0:00 Hey, what's up? I'm going to be reviewing the video called Living with World's Healthiest Family for 24 Hours by Jesse James West. this is the world's fittest family and they have one of the most and he already contradicted himself and the title of the video because the word fittest pretty much means the opposite of healthiest insane daily fitness routines you'll ever see and so for the next 24 hours i'll be eating training and living just like them
[video] 0:33 Of course, they wake up at 6AM, probably with an alarm. This video will most likely be all about living counterintuitively.
[video] 0:53 Mom, Dad, I'm home! Hello! We'll see about that. There's a standard in this family. There's a standard? Okay, let's go. All right, Jesse, you're part of the family, so you have to start with our morning drink. Are you ready? Okay, I'm ready. Not before Pompey's not. Jesse Jr., we're gonna need 20 before it's time to go. Let's go. 20? Yeah, we're judging. On the ground? Mm-hmm.
1:14 The beginning is already unhealthy. People don't even understand what health is today. They believe that health is the opposite, which is them struggling, being exhausted, stressed. Health is the state of not feeling any pain and not struggling. No illness, no disease. Being happy also. Feeling good. And you know exactly how health feels like if you have experienced it. And unfortunately, most people haven't even really today.
[video] 2:01 Lock your elbows out. I am. No, you're not. Seven, eight, 17. You didn't touch. 19, 20. All right, let's go drink up. I actually do have a pump already. That's crazy. Cheese seeds, lemon water. This is the Bowen.
2:15 Chia seeds lemon water could be worse, could be some green plants, but that won't taste good.
[video] 2:23 Surprise of mom and dad, Jess and Jordan, and then 12 year old Brody and 17 year old Slade. They've been training as a family since before the kids could even walk.
2:31 Making both the kids... Would be interesting to know how old the parents are because they are probably prematurely aged.
[video] 2:39 Kids and the parents extremely gifted in all their athletic endeavors. However, in order to perform at these, they started their day with lemon water and chia seeds to help with digestion. Cheers! To becoming a Bowen!
2:51 It helps with digestion? How? In what way? It's just seeds which you cannot even digest? Ironically.
[video] 2:59 Holding a standard! Yes, sir!
[video] 3:04 Well, that's chunky. Mm-hmm. OK. Is the key to chug it or sip it? Honestly, I just chug it. I enjoy it. They don't. OK. Mm. Definitely a really interesting texture. Concoction down. I say we go loosen these legs up. What do you think? Let's do it. Let's go run. But before we could run, Brody needed my help with her chores. Oh, my god.
3:25 It's nice to see that they have animals if they eat them. They shouldn't be feeding them seeds, but I understand why they do that.
[video] 3:35 When did you guys start working out? When we were like... Day one. Yeah, when we turned black. Yeah, he was nine months old actually when we opened the first gym, so he couldn't even walk. What? That's so wild. The oldest memory I have is me doing a snatch with a dumbbell. That's all I... That's your first memory? Yeah, that's all I can think of for memories. One, three...
[video] 4:02 Fastest in the family. Right here. Following this family run, the sun had officially risen, which means it was time to move on to our next activity, where Brody, just like with the animals, was going to take me out of my comfort zone once again. Oh, my gosh.
4:13 That's what it's all about. No comfort. No health. Health is comfort, by the way. In case you don't understand, which we all do. Naturally, we all feel it, but nowadays, because of severe brainwashing, people don't get it.
[video] 4:28 Hey, guys! Hello, everyone. I am the newest member of your dance squad. That's right. For my next challenge, I try to become a member of this family. I had to participate in Brody's dance class, but little did they know, I'm actually an incredible dancer. Oh, I can do that. I can do that. I can't do that. I will break something. Five, six, seven, eight. You see that? Yeah. I hear giggles behind me. Am I doing well? One, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight. One, two, three, and four. Hey. Oh, my God. That's it. Do it by yourself now so we can watch. By myself? Yeah. Like so we can watch. What, is it show and tell? Yes. One, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight. One, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight. Yeah. That was it. Yeah, that was it. That was it. I thought it was going to be atrocious, but it's pretty impressive to me. Yeah.
