[video] 0:00 hey what's up seeing as you guys like these kind of videos of me reviewing random tiktok videos youtube shorts i'll be doing that again today this is why steak is a weak food that should be removed from your diet this is an eight ounce piece of 100% grass-fed ribeye beef steak so this is really the creme de la creme now when it comes to

0:20 It's not the creme de la creme. For the general population, I understand why it would be, but in reality it would be organs, liver, brain.

0:33 Him saying that already shows you his mental state.

[video] 0:38 Two overall calories, this is 640 calories. Of those 640 calories, 486 or 78% are coming from fat and 40%...

0:50 Really? Okay.

[video] 0:54 Those fat calories are coming from saturated fat.

0:57 Yeah, exactly the same fat that's inside of you. You know that it's a piece of animal in front of you. What is surprising about it? It's like saying, you know, that there's this and this much, the percentage of fat inside of you as if it's some shocking statement or it's saturated fat. That's what your cells are made out of. What are you trying to say to us? Like we are supposed to be mind blown.

[video] 1:25 Now, 22% of these calories are coming from protein or 38 grams of protein, but it's an inflammatory and seriously destructive type of protein.

1:36 How? It's an animal. It's you. It's the same thing. It's the same fat and the same flesh protein. what is destructive about it think about how illogical it is because if he says that it's inflammatory and inflammation is your body's response to damage to stress your body does it for a reason but he says that the meat causes inflammation that's what he's trying to say then you would be causing inflammation to yourself all the time because that's what you're made out of also you see how it makes no sense

2:17 next you got carbohydrates we have 37 trillion cells in our body and their fuel source is carbohydrates there's zero in this piece of steak okay but what about fat what about people also being in ketosis i'm not promoting that necessarily throughout the whole year but most of the year in most climates you would be babies are even in ketosis actually actually even cows are in ketosis The cow that's in front of him, it used to be alive, it used to be in ketosis. You see how contradictory he is, how he doesn't make any sense?

[video] 2:56 When it comes to fiber, this steak has zero grams of fiber to nourish your gut microbiome.

3:02 But it doesn't. It disrupts your gut microbiome. It's the indigestible plant matter, which is also full of toxins, antibiotics. You don't even want what's inside of the fiber in the plants anyway.

3:17 Absolute vegan propaganda. I am plant strong. Yeah, yeah, yeah, man.

[video] 3:22 When it comes to heme iron, heme iron exists in animal products that bleed. It is an oxidative stressor that promotes DNA damage.

3:30 Again, it's the iron that's in your own body. How does it promote anything bad if it's inside of you already? What is up with this guy, man?

[video] 3:45 When it comes to carnitine, this is riddled with carnitine.

3:49 Again, inside of your body, it's an amino acid.

[video] 3:52 This is a precursor to trimethylamine oxide, a hellish molecule that drives plaque deep into your arteries.

4:00 Right, proof? No, you don't have any. That makes no sense. Your body makes it by itself. Why would it make it if it causes plaque in the arteries? That's like saying your body makes the plaque in your arteries. It's the same thing.

[video] 4:20 And then lastly, this is loaded with something called leucine and lysine, two essential amino acids. And because it's so high in these, it actually ignites your liver to bump up the production of IGF-1, insulin-like growth factor number one. It's a tumor and cancer promoter.

4:35 Why tumors? what breast milk is full of it so does breast milk promote tumors does this guy think before making a video who who comes up with this stuff anybody with a functioning brain right away can take it apart so this thing is riddled with the wrong kind of protein the wrong kind of fat zero carbohydrates carnitine tmao zero fiber and heme iron give it to your cat It sounds great. Sounds really nutritious. You just described the perfect food essentially.

5:11 Don't give it to yourself. Wait, did he say give it to the cat? Yeah, don't give it to yourself, but you look sick.

5:22 You should be eating it. Why the cat? You said that it's bad for you. Why would the cat eat it then? Then it's bad for cats also. None of this made any sense. I guess to them it somehow makes sense.

