[video] 0:51 with the report saying that a global drop in meat consumption is vital to avoid devastating consequences. The authors state a substantial reduction of impacts would only be possible with a substantial worldwide diet change away from animal products. but certainly the thoughts of limiting the meat consumption should be taken seriously. Supreme Master Ching Hai has similarly spoken on many occasions of the immense toll of meat and fish production on the planet, tirelessly urging for a global switch to plant-based fare, as in the following excerpt from an October 2009 video conference in Germany. But even though our predicament is very grave, we do still have time if we act now. And the solution is still very simple. Well, you know it, right? It's the vegan diet. No animal products.

[video] 2:06 and I have been assigned to show you certain selected histobunk highlights from the past. But everything is perfect now, and everything will always be perfect. Centuries ago, in primitive times, before the dawn of civilization, there were things that would be inconceivable to us today. The superstitious primitives continued to rely upon a quite useless class of technicians called doctors. Unpleasant and even revolting as they sometimes are. eating the actual flesh of animals and even collecting into groups called families a pervasively immoral concept of pre-civilized times did the primitive females actually yes primitive females gave viviparous birth to young like animals yes physiologically exactly like animals i understand your reactions

[video] 3:04 Perhaps we should take a brief soma break.

[video] 3:16 Take the scene on anti-nature conditioning. charming scene of little children revolted by fresh flowers. The implication is that nature nausea conditioning is necessary to keep people from enjoying the countryside and thus under-consuming. But that's true. Quite beside the point. I just wanted to show why nature nausea training is one of our most recent improvements in... You see? Recent implies past. Improvement implies progress. And if the present is perfect, then there can't be any progress, of course. And even the word why. Why. That's the most dangerous of all. It raises the whole question of purpose. No, I'm afraid it would never do to let an ordinary audience watch anything quite as dangerous as your docu-short. But the test audience watched it. They all liked it. You can see right there. Quite meaningless, since they've been conditioned to like anything that's shown them. No, I meant this.

[video] 4:18 Oh, just one of their cult superstitions meant to frighten off demons. In fact, their religion seems to be based partly on demonology. What sort of demons? Almost anything at all. Rocks, trees, animals, sometimes strangers. Like you.

[video] 4:36 All right, young lady in the T-shirt right there. Deacon Outreach. Deacon Outreach. Whoo! I was the next leader of the most amazing nation in the world. How can we set the example on a more nutritional... Check out MyPyramid. It helped me eat the best foods for more energy. I noticed a big difference. Pass it on. It's MyPyramid. I learned a lot about how to keep my calories under control by cutting down on added sugar.

[video] 6:08 Oh, my God.

[video] 7:06 you understand, for example, that there are essential amino acids, that's proteins, certain ones that we have to get. There are essential fatty acids. This is taught in medical school, it's taught in dietetic school. There are essential minerals, there are essential trace minerals, there are essential vitamins. All these things are listed as essential. There is one food group for which the word essential does not exist in any of the textbooks because they're not essential. There is no such thing as an essential carbohydrate. We often hear this phrase, nutrient-dense foods. I think the Weston A. Price Foundation was the first organization to use this phrase. Then the USDA started using it, and when they say nutrient-dense, they mean vegetables. They say vegetables are nutrient-dense foods. So let's have a look here. This is apple, carrots, red meat, and liver. We have phosphorus. Phosphorus is the energy

[video] 8:05 It's the fuel for your cells. It's phosphorus. A little bit in apple and carrots, way more in red meat, and much more in liver. Here's iron. A little tiny smidgen in apples and carrots, quite a bit in red meat, and look at liver. Zinc, hardly any in the plant foods. Lots in red meat and liver. In fact, red meat actually has more zinc than liver. And then copper, B2, vitamin A. There's no vitamin A in plant foods. A little bit in red meat. Look at the liver. A little vitamin C in apples and carrots, but there's actually more vitamin C in liver.

[video] 8:50 And the one I like to point out is B6 and B12, which B12 has fallen off. But liver is so rich in B6 and B12, much more than even red meat. And these are critical vitamins. That's why I say if you're on a budget, You can get more nutrition from eating liver once a week than from eating red meat with every meal. So it's a very important food to include in your diet. You know, because when we look at the food guide pyramid, which is a complete joke, and I've talked about this, they mostly advocate the bottom section is bread, cereal, rice, and pasta, six to 11 servings a day. That's what our government wants us to eat the most of. It's more accurate if you actually take the food guide pyramid and reverse it upside down. Basically, just do the exact opposite of what they tell you and you're gonna be healthy. This is where it gets confusing, because you look at labels and you're like, you see this little American Heart Association on your oatmeal or something, and you're like, oh, sweet, you know, this is good for my heart.

[video] 9:50 And they actually studied a similar product, say it was bread, one that had the label of American Heart Association stamped on there, one that didn't have the label. The ones with the label actually had more sugar. They're completely the same. And again, when you say whole grain, whole grain is the biggest piece of crap I've ever heard because a whole grain means that you start with a frickin' kernel and then you can pulverize it, do whatever the heck you want with it. As long as you started with it before the processing occurred, you can say it's whole grain. Everyone in my family needs more fiber in their diet. Whole grains provide fiber. Foods rich in fiber reduce the risk of diseases, such as heart disease. So I'm going to shop for whole grain. I'll look for products with whole grain in the ingredient list. Here is a brown loaf of bread, which looks like it could be whole grain. But looking closer to the ingredient list says wheat flour. that's not the same as whole wheat.

[video] 10:48 So I'm going to look at a different loaf. This ingredient list says whole wheat, so this is the bread I want to buy.

[video] 11:08 The idea that fat and cholesterol cause heart disease comes from 1952, from the diet-heart hypothesis.

[video] 11:18 This hypothesis has been called the greatest scientific deception of this century, perhaps of any century. A hypothesis is not the truth. It's only an idea. It has to be proven. This hypothesis, since it was proposed, No other hypothesis in the world had so much research put into it. Billions have been spent all over the world to prove this hypothesis. Billions. And a huge political and commercial machine has been built based on this hypothesis. To prove a hypothesis takes a long time. Science doesn't work fast. And while science was working on this hypothesis, The governments in the Western world have fully committed to it. The media touted a new breakthrough, that this is the truth.

