0:00 What's up guys as requested I'm going to review a video called why we quit non-veg it's a video about Indians and vegetarianism
[video] 0:12 Keep in mind, I was a powerlifter, jimmer, so I kind of needed the non-veg to really maintain my musculature. And it's definitely reduced since I've become vegetarian. But the advantages that leaving non-veg has given me can make up 110,000 times for losing a little bit of your musculature. The point of leaving meat and all for me again...
0:33 At least he admits that it's a lot easier to build muscle when you eat meat.
[video] 0:37 ...was to get to the next level. I have this whole concept of living my life like an athlete. To be more specific, Lebron James, who has always maintained this thing in his life about every season he tries adding one skill to his skill set.
0:52 It's funny that he looks up to Lebron James. He plays basketball, which is statistically the deadliest sport on earth. To look up to somebody like that, you have to be incredibly ignorant or just plain stupid.
[video] 1:05 He can become the ultimate basketball player in the world.
1:08 And he's actually... Yes. Oh, my God. I'm so impressed. He can spin around and throw a man-made ball in a man-made net with sheeple brainwashed Americans watching him. Wow. I would really like to be like him one day.
[video] 1:28 I'm able to achieve that now as like I think a 35 year old okay he's become the ultimate guy and even as a 35 year old he's still yeah the ultimate guy look he has a man-made car with man-made wheels showing off how cool he is to the slaves one of the top players in the league so my way of adding a skill set is work on yourself and at that phase in my life the answer was obvious that leave me
1:51 because meat one will open up your channels for more advanced yoga two it'll make you more calm three who knows it doesn't make you more calm whatsoever vegans and vegetarians are prime examples testosterone for men is what makes us more calm and concentrated which is why women are usually more um what word could i use here i'm not really sure more spontaneous with their feelings and emotions. Men, if they have high testosterone, are very calm in the moment.
[video] 2:26 See what kind of change this brings in my life. What other changes? And this is the best decision I've made in my life. And people think that, you know, because I'm into health, I don't eat red meat. I mean, you know, Mangaloreans, they love their mutton. Mutton sukha with neerdosa. The funny thing is, though, I don't crave it anymore.
2:43 They love their mutton because they don't eat any beef. Cows are sacred in India. They, of course, still have a craving for red meat. In the rest of the earth, we eat beef, usually.
[video] 2:52 The shift happened very slowly, consistently, and very, like, gradually. Even I was a non-vegetarian before. So, whatever it is, chicken, fish...
3:07 Why would you have to gradually shift into this other way of eating? Which is when you eat something that you don't even want to eat. I don't know if she was referring to a vegan diet or whatever.
[video] 3:19 I would even eat raw meat to get some protein. That's great. Well, you used to be great.
[video] 3:37 But then, certain things happened in my life. I went into spirituality. And after that, I think it just happened to me. Even I do not have the answer to how it happened. But it was a calling, I guess. But then your body rejected it, right? Once you get into spirituality, I think your body starts rejecting certain things.
3:57 Yes, yes, exactly. You get into spirituality, your chakras open and that's why you reject the meat. It's your spirit doing that. It's not at all you, especially in India, getting brainwashed not to eat meat when you get into these cults. India is very often called the world's capital of diabetes and that's because diabetes rates there are so high. It's more or less the sickest population on earth. It's really a prime example of why you should eat meat.
[video] 4:26 Yes, yes. Even I was like eating too much at that point of time. I used to eat like six to eight meals a day. Then slowly I started cutting that down. Did it change you temperamentally? Yeah, it removed all the aggression. And you know what you say, it's not aggression towards the outside world, it's aggression towards yourself.
4:41 aggression towards yourself, then you have some other kind of mental issues. You would have unexplainable aggression if your adrenaline and cortisol were high, for example. You would not have it if you were biochemically healthy. If you eat a lot of cholesterol, then you're not going to be aggressive because you create more testosterone, obviously.
[video] 5:04 like anger like i used to get like a like a short fuse i used to be like i used to get angry now i was it became like my anger has gotten subsided considerably i don't get agitated as much you lose a lot of
5:18 It sounds more like she doesn't have as much energy as if her life force isn't there anymore. And that makes sense because meat is the highest vibrational food, so to speak, as in it gives you the most energy, especially if you eat raw meat, obviously, or drink blood, which they would never do in India.
[video] 5:37 Muscle mass, bone density, and you have to obviously keep up. And when you end up eating vegetarian, you feel that you're going to end up eating more carbs, you know, and you'll bloat. But it's all that...
5:48 Carbs don't have to make you bloated if you eat certain kinds of fruits, but if you eat grains, sure.
[video] 5:53 The shift that you make in your head and it's the kind of food that you choose to eat that decides on how you look the next day. And people think that non-vegetarian food, if you're not eating non-vegetarian food, then your body won't be made or maybe you're not getting enough nutrients. But I can tell you this very surely that even in vegetarian food, you can get each and every nutrient that you want.
6:15 That's not true. If you would be eating a vegetarian diet, as in plants, milk products, eggs, and honey, then you would be getting most of the nutrients that you need. You would still not be getting creatine, taurine, and certain amino acids. You would be getting vitamins A, D, K, too, which vegans can get seeing as plants don't have over 50 nutrients. You would be getting most of the nutrients, but in much smaller quantities. Vegetarians still very often become quite malnourished.
[video] 6:41 Amazon? Is he talking about soybeans? Soybeans are created for vegans and vegetarians. How ignorant can you get?
