0:00 Hello. All humans are supposed to eat the same food. Because all that an animal has is a species diet. The same way all wolves eat the same food. Their race doesn't matter. And of course it's the same for us. Black and white humans have the same organs, digestive tract, etc. All of us produce the enzyme called cholesterol esterase. To digest cholesterol. Only animal cells are made out of cholesterol. So we can say 100% that we are supposed to eat animals. And we know this because we are hungry for blood. Our natural diet is food that we eat in its natural raw state. Vegans will say that we should eat plants. But at the same time, 99% of them have never put a natural plant near their mouth because they find them disgusting. The blood type diet also promotes man-made food. No animal in nature has ever heard of blood types because they are irrelevant.

[video] 1:00 Even when we look at geographical distributions of blood type, it doesn't make sense. Up in northern Scandinavia, we have indigenous populations that are up to 90% blood type A, who are supposed to be vegetarians who eat very little vegetable matter, and they're doing all right. Australian Aborigines are also a really high concentration of blood type A, and they also are more paleostyle eaters. Meanwhile, blood type B is supposed to do well with dairy. 92% of non-Chinese who are some of the highest blood type B concentration ethnicities in the whole planet, they're malabsorbers of lactose. Same with the Thai. 47% of them are lactose intolerant, and a large percent are blood type B. So again, this is just bad all around. So that brings us to the question of why do we have different blood types if it wasn't from dietary pressure? Why do we see unique geographical and ethnic distributions? Anyone who says they know the answer to that is lying to you.

[video] 2:00 What our best theories are at the moment is that there is protection conferred by blood type diversity. There's infectious diseases that will specifically target different blood types, wipe them out much easier than other blood types. And so it helps the species survive to have diversity in general.

2:18 If you're unsure about your diet, you should look out for simple signs, such as constipation, gas or tooth decay, all of which is caused by foods with fiber. We have accepted it nowadays, but it's all abnormal. Ask yourself, how often do I go to the toilet? The more often you go, the more constipated you are, because it means that you're full of indigestible plants. Even if you pass gas once a day, it means that you're eating something that you're not designed to eat. We are not supposed to do it at all. That's why we find it unattractive. You're supposed to keep the teeth from your childhood until you die. So even if you have one cavity in all of your life, it means that you ate something that wasn't right for you.

3:09 Veganism, for example, doesn't work for anybody because you can get meat, animal fat, and over 50 nutrients from plants.

[video] 3:19 Here is a comparison of the relative size of those four parts of the digestive system. So compared to some other primates, if you look especially at the last three bars, we're the very last one, and gorilla and chimpanzee next to them. We have approximately the same percentage of stomach, but then most of what we have is the small intestines, and we have no cecum to speak of, really. and drastically reduce colon size. Even the ADA, which is very much in favor of putting fiber in your diet, cautions against eating more than about 20 or 35 grams. And the reasons they cite is because we can't process it. And they acknowledge that you will have gastrointestinal distress, cramping, diarrhea, constipation, gas, sometimes worse as in permanent kinds of damage. This is a study that is published. I put it up here, the reference to it.

[video] 4:17 and what he found is that humans out here have a very acidic pH. So in this study he found a pH of a little over 2. There are other studies that I found that humans have a stomach pH of about 1.5 whereas other primates have a pH of about 6. When you talk about iron, the best source of iron is meat. Why is that? Because meat contains myoglobin. Myoglobin has iron inside it in the form of heme and this is showing you that the heme iron has a specific receptor in the intestines which is another indication that our biology As biological evolution, we were designed to use animal-based food. Plants have alkaloids. The alkaloids are bitter. They cause nerve transmission damage. They cause DNA damage. And they can alter the way we can absorb carbs and fats.

[video] 5:17 There are certain plants that have cyogenic glycosides that block the way the cells breathe. And then the terpenoids are especially something that we should pay attention to because they're in citrus fruit. They're volatile oils like terpentine. And these things, they prevent the absorption of proteins, they prevent absorption of B12, calcium, and also the phenolics.

[video] 5:48 Phenolics are found in flavonoids, tannins, and basically these bind to proteins and prevent absorption and digestion. So for any of you going out and saying, hey, I'm going to use plants for health, you've got to keep all of these things at the back of your mind. We take food into the mouth. There's a lot of vegetarians that scream, we have vegetarian teeth, we have herbivore teeth. You take a look in a horse's mouth or a cow's mouth, and you compare it with yours, and you tell me you have an herbivore's dental structure, and I'll be amazed. Because we have all cutting teeth. They have molars all the way around. All they have is molars. Big, large, fat teeth for grinding. All of ours are cutting all the way back to the canines and even back, and then all of a sudden we hit the molars. So we have about three molars. If you have your wisdom teeth, you might have an extra. So on each side, on all sides.

[video] 6:46 And that can grind and crush meat. Our digestive tract is a 24-hour digestive tract. Unless you're eating something your body doesn't necessarily like and you have to run quickly. But normally it's a 24-hour digestive tract.

[video] 7:04 In that 24 hours,

[video] 7:07 as 16 to 18 of it's in the small intestine. And guess what we secrete in the small intestine along with other bacteria? Hydrochloric acid. So we produce just as much hydrochloric acid as a phthaline and k-line, but we don't do it in the concentration in the stomach. We do it in the stomach and throughout the small intestines. Now we have Campylobacter, we have Salmonella, we have a variety of intestinal bacteria that helps digest food.

[video] 7:40 Acidophilus, Caucasicus, Bulgarius, all of those digest different parts of the food, whether it's protein, fat, or carbohydrates. And they predigest the food nicely. And if you're lucky and you have trichinosis, You digest even faster. He said, trichinosis? The most important bacteria for the human being, for its brain and nervous system, is E. coli. The most absurd and ridiculous stuff that we hear about E. coli out there. It is insane. E. coli pre-digests food matter and breaks it down into the smallest proteins and fats to feed the brain and nervous system. That's why people who get lots of colonics and who are vegetarians don't have a good balanced nervous system.

[video] 8:35 Because they are never feeding their brains and nervous system enough protein. A lot of people will say, what about this, you know, eat right for your type diet and a system of, you know, eating the right foods. There are carbohydrate burners, there are protein burners, and there are both burners. There's no such thing as a carbohydrate burner in a human being. There are animals that eat the same things every day. We need to eat the same things every day. And anybody tells you that we shouldn't have the same diet, they're right to an extent. Everybody is a little different. but the basic foods and the basic principles are all the same for everybody.

9:19 In case you're wondering if a ketogenic diet works long-term, I will link you a study about it, but of course it does because all humans eat that way in nature. The Eskimos lived to over 100 years and ate a high-fat diet, which always means a ketogenic diet. They tested their urine and breath once and came to the conclusion that they were not in ketosis. These are humans who have been eating a ketogenic diet all of their life. It would have been fucking weird if they did find something. Of course they had to check the blood. Another argument is that the animals they ate had glycogen in the organs and muscles. If you would understand that all animals eat a ketogenic diet, then you wouldn't say something so motherfucking stupid. Vegans sometimes like to link the studies of the grain-eating Eskimos who got heart disease.

10:16 You just debunked veganism because only people who follow a plant-based diet or a vegan diet get heart disease. Thanks for watching.

11:32 Thank you.
