0:00 Hi guys, seeing as you can't seem to get enough of these videos, I'm gonna be reviewing random TikTok videos and YouTube shorts related to health. Sometimes there may also be some other stuff in between.

[video] 0:13 Started off the day the healthiest way with raw milk.

0:17 All right, raw milk. Who is that kid?

[video] 0:21 For nutrient intake and see how healthy his diet really is. I'm going to show all the totals at the end of the video. Let's go. For breakfast, I had five pasture-raised scrambled eggs with raw cheese. Five eggs will give him B2, B5, B12, choline, vitamins A, D, E, iron, phosphorus, and selenium. Cheese and milk will give him calcium. For lunch.

0:39 cheese and milk will give him calcium as if that's all you get out of it or what or as if it's the most important part what is he trying to say that's weird lunch i kept it simple with a pound of grass-fed ground beef with avocado it's cooked of course with avocado or What was he saying?

[video] 1:03 Beef will give him more of those same nutrients from the eggs plus some zinc. Also going to give him B3 and B6. So really rounding out those B vitamin targets. Avocado will add some potassium.

1:13 yeah except that it's completely cooked to death if you cook meat and cook actual pieces of meat not ground meat out of ground meat you should be making steak tartar it's just two small pieces you cook them to death right away within a minute already if you want your meat to be warm and you want to create some carcinogens but not too many on the outside then Cook steaks.

[video] 1:40 Oh, and it looks raw inside. Of course.

1:56 This is not ideal. Worgens would be ideal, but compared to what most people eat today, this is still pretty amazing. And this guy, I guess, is about to hit puberty. If he would eat like this, it would turn out pretty good for him.

[video] 2:14 Most of the main nutrients he's getting here, he's already gotten plenty of, so this is definitely a little overkill. The eggs will help with some fat-soluble vitamins.

2:22 What do you mean, overkill? It's not as if you can get too many. What is he trying to say? That makes no sense. Especially for a growing kid. It's perfect. Right before puberty, from what it seems like. What?

[video] 2:42 Steak will add some more magnesium and potassium, but all of those B vitamins, zinc, iron, et cetera, he's already gotten more than enough. Let's check the total nutrients and see how he did.

2:52 What do you mean he's hungry? In nature, your so-called diet is 80 to 90% animals.

3:00 I don't get what he's trying to say, that it's overkill. He's just hungry, so he eats animal foods. Yeah, the dairy is technically not natural and it's cooked, which is also not natural. But still, it's better than what almost everybody eats today.

[video] 3:16 Before we look at that, I wanna comment on the raw milk. I usually don't talk about this when I'm reviewing diets because I'm usually reviewing grown men, but this kid's about 14 years old.

3:26 So I'm gonna make an ex- 14? Okay. I thought a bit younger, but whatever. This is the time to develop. This is it. The next 2-3 years, that's when it's gonna go down. Yeah, great that he's drinking raw milk, eating a lot of meat, it was raw on the inside, tons of eggs. What the fuck are you talking about, man? What overkill? What's the problem here? This is good.

[video] 3:54 He does not need to be drinking raw milk. I get it. He's trying to be cool.

3:57 Oh, yeah. Technically, naturally, you don't need to be drinking milk from a cow. Yeah, but seeing as he doesn't eat any other raw animal foods, as in foods in their natural state, it's awesome. Go for it. Absolutely. Drink tons of raw milk. That's what people always used to do in Europe in the last hundreds of years. Of course, not actually throughout our history, but whatever.

[video] 4:23 He's getting attention, he's getting views. I don't want to get too into it in this video, but I just want to make it clear I do not condone that. Alright, now let's actually look at the nutrients.

4:31 Yeah, but why? You didn't give a reason. What kind of a stupid channel is this? Who is this even? I don't condone him drinking raw milk right before or basically when he's hitting puberty. That's it. Let's move on. Where's the argument?

4:54 I hope that he doesn't listen to him. No, probably not. Why would you?

[video] 4:57 About to show you is the consequence of people spewing nonsense on the internet. This is the consequence of these carnivores saying that red meat has every single vitamin and mineral that you need when in reality it doesn't. Although it is very nutrient dense. You have 14 year old kids who think it's cool.

5:12 So what is missing? Wait, is he again gonna move on and not name anything? Just like with the raw milk? Name it. Come on, man. It was your time to shine. Now do it.

[video] 5:24 who are at home replicating it, and who are likely causing some long-term damage to their health. As you might have guessed, the- What?

5:31 What damage from meat and milk? What the fuck? Is this some plant-based guy or what?