[video] 5:41 Only a carnivore would look at this and be like, nah, that's unhealthy.

5:45 Yeah, but what do you have there? some fruits but all kinds of toxic plants also what is it bread or something can't even tell yeah a lot of it is unhealthy a carnivore is an animal that eats 20 raw meat some of this may be healthy and some of this could be part of a carnivore actual real natural diet as far as the way we define these animals biologically but this this is where it's at this is all you need to eat Who says that it's all that you need to eat, man? Who says that it's raw ground beef? Ground beef doesn't even exist in nature, as in the ground up meat like that. You would need to take actual real pieces of meat. And even then, if it would be muscle meat, it would not be enough. Those kind of diets never last. Yeah, if you eat it raw, it will work for a long time.

6:42 If you eat a cooked carnivore muscle meat fake diet, you will quit within months or years at most, like vegans. It's just not sustainable. It's just a stupid video.

[video] 6:54 Nah, you shouldn't be eating like that.

6:56 Well, what do you mean, man? It's some kind of oils? I don't know, vinegar? None of this... Okay, well, I don't know. I was gonna say none of this exists in nature. Maybe none of it does. Not like that anyway. And for sure, 80-90% of it doesn't. It's a bunch of cultivated man-made plants. Where do you see that in the forest? Nowhere, because it doesn't exist in nature. What is this? Who is this guy? What is he even trying to say? It's such a dumb video.

[video] 7:28 Now we're talking.

7:29 Yeah, exactly. Liver. Yeah, it's one of the, or maybe the healthiest food on earth. Yeah. And I don't get it. Is he promoting raw meat or against it?

[video] 7:42 Oats are amazing for your gut health.

7:44 Wait, isn't this the same guy? What? Oats are amazing for your gut health? And then he cites some kind of epidemiology studies, some nonsense linking something to something. Oh my God. Okay. So the last video was serious.

8:07 Or he's super sarcastic.

[video] 8:09 Improve your gut microbiome. They improve your gut barrier function. They decrease inflammation.

8:13 What? It causes leaky gut, man. Allergies and eczema in children. It destroys your gut. Man, that stuff is also full of glyphosate. All oats that you eat today are full of glyphosate. It's going to make you infertile.

[video] 8:28 They decrease GI symptoms. Not only that, but they contain a type of fiber that binds cholesterol in your gut and causes you to excrete it.

8:34 Yeah, that's bad. Cholesterol is essential for your hormones, your cells. Your cells are protected by cholesterol. And cholesterol is the precursor to your hormones. It's life. Without cholesterol you die. You cannot even gain weight without cholesterol. You just debunked your video. Because if you get less of it, then you get less of life. then you will lose weight and have very few hormones, less anyway.

[video] 9:06 Which thereby lowers your blood cholesterol and long-term lowers your risk for cardiovascular disease.

9:10 Yeah, but it isn't a risk for cardiovascular disease. He's living in the 60s when they came out with that. That's been long debunked. Move on from the lies.

[video] 9:22 What? What? Let me see what he will say.

9:39 Actually, the shrimp are full of defecation. It's like the cockroaches of the sea, as they say. I've also eaten them raw. They can be okay, but there's something about them. They're not really that appetizing.

[video] 9:57 It's made to clean the ocean. If y'all keep eating all the shrimps...

10:00 Yeah, and because the oceans are that polluted today, eating shrimps is not going to be a good idea. They are farmed anyway.

[video] 10:09 Eating all the catfish out of the sea, then what's going to keep the ocean clean? For the ocean can give us planktons and give us oxygen. A lot of people think most of the oxygen comes from the trees, but the majority of your oxygen that you breathe in actually comes from the ocean. No lobster. No, no, no. Lobster is a sea monster. Would you eat a cockroach?

