0:00 Hi, I'm going to be reviewing random TikTok videos and YouTube shorts.

[video] 0:05 What happens if you only eat raw meat? Day one. The uncooked meat is rubbery and tough, making your jaw cramp in extreme pain and you struggle to chew every bite.

0:14 Your stomach... That can't be serious. It must be a joke.

[video] 0:18 What is this shit? If your jaw muscles would hurt, then only if you would eat very cooked meat. Cooked meat is dry and tough. Raw meat is soft and juicy.

[video] 0:46 What? Even people on the so-called carnivore diet disprove this. And they eat cooked meat. Oh my god. I just really hope that this is a joke.

[video] 1:12 From the uncooked meat filling your guts and slowly eating you from the inside out.

[video] 1:20 Slowly eating you. One year, your kidneys completely fail from filtering too much heavy waste.

1:29 Heavy waste? What? Animals are heavy waste? What?

1:38 Oh my God, man.

[video] 1:39 Blood becomes thick sludge that blocks your veins and the pressure blows out your heart valves until your system collapses. Cooking didn't just add flavor, it unlocked the energy that built the human brain.

1:51 This is actually insane. I've been eating raw meat for almost 10 years now, by the way. I haven't experienced any of that. Wow. If people actually believe this, then you're actually insane. That's actually pretty ironic because he probably believes in evolution because of the cooked meat and what it does to the brain. Besides that, people like him also eat a lot of grains. Making these kind of dumb statements really makes sense when your diet is horrible.

[video] 2:34 This right here is the secret to looking young. When you lift heavy, you strain.

2:40 Yes, that creates wrinkles.

[video] 2:43 When you strain, you recruit your facial muscles, your jaw, cheeks, neck, brow. So lifting weights helps keep you looking youthful by building up these underlying muscles for a more lifted look.

2:56 She looks like she's in her 60s.

3:01 If she's in her 70s, then it's working.

[video] 3:03 It helps boost your elastin, your collagen, it reduces inflammation, it thickens your skin surface. It's like a natural facelift.

3:12 I'm 52. 52!

3:17 I was going to pause the video because of something else, and then she says that... I was going to say that she has all of these ideas and beliefs in her mind, but... it's just beliefs you cannot prove this and uh we can see that in practice it doesn't actually help and if anything it does the opposite of course working out having all of the stress is really bad for you anyway and that's really what's doing the damage straining the muscles in your face just

[video] 3:56 adds more to it two years old i've never had botox or any crazy oh you never had botox so could have fooled me yeah injections lifting heavy is the fountain of youth right exactly awesome i'm 52 and i'm not afraid of getting old i'm not slowing down i'm not reduced

4:19 But the way you talked in the previous video sounded as if you believed that you look young.

[video] 4:26 She has clearly dyed her hair. If she would actually let the gray hairs grow out, then...

4:48 Maybe she would even look younger. Oftentimes when you try to hide the real color of your hair, it makes you look older. It may sound strange to women, but that's how it is.

5:04 Same for men, of course. When some 70-year-old guy dyes his hair dark brown, he will actually look older compared to having the natural gray hairs, if you can call it natural. Of course, nowadays we age way too quick and so on, that's a different topic.

[video] 5:26 Again, she has all of these ideas, but she cannot prove any of this. What we can see is a 52 year old woman who looks like she's in her 60s.

5:46 That's it. Everything else that you talk about is pretty much irrelevant because your lifespan has been reduced. You are already older, you did exhaust your body. Your body doesn't simply grow like this or age, it's the same thing essentially. year 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and no matter what you do, you just age like that. No. It depends on how much stress you have. Somebody can be chronologically 30, but if you work out all the time, you can be in your 40s already. Whereas somebody who doesn't work out, doesn't exercise, and especially if you eat raw meat, what you're naturally supposed to eat, Then you will stay at your natural age. You will look the way you're supposed to you can age quickly or slowly it's up to you the more stress you have the more you will age and

[video] 6:43 It sharpens your mind. It boosts hormones that normally decline with age. I honestly think that we could say age-related decline is actually under training. At 52, I'm... What?

6:55 What are you talking about? All of the people who lived to over 100 years never exercised in their entire life.

[video] 7:04 Still adding weight to the bar. I'm still hitting PRs after 30 years of weight training. I don't believe strength has an expiration date and I think old really is a mindset.

7:14 to be fair there have been a couple of people a handful very few who did exercise here and there especially at the end before they died at the age of 103 or so but all of the people who live to 120 and beyond never exercise at all obviously what i eat in a day as a model trying to be healthy but just kind of i understand why this is allowed but it's almost crossing the line

[video] 7:43 stay lean so i start the morning off just chugging water because it's good for you i go on to have a black coffee on an empty stomach which is probably not good for me and i yes we can see that you drink coffee herbal of course is bananas catalina crunch greek yogurt apples and peanut butter it's so good when i finish it i'm so sad then today i literally had a random mimosa

8:06 Is she actually a model? She looks very unhealthy. You can cover that up with makeup, but you can still tell if somebody is unhealthy, of course, and she's underweight, which never looks attractive. But in the model industry, I guess that this is what people are looking for.

[video] 8:29 For lunch, I did a turkey on an English muffin with mustard and some protein question.

8:35 She eats absolute garbage. And that's why she's underweight.

[video] 8:40 And then this is where like my day took a turn. I had so much candy. I took my brother took this pumpkin patch and we went crazy. Dinner was sweet potatoes with eggs and dessert was some eggs mixed in there.

8:54 The only real food and I guess now some meat.

[video] 8:57 My classic yogurt bowl, catalina crunch, and grizzle dishes.