[video] 12:16 And all sorts of commercial companies jumped on the bandwagon. The pharmaceutical industry is making billions on this hypothesis. The food industry is making billions. The medical industry is making billions. Western governments are making billions.

[video] 12:35 This hypothesis today, we can 100% say, has been proven wrong. The diet-hut hypothesis is a big mistake. It has been proven wrong for the last 30 years. But because our political and commercial machine has committed to this hypothesis, they work very hard not to allow the population to know the truth. to know the real scientific truth that came out.

[video] 13:10 As you already heard, 95%, maybe more, of studies in the Western world are funded by commercial companies. In English we have a very good saying, you know, in Russia we have another, which is very good, but it says that the one who pays the piper, orders the tune. Right? And what is a scientific study? They design it, they collect data, and then the data is analyzed. If any of you studied statistics, how to analyze data, you would know that there are many methods to analyze the data, depending on what result you want to get out of it. Pharmaceutical industry, food industry, and other industries which benefit from this, employ an army of statisticians to do just that for them. So all of these studies, 95, almost 100% studies on this subject, we cannot trust. They are full of lies.

[video] 14:08 However, the only science that has been working on it, there are only scientists in every country around the world, and they have come up with the truth. So what did the only science actually say? That dietary cholesterol and animal fats have nothing to do with heart disease. They do not cause heart disease. In fact, there is no connection. Tony the Tiger. What outfit from Tiger? Sugar Frosted Flakes by Kellogg's out of Battle Creek. Never heard of it. Never heard of Sugar Frosted Flakes? Those big crisp flakes of corn with that secret toasted in sugar frosting? They're great! One group of rats was given rat chow. second group of rats was given corn flakes, and the third group of rats was given the box that the corn flakes came in. So the rats that got the rat chow lived over a year. The rats that got the box lived longer than the rats that got the corn flakes.

[video] 15:07 The last cornflake rat died the day the first box rat died. The box rats died of starvation. They just lay down and got listless and died. The rats that got the cornflakes became very agitated and ran around their cages and started to bite each other. And they had fits and seizures and they died of convulsions. So there's something very neurotoxic about the corn flakes. And when they did an autopsy, they found lesions. So this is like little cancers, basically, in the nerve cells of the intestine. We have as many nerve cells in our intestines as we do in our brain. There's a big link between the intestines and the brain. So there's something quite neurotoxic about the proteins when they're extruded. And it's sort of like pasteurizing milk. You warp and distort the protein. Same thing happens when you extrude. So I learned bad things. I learned vegetarianism.

[video] 16:06 I learned radical approaches that were not healthful. And then when I got into those, you know, I started getting better and better. I started eating, started studying nutrition, got a great nutritionist at the time who was advocating 70, 75% raw, raw milk, raw eggs, not raw meat, but those things. So I was getting better and better. So by the time I was 27, I was a raw food vegetarian, fruitarian. You were a vegan for a while, weren't you? Six and a half years altogether. Right. So that degenerated me. I went to a good place. And then when I went totally, you know, against any kind of lacto-ovo, not any of that in my diet, you know, then I started degressing. And that was the last two and a half years of that journey.

[video] 17:05 I got on a bicycle. I was going to go out and live on the land and live with, animals and Indian tribes and find out if it was true health because I'd learned after being in those books till I was 27, I realized that there was nothing I was gonna learn of truth from the medical profession because they were run by the pharmaceutical industry. Yes, and you're well versed in this, but you were also in terms of your own experience, you would find that your health profile would rise, you would gain strength, your mind would become clearer, and then when you go on another radical diet, such as when you did become a vegan, for example, it started declining again. You start having problems with your teeth. My mind didn't, because I was so strong like you. I stayed that way, even though there were bad consequences to it. I went on a 20-year lacto-ovo-vegetarian journey. And I think I made it that long because of the lacto-ovo part. Exactly.

[video] 18:01 Because I became ill and had to ultimately leave it behind. You went strict vegan for a while. What were some of the consequences you were seeing for your body? Well, because I had had anemia, the blood cancer, and the bone cancer. Right. I didn't have to be on it but two and a half years before I went down to 98 pounds. My bones started disintegrating. I got leukemia again. and I was deteriorating. Where's all the fat in a vegetarian diet? Right, we've got some in seeds and we have some in nuts. But that doesn't have any of the animal fats. EPA and DHA, which are two of the most important omega-3s, are animal fats. Your body may or may not convert them from something else. They're animal fats. They're not there. So almost everybody that's on a vegetarian diet, the only way they're even getting adequate amounts of some of the wrong fats is if they're pouring them on.

[video] 18:57 They're certainly getting them naturally because natural fats are only in high quantities, percentages, in animal foods and in some nuts and seeds. And then there are many nutrients that they're in the plants, but they're much harder to absorb from the plants, starting with calcium. Now, in traditional diets, there were really only two sources of calcium, either dairy foods, milk, cheese, and so forth, or bones. And cultures that did not have dairy foods made a point of eating bones. The Eskimos ate the fermented bones. they would take the bones of small animals like birds and grind them up and put them in their food. So it was either dairy foods or bones. They were not getting their calcium from vegetables. A lot of the calcium in vegetables is blocked, blocked by things like oxalic acid or phytic acid.

[video] 19:54 B6, magnesium, iron, zinc, and copper, all very crucial nutrients. They are in plant foods, but they're often blocked. They're often difficult to absorb, particularly zinc. The quickest way to develop a zinc deficiency is just to eat a vegan diet, because you cannot obtain adequate zinc from plant foods. And zinc is critical not only for our brains, but for reproduction. Over a hundred enzymes are dependent on zinc. People who eat the most fat and the most cholesterol have the lowest incidence of disease. All disease. The higher your cholesterol level in your blood, the healthier you are. altogether. That's what science has demonstrated, conclusively. People with higher cholesterol live the longest and the healthiest lives. People who are in their 90s, 80s, and people who reach 100, usually have high blood cholesterol.

[video] 20:55 And they eat eggs and bacon and butter for breakfast. On a daily basis, these people. Almost exclusively.