[video] 5:14 I'll take it, y'all. You see me hit that hook? I hit that hook. You fit right in with the middle school girl. Hey, you even have the white tank top on.
[video] 5:21 And he tells the audience that he won't enjoy it, meaning that he will suffer, go through pain, yet he calls the video the healthiest family.
5:47 It's the opposite. Everything that you saw so far is the opposite of health.
[video] 5:54 At the very end of the day. But anyway, it was time for the next part of the Bowen family routine, which is going to involve a little trip to the beach. The trees are flying, the sand is hitting me in the face and it hurts. And the reason for us being at the beach is because Slade is training to be a lifeguard. Therefore, no matter the weather, he had to get his practice in. So we're going to do a quick run down there and then we'll swim back. And then one more thing. So if you're worried about sharks, this is what you do to tell if they're in your area, okay? All you got to do is go put your hand in the water, take it out, and if your hand's wet, they're sharks. They're actually like sharks. Oh, definitely. Yeah. I don't like the sound of that at all. All right, we're off. Don't worry about it. They generally attack the most wounded-looking animal. So, you know. Oh, no. Biggest thing is to not gas out of the water. Also, don't go trying this at home. We're surrounded by safety and medical professionals in a very safe environment. I can't see my goggles. My goggles aren't working.
6:39 Nobody would ever go and swim in such weather. But again when you live counterintuitively Meaning when you live an unhealthy life, then you go and do it Go ahead
[video] 7:03 16 17 18 this is crazy come on 19 let's go let's go 20. go for pr 21 come on 24 let's go 22 she really needs this validation she's doing it for the camera you can see how counterintuitive it is what she's doing she really doesn't want to do it it's insane Wow, she looked so much better Wow
7:53 That's crazy.
[video] 7:54 No, I could not. I actually was at the gym and I saw this lady doing pull-ups and it motivated me. And so that was my goal, to do pull-ups.
8:03 I did find out their age online. If it's true, the husband is supposedly 42. He looks like he's in his 50s, obviously. And she's 38. She looks like she's around 50 at the very least. Their skin has aged insanely much. Maybe they will show a closer up shot.
[video] 8:27 Exactly she wasn't able to do it because you're not naturally supposed to be able to do it obviously You're not supposed to be able to pull yourself up on a metal bar or anything because nobody has ever done that before this all started with
8:51 the gym. People were brainwashed to believe that being fit means being healthy somehow, which is insane because both of the words mean the opposite, essentially. But I've shown you tons of examples of how people believe the opposite today. That shouldn't surprise people who watch my videos. This is yet another example of people believing the opposite of the truth.
[video] 9:20 I pull ups on my own to see how many I could do. And surprisingly, I was able to get 25 reps, which made no sense to me considering how much I've already put my body through today. You got it. Yeah, 25. Come on. I couldn't move. I couldn't move anymore. And then shortly after this, the scheme that I had started plotting earlier became a reality. Oh, DoorDash? Yo, my DoorDash is here? Yo, no way. I'm sorry. Oh, sick. You better have some protein bars in there. No, there's protein in here, I swear. You see, I figured if they were going to say that they eat sugar in moderation, that I was going to put that to the test, considering they are the fittest family and donuts should not be on the menu. Get out of here with those. Get them out of here. All right, all right. But unfortunately for me, what I thought was a little funny bit meant a lot more to them. Do you think you want to be a part of this family and eat donuts? No, ma'am. No way. I did. I did for a moment. Absolutely not. I did for a moment. Did you eat your protein today? No. Doubt it. Doubt it. Throw these away right now. Combat divers point their toes. Let's go. There we go. How long is this? Oh!