[video] 5:37 Vitamins are a mess. B vitamins are mostly fine from the meat. Everything else, he's deficient in. The eggs saved him on a lot of this, or else it would be a lot worse. But besides the avocado, the kid did not have a single fruit or vegetable.

5:50 There's a few problems here. Firstly, these websites are not reliable whatsoever when it comes to animal foods, especially. Secondly, we are talking about molecules anyway, which at the end of the day cannot be proven. It's not something scientific which we are discussing here when it comes to all of these micronutrients, especially the vitamins. But even if you want to believe in that, How do you think humans survive in nature or lions, wolves, whatever kind of animals that eat meat? Doesn't even have to be mostly meat. Apes also eat meat. Pretty much all animals eat a little bit of meat at least. Cows even eat insects when they eat grass. Really, I can't think of an animal that doesn't eat some kind of animals.

6:43 Even if it's only ants or whatever. Gorillas do that. They all do eat some kind of animals. Point being, how would they be healthy and actually healthier than us if they were somehow deficient? Yeah, this guy doesn't make any sense at all throughout the whole video. He's completely deficient in vitamin C, super low in vitamin K1, really low in vitamin... Well, if that was true, then it would be because he eats the cooked meat. If you eat the raw liver, spleen and so on, no problem.

[video] 7:23 And E, several deficiencies on the mineral side as well.

7:26 Okay, that's it. The video ends. One of the worst food reviews I've ever seen. Guy gave basically no arguments.

[video] 7:36 Here are the five best sports you can get involved in if you're in high school.

7:40 So I got a lot of young people that follow me and you're going into high... You shouldn't be doing any sports in general, let alone when you're developing in school. That's gonna stunt your development, growth.

[video] 7:50 You're already in high school and you're like, what sports should I do? What should I kind of commit to? I'm gonna give you the...

7:54 Yeah, none, because all of them imitate hunting. Go and hunt. It's just stupid.

[video] 8:00 The five best. Number one, wrestling.

8:02 If your high school has a good wrestling program, why would you wrestle with other men in hardly any clothes?

[video] 8:10 Yeah, which humans in nature would never do.

8:33 you may try to run away from another human but if you would try to run away from a four legged animal then you would always fail and we would also not be able to catch them running is horrible it's one of the worst things that you can do fast i think you'd be surprised at how well you might do at some of those longer distances yeah but you don't do anything you just run on pavement doing nothing what are you doing just running for no reason the is wrong with this guy a lot of that's just you know form technique breathing training if you learn how to run properly and integrate it into your routine you're gonna be healthy far after high school because you but it doesn't make you healthy it stretches out your heart and makes you prone to heart failure now learn this skill which is running number three but running is not a skill what are you talking about it's torture it's suffering

[video] 9:29 Soccer. A lot of people hate on soccer.

9:31 What's soccer? There's no such thing. Call it football. Doesn't matter. It's just you kicking a ball into a net and then other people try to take the ball away from you. It's a baby game for little children. Not even. But if they grow up in captivity, yeah, that's what they would do. But even little children learn how to hunt in nature. It's a stupid baby game. Total garbage.

[video] 10:04 Yeah, because again, it imitates hunting.

10:10 That's it. And it's a group sport. So you drink your beer made out of grains, have a toxic obese body with a huge gut, and then... You cheer for your team kicking a ball. Yeah, it's all slavery.

[video] 10:29 You can still play it after high school. The injuries aren't that brutal. It's a great team sport. In an average soccer game, you will run five to seven miles.

10:37 Oh, the injuries are not that bad. Oh, then I'll do it. Because this one won't injure me that badly. What kind of a stupid logic is this? Don't do anything that injures you. Don't do anything stressful, painful, that causes you to suffer.

[video] 10:54 No, that's called...

11:00 American football and it's just a really horrible baby imitation of rugby, just with a lot of protective gear. So it's rugby for p****es basically, that's it. But that's The American way, right? To steal and imitate everything, put a different name on it and call it your own.

[video] 11:24 Because there is a real risk of head injury. But I do think some of that is overblown. I had plenty of friends that played high school football and they didn't get head trauma.

