0:00 Hi, I'm going to be reviewing random TikTok videos and YouTube shorts.

[video] 0:05 Daniel has been obsessed with raw meat for the past six years.

0:09 I reviewed this video years ago.

[video] 0:13 He feeds his habit four times a week in pound after pound of raw beef, eating whole steaks pulled right from the packaging. If you look at cultures like the Inuit, they were quite healthy and they ate primarily...

0:24 They were not only quiet healthy, they were super healthy.

[video] 0:29 Raw meat. They didn't even eat that many vegetables. They didn't have it. They lived in the Arctic, in the tundra. But what they did eat...

0:36 Even if they would have lived in a warmer climate, then they still wouldn't have had access to the vegetables that you can find in supermarkets nowadays because they didn't exist back then. Humans created them.

[video] 0:51 ...was the entire animal. So they got fiber from the parts of the animals that we no longer eat. So there's a lot of...

0:57 Does he mean the small amounts of pre-digested plant matter that they would sometimes eat from the stomach and intestines? What does that have to do with modern poisonous vegetables that people eat?

[video] 1:14 The problem is when people try and look at what other cultures do without fully understanding exactly what they do and how they do it. Even raw chicken. Can somebody say salmonella?

1:26 I can say it, but can you prove that any bacteria causes disease? No.

[video] 1:34 I've never gotten sick from eating raw meat, ever. I've been doing it for six years now. It just takes one time to get really sick, to get ICU hospitalized, to potentially get a colitis so bad that you need a colon resection and then need to wear a colostomy bag to realize that, wow, I probably shouldn't have been doing that. I, as a doctor, can't tell this person what to do, nor should I tell this person.

1:53 Exactly, he's right. You should do what you instinctually want to do.

[video] 2:00 Nor should I judge what this person is doing. But what I could do is tell him the risk.

2:04 You can judge it, why not? But you're wrong.

[video] 2:08 The men who go to these places where they get screamed at and told what to do are the weakest and most brainwashed

2:32 men on earth if you can even call them that seal all that by the way it's number one by a mile these guys are savages by a mile guys who don't do what they want to do are true men which is i guess what he is implying the opposite is obviously the truth it's just constant physical stress high stakes environments life or death situations and they've actually done stuff Yes, life or death situations, for what, for who? They don't even know. They just do what they are told.

[video] 3:08 Studies on special forces soldiers that show they have some of the highest baseline testosterone levels out of any control group.

3:17 Yes, but if you would understand what this measurement, which is completely unscientific and vague, is showing you, then you would understand... that the testosterone measurement, the chemical reaction, which is mainly what it's based on, is showing you nothing. At the very best, it's showing you how stressed the body is. You can build some kind of correlations. This guy would never even understand that it's not an actual physical object.

[video] 3:50 Number two, professional fighters and combat sports athletes. Once again, these guys are just built different. Hand-to-hand combat is probably the most primal.

3:57 Yes, guys who do the least amount of damage possible. That's what they are taught. If you learn how to fight nowadays, all that you learn is how to do the absolute least amount of damage. And that's why you learn how to kick and punch.

4:16 Oh, man. And people actually believe that these are fighters. I can't. I can't. And they actually believe that they are manly and they look up to these guys. Men are so lost, it's unbelievable. They look up to absolute slaves and these fighters. Those are the men that he showed so far. We'll see what else will come.

[video] 4:39 Thing you can do as a man. These guys live, eat, breathe, sleep in environments where they're surrounded by alpha males. You can put on the pretend alpha male.

4:47 Alpha males. I can't. I can't. Literally kicking and punching. Kindergarten sports. no persona in the office at work you can't do that once you're in the octagon or the ring number three is this is one of the funniest videos i've ever seen it's obviously unintentional but uh It's funny as hell. Lagers. People who chop wood for no reason. It's better than the first two.

[video] 5:14 Lumberjacks and lagers. Look at this fucking thing. This one is actually backed by a specific study. First of all, there's been articles saying that this is one of the top five deadliest jobs in the US. Research has actually tested lumberjacks chopping wood and found significant testosterone spikes just from swinging an axe. Once again, one of the most primal behaviors.