[video] 10:20 You want to go look at your donuts in the trash? No, I'm done with them. You want to go look at them in the trash? I'm never eating Krispy Kreme ever again. Let me show you something. No, I don't want to see them like that. Look at them. Look what you did to them. They could have gone to a happy family, but now they're in the trash because of you. I am trash. Put the lid on. I am trash. I am trash. You know what? You're fine. You're good. Oh, I'm good? Yeah. Yeah. Following that complete misread of a situation, we did a few more exercises as a family. Yeah! You can't spell family without me. I'm not going to lie, my body hurts from today already. And we're like, what, halfway? We are like halfway, yeah. Oh, boy. Good. Almost, almost. It's awesome that even if we're just filming and doing this video, their parents are always training them and teaching them to be better and better. Right, now it's going to wake you up.
11:06 Better and better at what? Lifting metal up and down. Why would you want to be good at that?
11:19 In a healthy way. Again, people just don't understand what the word healthy means. This is pretty much the opposite of health, what you're seeing here. It's not health promoting activities.
[video] 11:33 That was good, though. That was good. See, Jordan is your dad. Ronnie Coleman's my dad. Yeah. Do you see it? I think he'd be disappointed. Disappointed? You better watch your tone. Come on, come on, come on.
11:48 Ronnie Coleman is in a wheelchair because of weightlifting. Why do people talk about him as if he's a great inspiration? Do you want to end up like that? Is that healthy? Should we look up to something like that?
[video] 12:19 Oh yes, there you could see her.
12:26 Yes, but this is always what you should expect. If you're into fitness, which means exhaustion, stress, struggling, which is what the word means, it's what it always used to mean, the word fit. Then expect dark eye circles, under eye bags, premature wrinkles because your whole body will be prematurely aging, a shorter lifespan, and so on. It's what you should expect if you're stressed. And if you follow a fitness routine, you're following a stress routine. And that is pretty much the opposite of health.
13:12 a healthy routine there's no such thing anyway because a routine means that you're following a man-made plan and something man-made won't lead you to health anyway obviously but if you simply want to live a healthy life then this is pretty much the opposite of that
[video] 13:32 are feasting. We burned so many calories. We went to Whole Foods. Listen, I let Jess, a.k.a. my new mom, I let her pick out all the food. We've got rice, chicken, carrots, egg, mashed potato. That was all you. I love mashed potatoes. She loves mashed potatoes. Cheers to fitness and health. Whoo! Do you guys actually, like, eat enjoyable food? Is this not enjoyable? No, this is enjoyable. Watch what you say. We don't limit anything outside of if it's gluten-free, seed oil-free, artificial color-free. Outside of that, we can eat anything.
14:04 At least they avoid seed oils. It's kind of irrelevant when you have such an unhealthy lifestyle. You could be eating raw meat, you would still be super unhealthy if you would try to be so fit as in struggle so much, be exposed to so much stress.
[video] 14:24 Taco Bell, or McDonald's. I tried to make them a peanut butter and jelly sandwich. No. They hated it. It's the most un-American thing they do. Yeah. But you know what's super American? We are going to school now. Welcome back to high school for me. And middle school. You're going to be in seventh grade. Middle school? Seventh grade. High school? High school. Yo, seventh grade was legendary. Even though it's said that she's 12 years old at the beginning of the video,
14:56 While reviewing it, I believe that she's 15. And at the end of the video, I even thought that she looks old for 15. This shows you that no matter how old you are, if you are exposed to stress, you will age prematurely.
[video] 15:14 And you should explain why we study Latin. You study Latin because it ties into all the other languages, so once you learn Latin, it kind of helps you. I know one word in Latin. What is it? David.
15:32 Protein bars are all waste products. That's it. They simply use waste from some industries, seed industries, dairy industries, and then they sell it to you as a protein bar. It's beyond a scam because they are actually harmful to your health.
