0:00 hey what's up as suggested by a subscriber i'm gonna be reviewing a video called how i'm going to live until 150 by niall kiddo you could live to 150 in an environment like this
[video] 0:32 Life in the mountains of Costa Rica feels timeless. Everything feels connected to something bigger. The air is clean, the water is straight from the source, and the food is real. Fresh milk from cows grazing on pastures, cheese made the same way for generations, and meals cooked to ingredients that nourish every cell in your body. Life's pretty simple.
0:49 Cooked food which nourishes every cell in your body? That doesn't make any sense. Only raw food would do that.
1:00 Cooked food and nourishment doesn't go together. It's almost like oxymorons.
[video] 1:06 But it's powerful. Days start with sunlight, movement, grounding your body to the earth. There's ice-cold river plunges that wake up your system and wood-barred jacuzzis that bring it all back to balance. It's a cycle of stress and recovery, work and rest, just like nature intended.
1:19 but nature did not intend it nature is the program of this reality and it programmed you to exactly know what's good and bad for you and stress always feels bad that's why we called it stress we simply gave it this word it in other words means something that you should avoid your natural senses tell you always what is good and bad for you and you know this because it feels good or it feels bad and stress always feels bad which naturally means that you need to avoid it. I'm just trying to really make it clear so that everybody understands it. It makes no sense to say that nature intended you to have stress and then to rest and repair your body and then to have stress again. Because you always try to avoid stress.
2:16 There can be stress in nature, which is bad. It essentially means that you failed at life and you will pay by a reduced lifespan. That's why the more stress you have, the more wrinkles you have, the more you age biologically. For example, somebody who's 30 years old and goes to the gym, can look like he's 40 years old. And then somebody else who's 30 years old, who doesn't go to the gym will be 30, but he will actually look 30. Meaning that the other one who goes to the gym aged himself by 10 years. It doesn't matter that you were born 30 years ago. As long as you look 40, you are 40. And the more you stress yourself, the older you will look like, meaning that you will be older. If you look old, you are old. There's no difference.
[video] 3:06 This is a blueprint for longevity. A way to slow down and align with the kind of life that keeps you thriving.
3:11 But it's exactly the opposite of what you should be doing if you want to live long. Avoid all stress. Stress shortens the telomere length, for example. That's just one indicator of a shorter lifespan.
3:26 It's just biochemistry 101. Stress equals aging. That he doesn't get it. If you're gonna live like this, you're not even gonna reach the age of 100. Everybody who lives a long life, all of the people who live past 100, don't exercise, don't work out, they have very little to no stress.
[video] 3:47 This is how I plan to live until 150.
3:48 Totally gonna fail 100%, I can already tell you.
4:01 He even does push-ups for no reason, just to reduce his lifespan. You can see that he has good ancestors and he looks healthy, healthy skin. He also goes out into the sun, of course. But you're not gonna live a long life just because of that.
[video] 4:27 I honestly cannot get over it. It's so beautiful here, and it's making me reconsider, do I need to live by the ocean? I've been staying in a very humid place in Costa Rica by the ocean, by the sea, and I always thought that I'm someone that needs to live by the ocean, but actually, when you've got mountains like this, you've got hiking, adventure, there's community, there's markets, there's even a raw cheese bun, which we're going to go see later. Don't get my raw milk. And there's a river. I don't know if you can hear it right now. It's...
4:51 he drinks raw milk, okay, that's good that he is consuming raw food. It's not so good for longevity because of the growth hormones. Milk is more so something that you should be drinking as a child and during puberty also possibly, then you will, get the best out of your height, your face will be as wide as it possibly can be and so on. Of course, ideally you would drink blood and eat organs, raw fat instead of milk. Dairy at the end of the day is not human food, obviously. It's just raw food which is easily accessible nowadays, which is why I recommend it if you don't have anything better. It's not ideal, of course, by any means.
[video] 5:36 Nobody needs the ocean, it's just sometimes fun to dip in the ocean and for fishing, which you won't be doing at the coast anyway if you had a ship.
[video] 6:02 It's a little bit chilly, I haven't got a top on right now, because I'm a little bit cold, but I've just woken up and had the deepest sleep, because I've got this giant duvet on me, and I've honestly missed having a big duvet.