[video] 21:04 Because so many women are concerned about too much saturated fat in daily meals, a great change in eating habits is taking place in homes all over America. More and more women are using both mazola corn oil and mazola margarine. Less saturated fat because its corn oil is never hydrogenated. A delicious spread and a nutritious seasoning for vegetables, mazola margarine is the only margarine to contain mazola corn oil. So, if you're concerned about too much saturated fat... Let's talk about low blood cholesterol.

[video] 21:39 It increases risk of heart disease and stroke. That is a fact. If you have low blood cholesterol, you will have high risk of heart disease and strokes. That is an absolute fact.

[video] 21:56 It is associated with cancer. People who have low blood cholesterol Habit low for about 18 years before they're usually diagnosed with cancer. That is the number that's been given to us by science. It is associated with violence, aggression and suicide. We'll talk more about the brain. But what you have to understand, the brain is a fatty organ. It's got a high fat content, the brain. About 40% of that fat is cholesterol. Your brain is made from cholesterol, 40% of it.

[video] 22:32 The substance called myelin coats every nerve fiber and every nerve cell in your nervous system, in your brain, in your spine, in the peripheral nervous system. It's like an insulation around electric wires. You know that electricity, all electric wires have to be insulated? Our brain works on electricity. So that's the insulation. Myelin, more than 60% of it is cholesterol. The rest is saturated fat. That is what myelin is. So when you start reducing blood cholesterol levels, you're putting the brain under grave danger. Because the brain has cell regeneration processes going on all the time. Cells in the brain do die, and they get replaced by newly born cells. These processes are very active. And these new baby cells need building materials to be made from.

[video] 23:28 They have to be made from cholesterol, saturated fats, proteins, glyconutrients, and some other things. But a large percent is fat and cholesterol. And if the blood cholesterol is low, the brain is not getting enough to maintain its structure and to function properly. Scoop it in a baked potato. Spice it up with salsa. Swirl it in pasta. Oh, I've got a meeting. Meeting? You've got a floor to wax. Me? Knudsen low-fat cottage cheese. Now it comes in four perks. I found a recipe you won't find in a cookbook, but it's sure nutritious and a real money saver, too. Take a quart of carnation instant nonfat dry milk. Add a quart of whole milk.

[video] 24:14 Mix, chill, and serve. You get two quarts of fresh-tasting low-fat milk. People with low blood cholesterol have aggressive personalities and poor self-control. Carl Pfeiffer, a renowned American doctor, who did research in American prisons, has discovered that more than 80% of violent offenders, people who committed murder, and other violent crimes, had low blood cholesterol. More than 85%.

[video] 24:46 Low blood cholesterol makes the brain starve, the brain cannot function well, the person becomes angry, these people are easily irritated, they easily attack, they easily become aggressive, and they are prone to violence and crime.

[video] 25:02 It is associated with Parkinson's disease. Indeed, now we know that statins cause Parkinson's disease. We have an epidemic of Parkinson's disease, It's growing very rapidly. Without doubt, a large percentage of that epidemic is due to anti-cholesterol pills that people are taking. Because the brain is a fatty organ, it requires cholesterol. And if it doesn't get enough, it will manifest symptoms.

[video] 25:31 It is associated with memory loss. In fact, memory loss is the number one side effect of statin drugs. The brain cannot function, you can't remember anything. Because in order to form memories in the brain, synapses have to be formed. The cells in the brain have long arms, they grow long arms to communicate with each other. And when the two arms of two cells come together, they have to do this. They have to create a synapse here, and a synapse here, and they have to connect. Now, the synapses are almost exclusively made out of cholesterol and saturated fat. If your blood cholesterol is low, that is the only place your brain can get cholesterol from, it can manufacture some, but not enough, then the brain can't form these synapses. So the cells cannot connect with each other. As a result, the person cannot create memories.

[video] 26:29 And it is the short-term memory that suffers. The person might remember what happened in the childhood, because those synapses were formed in the childhood, but he doesn't remember what he had for breakfast. and where he put his car keys, and where he left his hat, or his shoes, or something else. The short-term memory is not being formed, because the brain doesn't have enough building materials, resources to create memories. These people can't learn anything new, because in order to learn something, we have to remember it. We can't form memory. I can't believe I used to swing over those rocks. Took some foolish risks as a teenager. But I was still taking a foolish risk with my cholesterol. Anyone with high cholesterol may be at increased risk of heart attack. Diet and exercise weren't enough for me. I stopped kidding myself. I've been eating healthier, exercising more, and now I'm also taking Lipitor. If you've been kidding yourself about high cholesterol, stop.

[video] 27:26 Along with diet, Lipitor has been shown to lower bad cholesterol 39 to 60%. Lipitor is FDA approved to reduce the risk of heart attack and stroke in patients who have heart disease or risk factors for heart disease. Lipitor is not for everyone, including people with liver problems and women who are nursing, pregnant, or may become pregnant. I had a heart attack at 57. My doctor told me I should have been doing more for my high cholesterol. What was I thinking? But now I trust my heart to Lipitor. When diet and exercise are not enough, adding Lipitor may help. Unlike some other cholesterol-lowering medications, Lipitor is FDA approved to reduce the risk of heart attack, stroke, and certain kinds of heart surgeries if you have several common risk factors or heart disease. Lipitor has been extensively studied with over 16 years of research. We have an epidemic of Alzheimer's disease.

[video] 28:18 Western governments are in absolute panic, because it is a terrible epidemic, and it's like an avalanche coming onto humanity. Alzheimer's disease, dementia. A vast percent of that epidemic is due to statins, because every one of these people are taking these drugs. The brain is starving. It cannot form synapses. As a result, the person cannot learn anything, cannot remember anything, and develops Alzheimer's disease.

[video] 28:49 It is associated with poor immunity, because our immune cells are high-fat cells. Large percent of the cell membrane, and the membranes inside the cell, which form organelles, are made out of cholesterol and saturated fat. And immune cells live a very short life, only a few days, many of them. And when there is any infection in the body, there is a fight going on, many of them die. So your bone marrow has to work very hard to give birth to new baby cells, immune cells. Because all your immune cells are born in the bone marrow. Bone marrow is a high cholesterol organ. It has a very high composition of cholesterol. And again, most of that cholesterol comes to your bone marrow from the blood. If you have a low level of cholesterol in your blood, your bone marrow is starving.