[video] 15:53 Jujitsu is one of the biggest jokes on earth. It's laughable! You're just learning how to follow man-made rules like a slave.
16:13 Pathetic.
[video] 16:14 Again, counter-intuitive fighting. Kindergarten children baby fighting, obviously.
16:38 It's all about not doing what you would be doing in this kind of a situation, which is obvious. Look at Jesse and the other guy. Just look at him, look at his face. What should he do right now? It's absolutely clear, naturally. But he won't for an obvious reason. The problem is that when you actually learn jujitsu, boxing, mixed martial arts or whatever, you do it over and over again and you actually believe that this is how you fight. If you would see it as a joke, as a child's game, then whatever, right? But people do this and actually believe that this is how you should defend yourself. That's the biggest problem. They actually start taking it seriously. And when people go and watch boxing matches, they actually start believing that punching, which is a
17:37 the worst thing you could possibly do. It will do the least amount of damage out of anything. There's nothing on Earth that can do less damage than punching, just nothing. It's the worst thing you can do. They will actually start taking it seriously. And they will believe that this is how real men fight, or who knows what, they will believe in their delusional minds, when it's the opposite. It's actually, once again, the opposite. Just like it is with fitness and health. People just always believe the opposite.
[video] 18:16 That, my friends, is the face of a fully grown man being completely manhandled by a 17-year-old boy, which is why Jordan then gave me some more pointers about tucking my elbows in to get some more power. Oh, so it's like... It's a much more reclaiming with my elbows. Got it. Just elbow, elbow. Oh, whoa, that's so strong. What the heck? And for some reason, that tip really clicked with me, which made me ready to start sparring the rest of the family members. Don't be rude. I've never fought a woman before. Wait a minute!
18:48 There's just so many things you could do in such a situation oh My god, this is just such a joke it's unbelievable I swear
19:08 It all only works when you follow specific rules. Once you don't, none of it works. In jujitsu, nothing works if you don't follow rules. And nobody in nature follows any rules. Jujitsu in nature would be... People would laugh themselves to death.
19:47 That's simply slaves imitating what they really want to do. That's all that this is about. An absolute joke. We should be laughing at it. If I was there, I would be standing just laughing, pointing fingers at them.
20:29 Both absolute losers. Come on.
[video] 20:33 Wow, he has very crazy aged skin. It's the largest organ of your body.
20:47 It shows exactly how healthy you are, how aged you are. And we can see that biologically he's, I said 50s before, biologically he's in his 60s, 70s actually. When you compare him, To natural humans. When you compare him to modern humans, you may not think that. Then he looks like he's around 50, but naturally he looks horrible for his age. 42, that's insane. That's all because of the fitness, which is the opposite of health.
[video] 21:22 Jesse James West is, for sure, one of the worst online influencers. He promotes fitness, which as I explained is pretty much the opposite of health.
21:49 A healthy state is a state without pain, suffering, you're not exhausted, you feel good.
21:59 A fit state is a state full of exhaustion, you struggle, you feel pain. And these people believe that you can become healthy or even be the healthiest family on earth by feeling a lot of pain and struggling, being exhausted all day long. I don't believe that they do this in their everyday life. But they for sure do go out and run, they have the gyms, obviously they work out in the gyms. You can see that they adapted their bodies to all of this. The mother adapted her body to the pull-ups, and this is why she's able to do that. That's what being fit is all about. A fit body is a body which is well adapted to stress.
22:57 And the fitter you are, the more stressed you will be, seeing as You have to go through the pain, exhaustion and suffering to adapt your body to all of that. And every time you feel anything like that, you will age your body. That's what pain, suffering and stress does to your body. And that's why you will never find anybody who is fit but looks also healthy that's impossible because once you become fit you will always have dark eye circles under eye bags you will always look exhausted you will always prematurely age your body and that's because fitness is pretty much the opposite of health thanks for watching
