0:00 Hi guys, as requested I'm going to review a video by Theo Baker. It's called running a marathon six months after surgery. One of his biggest idols is David Goggins. Just to give you an idea of his mindset.

[video] 0:16 The London Marathon. Should I be doing it? Lovely. Probably not. Am I doing it?

[video] 0:28 Such a lovely city, innit? This is just six to seven months after surgery, so for me it's not about hitting a certain time. My training this time, been okay. I've had a few hiccups on the road to recovery and on the road to the marathon, but in general, yeah, I've not done enough training. Hip surgeries are very common among the so-called athletes, people who do sports and wow

1:12 Those are some dark eye circles, Jesus.

[video] 1:15 The x-ray showed that I've got cam deformities in my hip, which apparently a lot of footballers have, and that could be causing the pain which is in the groin.

1:27 Yes, because playing football is very unnatural, it's movements that you would never do in nature.

[video] 1:32 It can go very well, but it is surgery, and the problem with surgery is that you might antagonize the hips.

[video] 1:43 I was dripping with sweat to walk three meters to the toilet. Six months later, I'm running a marathon. Come on.

[video] 1:59 We welcome back HelloFresh to the channel. I've been using these lot for about three years now. It is the night before the marathon which means...

2:06 He kind of reminds me of Joey Carpstrong.

[video] 2:09 I need a freshly prepared healthy carbohydrate meal.

2:12 If you don't know what they are... Healthy carbohydrate meal? I didn't see anything healthy there at all.

[video] 2:17 Very easy. You simply go on their website, you put in your details, you order the meal kits that you want and they arrive at your door in just a matter of days.

2:25 What is supposed to be healthy about it? It's pasta, which only has fiber, anti-nutrients, and carbohydrates, which are sugar. So nothing, in other words. And then some man-made greens, which are not found in nature, which only have poisons, fiber, and that's it. Oh, fiber and poisons, very good.

[video] 2:43 You can choose up to two, three and four person meals. And if you wanna get yourself 60% off your first box and 25% off your next two months plus some free gifts, use the code on screen right now. Scan the QR code or use the link in the description down below. Now then, let's get cooking with the sweet and sticky beef noodles. With plenty of bank holidays coming up in May, you want your life to be hassle-free and with HelloFresh, you can pause or even skip weeks whenever you want. Now me personally, I like to have my meals cooked quickly. And this one in particular is a 20 minute rapid one. It makes my life easy. And you're using ingredients I've never normally used before. This is pak choi. I've never cooked with pak choi before, but I'm excited.

[video] 3:14 Just about to play up now, what more do you want? It's taking me less than 20 minutes to cook my pre-marathon meal. Carbs, veg, protein, might work. And voila, sweet and sticky beef noodles. That tastes amazing.

3:29 The problem is that micronutrient-wise there was nothing there, so he was actually only eating a macronutrient-rich food, not even that really, mostly you would get carbs out of it. The protein is obviously largely destroyed because of the cooking, and... Maybe he destroyed some of the poisons in the green vegetables, that would be good.

[video] 3:49 Every time I see the UK I remember that it's the ugliest country on earth.

[video] 4:17 Right, we've arrived in Greenwich. Getting excited now. I'm actually getting quite hungry because I didn't have too much for breakfast. And it's happened. The drizzle has started. Hopefully it just stays like this. This is actually quite nice. Anything more than this, we're gonna get smoked.

[video] 4:31 The start of the race is about 45 minutes away. We're here at the red start light. The heavens have opened. Legs feel good.

4:36 A bunch of slaves gather to run for no reason at all. Maybe to possibly get some kind of attention from other people, maybe from the media. Oh, yeah, that's very important in life. Decrease your lifespan, destroy your joints, your hips. This is what all the hard work in the physio room's been for.

[video] 4:56 Lovely British feather. Three, two, one.

5:31 The sad part is that all that he's actually going to achieve from this run are darker dark eye circles. At the very best, if not something worse, that goes for everybody there. It's very common among runners, especially marathon runners, to have dark eye circles. Pretty much all of them have that because of how exhausting it is for the body. Dark eye circles are for the most part caused by stress. That can be a stressful job, coffee also because of the adrenaline, and other stress hormones released after drinking a tea of course also. For the English, running is considered to be a very, very extreme form of stress. It's incredibly unhealthy, which is why it damages the body so severely. Humans and nature pretty much never run. Even if we would try to run away from a four-legged animal, we would fail. And we would never in a million years be able to chase a four-legged animal. Never. It's impossible.

[video] 6:27 It's my pain to stick to my heart rate because of how exciting this whole thing is for the crowd. So I just need to stay cultivated and trust the process.

[video] 6:42 It's just over an hour done, probably the quickest hour of my life.

6:46 Three miles later and his dark eye circles are already worse.

[video] 6:50 Everything is going so fast. Woo, a bit of water. Oh my god, he's amazing. Because the improvement slowed down a lot, a lot of frustration in me, stressing out. He's winning!

[video] 7:05 It was a really dark time, from October to January. But saying that January 1st, New Year's Day, I was allowed to do my first run. I put all that hard graft in the gym. It was every single day. It was actually horrific. It was tough. But January 1st, I was allowed to run for the first time. And that feeling, oh, almost brings tears to my eyes. Yes!

7:27 He was allowed to run. It's as if he sees it as something beneficial in his life. Like he's allowed to do something that you could assume is beneficial for his health, even though it's so detrimental for his health.

[video] 7:43 I was in Sweden, Chris was with me, he was supporting me. Even though I was in a lot of pain, I couldn't do a lot of things, I felt like I could run. The feeling? You look incredibly exhausted and tortured. That's some kind of really severe delusion, he doesn't look or feel great at all.