[video] 29:44 It cannot manufacture immune cells, blood cells, and many other cells. As a result, you become prone to infections. Western governments are all running around with these hospital infections. MRSA. You've heard of that, haven't you? That hospital infections have become a big problem. Why? Because every patient in these hospitals older than 40 is on statins. They have reduced their cholesterol level in the blood. They are unable to fight infections. In order to fight an infection, we need LDL cholesterol. That is a major, major part of any fight with any infection in the blood. Your immune system requires large amounts of LDL cholesterol. What are they doing? They're giving them statins. LDL cholesterol is low. The person cannot fight any infection. They're completely defenseless, these patients. That is why we have hospital infections. That is a major, major cause of it.

[video] 30:44 Because of high cholesterol, one out of four adults is gambling with heart disease. You could leave it to chance or do something about it with a diet including Fleischmann's margarine, zero cholesterol, low saturated fat. For great bacony crunch without cholesterol, bring home the Bacos. Learning disabilities in children and adults, without doubt, mother's breast milk is very rich in cholesterol. It has a high content of cholesterol. More than that, it has an enzyme in it to make sure that the baby's digestive system absorbs 100% of that cholesterol. Not one molecule of it gets wasted. when babies are breastfeeding. Why? Because the baby's brain, and eyes, and bone marrow, and other high fat organs require large amounts of cholesterol to form themselves properly. Manufacturers of formula feed for babies know this fact.

[video] 31:41 But because of all the propaganda with cholesterol, they don't put any cholesterol in formulas. That is why it is a very high rate amongst formula-fed babies, they have a very high percentage of poor ability to learn, lower intelligence, problems with behavior, and glasses. They have poor eyesight, because their eyes didn't form properly, in these children. And infections as well, because bone marrow is not being properly formed. It is associated with early death. People with low blood cholesterol don't live long. They die early.

[video] 32:41 Thank you.

[video] 33:00 And the truth is getting to the people, but new listeners tune in and it sounds so wild. And he was saying vegetarian diets give you cancer and kill you because they don't have the fats you need and your cells basically collapse and then statins eat holes through your brain even faster. He was saying that 25, 30 years ago. Guess what's in the London Telegraph today?

[video] 33:25 Huge, giant, mega study, long-term vegetarian diet changes human DNA, raising risk of cancer and heart disease. It's well known that people that eat vegetarian diets culturally are shriveled, are weak, are stupid, are infertile, and have small CC-sized brains. Every diet contained animal foods. This was Dr. Price's greatest disappointment. He had hoped to find a culture where they were only eating plant foods and that was healthy. And he did not find this. And he admitted that he was wrong. They went to great risk to obtain the animal foods, great effort and risk to obtain the animal foods. And all of the sacred foods were animal foods. In Dr. Price's opinion, the most important animal food was fish and shellfish. He not only described living skull structure, but he always took calipers with him.

[video] 34:24 And he asked the primitive people to show him the skulls of their ancestors. And he measured the thickness of the skulls. And the people who ate the most fish and shellfish had the thickest skulls. Many cultures ate birds, chickens, ducks, geese, wild birds, always with the organs, fat, and skin. They didn't want skinless chicken breasts.

[video] 34:48 which is basically inedible anyway. And then a lot of cultures ate red meat, beef, goat, sheep, game, et cetera, with the organ meats and the fat preferred. In fact, they would hunt animals when they knew that they were fat because they wanted that fat. In Australia, the Aboriginal people, if they killed a kangaroo that didn't have enough fat on it, that was called rubbish. And they would just throw it away. It was not worth eating. Many cultures had dairy products from Cows, sheep, goats, camels, water buffalo, reindeer, you know, all different species. Always raw or cultured, never pasteurized. And many cultures ate eggs from birds that are outside. And reptiles and insects, again, very important foods, not for us, but for other cultures. I'm not here to tell you you have to eat insects, but we have to recognize that these were nutrient-dense foods in many cultures.

[video] 35:49 In some cells, depending on the function of the cell in the body, depending on where this cell is in the body, some of them have 70% cholesterol in their cell membrane, some have 30. So there's a range between 30 and 70% of cholesterol in the cell membranes in the body.

[video] 36:10 Every cell, about 70% of every cell are membranes. So you can do the calculations yourself. What percent of your body is actually cholesterol and saturated fat? It is more than 50%. You are made from cholesterol. It is a structural element of every cell in your body. And you are made from saturated fats. This is a structural element. And because the cells in the body constantly die and get replaced by newly born cells, building materials are required to build those new baby cells from, to give birth to them. So our bodies require large amounts of cholesterol all the time for that process, and saturated fats as well.

[video] 36:56 The cats began to fight among one another and everything he found, like I said before, this is just Pottinger looking at cats, everything he found was exactly the same as what we see today with human health because we are eating in ways that are not similar to what our body would most closely desire. So we've got all sorts of emotional problems today. They didn't have them before. They weren't there. They just didn't exist. If only we could teach our traditionally trained psychiatrists that one of the most important things for them to do is change their patients' diets, but of course, You don't want to do something that gets rid of patients. The idea is you get to see them over and over and over again. My entire goal is to see people so that then they don't need me anymore. Doctors don't seem to understand that that should be their goal.

[video] 37:51 There's something that's usually said as a joke, it's not a joke, it was true, but it was true thousands of years ago, that in China, the doctor only was paid while the people remained healthy. Because as soon as the person wasn't healthy anymore, it meant the doctor hadn't done his job correctly. And he no longer got any money. Well, it would be nice if we did that today. Of course, if we did that today, doctors would not be an occupation people would want because they'd all be in poverty because none of them would get paid because the patients aren't getting healthy. We're just suppressing their symptoms and bringing up additional side effects. The last 12 FDA heads were all either on the... either a CEO... on a pharmaceutical company or a chemical company, Dow, Monsanto, one of those, or they went to that position after they got out of office. So they're pushing for a whole different agenda here, the chemicalization of humanity.

[video] 38:48 To me, what is happening is they want to make a lot of money. They want to keep control of people. So how do you keep control of people? You keep them procreating, keep them in credit. and you keep them unhealthy.