10:28 Lobster is a sea monster. And so what? Then you're eating the monster. Yeah, they kind of look like a so-called monster. But then you have won against the monster and then you consume the life of the monster. That's a good thing. Why does he put it in a way as if it's a bad thing? And where's the argument that they shouldn't be eating meat anyway?

[video] 10:51 That's a shrimp. Depends on how you cook it. A cockroach is a cousin of a shrimp. So a cockroach is a land shrimp. A shrimp is a sea cockroach. Same family. They got the same last names and everything. Same thing as a crab and a spider. Basically, the trash cans of the ocean and the trash cans of the earth are delicacy. But it's the same thing that happened in slavery, where they gave us a pig and gave us the most nasty, horrendous parts of the pig.

11:12 That may all be true. I don't know about those kind of stories from our history. That would make sense, because pigs eat everything, and then maybe some religions saw that they eat everything, they were unclean, unhealthy, and that's why maybe some religions forbid eating pork that's possible that would even make sense it's still better than eating plants though where is exactly the argument that they shouldn't be eating meat

11:46 Everybody in Africa eats meat, maybe not today because of some strange vegan movements, but I would say 99% of people eat meat, right? And in Ethiopia and some other countries, they eat raw meat even.

12:03 That's just what they always have been eating. What are you talking about that they shouldn't eat meat? Where's the argument? Then don't eat shrimp. Where's the argument against meat exactly?

[video] 12:14 Yeah, you starve yourself and eat your own body fat, your own cells. Autophagy. That's biology 101.

[video] 12:33 First of all, I am a fan of intermittent fasting, which is basically skipping a meal here and there. Now, the reason intermittent fasting does work for weight loss is because of calorie restriction. Let's not get it twisted. Yeah, you just eat yourself, literally. There's no mystery to it. One of the benefits of short-term fasting, or, you know, maybe skipping a meal here and there, maybe going one day without food, once in a blue moon, I think is that it teaches your body to know what it's like to be really hungry. This is key. We have evolved for millions...

12:59 Actually, I do partly agree with this, not because of the reasons that he will say, but because if you're really messed up and you're completely addicted to drugs and junk, then doing it just once could be beneficial, not for your health, it's still gonna be bad, but if you're that addicted to absolute garbage,

13:28 And you want to switch to eating raw meat. You want to feel true hunger. For example, you're eating a rice, broccoli, chips, fries, whatever, all the garbage. And then you want to switch to eating a liver and whatnot. You're not used to eating raw foods, none of that. Then fasting for a while. would make you feel true hunger and then you would really appreciate the food. You would look at the liver and think, I just want food, I just need to eat it.

[video] 14:04 Well, that's what I mean.

14:09 I can't agree with him, because who would not have food available in nature? When we talk about any animals, only the losers, the biggest losers. Those are the only people that wouldn't have food. Or, as I said, any animal. Imagine a tiger that doesn't have food. It's a loser tiger. The tiger will lose weight, become weaker, and possibly die because of that. whereas the best hunters the strongest ones always had food when they wanted so when you're imitating that you're imitating the biggest losers in nature and that's why you will feel so horrible because you're imitating being a loser and knowing that you'll actually be okay if you skip a meal here and there can be very yeah you will be okay you could survive but you will feel bad and feeling bad ages you because it's stressful so not having food

14:58 ages you that's why i said only in this one specific case if you're completely drugged up from junk food i would actually possibly recommend doing it once a very beneficial my concern with long fast is that severe underfeeding leads to a sharp increase in cortisol which is our body's main stress hormone and these long yeah of course that's what i mean it's stressful and uh the more cortisol you release the more collagen you break down That's nature's way of telling you, you failed, you're a loser, you're gonna age now. If you exercise, you do fasting, you starve, you don't have food, and so on, do cold showers, Cortisol, aging, you're a loser. That's it. It's just nature telling you, you're a loser. Here, have some wrinkles.