5:29 Again, just to be clear, you don't find any testosterone spikes because... You cannot actually measure it as a physical object because it hasn't been observed.

[video] 5:42 Outdoors, chopping shit down, hanging with the boys, tons of sunlight. These guys are mogging trees, not logging, mogging. Or commercial deep sea fishermen.

5:52 If you use the word mogging or mogged, then you're not a man anyway, that's clear.

[video] 5:59 Deadliest Catch, right? Deadliest Catch is basically a testosterone documentary. Bro, I mean, look at this shit. This is insane. The ocean is literally coming into the boat. These guys are doing back-breaking physical work in freezing conditions, getting slammed around by massive cages and chains and hooks.

6:13 Yes, and usually they don't even need to fish themselves. They exchange it for symbols which have no worth. Oh, sorry, I meant money.

[video] 6:24 Very high levels of danger mixed with physical labor. And again, the camaraderie of doing dangerous work with people you trust is just a concoction for testosterone. Number five is farming. Dude, this is what I would look like if I...

6:37 What? Farming? And then he shows him next to some grain field.

[video] 6:45 If I farmed, I would just be on a bunch of gear and just lifting hay all day, just getting jacked. Farmers, this is obviously a high testosterone situation, enough said. You wake up in the morning, what do you have for breakfast? Striploin. What do you have for lunch? Striploin. What do you have for dinner? Sometimes striploin in soup. And dinner, same? Yeah. So you have three steaks a day? Yeah, yeah. I would change it. I would change it if I could. But as soon as I add anything back in, like there's still some underlying...

7:10 Animal flesh is natural for our bodies. And that's why if you have any digestive issues, then you can always eat what you are naturally supposed to eat anyway.

[video] 7:22 I have crazy autoimmune problems. Anytime I add anything back in, I get arthritis. You have no vegetables or anything? You just... Nope. Nothing, just a steak? Yeah.

7:29 have any sauce no it's kind of fascinating how long have you done this six years yeah six years in december it's fascinating what would you eat in nature you hunt down animals and then you eat them except that you would be focusing on the organs and the blood which she doesn't consume i guess you look like you're bursting with good health i mean what are the experts say about this

[video] 7:54 Uh, depends on the experts, but mostly...

7:57 Experts? What kind of experts does he mean? Some guys who went to a building, blindly absorbed information, and then simply repeated it? And then these guys tell you what you're supposed to eat? Is that what an expert is?

[video] 8:17 You should have died by now is usually the reaction I get. But do you oddly feel healthier than you've ever felt? Oh my gosh, as a teenager, I told you, I couldn't get out of bed. And I had my hip and ankle replaced. I couldn't walk. So, I mean, my baseline was nearly dead. So compared to that, I feel great. Do you like steak or are you now sick of it?

8:33 If I had to... Who doesn't like steak? What kind of a question is that? Why don't you ask her, do you like vegetables? That's a better question. That would make people think about what they are eating. You don't need to ask a human being if the human being likes to eat meat. We already know the answer.

[video] 8:55 Live off of only one food, it would be New York strip wine. So at least there's that, right?

9:01 And if you go to a restaurant, you just have steak?

[video] 9:02 Yeah, just with salt. Just with salt? Just with salt, yeah.

9:07 Interesting that she consumes salt. A lot of people who eat cooked meat do it.

[video] 9:13 I mean, I love a steak with salt, but three times a day, every day, seven days a week. The alternative is worse. Let's fix the world in one minute. The world spends $2.2 trillion on military every year. It would cost just $40 billion to end world hunger. And a child dies from a prevent...

9:27 What if some people don't want to fix any of that?

[video] 9:32 There is no way to fix this system which is mainly imaginary anyway. You simply need to stop believing in all of that

9:53 And then you need to go back to nature, so to speak. There is no other way. Because if you don't, you will always suffer. Whenever you go against nature, you always suffer. Whatever kind of other way you try to choose, it will always be a path of suffering. Wow.

10:23 This guy is crazy. He really believes that humans themselves can somehow fix the Earth, the environment. It's impossible. Let nature do its thing. It was always right. Why do you mess with it?