[video] 39:03 They'll always be in fear of something because they're not going to be well. They're not going to be stable mentally or emotionally. So if they can't get foods that help them calm and relax and be at peace, they're going to be running to a doctor, especially with commercials that are all over lying, deceitful, completely fraudulent commercials that the government completely ordains. I like to serve what I like to eat, meals that are fresh, healthy, and different. And when I found out my cholesterol was still up a little, my doctor told me about a different kind of cholesterol medicine, Zetia. We talked about statins, a good option. Zetia works differently. You see, statins work mainly with the liver, not Zetia. It works in the digestive tract, like some other medicines, but Zetia is unique in the way it helps block the absorption of cholesterol that comes from food. Zetia, along with a healthy diet, help lower bad cholesterol by an average of 30 points. That's 18%. Zetia complements my diet and exercise.

[video] 40:02 Zetia may not be right for people who have ever had liver problems, are nursing, or pregnant, or may become pregnant. Your doctor will decide if Zetia is right for you. Unexplained muscle pain or weakness could be a sign of a rare but serious side effect and should be reported to a doctor right away. Common side effects included tiredness and stomach pain. And the doctor has no therapies, not one, even investigative testing methods that aren't harmful. All of them harm. And one time I talked with the doctor about that and he said, Oh, well, we didn't take an oath when we took the Hippocratic Oath. There was no Bible on, so we really didn't swear at anything. That was the attitude. Think about what you're dealing with with doctors. And doctors all are run by the pharmaceutical industry. Pharmaceutical industry writes all the medical procedures.

[video] 40:57 So the real cause of heart disease epidemic is sugar, bread, breakfast cereals. That's what they eat, day in and day out, and they think it's all right.

[video] 41:09 That is the cause of cancer, of immune disease, of mental illness, of heart disease, atherosclerosis, diabetes, and every other disease in the Western world, in the modern world.

[video] 41:23 Because they cause a glucose overload in the body. The human body has not been designed to get such huge amounts of one particular molecule.

[video] 41:35 If you eat carbohydrates in a natural state, the way Mother Nature gave them to us, raw fruit, raw vegetables, raw grains, they are very difficult to digest. In fact, they are indigestible for the human digestive system. And most carbohydrate that's in them is indigestible. It goes through us, it doesn't absorb, doesn't digest, finishes up in your bowel, Where the microbes in your bowel work on it, they digest it, and they manufacture, they convert all those carbohydrates, more than 75-80% of them, into short-chain fatty acids, which are fully saturated fat. So when we eat natural plants in a natural state, we digest them as saturated fat. They absorb, they feed our immune system, they feed our brain, they support us between meals.

[video] 42:33 But generally speaking, high up, plants are indigestible. But what our industry does, it makes them very, very, very digestible. By processing them. Flour is a highly processed carbohydrate. You finish up with a high level of insulin in your blood all the time. That is what our doctors should be testing. Not cholesterol. When they take your sample of blood, they should test insulin in your bloodstream, and see reactive protein for the marker of inflammation. To see if you have got systemic inflammation in the body. Overproduction of insulin leads to insulin resistance in the body. That is diabetes, that's basically another name for diabetes. Too much insulin leads to permanent inflammation. And perpetual inflammation is the cause of atherosclerosis and heart disease and cancer and everything else. Dad, why are you getting that? Is there a prize in there? There's a prize, all right.

[video] 43:32 Inside every box of Cheerios are those great-tasting little O's made from carefully selected oats that can help lower cholesterol. And Idaho potatoes are now certified to carry the heart checkmark from the American Heart Association for foods low in saturated fat and cholesterol. So they're good for my family and for yours. The problem is that our bodies disagree with the government. And the government usually wins as far as what we get in our knowledge, and our bodies therefore lose. So they came up with a couple of other amino acids that they decided were conditionally essential, like maybe you might need them. Your body still disagrees with the government. So the end result is, where in our area of foodstuffs that we can consume can we get pretty much a decent complement of all of the amino acids that are out there? And the result, when they take a look at all that, is it's only in animal proteins.

[video] 44:30 There are no vegetable proteins that can manage to do that. Now the soy industry, of course, will tell you that soy is a complete protein. And that's because just those particular amino acids that they list as essential are all there. The quantities could be way too low for a couple of them, but they're all there, so they can call it a complete protein. Then the vegetarians will again say, well, you can make complete proteins with your meal by mixing a grain and a bean or a legume. because the one that's missing, so you won't have enough, you know, cysteine in one, you'll have it in the other. Again, we're only trying to get the ones that have been listed as essential. There are lots of others your body needs, and it probably can't make them all. So if you really want a complement of all of them, that's animal proteins again. So we need to do that in order to get all the various ones which are necessary for rebuilding of tissues. So complete

[video] 45:27 must be from animal source and in the eyes of your body, not in the eyes of our government. What we call complete and what your body calls complete are often different. A lot of people have taken my book, We Want to Live, and the recipe for living without disease, and given them to farmers. And once the farmers read that, he said, oh my God, milk will do this, my butter will do that. And then all of a sudden, they take a stand against the government. They realize the government is harming the people. and intentionally getting rid of the good foods. And it shows all the products that come from cows. So it's not just the steak on your plate. But soaps, detergents, waxes, pharmaceuticals, plastics. There are things in modern building materials that come from animal products. Hydraulic brake fluid in airplanes contains something that comes from cows. And there is a membrane in the telephone that vibrates.

[video] 46:26 So you can talk on the telephone that's got beef gelatin in it. So even if you are not eating meat, you you can't take the high road and say that you're not dependent on the products of killed animals because we all are and in the past even more so than today we needed to kill animals not only to get food but also for bones that we use for tools tendons that we use for thread hides to keep us warm leather to make tents and utensils and carrying baskets and things like that. So mankind, all mankind has always been dependent on killing animals. That's just a fact of living in the physical world. And of course we do this with reverence and gratitude, but that's a fact of life.

[video] 48:02 you

[video] 48:37 If fed a piece of meat, it may take a full week to reopen.

[video] 48:45 Seen in time lapse photography, the trap plates press tightly together. Digestive juices are secreted onto the meat and can be seen at the bottom of the leaf.