[video] 15:48 Ass have gone very viral with these before and after photos and people touting all these benefits. It's going to clean your cells out. It's going to fix your digestion. Also, I'm a little skeptical about everybody that says fasting fixes inflammation. There are some interesting studies on that, but oftentimes these are in obese individuals. Yes, when you get them to a healthier weight or put them on a calorie deficit, some inflammatory biomarkers might improve, but that doesn't mean you as a healthy person needs to do an 86-hour water fast. Okay, as wrong as this guy usually is, for the most part, he's right here.

16:19 It is dangerous, it's bad.

16:23 Yeah, people will say that they saw benefits when they lost weight. Usually people who are overweight. But that just means that they ate themselves. Meaning that you cannot do it when you're at a normal weight. You shouldn't listen to these people because they wouldn't actually be doing it if they were at a normal weight. That's not a health benefit to have stress and to eat yourself.

16:55 this guy who works out he says peter steele that's a guy from typo negative he was also in my blackpool video the guy with the long black hair was a six eight he was around two meters tall could have dominated any sport he chose yet chose to be an emo guitar player And these kind of guys will just never get it. The whole reason he didn't do sports or bodybuilding, he did work out somewhat, he said. You could see that. But he wasn't crazy into it, he didn't use steroids, he didn't even need to. It's because of the way he looked like.

17:34 he was very well developed had high testosterone also good genetics on top of that for sure but it was just very good nourishment especially during puberty because the only way that you will get such a deep voice such long vocal cords and such a skull is purely through hormones very high testosterone he had super crazy testosterone during puberty and that's why he looked the way he looked that's the number one reason it's not only testosterone he was just very well nourished had a lot of cholesterol also and that's why he could create all of these hormones that's it it's just purely hormonal that's what creates the bones of course also a lot of fat soluble vitamins minerals and so on but the hormones the fat it's what drives everything and it goes to the bones to create them to make them thick and wide That's purely development from nutrition.

18:33 My point is simply that these kind of guys just don't get it, because they work out and do it because of insecurities, because they don't feel like they are good enough. Peter Steele felt like he's good enough, more or less, we don't know exactly how he felt, but he seemed very confident, that's for sure, because of the attention he got from girls also and so on. Why would he have done anything else? He was simply artistically expressing himself like a slave. Making music is just slavery. You're just expressing what you really want to do. But that got him a lot of attention, especially from women, just because of the way he looked like. A lot of women thought that he's the most attractive guy on earth.

19:18 and really i wouldn't be surprised if at his prime he wasn't maybe the most attractive guy on the surf as far as what we could see maybe there were some others out there some guys we don't get to see of course but usually the ones who really stick out they usually become popular or famous in some way just because of the way they look like. And that was the case for him. No matter what he would have done, he would have been popular. My point is simply that he wouldn't have done all of this coping, compensating garbage. Yeah.

19:54 And he just doesn't get it.

19:59 Also, by the way, I should add, Typo Negative didn't make emo music. That's a completely different genre. That's emotive hardcore punk rock. That's what emo is short for. Or emo core. It's emotive hardcore punk rock. Typo Negative was... It was a lot of genres mixed together. It's hard to define it.

20:25 I guess maybe some earlier stuff was kind of doom, but not really, but maybe some influences from it. Also pretty poppy later on. Pop rock, alternative rock.

20:38 Some gothic influences also. It was a mixture. It was good music, though. I like a lot of it. Anyway, this guy's clueless. That's the only reason why I wanted to show this to you. My favorite breakfast, which is... Brian Johnson, of course. Again, oh my god, his videos are so edited. I just can't watch them. There's just zero contrast. He's just trying to hide the way he looks like. It's exactly the opposite of my videos. Clear, everything. You can even see my pores and everything in my videos. Super veggie.

21:10 this is freshly made with broccoli cauliflower black lentils garlic ginger hemp seeds and one tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil yes so just flowers with the toxic oil from toxic fruits oh my god i can't wait to put you in a pyramid nine lately i've added 50 grams of carrots for skin eye and heart health i've also been adding what heart health he never even explains what he means This guy is the worst health influencer we ever had. An avocado for healthy fats.