[video] 10:40 Yeah, cattle farms. That's the problem. So much at once, but it's all about you going deeper into the matrix, so to speak. What I mean by that is that

11:09 It's all about becoming more and more of a slave. None of it is about freedom, doing what you want to do, doing what is good for you. It's all about keeping the system alive. Wow. And these people actually want to help humanity. Officially, that's what they say. Obviously, it's bullshit.

[video] 11:32 Where is this Earth?

[video] 11:51 We don't know how to save it. It's dying because we're not organizing. Want to make an impact? Start here. He looks absolutely frightened.

12:12 I assume that this is his father. If your child is afraid of you, then you can know that you are doing everything wrong as a father. That should never happen.

12:36 Oh my god, did you see that? The child quickly lifted up the weight over the head because the father looked towards the child. What is going on here? What are you doing? It's your children. It's basically you. It's different versions of you. But of course, it makes sense. He abuses his own body and that's why he's doing the same to his children. Unbelievable.

[video] 13:04 Nobody is made for this, nobody. And children will suffer even more obviously.

13:20 Why would he do that? It's meaningless. There's no point to it. You simply lift metal up and down. You're not doing anything. Why would you teach that to your children?

[video] 13:33 It's hard for me to watch this.

13:42 Imagine how it would be actually being there as a father. But in this case, it's the father, I assume, doing it to the children. That's the crazy part.

[video] 13:54 What? What's wrong with him? Huh?

14:11 You should teach your children how to be healthy and happy. The opposite, the very opposite of this. That's what a real father would do. Totally goes against your nature, makes no sense. Wow.

14:41 How is lifting weights and being abused by your own father going to help you in your life in any way? Can he explain that?

[video] 14:54 Mm-hmm. Yeah, motherfucker, get on your ass and beat your ass in school. How you gonna do it? Look, that's what I'm saying. Pick it up. You can't pick it up with two hands, man. Okay, that's what the fuck I'm talking about. It's all the fucking tape.

[video] 15:11 I do it with the other arm.

15:17 The awkward moment when you hunt a mammoth but can't eat it because it might raise your cholesterol.

15:27 He's funny.

[video] 15:33 Alright, here's my response video to everyone hating on me for eating dog meat. This is a photo of my dog in the background. Oh my god, you have a dog. Yeah, I do. Anyways.

15:43 To be fair, it's not your dog. You don't have it. You enslaved the dog, but that's what people do nowadays.

[video] 15:52 So people are liking to bring up the word morality and how could you eat a dog? Okay, let me tell you something. Put morals aside, okay? Put feelings aside. Put your feelings aside and use strictly logic to tell me why eating a dog would be worse than eating a cow or a chicken.

16:10 They won't be able to do that because they always appeal to morals, religion.

[video] 16:16 or a pig put your feelings aside and tell me logically why that's wrong and i think that you guys won't be able to do that putting your feelings aside and second of all i also think that people don't think logically nowadays people don't really think much at all people simply talk about what is good and bad it's all based on religious morals obviously morals are relative it's not objective for example in india

16:46 Morals don't even exist, it's an idea.

[video] 16:51 The standard is to not eat beef, is to not eat cows. That's taboo, right? But in America, people eat beef all the time. And so if an Indian comes to me and says, well, eating beef is bad, that's wrong, that's immoral, most Americans are going to be like, well, no, it's not. We eat beef here. Yeah, it's because morals are relevant.

17:07 Exactly. That's a good argument. And that should shut everybody up. But because they do appeal to morals, they will still keep saying that it's wrong.

[video] 17:21 obviously in most societies in most places even in china eating dog is taboo it's it's culturally and socially um taboo and it just seem as wrong or immoral but logically it's it's not another thing is like i would not eat my pet dog i wouldn't eat anyone's pet dog i would only eat an animal that's raised to be eaten so for example i also wouldn't eat a pet pig or a pet chicken if it's raised to be eaten then i will eat it but i'm not going to just eat some random like some person's pet or you know and it's also very funny for people to be like oh my god how could you eat a dog oh my god but then you guys will you're not vegan you're not vegetarian you're not a farmer who raises animals to the highest standard actually sorry I was gonna say something crazy but actually you like go to McDonald's or you go to your local grocery store or you go to Wendy's and you eat these chicken tenders and chicken nuggets what are the standards like from those animals that are being farmed

18:13 Right. And it's all covered in the grain sludge. Oftentimes it's fried in seed oils. It's toxic. Not that they care about their health, obviously. People nowadays never think about that.