[video] 48:58 The result is most dramatic. A good meal and there is a sudden and amazing burst of growth.

[video] 49:16 It's this ability to digest flesh that enables the Venus flytrap to gain the precious nutrients on which all plants thrive.

[video] 49:54 Although one fly may escape, sundews are among the most sophisticated of all death traps.

[video] 50:08 Two ants find their way onto a longleaf sundew. Ant number one, attracted by the sundew's color and the scent of its sugar-sweet droplets, is getting a hearty meal. Now the ant has discovered its danger and makes violent efforts to free itself.

[video] 50:29 For its size, it's very powerful. but it's fighting against one of the strongest glues in nature, controlled by a plant that responds to every movement of its prey. The ant twitches in its death throes, but already the sundew has released digestive juices. The plant has begun to absorb nourishment from its victim.

[video] 51:00 To help with absorption, other tentacles curl inward to envelop the ant. In this long leaf species of sundew, only the tentacles move, but here we see a round leaf sundew closing on a mosquito.

[video] 51:19 In this case, the leaf itself curls round in its embrace of death.

[video] 51:25 Plants also exhibit rhythmic movements similar to those in an animal's heart. In some plants, the pulsations can be visually observed. While in others, it can be detected only through electrical devices. The upward and downward movements are recorded on the smoked glass plate.

[video] 51:45 Similar curves are obtained by recording the movements of a frog's heart.

[video] 52:00 When poison is dropped on a leaf, the plant gives a death cry and its pulsatory movement stops.

[video] 52:15 Excitation brought about by a stimulus applied at a point on the plant is transmitted to other parts of the plant. The same thing occurs in an animal's body.

[video] 52:32 When a child puts his finger in a flame, before he has time to cry out, the arm is automatically withdrawn. This is because an ingoing strong stimulus reaching a nerve center is reflected into an outgoing impulse through a new path, causing the hand's withdrawal. A similar reflex arrangement has been discovered in the mimosa plant. The excitation due to a stimulus applied at one end of the leaf first reached the main palvinus and then is reflected back to the other leaves.

[video] 53:08 Observing the world of plants, he used to say, they are our mute comrades whose life runs its silent course. They record their reactions without sound. but our eyes can see the stirrings of their life and the pangs of their death. 324 fellows of London's Royal Society. In the same hall where Darwin, Huxley and Faraday made history, the learned gathering listened with polite interest as the obscure Indian scientist described his pioneering measurements of radio waves. The object of his future experiments was to prove through the design and use of highly specialized machines that all the characteristic responses exhibited by animal tissue are also to be found in plants. The Bose experiments were denied publication by the Royal Society.

[video] 54:02 By daring to suggest that plants have a sensory system similar to humans, Bose offended the learned members. And now the strange story of the evolution of death traps reaches an even stranger ending. Or is it a beginning?

[video] 54:23 The seed of a shepherd's purse has fallen, future generations dormant within. As if a prelude of perils to come, seeds immediately attract the attention of hungry creatures.

[video] 54:38 The vast majority of all seeds that reach the ground are fated to be devoured by animals.

[video] 54:47 But the shepherd's purse has evolved a mechanism to beat the odds. Its seeds attract soil creatures, but then they immobilize them with slime, kill and digest them.

[video] 55:22 The delicate seedlings that emerge are fortified with a banquet of decaying worms and mites. Their first battle over.

[video] 55:35 Plants have been known to respond to sound in general but two University of Missouri scientists recently discovered that they react to caterpillars chewing noises in a very specific way. When they were attacked by caterpillars, they responded with much higher levels of these mustard oils that are toxic to caterpillars. To make sure the chemical reaction was incident specific, the scientists set up an experiment. After establishing their constants and variables, they put a caterpillar on a type of small flowering plant. They took leaf movement measurements and made audio recordings as the caterpillar fed and then tested the plant's leaves. In the next stage, the plants were split into groups and each was introduced to a variety of noises and vibrations. Some were played the recordings while others got sounds and tremors of other insects and rustling wind. One group was left in silence. Only the ones that had listed to the caterpillar recording were quicker to react when the pesky creatures were reintroduced. The scientists aren't sure how plants pull it off, but do plan to conduct more experiments to get to the bottom of the mystery.

[video] 56:35 Thank you.

[video] 57:12 I was living on a bicycle outdoors, which was very stressful, you know, the temperature changes from day to night. But living in that as a fruitarian, strict fruitarian, no lacto, no ovo, no meats at all, I disintegrated heavily. So I chose to die. Because now the cancer's back, and it's like, what am I, I've tried everything. I was aching in every joint. The temperature dropped below 50 degrees. I mean, at 50 degrees, I started having severe joint pain. Mm-hmm. By the time he had 48, I was crippled in excruciating pain. I couldn't move. So you were going to die. So you chose your way. I chose to fast to death. To fast to death. I picked an old Indian burial ground in California. I bicycled all the way from, well, I couldn't bicycle much anymore, but I was in Alaska at the time living with the Eskimos. And all the Indian tribes, I'd lived with four Indian tribes, and all of them suggested I eat raw meat. And they said, oh, they're just trying to kill the white boy. Revenge.

[video] 58:11 Because again, I had been brainwashed into believing, even though raw foods were good, with the vagotomy, which is the severing of the vagus nerve and no hydrochloric acid in the stomach, I would die, I would get a parasite and die. So this was heavily entrenched in your mind that if you ate raw meat, you were going to die. Correct. Of poisoning. Exactly. But you tell us this next part of the story. I was in this old Indian burial ground outside, you know, at the foothills of a mountain range, St. Martinez Mountain Range in Thermal, California. And I was just drinking water. to keep the headaches away. I was going to fast myself to death. I knew it would take probably 40, 60 days to do. So right away, I happened to pick a vein of the mountain where it led up into a canyon where a bunch of coyotes lived. Their den was up there.

[video] 59:11 So they'd come down every night, wake me up, almost like clockwork at midnight, and do their howling and play games with me. By about the 10th, 12th day, my mind's a little fuzzy from all the fasting from that period, but I was able to sense them going around where my campsite was down the wash. So the day that I sensed all 11 of them, the next night they killed a jackrabbit and offered it to me, ripped it up and put it at my feet. And, you know, I was also... a philosophical vegetarian because I loved animals. I didn't want to kill animals as well being afraid of raw meat.