9:02 Never mind. I don't know why I thought that. It's just a vegetarian diet? Absolute garbage.

[video] 9:12 Came across this video of a mom feeding her kids this for dinner. Pepper.

9:21 I guess that it's rice, peppers, she says. Some vegetables and seeds.

9:32 Sausage, some kind of processed meat and cheese, I assume.

9:40 I thought that he would say that it's bad food I guess that if you compare it to what most parents feed their children today it's better If you compare it to potatoes fried in seed oils and Coca-Cola. Sure. Yes.

[video] 10:09 It's not really real food.

10:20 It is maybe better, but real food would be animals, maybe some dairy. She probably doesn't have money for real meals. I understand that, but she doesn't look healthy herself. How do the children look like? seeds plants fruits Those kind of cultivated man-made fruits with no sugar. I'm referring to peppers those Do not really qualify as real food at all No matter how you want to look at it parenting looks like and I think a lot of you guys could take notes on that Parents nowadays are raising their kids on I don't agree if you want to feed a big family get an animal Butcher it in the back so that the children can see it, of course. It's natural.

11:17 All children, all humans should see how to prepare an animal. And then you feed all of the parts to the whole family.

[video] 11:27 Garbage and quick and easy options. They don't realize that they are raising the next sick generation. But parents like this are raising strong kids and setting an example.

11:35 no i don't agree i don't think that the children will be strong at all example that effort matters more than excuses japanese woman marries ai character she created on chat gpt

12:05 Klaus after a painful breakup, of course.

12:14 And later developed feelings through frequent daily conversations. It makes sense. This is messed up.

12:28 Oh my god, I can't man.

12:41 She wore AR glasses? I don't know what that is. That projected a life-sized image of Klaus as they exchanged rings. What the fuck is going on, man?

13:02 Oh, and she's crying.

13:06 The marriage is not legally recognized.

[video] 13:16 How come early humans didn't get scurvy? Well, that's easy, because the majority of them ate a plant-dominant diet. You see, according to stable isotope analysis of the diets of early humans, we ate a ton of plants.

13:31 Okay, and now please prove isotopes. I'll be waiting.

[video] 13:41 My God!

13:46 she's actually afraid of noodles that's interesting or does she simply not want to eat noodles is that what the fear is based on it's the same with broccoli children hate vegetables and grains seeds obviously all humans hate them just to be clear but adults are brainwashed to eat them

14:19 Interesting, because now it's cooked and she really doesn't want it. It could be the case. It's understandable. It's not human food. It tastes horrible. Try eating raw noodles. Not that they are in their natural state anyway, but you understand what I mean. Out of the package. And even cooked without any sauces, cheese. It's absolute garbage.

14:53 They always find it funny when their children laugh, the modern parents. Have you noticed that? I always see this. When a child is crying, almost throwing up because of broccoli, they laugh themselves to death almost.

15:20 It is of course kind of funny because she's running away from a little noodle, but if it's your child and you're not watching the video, it's a different story.

[video] 15:43 Here's everything I ate today and a calorie deficit.

15:45 Okay. This is really over the top.

[video] 15:49 to hit 160 grams of protein. I started my day off with a breakfast skillet. So I had roasted potatoes, ground beef, peppers, onions, scrambled eggs, and cheese.

15:57 And then of course I had an energy drink on my- She eats somewhat better food than the other one before, but energy drinks are poisonous. They make you alert and give you energy because You're poisoned, and then you are alert because the poisons are traveling through your bloodstream.

[video] 16:23 Wait to the gym. This is the best Celsius flavor. Post-workout meal with some chicken tacos. I made a sauce out of Greek yogurt, lime, jalapeno, cilantro.

16:31 At least she eats some meat. Of course, grain sludge also. The real question is, why does she want attention so much?

16:44 It's clear that that's really the reason she creates the videos.

[video] 16:50 I had some slaw, some chicken and some sriracha on there as well. And these tortillas are only 25 calories per piece. This is just some grapefruit soda water with lime. And for dinner, I had a big old bowl of pasta.

17:01 grain sludge, but of course not just plain grain sludge. Who would eat it with some ground meat, some cheese? This is exactly how these meals started, in case you don't know the history. What they did is that they took the grains, made them into a powder, what you call flour, added water, eggs if lucky, milk if you had it, to the powder, made it into slime and then they baked it into bread, noodles, cookies and all that and then they added some real food and to the fake food and this is what you get 20 real food and the rest is fake and you eat that really insane because

18:01 We don't live in times now where we need to be eating famine food, but people still do. It's just absolutely nuts to see this.

[video] 18:11 I use the Berea Protein Plus noodles, some sauce, some ground beef, and some parmesan.

18:16 Protein Plus? Who gives a fuck? You're being manipulated into eating grain sludge. What does it matter?

[video] 18:22 Had some Gatorade Zero. And for my sweet treat, I had some vanilla Greek yogurt, blueberries, and honey.

18:33 Looking good and healthy.

18:39 Tricking my toddler into eating his greens. Did you ever think about feeding your child food that he actually wants to eat?

18:58 He may not notice that much of a difference because they mix the poisonous bitter vegetables together with sweet fruits or sugar. That's the only reason.

19:17 People today believe that eating raw meat will damage your jaw and organs. If the video wasn't a joke, let's hope so. And the same people believe that eating poisonous plants is fine. You can feed it to your children. As long as you mix the plants together with something sweet, they won't taste it as much. Did you ever think about why they don't want to taste the plants? Is it possible that they are not good for you? No. It cannot be like that. It cannot be that our intuition tells us what to eat. No. You buy some puree in a supermarket and as long as it says that it's good for your child on the package, then it's good for you. Thanks for watching.