[video] 18:30 Have you guys seen the PETA videos? Have you all seen those videos? They're not, it's not like they're living, like they're not like going through like this super traumatic experience.

18:37 By the way, just to be clear, my point was simply that you do not even recognize the meat or the animal anymore, the actual animal flesh. People aren't even really conscious of what they are eating. They don't even understand what the crust is made out of, that it's fried in seed oils. People don't understand... what they put into their bodies nowadays. And that is crazy. That is absolutely insane.

[video] 19:08 The farming system in the meat industry is horrible in the US. And that's someone who's, that's coming from a meat eater. So you can't, it's just very hypocritical for you to be like, well, you can't eat dog meat, but then you're going to go eat McDonald's. How does that work? It doesn't. Now, would I try dog meat again? No. I'm a very adventurous person. I love traveling. I love trying new things, trying new foods, exploring new cultures. And I'm very open-minded, unlike most of y'all in my comments. So that's why like for me trying it, it's like a one-time thing. I just want to try it. I was in the area. It's not a common meat and I was just like, you know, why not? And obviously, I assume that this dog was farmed to be eaten, like, you know, farmed for slaughter. Now, there's a lot of people in the comments saying, oh, well, this dog could be a pet, or it's taken off the streets, blah, blah, blah.

19:49 What difference does it make? As I said at the beginning of the video, a pet is simply an animal that you enslave. That doesn't mean that you may not... create some kind of feelings for the so-called pet, the dog, cat, or whatever kind of animal. And the animal may also love you or call it whatever you want, but that doesn't change anything about the animal's nature. The animal itself will kill and eat animals. It's just how this life works. Talking about pets or farmed animals is again a moral topic, which is not relevant.

[video] 20:38 I have some racist undertones because, first of all, I know there might be some precedence to some people, you know, the dog, certain dog meat industries, whatever, you know, taking people's dogs or taking pets. But you can't just assume that that's what I was eating. You can't assume that I was eating someone's dog.

20:52 Okay, but what difference does it make? Just put the morals aside, as you said yourself at the beginning of the video. Okay, you eat this dog that was enslaved by some people who keep the animal in their home or by some other people, but the animal is still the same animal. I understand what she means, but actually in this reality it makes no difference.

[video] 21:22 pet. Like, I think that might have some racist undertones to it. You literally don't know.

21:27 And lots of people also have pigs and cows even as pets. If you would eat the pig or the cow, would you notice some difference? Would it taste more like a pet? No.

[video] 21:44 No, there might be some precedence in some cases. That's not true for all the cases. And saying like oh the dogs are tortured seven days like what are you talking about that's not that you think every single person that's eating dog meat is torturing the dog for seven days i'm sorry at least come with some sources that's saying that is true you know but yeah i think just be very careful um people in the comments i don't think eating dog is disgusting i'm not gonna eat it again but you know unless you're like some super ethical vegan spiritual person don't be in the comments hating on me for eating dog meat go enjoy your little burger go enjoy the food the the porks and the pigs that were tortured for your bacon like and don't talk about me thank you Strength training does not stunt a child's growth. That myth has been dead for decades. What actually fucks kids up and stunts their growth is weakness. Inactivity, poor coordination and fragile bodies that can't handle force are what's quote Weakness stunts your growth.

22:38 And going against your nature is strength. Right? In your twisted mind.

[video] 22:46 Bad for kids.

22:49 Does the kid want to do all of this himself or do you tell him to do it? Did you give him this idea? That's the most important question. And the answer is obviously yes. It's your fault. It goes against your nature. You would never do it. Especially as a child, it's impossible. Strength training improves bone density. Why would you simply lift up metal for no reason? Just up and down, up and down. It's super boring. You will possibly get injured. Eventually it happens quite a lot, but you generally feel stressed. You suffer a lot. It feels bad because it goes against your nature.