[video] 1:00:00 What went through my head at that moment though, the coyotes were offering it to me and I'm looking at the Easter money. They ripped it open for me. It was all warm and squishy and everything at my feet.

[video] 1:00:15 This dialogue went through my head when I was probably about 10 years old, my brothers and cousins were going rabbit hunting. And my uncle was telling them that if they shot a wild rabbit, they needed to cook it till it was brown inside. There could be no pink meat at all, because there's a microbe in wild rabbits that will take over your intestinal tract within 48 hours, and you'll die a miserable, painful death within 48 hours. So, well, the pain would come within 24 hours, dead in 48. So I thought, oh, coyotes are trying to help me die quickly. So I picked up the rabbit and I started eating. Of course, it came back up and I had to psych myself in, like at the dinner table when I was forced to eat vegetables that would make me projectile vomit. You know, I forced myself into that mental attitude and ate the rabbit.

[video] 1:01:11 And by the time I got through probably the 12th or 15th bite, it tasted incredibly good to me. So I devoured almost three pounds, three and a half pounds. Coyotes shared the rest. They went away. I went back to my campsite to die. And I knew I was dying because I felt good. Right, like you're having that lucid moment before death. Right. You know, I had had three near-death experiences, twice on an operating table where they had to revive me and on a, recreational drug experience and I had to be revived. So I had left the body at those times and when you leave the body like that there's no pain. You have to leave the pain with the body. So I was having that kind of experience though I was walking in the body back to my campsite. So I knew I was dying and I woke the next morning and I'm still alive in my sleeping bag. I didn't go through any white tunnel or meet Buddha or Jesus or anybody.

[video] 1:02:10 I was just still here in my body. And I had pretty good energy for the next three days, four days, and I didn't die. And nothing bad happened. So I said, Indians weren't lying to me at all. They were telling me raw meat. So I started, you know, hunting, trapping chipmunks and birds and scorpions and tarantulas. Anything I'd get a hold of, I'd just break off the poison gland. Seal provides nourishment for the family and the dogs who will pull the heavy loads. And when the family is hungry, a stop is made to eat.

[video] 1:03:00 Seal meat is eaten raw. The word Eskimo comes from an Indian language. It means Eater of raw meat.

[video] 1:03:19 Dr. Price went to Alaska, out into the hinterland, where he could study the Eskimos living on their traditional diets. And here he found a very high degree of physical excellence. He called them splendid specimens. He loved that phrase, splendid specimens. Beautiful straight teeth. He described this woman's teeth as literally two rows of pearls, very broad faces. The children were sturdy and strong. They were curious and alert. He talked to a doctor who'd lived for 30 years among the Eskimos, and this doctor told him that among those who lived on their native diet, he never saw a case of cancer, heart disease, tuberculosis, anything requiring an operation. So when the Eskimos or any of these

[video] 1:04:11 Primitive groups killed an animal the first thing they did was eat the fatty organs the brain the tongue the liver and the marrow they had a way of tapping that femur bone and bringing out the marrow and they ate it raw and marrow is 90 fat but for you to trap these animals and to eat them this is primitive this is raw this is frightening even though rare meat is just about raw it's barely even warmed there this psychological difference that frightens people so and creates a lot of controversy around you is what is it that's happening there as an intuitive being in our psyche that we cannot handle Well, it's our conditioning. We're taught to be afraid of everything, and it's the most absurd thing in the world. Look, I mean, we've had raw dishes throughout history. Steak tartare, chopped raw beef, and raw egg mixed together.

[video] 1:05:10 And the Germans eat more than anybody else of steak tartare, even the French. And we have carpaccio, which is thinly sliced, completely raw meat. After a week of trapping little things and eating them, there's just not much food. And I was 96 pounds. So I got on my bicycle, went to all the near local farms, and I was in a farming country. So I was drinking a gallon of raw milk a day, eating anywhere from a stick to two sticks of butter a day, which is a quarter to a half a pound of butter a day. and chicken and eggs and everything I could eat. And within two and a half months, I gained 50 pounds. And I looked like a scaled Arnold Schwarzenegger. The first time in my life that I had muscles before I was fat as a child. Then I got very skinny once I became a diabetic.

[video] 1:06:06 And this was a combination of eating all the raw fats, the raw proteins, but also you were doing some labor at the time. Yes. So you were using your body. Correct, which was normal except for bicycling. Yeah, I went back to Los Angeles, spread the word that raw meat was the answer. Everybody said, you're going to get a brain fluke and you're going to be an idiot. But this was the only thing that made me truly feel stable and well in my body. So I wasn't going to stop. And after 13 years of eating raw meat and 10 years of fear, I said, there's something terribly wrong here. I've got a vagotomy. I'm supposed to be deathly ill from eating anything raw.

[video] 1:06:48 here i'm eating raw meat for 13 years and i've never gotten diarrhea or vomit from it ever you know this doesn't make sense so i went to the main medical universities looking for the experiments to prove the raw meat gives parasites and there wasn't one yeah we hear salmonella bacterial poisoning where everyone's afraid of raw eggs raw milk oh you're going to get sick and die the stats are something quite different i mean most of the salmonella poisoning that takes place is from cooked foods. Like what, 95, 96%? 99.999%. It's all from cooked food. The people who lived here at Grandalina Cave 800,000 years ago were early humans, or hominids, among the first of our European ancestors.

[video] 1:07:39 They hunted deer and bison and brought them back to their caves where the animals were cut up and eaten raw.

[video] 1:07:48 Six years ago, a collection of bones was found in the cave by a team of Spanish archaeologists. Most were animal, but some were human. Curiously, exactly the same sort of cut marks found on the bones of the animals at Grandalina were also found on the human bones. But there were other unusual cut marks. We have found other kind of cut marks that are indicating that once the bone has been dismembered and all the meat taken off, they're cleaning the bone and preparing the bone probably to break it to extract the marrow. There is only one reason the Grandalena people would have wanted to extract the marrow. Even these very early humans would have discovered that this fatty marrow was a highly nutritious part of any animal. The evidence is clear. The cannibalistic practice is actually nutritional. The Aztecs, the last rulers to control the Valley of Mexico, dismembered and ate their victims for a further 300 years.