6:11 Unrelated to the video, it just reminds me, because he said duvet, when I moved to the UK, right at the beginning, I went to look at the house, I wanted to rent a place, and the landlord was talking to me, and I was asking him if they have any duvet. I didn't know... how to pronounce it, because I had only just read the word the other day, it was a new word for me, and I tried every possible way to say it, duvet, duvet, it went on for five minutes until I somehow approximately got it right. I said something like duvet, he said, oh, duvet, oh, your problem mate is right there.
[video] 6:57 something about the weight of it just kind of compressing you where you sleep absolutely with that so big day ahead i just had a little bit of movement i'm going to head down to the river get a cold plunge in the river go back and forth between the hot tub with the wood
7:09 Cold plunge again, more stress, a reduced lifespan.
[video] 7:13 Burner. It gets really hot. It's completely no electric. It's just a natural wood-burning, chucking logs. Gets about 50 degrees Celsius, 110 Fahrenheit, I think. Going between that, it gets really hot. So that gets the blood flowing. And then straight to breakfast. And after breakfast, we got a big hike heading into the mountains.
7:30 Hiking can also be pretty stressful. I also sometimes hike. It's not really voluntarily, of course it is, but it's involuntarily in the sense that I would rather just film somewhere where I don't have to hike. But when I go out and film videos in forests, I usually hike to some spots just because it's interesting to see the nature. Yeah, that's all cool. I oftentimes hike up hills. Sometimes they can be pretty steep. That's pretty stressful. It's bad for your muscles. I can get sore muscles afterwards if it's for a long time. Yeah, the view may be great. Okay, that's cool, but it's not really worth it just to stress your body and reduce your lifespan. Of course, it's not that bad compared to a gym, but I don't like doing it. Still, I end up doing it now and then, unfortunately.
[video] 8:24 It's a big day ahead, sir. Let's go.
8:48 is that more cold water or is that warm now i'm confused who knows starting the day off with a really simple but nutritious meal got some rice and beans some scrambled eggs some raw Roasted beans with scrambled eggs. Okay, the eggs could be called nutritious if they weren't cooked at least. I don't know how much is left there. It looks very overcooked. Beans obviously are super toxic for you, horrible for your gut and not nutritious whatsoever. Seeing as plants don't have over 15 micronutrients anyway, what do you want to get out of beans? It's just seeds. The least nutritious foods on earth.
[video] 9:33 cheese seasonal fruit with a bit of raw yogurt over top and of course i found myself raw yogurt okay cheese okay it's not really a nutritious meal though some raw milk so that's gonna pal yeah the raw milk is the best food that you're eating drinking me up for the hike ahead but what i love is they cook everything in butter and it's all local even
9:52 Okay, oh, he's eating at some restaurant. That's cool. And yeah, of course, cooking in butter is great. Unfortunately, a lot of restaurants nowadays use seed oils.
[video] 10:03 The raw dairy comes from the farm next door, which is amazing.
[video] 10:33 Alright, so I'm back on the hike, and honestly, that was one of the best hikes I've done in such a long time.
10:37 It feels so good just to be out in nature, but also barefoot, be in the rivers, playing around, and it's kind of... Yeah, if you're out in nature, you're grounding, playing around, that's all good, because it's not stressful. The hiking itself can be stressful, but as you noticed, of course, he didn't say, oh, the hiking was a lot of fun, that's what I enjoyed. He actually named the enjoyable parts of the hike, which was not the hiking, it's the playing around. It's just being in the water with your friends. That increases your lifespan. The hiking itself, if you had to hike Uphill reduces your lifespan and that you don't mention because you hate that you're walking up When am I gonna be at the water when can I relax because you hate it because it's bad for you Because nature is literally telling you not to do that because it didn't intend you to do that.
11:35 There's a difference between sometimes purely because of survival, which isn't the case here, that you have to do that, which is then bad for you and you reduce your lifespan because you had to do that. And doing that simply because you were brainwashed to believe that it's somehow good for you. And if you would be eating a lot of raw meat and you would have high testosterone as a guy anyway, then all of these stressful situations would hardly bother you. But when you're eating beans with some kind of
12:07 fruits, okay, and the meal wasn't that bad, then it's gonna get to you.