[video] 23:34 Tendon strength, coordination, posture, confidence, and long-term physical and mental.

23:39 There's lots of guys who regret working out, running during puberty and even before. That's how crazy it is. People even do it before puberty nowadays. And, uh, Later on, they talk about how it stunted their growth and development.

[video] 24:00 Yes, you can adapt your body to a lot, but you will always pay a price for that. That's what you need to understand.

[video] 24:22 What are you talking about? This is the definition of weakness. Going against your instincts is the very, very definition of weakness.

[video] 24:46 We'll see how it will go for him.

[video] 25:10 you may regret this if you are the father or bigger brother but he will pay the price your regrets won't do anything dangerous my single girl living alone diet is a nightmare so i figured i'd show you guys the reality of it i started my day at 8 a.m with a cold brew from starbucks and then at 10 30 i was ready for my second coffee of the day but i made this one at home

25:32 People nowadays have no energy, and that's why they poison themselves instead of consuming natural food, which would give you actual energy.

[video] 25:44 Sun came out, so I enjoyed it with some watermelon, but then it started raining again, so to make myself happier, I had to go get another cold brew. Oh god, I'm gonna get so much hate on this video.

25:52 To make myself happier.

[video] 25:55 Just being honest. And then I was feeling a little snacky, so I decided...

25:59 It's good that you're honest, but you really need to start listening to your body, so to speak. You need to follow your nature.

[video] 26:09 Did you try a sumo orange for the first time? It was so good. And then I had a mini bag of buttered popcorn and don't mind the outfit change, I just...

26:15 You can see the dark eye circles already because of all the stress. It may be from the coffee. It could be from something else also.

[video] 26:25 Got a package in. I also drink lots of water throughout the day. And this is about the time where I realized I barely ate anything all day and I'm so starving and eat everything in my sight.

26:33 And this is what she eats. And that's why she has no energy. It's all clear.

[video] 26:37 Snacked on some carrots and tzatziki and just looked in my freezer for anything that would be super quick to bake or cook. I had...

26:43 Just some grain sludge? Wait.

[video] 26:46 It's like flatbread pizza.

26:47 Flatbread pizza. Come on, man. None of that is even food. Is any of that food? None of it is. It's grain sludge? Like 90%? What the fuck? And then some what? Tomatoes and green leaves or what? Is there even any meat or cheese? What is that? is this what people eat nowadays? people are insane so with arugula and tomatoes on it but of course while that was baking arugula and tomatoes okay tomatoes are a fruit probably completely sprayed but uh arugula is inedible and i was still starving and i had to have another snack while waiting for it yes another snack i know this is so bad so i ate some of these cape cod chips with some cherry coke syrup oh my god chips potatoes fried and seed oils with uh Toxic salt and who knows what else? Probably a lot of garbage. That is just pure poison.

27:44 If you eat chips and if you drink coffee, then you cannot even in any way expect to be healthy. It's not even possible biologically.

[video] 27:54 And by the time my pizza was ready, I was already like full off of chips.

27:57 And the pizza. And the pizza is the real food. i'm also watching this back and realizing i probably had like just some baked grain sludge oh my god man it's just crazy like zero grams of protein this day i don't know why i just get what protein man stop imagining something and look at the reality you're eating slime made out of seeds which you put into the oven to bake it and now you're going to eat baked seed slime come on wake up

[video] 28:25 busy during the day and i just don't crave food i only really want coffee and then my hunger like hits me all at once later in the night i went out and had to refill my washer so of course while i was there i had to treat myself to a sweet treat at least i didn't have a fourth coffee

28:37 It's pretty interesting what people are programmed to see as strong men nowadays. Men who go against their nature and don't do what they want to do are seen as strong. And men who follow their nature and do what they want to do are seen as weak. That's how twisted their minds are. Shouldn't you embrace your nature as a true man? People nowadays wonder why men are so weak and easy to control. Could it have anything to do with men going against their nature, which is what defines them? No, that can't be it. Thanks for watching.