[video] 1:08:49 In the Aztec calendar, there were 16 major events each year. And almost all of them involved not only human sacrifice in vast numbers, but involved the consumption of people by the priests, Aztec paintings portray the whole gamut of slaughter. By some accounts, 20,000 people were sacrificed and consumed by priests and dignitaries every year. What Cook stumbled on in the South Pacific was a society where cannibalism had for thousands of years been a way of life and death. Nobody objected to the idea at all. They just were quite happily admitted to it with no sense of shame or guilt. If Cook was astonished to find cannibalism, the natives were equally astonished that Cook was not a cannibal. Cook's journals recorded the stories of Fijian cannibalism, but most Europeans found them hard to believe. Yet in Fiji, cannibalism continued right up until 130 years ago.

[video] 1:09:48 I think it would be not far from the truth to say that we are the product of some form of cannibalism, you know what I mean? In the recent civil war in Liberia, rebel soldiers displayed body parts of their enemies and talked of how they ate them.

[video] 1:10:14 . .

[video] 1:10:50 These very early humans must have simply viewed each other as a good source of food. And perhaps ironically, it is true that the flesh of our own kind is very nutritious. If you bring a person who's starving to death into a diner and give him the choice of a plate of human flesh or a plate of chicken, he would probably be better off eating the plate of human flesh. Digestion involves breaking down the protein and the substances within the food that you eat. If that food is already very close to your own body requirements, there's less of a breakdown process, you save energy, and you can build back up to your own body needs much easier.

[video] 1:11:32 The Western taboo against cannibalism is inseparable from the history of Christianity. The substitution of blood sacrifice with the sacrifice of Christ through the Eucharist, that the only form of human flesh and blood we ingest is the symbolic flesh and blood of Christ. And that makes other forms of human flesh eating anathema. The report has revealed as that recently as the 18th century, no, this didn't stop, British royalty swallowed parts of the human body. The author adds that this was not a practice reserved to monarchs, but was widespread among the well-to-do in Europe. They've always been predators. They see you as animals. See, let me explain how this works, okay? If you're a new listener and you hear me say that Dyncor and Halliburton It's been admitted in congressional hearings and major newspapers in the country.

[video] 1:12:33 are running giant white slavery rings, including women and children. And what does she do? And she does sex to us. She's got a big belly. With a big tattoo on her belly. And what happens in the church? And we do baby sacrifice and eat the baby. What do you mean sacrifice and eat the baby? So we kill the baby and eat it and drink the blood from it. Is that true, Gabriel? Yes. And we dance with the skulls. You what? We dance with the skulls in the church. What skulls? The skulls of the baby. Pardon? The skulls of the baby. You dance with the baby skulls? Yes. And who kills the babies? Papa, me, Elisa. Who kills the babies? Papa. And what, he gets you to help him? Yes. So he tells us to hold the hand with a knife, and then he holds his hand on our hand, so then he cuts the baby's head off.

[video] 1:13:32 And then he took it upside down and then we drained the blood. He does sex to us. He kills babies there. Right. We eat babies. We drink their blood. It's like school time. Right, okay. Instead of lessons, instead of literacy, numeracy, science, we had sex, party, and we ate babies. And my dad, he lied to my mum about being vegan. The Royals drink blood, knowing that Al Gore, it came out in major news back in 99, flies around with a refrigerator full of blood of different blood types. They say, well, it's in case he gets shot, he has blood with him. Well, it's a bunch of different blood types. I know that the royalty has people that wipe their hind ends. And it's actually on the record, but people can't believe it.

[video] 1:14:27 I know that there is a practice in Europe still ongoing and a practice by the Communist Chinese. Elites have always eaten man flesh. Transylvanian royalty, German royalty, French royalty, Dutch royalty. And it's a secret process they reportedly still engage in. But as early as just 60, 70 years ago, it was on record that they would bathe women, especially in the blood of children. This is one of their favorite things to do. And so all elites do this. They believe it makes them beautiful. And they will slit the child's throat right there at the bathtub, pour it in. These women find it beautiful to watch the child's blood spraying out, and they get in the bloodbath. Now, see, I never really even got far on air. I just thought since it's mainstream news right now, British royalty dined on human flesh, I thought I would just bring that up to you. But not so much even the dining on the human flesh.

[video] 1:15:23 They like to split the head open and get the pituitary gland and eat it. It's the old-fashioned growth hormone. You know, the rich people today spend millions of dollars getting the scores of facelifts and Botox and liposuction and blood transfusions. Yeah, but that's for the lower-level nouveau riche. This man helped my son through leukemia. Do something amazing. Give blood.

[video] 1:16:04 The sorts of things that Chikatilo and Dharma did are by no means historically unprecedented. The difference really is that they did it alone, but the sort of aggressive, cannibalistic, you know, eat your enemies thing, Chikatilo, or love people by incorporating them in death into your body, Dharma, are things that whole societies used to do, Now it stands out because they are just single individuals who are aberrant, and we think, my God, this is some, you know, new and bizarre human behavior. It's bizarre, perhaps, but it's not new. Ironically, while Europeans shivered in horror listening to stories of human flesh eaters in the New World, they were also consuming human body parts as medicine in a time-honored practice that flourished in the 16th and 17th centuries.

[video] 1:17:02 Human flesh, powdered bones, fresh blood, fingers, and bits of other human body parts and organs were all considered to have therapeutic value. You could walk into any Wellstocked apothecary in London or Paris and on the shelves find human body substances packaged as medicines.

[video] 1:17:30 One of the most common substances was derived from the embalmed corpses of Egyptian mummies. In powdered form, mummia, as it was called, was considered a powerful cure for a variety of ailments. Places like Denmark, 16th, 17th century, when there were public executions, epileptics would come and line up with their bowls and cups in hand, waiting to receive the warm, fresh blood.

[video] 1:18:07 They're gonna eat me alive They're gonna eat me alive

[video] 1:18:59 Yeah, just realize that 99% of what the medical profession, pharmaceutical houses say is a lie. Do just the opposite, exactly the opposite, and you will be right. On that, thank you very much.