11:31 They just had a really good... Oh yeah, some didn't. Okay, maybe you should try it. Maybe you will get lucky. Or you will be in a coma, like some of them. Well, whatever. You can do it because at least you will get some man-made trophy. sometimes out of plastic or some kind of cheap metal which is painted gold yeah yeah cool awesome experience had a good team sport but overall i think it's a great thing to get involved with if your high school has a good program yeah but why what's the reason why would i do it to get what you're not giving any good reasons man because there are none

[video] 12:11 Number five, I'm actually not going to put in baseball. Now, I'm a baseball fan, I think it's a great sport, don't get me wrong, but it's not really the most physically demanding sport, but we're gonna throw that one- Yeah, that's good, that's better, exactly. I'm gonna replace it with something that's actually much more approachable for many people, water polo and swimming.

12:28 I actually get this question a lot of- No, man, if you can, just play golf like the rich people. Yeah, or nothing at all. But if you want to do something as an animal living in captivity, then just do golf. You don't have to go to those expensive places. Just dig a hole somewhere yourself and play golf with your buddies. Yeah, it's basically the best sport because you're doing nothing almost.

[video] 13:02 Hey, Brennan, I'm on the swim team. I'm on the water polo team. What about the chlorine in the water? It's a really valid question, and there are some studies showing some concerns with chlorine exposure. However, the benefits of your cardiovascular health that water polo and swimming are going to give you... What do you mean cardiovascular health?

13:17 All stress is bad for your heart.

[video] 13:20 far outweigh the slight negative effects of daily chlorine exposure. The simple truth is swimmers and water polo players have a- No, it's bad.

13:28 It's stressful for your heart and the chlorine is also bad. So it's just bad overall.

[video] 13:34 Amazing. Cardiovascular endurance and strength. Overall, get involved in a sport. Like this is like so simple to do. It's one of the best things you can do. And if you don't do any of those sports in high school, you're going to regret it. Let me know any unique programs that you're-

13:47 No, man, the people who do sports regret it for sure. And there's a lot of testimonies.

[video] 13:52 It used to be true that vegans were... Ugh, not this guy. Some of the leanest and healthiest people that you would study statistically as a group. It was true in the 80s, it was true in the 90s, it was true in the early 2000s. And then veganism exploded in popularity as well as it should because like there's a very, very compelling argument from an ethics perspective and...

14:10 Now he is appealing to vegans or what? What ethics? Ethics are man-made. It's religious nonsense.

[video] 14:18 environmental perspective about how animals are no veganism destroys the environment hello it's 2025 wake up that's been exposed they cut down all the rainforests had to kill i have all the love for that in the world it gets dope and then so more and more people began to be vegan a lot of them thought like oh veganism is healthier because it was and then guess who found out that people were more vegan more often major grocery stores and food producers and guess what they started doing they started making processed vegan food not because processing is like some eat

14:46 Yeah, so eating seeds and vegetables is healthy and now it's unhealthy because of processed food. Why is he trying to appeal to vegans? What is this nonsense?

[video] 14:57 But nobody ever used to be vegan.

15:16 Nobody in nature eats a vegan diet. What is he talking about? Vegans have never been seen as healthy. Not even vegetarians. Everybody always used to understand that they eat this way because of religious ethics. Not because of health. It's not about health. Make sure you get enough protein and just don't eat tasty... Yeah, yeah, protein, some guy who uses steroids, eats no fat, wouldn't even be able to produce any hormones himself. Totally irrelevant what you say.

[video] 15:52 Breakfast cereal for every meal of the day.

16:01 Okay, it's just a text of somebody trying to explain that island kids grow up basically perfectly, eat good food and that the way the media portrays them is wrong. As if they are poor and then you want more and nature gives you everything that you need. All right. Yes, that's correct. Yeah, that's interesting because the media does, of course, want to make you believe that there's poor people out there and then there's rich people and being rich is good. In reality, money doesn't exist. There are no poor or rich people. And if I would call anybody rich, then it would be people who live closer to nature, of course, who have access to good food, sunlight, have a big family and so on. Those would be happy and healthy people.

17:02 Yeah, the media for sure does portray them always as bad people, as if they don't have everything that they need. True, true.

[video] 17:19 Oh my god, this guy again. Okay, let's do it.

17:40 Nature fallacy has no examples, raw meat is supposedly unsavory.

[video] 17:46 The interesting thing about this guy is that

17:58 In the video which I made about him, I thought that he is in his late 30s. It turned out that he's 22 or something. All obsessed with the gym, against raw meat. Just really seems miserable almost. Just really upset about nothing. Why does he care so much?

[video] 18:26 Actually, human beings totally ate this for sure throughout history. Natural human diet, raw meat, blood, organs, and some wild fruit is what humans are naturally supposed to eat. Do you think that human beings who mastered the use of fire and had widespread use of fire 125,000 years ago, do you think that anatomically... Yeah, but there's no proof for this.