8:25 It's also the pressure from the people who are watching, as I said, also the media and everybody around you to keep going, to keep ruining your life, decreasing your lifespan, and this is a very severe reduction in your lifespan. Again, just to get attention, there's literally nothing You can get out of this, except for attention from other people. Maybe the first place is get some kind of man-made medal, a man-made trophy, which has a man-made text on it in a man-made language with zero natural meaning. It's completely for slaves.

[video] 8:57 I've got my family now, and my brother is dancing. Let's see if we can spot him.

[video] 9:06 Why am I doing this then? Mainly it's to raise money for Laureus Sport for Good Foundation. You know, it's all about helping underprivileged kids through the meaning of football.

9:14 You shouldn't be helping kids through football. There's many, many better ways to help children. Teach them how to live naturally instead of doing a sport which is in the top five of the deadliest sports on earth. The most deaths are caused by basketball, but football is right up there.

[video] 9:32 But also, I want to prove to myself that, look, you've had the surgery, and that's not going to stop you. You're going to prove to yourself that you can continue to do these sporting feats. You know, my plan was to do at least one every year. When I got the opportunity to do the London Marathon, I couldn't say no to it because, you know, it's hard. It's hard to get into the London Marathon, so I just couldn't pass this opportunity by. My heart rate has shot up. It's absolutely amazing. Wow. Oh, what a way to cross the upway mark. because of the marathon, because of the Goggins video and stuff like that, I am pushing myself quite far, which internally... Yeah, oh my god.

10:07 Yeah, Goggins, who completely hates his life, he hates himself, who pushed his body to very severe injuries,

[video] 10:16 is your inspiration what does that say about you to these hiccups like if i didn't do the boggins video i wouldn't have got shin splints maybe i would have got something else but shin splints have affected my training quite a lot and i'm definitely further away from where i'd like to be in terms of marathon training maybe we should have just focused on one thing but you know we're here now we're gonna make do keep pushing myself and you know hopefully my body will just get me through the next four and a half five hours worth of running The looming question that has been over my head and I did ask my doctor last week was, has the surgery worked?

[video] 10:54 short answer is we don't know they do know that the surgery went well and what they went in to do they have done but without playing football we don't know if it's worked or not because of the way the bow would catch all you know the muscle and the ligaments and stuff we're waiting on the swelling to go down the hip flex and everything to strengthen around it still so i'm working harder the moment of truth is that first time i play football properly in a match or in a video the next day when i wake up if there's no groin pain it's worked there is groin pain

[video] 11:21 They said they don't want to do another surgery because if you have two of these hip arthroscopies, you end up having a hip replacement like Andy Murray. So if it does hurt when I wake up from playing football, then no more football for Theo.

11:35 This is really sad. He really doesn't realize what he's doing to himself.

[video] 11:39 The last thing that happened before the surgery was this like monumental eye of the Sidemen.

11:57 Yeah, he shot a man-made ball inside of a man-made goal net with some guy trying to catch the ball for no reason at all. None of it has any meaning. It's absolute slavery. You have to be an absolute loser slave to watch this, let alone to play it and to ruin your health chasing a ball.

[video] 12:18 Do not let him shoot, he'll hurt you.

12:26 All of them are losers and everybody watching it is a loser.

12:35 All of this is anti-masculinity.

[video] 12:49 I don't know this guy, but from what I understand, his passion is football, yet he's running a marathon, risking more injuries.

[video] 13:18 I'm battling off the worst cramp ever. Keep going, keep going. Come on! I wouldn't be able to run this London Marathon without saying a big thank you to Dave, my physio, and Nike for helping me out. They have just been so, so good to me.

13:35 Yeah, Nike benefits from all of these slaves who ruined their health for no reason at all. It's just a business to them. They don't care about you.

[video] 13:42 28K done.

13:44 Literally, if his surgery wouldn't have worked out, they would have just thrown him away like anybody else.

14:05 Even in school, as a kid already, I hated running. I never did it. I didn't care if I'm gonna get a bad grade because of it. I just didn't do it.

14:19 To be clear, I was the fastest sprinter in my school, but I didn't do long distance running. Probably because even as a kid I realized how unnatural it is for humans to do that.

[video] 14:33 Oh my god.

15:19 Wow, he did get the man-made meaningless medal for slaves Congratulations, mate!

[video] 15:27 It's bloody fantastic, innit? Yes, go and donate money so that the youth can get dark eye circles and become just as miserable as this guy. Bravo.

16:01 I didn't expect anything else from this video. It's just a guy who's incredibly sick, who even had surgery just to continue his lifestyle, which is destroying his health. Just like bodybuilders, as in body destroyers, This is also a form of body destruction, just in a different way. This will destroy your joints much more likely, and of course also your hips. This is actually a good example of what happens to humans when they are removed from nature and have no meaning in their lives anymore. They have nothing to do in everyday life. Everything is meaningless, and it is really meaningless, which is why they start running marathons or doing sports, even though in reality what you want to do with your football team, for example, is to hunt. You want to go with your mates and hunt animals. That's what we would be doing in nature.

17:01 But because you're not allowed to do that anymore in most countries, And even if you would be allowed, it's a hassle to get the license, it's expensive, and most of your mates don't even want to do it anyway, because they are such slaves, they would be telling you to go and play some footy, or just go to the pub in the weekend, innit? Get drunk! If you don't get drunk, it's not really a proper weekend, innit? You gotta get drunk to enjoy your life. That's really their mentality. Instead of actually getting good food, enjoying your time in nature, going hunting... No, no, no. It's pathetic. Thanks for watching.