[video] 12:29 It's so fun. I love it in the mountains. So feeling great. Went to the farm as well, picked up some raw milk. My one problem now is I'm starving and it's like just past lunchtime. So I'm waiting for dinner. We don't have anywhere to cook.
12:41 Yeah, it's because you just stressed yourself with the hiking. And that's why you need energy again, seeing as you just used up your energy. The guy clearly has good genetics in the sense that his ancestors ate good food and he probably also got good food as a child. Sometimes people like him believe that no matter what they do, they will just live a long life and will always be healthy. With those kind of meals, you would not be... He does drink the raw milk. That's what will save him, if anything.
[video] 13:17 hotel right now so all i've got is some raw meat so i'm literally just raw ground beef really good quality i know the sauce i know where it's come from but it doesn't taste amazing so i mean if i'm gonna have raw oh he eats raw meat what that's a huge twist in this video what the hell okay maybe it will be fine after all then beef i usually have like a tartar with egg olive oil a little bit of salt
13:42 No salt, no olive oil, leave that out, because salt kills your cells, been proven in studies and experiments. Good, great.
[video] 13:50 Or even as carpaccio. Right now it's got to fucking raw dog the meat, so...
[video] 13:57 Eating this.
13:59 Wow, how cool. I'm glad to see that.
[video] 14:05 do a little workout, get some movement. I'll go back into the river and I'm waiting for dinner time. Lovely. Being healthy isn't about chasing perfection. It's about reconnecting with simplicity, whole foods, good friends around you, movement that feels natural and moments that remind you.
14:21 Movement that feels natural, I agree, but this is not movement, this is stress. Because it's not natural for you to go to the ground and push yourself up. Literally no recorded cases of tribes ever doing that. And tribes in general, I just say tribes, I mean people who live naturally, they never exercise at all. There's literally zero recorded cases of any humans who even live somewhat naturally, that they ever exercise. There's no cases of this. Because they don't. Because they always avoid stress. That's what nature intended you to do. To always avoid stress, except when it's necessary for survival. It's not necessary for you to do this on the balcony. You do it because you're brainwashed because you believe that it's good for you, even though it feels bad. It feels bad to push yourself up from the ground. You don't want to do it. You're brainwashed. I'm surprised that he even eats raw meat.
15:20 Makes you wonder...
[video] 15:21 Exactly, man. Listen to your own words. Really listen to what you just said. Because that's what you're doing now.
15:45 He also made another video called My Extreme Way of Eating and Living in Paradise. I'm not gonna go through all of it, I just wanted to quickly go through what he ate.
[video] 15:59 Coconut water?
[video] 16:03 If that's what he drinks, that's good. I want to live the rest of my life. This is it. My health is such a high priority for me. In fact, it is the biggest priority. Living somewhere like where I am right now.
16:14 Then start living healthfully. You already eat pretty good food after I saw the raw meat. But stop with the stress, man. This is anti-health.
[video] 16:24 Wow, I wonder what camera he's using. It looks very nice.
16:54 case you see this video let me know or maybe i will find the info because i'm actually curious the same spot because there's a really nice community here and i think it's the fruit of the morning just get some nutrients some papayas hydrating i hate papayas it's the worst fruit on earth taste-wise i just can't stand it but uh you do you if you like it
[video] 17:17 And I combine that with a peeper, which is not having any to the beach. And that's where I'm at right now. And they've got pull-up bars.
17:26 Again, talks about health, but does that. It just makes no sense, man. Literally doing what nature didn't intend you to do. Yeah, nature intended you to pull yourself up for no reason at all, just to create more wrinkles and shorten your telomere length on this metal man-made bar. It makes zero sense, no logic.
17:58 What? He's frying bananas or what? Makes zero sense. Those are carcinogens, literally. What are you doing? He's mixing good stuff with some nonsense. I don't know where he got this from.
[video] 18:10 So I've got my final meal of the day here. I've got liver heart burgers from the local butcher.
18:16 Liver heart burgers from the local butcher. So the people there actually eat it. They prepare them. That's awesome.