7:00 I know that a lot of vegans are going to say, no, they create the soybeans to feed them to the cattle, for example. No, the leftovers, which are inedible, are fed to the animals. The actual soybeans are only used for human consumption. There's never been one case where actual soybeans have been fed to any animals. That has never been done. Only for humans. Get it inside of your head at last. You are responsible for this. No meat eaters whatsoever. Meat is directly responsible.
[video] 7:31 Arnold Schwarzenegger, Lebron James, people like that are actually... Leaving Meat. Yeah, leaving Meat. Virat Kohli. Virat Kohli for that matter. He used to be huge on... They didn't. No one can talk anything ill about Virat Kohli today.
7:48 It's just that when I look at this guy... It reminds me of all the bad stuff going on in India. They are incredibly sick. It's an incredibly sick population. They have some of the highest rates of deformities in the country, and that's because of vegetarianism. They have very high rates of neurofibromatosis, which is when you have tumors all over your body, they have these clumps of dead cells. This also reminds me of fetus and fetal, which is when there's a fetus growing inside of another fetus and these babies end up with four legs or four arms.
8:29 and these indians actually believe that these are some kind of gods even though these are deformed babies because of the vegetarian diets which are full of seed oils it's really the unhealthiest diet on earth which is why it is the unhealthiest population on earth this guy really Reminds me of that.
[video] 8:51 Amnes is very loyal to his exercises, what he eats, reading, whatever he reads, he teaches himself a lot. So, according to Ayurveda, food is not just nutrition. It is also energy. It is also a vibe that you are putting in. It's also memories. It is also memories, correct. so if you are eating a non-vegetarian food you know what kind of vibes you're putting in there is anger there is fear there is violence why would there be any of that this is just a religious belief it's not based on anything if you put that kind of vibe within you're basically eating stress you're eating stress and that will come up in the form of mental agitation and you your life will be more About those kind of wipes. 100%. So basically, I'll explain the biology, what I understand of it. Basically, when you're cutting an animal, okay, when you're killing an animal, no living being wants to die. Like that is a natural instinct of any living being that I don't want to die. I want to save myself and I want to procreate.
[video] 9:47 So the reaction of any living being when you're cutting it is that its cells become extremely acidic. The acid levels in the whole body go up a lot. Okay, so any meat, even if- What acid levels?
9:59 What acids? What are you actually talking about? It's just religion.
[video] 10:04 If you do like, even if you drain the blood, even if you're doing it ethically, it is an acidic substance. Now your body is alkaline, like naturally.
10:14 What? What does he mean that our bodies are alkaline? In what way exactly? Our bodies are made up of acids.
[video] 10:21 When you're eating like that acidic thing, there's a conversion process. Like that whole, like the meat goes from being acidic to becoming alkaline. In the process, obviously the biological aspect is a lot of heat is released. And then that heat causes problems in your body.
10:34 What heat causes what problems? Oh yeah. In Ayurveda, of course. Yeah. In the religious texts.
10:45 Yes, that's called energy. What the hell is this video?
[video] 10:49 That is why you can see people getting a lot of body heating issues, pimples and all those. Like Ayurveda, I know you are into it.
10:56 Yeah, people get pimples. They don't get pimples from the seed oils that you Indian seed, not at all. Seriously, what the hell? Yeah. People who eat a carnivore that, for example, always report that their pimples go away, the acne. Why would it then go away if they only eat meat?
[video] 11:12 Some people might say that even plants are living. You are killing them. I would like to defer to this because if you are eating a fruit, even if you don't... You don't have to kill the plant. you have to just pluck the fruit or it will anyway fall down.
11:29 Similarly with... What does it matter even if plants would feel or whatever? Why does it matter? What's wrong with killing an animal or anything? That's nature. Living organisms consume other living organisms. There's even plants that eat animals. Technically, all plants absorb animals if they can, but there's some that actually eat, as in they have a sort of mouth, which they use to catch insects. It's normal.
[video] 12:00 a vegetable. Of course there are certain vegetables you have to pull from the ground. So you have to be a little sensible and see if you can compare the violence. It's too less when it comes to vegetarian food.
12:15 And so what? Even if that was true, okay, less violence. Okay, what does that mean exactly? You didn't say, I commit less violence, therefore... You didn't say anything, just less violence. That doesn't mean anything. Why would less violence be good? It doesn't make any sense.
[video] 12:32 It's your choice. But if you love the Earth, understand there is no other planet like Earth. It's nowhere else is green. Right?
12:41 No other planet has 21% of oxygen that... Yeah, and if you keep promoting vegetarian and vegan diets, then there won't be any more green left. Start eating meat.
[video] 12:52 you we are all surviving on today if you care for it i think you should consider at least lowering down reducing and slowly if you can leave it it's great so if not it's your choice
13:05 They were at least not really pushy, and that's because when you eat meat, you're not pushy at all. When you're a vegetarian, you start pushing your beliefs a little bit too much, but it's tolerable. When you're a vegan, you're so malnourished, you're so agitated, you're absolutely not calm, that you push your beliefs and get super annoying and that's because you're really malnourished. I've never heard anybody say, I know this vegan and he's super calm and friendly. They will usually rather say that he's somewhat annoying depending on how long he's been vegan. The longer you're vegan, the more agitated you become. You become annoyed at everything around you and that's because you become more and more malnourished. You could only be pleasant to be around if you've been vegan for one week.
13:56 You start radiating the way you feel. If everything annoys you, then you will, of course, annoy everybody around you and you will be unbearable to be around. That's my experience. Thanks for watching.