18:47 You cannot even prove how old the Earth is What does any of this matter? You're just talking about your religious beliefs.

[video] 18:57 Leave religion out of this.

19:04 What do you mean, man? If people are still eating raw meat today, such as people in Siberia and Ethiopia, doesn't that tell you something? Why would not everybody be cooking their meat if that's what we have been doing for thousands of years? Then everybody on earth would be cooking their meat. Yet, around a hundred years ago, most Germans were eating a lot of raw meat. Steak tartare was basically like cereal breakfast today for people.

[video] 19:42 That doesn't prove anything. There could be so many reasons as to why it happened. That's not proof. That's you trying to find a link between something. That's religious. That's not scientific whatsoever, obviously.

19:54 I hope that it's needless to say.

[video] 20:12 Changes in fats that were found in archaeology. Do you think that we only cooked the fat? That's what this person thinks. How do you think we all simultaneously started to use stone tools or eventually started the Bronze Age mining copper and tin or the Iron Age? How do you think we spread religions? We were interacting constantly. In trade routes, we had massive interaction between culture groups. Culture groups would absorb each other. The cope is insane.

20:38 Coaking predates humanity. What does that even mean? Simplifying human history this way demonstrates cluelessness. Cool.

[video] 20:50 Wars truly are in a league of their own when it comes to lying and comes to coping.

20:55 The most interesting thing about him is that he actually believes that people have been cooking for 30,000 years, 100,000...

21:08 Just some made-up religious numbers can never be proven, obviously, but he really wants to believe that. Yet he couldn't possibly explain why there are still people eating raw meat. Most people on Earth today still eat raw meat. Not mostly, but they still eat a lot of raw meat dishes. Sushi, sashimi, oysters. Scallops are oftentimes also eaten raw. Carpaccio, steak tartare. There's so many dishes in so many countries. Why do they not all cook 100% of the meat? And why do so many people still love eating raw meat? Come on, man. And he talks about coping.

21:56 Oh my god.

22:00 Okay, ice cream.

22:05 Chocolate syrup. Poisonous.

22:11 Milk powder. Diet Coke. More poison. Yeah, that's what you would want us to eat for sure. Does he actually eat that? I saw a video of him once eating beyond meat or impossible meat. A fake burger. You can never tell with these people. Let me know what you think. Do they actually do it? It seems like it.

22:46 Thanks for the recipe, Warren.

22:52 Yeah, it's a good question. Do they actually eat the stuff themselves? Do they produce all the so-called GMO food, the soy? Do they buy the farmland to produce all the garbage because they really believe in it?

23:13 Would say not but at the same time he doesn't look healthy. That's for sure Yeah, that's very interesting with these people I'm curious to hear what you think about it It looks like He drank it but there's a cut also. Yeah, I Do we really want to believe that they do? But then again, he doesn't look healthy. I want to add a bit more to the last clip of PG. There's a lot of videos out there of Angela Merkel from Germany, Macron from France, Trump from the US eating cookies, sandwiches with lettuce in between, pasta, etc. Of course, behind the scenes, they also eat lobster, caviar, good steaks.

24:08 But when there's cameras and when you look at what they eat when they sit together, There's all kinds of processed grain sludge garbage and they really do eat it. You can see them swallowing it and none of them look healthy. Some of them look all right because they do eat better food than most people, but they don't actually eat really good natural food. At least that's what we can see. Why would they eat anything else on camera? They wouldn't destroy their health just for the camera. But that's of course clear because politicians are not some super elite people who eat organs and drink blood all day. That's obvious when it comes to people such as BG.

25:09 seeing as they are promoting a lot of not so healthy options for people you gotta wonder they have these clips but then again as i said he doesn't look healthy there's a lot of cuts you can't even really tell as i said i would like your opinion about it the rest of the videos were exactly what you expect from youtube shorts tick tock and

25:37 health communities of today some guy is saying that we have been cooking meat for thousands of years our religious belief he doesn't explain why people still eat raw meat today if we have been cooking for so long when is it gonna catch up at last oh my god and then uh some guy recommending sports as if that's healthy or why no you should be hunting that's what you should learn when you grow up how to get your own food that's really fun sports are not fun why would you injure yourself for some stupid trophy why would you run in a circle like a hamster What does it matter if you run better? You're still a hamster on a wheel. So you're a better hamster, a rat in a laboratory, an experiment. What does it matter?

26:33 And then you had your usual people pushing man-made unnatural food. going against human nature, our biology. It's just always the same. They don't learn until they pay for it with their health. Thanks for watching.