[video] 18:24 With some parmesan cheese on it.
18:25 It's not even that overcooked also.
[video] 18:28 I've just melted that on, I've got fresh mango, made a really nice tropical salad with mango, cucumber, some avocado, and a little bit of parsley into that as well, and then just...
18:37 I don't know why he eats the avocados, but whatever. ...on the side I've got some kimchi, but it's super... Kimchi is bad for your gut.
[video] 18:44 ...freezy, I've got fermented foods for gut health... Oh my god, you're dumb.
18:51 How do you mix raw meat and living in nature somewhat anyway with...
19:00 cooking bananas until there's carcinogens, eating these avocados, stressing yourself all the time, and then this now. I mean, what the hell? It's just some super weird beliefs mixed. He probably got the raw meat from me, at least maybe indirectly. And obviously 99% of people eat raw meat because of me. And even if somebody else showed them, they got it from me. That's what I mean.
[video] 19:28 Nutrients in the burgers with the liver and the heart. So that's really nutrient dense. And then just a fresh salad on the side. I made too much salad, so it's quite a big salad. But all of this is just super local foods. It's really, really easy to make. It took me like 10 minutes to make this. And I'm going to enjoy this now. So that's it. That's a full day of eating. Thank you.
19:42 The best food is the kind of food that you don't need to prepare, make. It's food that you can grab and eat.
[video] 19:49 Thank you so much for coming with me, seeing what sort of foods I eat, a day in the life. And I'm in a beautiful place, Costa Rica. There's so many amazing things.
19:58 To be fair, of course, you need to open up fruits and you need to also kill animals and open them up. But what I mean is when you have the fruit in front of you or the meat, you just eat it. You don't need to cook it. That's what I'm talking about. The videos are beautifully filmed, and as far as a slave life goes, it's pretty close to nature. Of course, he doesn't hunt his own food, he doesn't have any children, he spends time with his friends, at least he's not alone there. He would be teaching his children how to hunt, he would be playing around with them instead of his friends, buddies.
20:44 Obviously, this is not an option for a lot of people today because of the way the system is set up. He's just renting some place there or living in a hotel, I'm not sure that's what it looked like. Still, he's surrounded by trees, the air is good, the water, that's all great. And his diet, I thought, is pretty bad up until I saw the raw meat. He eats raw meat, he drinks raw milk, he eats avocados, overcooked eggs, carcinogenic bananas, all kinds of weird stuff mixed in there. His main problem is that he doesn't understand that nature intended us not to have any stress. That's ideal. Is that doable? Probably not. But if you're well nourished, some stress isn't gonna bother you. He has too much stress, that's for sure.
21:44 He's gonna age quickly. He's gonna be creating a lot of wrinkles. It's gonna be visible on his face. He's not gonna be as attractive. It's gonna be harder to find a mate because he's gonna look older. There will be problems for sure with aging so quickly. But as I said, he has good genetics from good ancestors.
22:04 He'll probably do fine in life in general.
22:10 It's just funny to mix all of these strange beliefs about diet together with raw meat and raw milk. Who knows where he got it from? Probably from a lot of sources. Same with the stress. Nature literally programmed your body to avoid stress. That's why when you sense stress in any way, you avoid it. Yet he says nature intended you to have stress. Zero logic? An actual disconnection from reality, from nature, from your own self? This is a disconnection from your body. That's what you saw in this video. And it's combined with some good connections, so to speak. That's why it's very strange, because people usually, especially if they eat raw meat, but he doesn't eat raw organs and he doesn't drink blood, they usually become much more conscious and aware of their bodies and they know exactly what they need to do.
23:05 But because he's combining these natural foods with this garbage, he's probably still brainwashed or not really mentally awake. You can see that because somebody who's awake, they right away know, wow, I was doing all of this wrong. Now I'm connected to my body. I know this is good for me because it feels good. And this is bad for me because it feels bad. He's still pushing himself to do what feels bad.
23:32 You can never achieve a long lifespan like that. Because you're doing what's bad for you. And what's bad for you is stressful. And stress reduces your lifespan. Do what's good for you and then you will live a long and healthy life. Thanks for watching.