[video] 21:46 And this, finally, is a secret, but I...

21:49 The fat... We already had this in the first video. It's saturated fat that you're made out of. Not mono. It's partly, but very little.

[video] 21:57 ...been sprinkling on top. Super veggie powder. A product we've been working on for six months.

22:03 Yeah, and again, your marketing. All of your videos are the same. ... we are trying to figure out how to help you get a clinically relevant dose of 300 grams a day of vegetables this has be that's a horrible idea you should be eating zero grams of vegetables a day in your whole life what vegetables can you eat in nature if anything then you need to cook them in the raw form nothing

[video] 22:30 It's avocado, carrots, and cauliflower. And we simply take the vegetables, we ground them up. But that's processed food. So it's not processed, it's not bad.

22:40 It's literally by definition processed. What do you mean? How can you say that?

[video] 22:46 just as good as eating the whole thing. We're in the final stages of approving the formulation, so stay tuned. I hope it comes out soon. Also, many people wonder, are powders okay? Are powders competitive with real foods? Yes, the foods we have... No, never.

22:59 It's dried powders, and sometimes they also use toxic chemicals to extract them. Usually, actually.

[video] 23:09 ...have our real foods ground up into powdered foods. We're thinking it's going to be just as good as whole foods.

23:16 What? What do you mean just as good? You make no sense. Huh? What? That's a typical business marketing lie. It's just as good. Buy it. It's just as good. Buy my supplements. It's all just as good. Total liar, scammer. You're incredibly unhealthy. You're the worst. All right, that's it. I'll keep making videos like this as long as you guys like watching them, just reacting to random videos. I don't even know what the videos are about before I watch them. It's the same thing always. A lot of lies, misinformation, disinformation in the case of Brian Johnson. I don't think that he doesn't understand what he's doing. Come on. You're a health influencer?

24:08 You should look healthy. What do you do then? Completely edit your videos? He probably also uses makeup, it really looks like it. Sometimes he has really visible dark eye circles, sometimes all of a sudden not.

24:23 Even if his team, editing team, makeup team does that for him, you still know it, that it's happening to you. Or even if it only was editing, are you gonna say that you filmed the videos, they filmed them for you, and you never look at them? Because a health influencer would do it like this, even if they have a camera team. Somebody films you, you check the footage, you say, hey, I need more contrast, you can't really see the way I look like in real life, because I want to show people what my diet did to me. how healthy I am because of it, because it's visible, especially by looking at somebody's skin. But now he does the opposite, essentially. He hides it always. So even if he doesn't do it himself, he for sure can see that his videos are like that, and I for sure don't believe that he doesn't see it. I'm sure that he does this on purpose. I understand that you want to look healthy,

25:20 But if your diet doesn't make you healthy, your lifestyle, then why do you try to hide the way you look like? That's my problem with him and many of these people. As I said, simply do it like me. Pure raw footage, can completely see my pores, everything. Just film it with a DSLR, sharp footage. And just show yourself the way you are. No makeup, nothing. Just literally, just you look the way you look like. And you show it to people. If you're sure about your diet and what you're doing and everything and what you're promoting, that's what you should be doing. But no, these people, it's just so fake. All the social media, TikTok, most of YouTube, everything, it's always fake. Actually, the only people that I see who actually show themselves the way they are, are people who eat raw meat.

26:20 Yeah, actually, really. Because when you look at footage from these small channels with 500 subscribers, at least they really show the way they look like, because they know that they look good. Because it makes your skin look good, the largest, maybe most important organ of your body, arguably. At least it's the one that shows the health of the human being. You cannot really see what's going on inside. Although, if something bad is going on inside, then you're gonna see it on the outside. Yeah, these are the only people. Everybody else looks unhealthy and tries to hide the way they look like. Horrible. Thanks for watching.
