0:00 Hey, I'm going to be reviewing a video by Tish Wonders. It's called What I Eat, Fiber Maxing Balanced and Non-Restrictive. I head to the gym, do a little workout.

[video] 0:24 Before I go, I'm going to put...

0:26 Is it just me or is her face really blurry as if she's using a filter?

[video] 0:31 Just all of the seeds because this is what we naturally want to eat. When you imagine

0:55 people eating in nature, then of course you will imagine them sharing some seeds with each other. Oh, give me some of those seeds, please, I didn't try them yet. hmm, these seeds are not as bitter as the other ones. They are still inedible, but sure, I will eat them. I will just go against my intuition because that's just what we naturally do. It's not as if humans in nature don't eat any seeds at all. It's not as if seeds are the worst thing that you could possibly eat.

[video] 1:26 no no no pumpkin seeds sometimes i'll throw a few raisins in there sometimes some goji berries and then i'll finish it off with some just some stuff imported from who knows where but this is all normal fat coconut milk and that sweetens it up for me like i don't need any sweetener i don't need any maple syrup or any honey but if i did fancy some obviously i would add some but i'm going to keep it out so

1:55 Oats, slave food, almond milk, fake milk, of course, desiccated coconut, hemp seeds, chia, raisins, peanut butter, mostly seeds, fake foods. If you want to be healthy, then do the opposite of this.

2:17 It would be one thing if these people would use real milk, but they don't even use real milk anymore. They just use some watered-down seeds with laboratory-made toxins. Sorry, I meant vitamins.

[video] 2:44 A little bit of coconut milk. Also gonna heat up the cute blueberries. Place the frozen blueberries into a pan, just with a touch of water, and just cook them until they were soft. I finished off with that full-fat coconut milk. Look how creamy it makes this porridge. So I served everything up.

2:58 Yes, you like that it looks creamy because you want cream, you want animal fat. That's naturally what you want. You're admitting that by talking about creamy food. All of the people who eat plant-based diets, especially women, dream about creamy food all the time. But instead you eat peanut butter, you drink fake milk, almond milk, soy milk, coconut and all of that. Some people use coconut cream, but it's all animal fat cravings because in nature you would be eating bone, marrow, brain, and the actual fat of the animals.

[video] 3:42 Topping the porridge with this coconut yogurt, along with those cooked blueberries. I placed on top some bee pollen, and yeah, just...

3:48 This is fake food.

[video] 3:50 ...fueled myself before my morning workout.

4:04 She does that because it's sugary, sweet. That's it. If it wasn't for the sugar, then she wouldn't be able to swallow it because we naturally don't want to eat seeds. You mix the seeds into the sweet and fake creamy stuff, and that's why you're able to swallow it.

4:34 moving that body daily. Moving your body is great. It's natural. It's what all animals do. But this is not movement. This is exertion, exercise.

4:51 What she's doing is not that bad compared to a lot of people today. Even women nowadays lift very heavy weights, but it's obviously also not comfortable to do it, meaning that it goes against your nature.

5:19 What is that? All things butter? What is that? Is it fake butter? I don't know. All things butter. Let me check it out. Apparently all things butter is proper British butter. That's what it says here. Obviously pasteurized, but I guess that she will at least eat real animal fat, sort of.

5:46 and olive oil, which is oil from bitter toxic fruits.

5:54 Sardines, okay. She may be eating plant-based, we'll see. She's fiber-maxing, so she must be, but she also eats meat and butter. All right.

[video] 6:07 Headed to the supermarket after the gym just to get a few essentials, including some olive oil. I like to always keep a range of olive oils on hand at all times. And you know, I cannot be without my sardines. And for some reason I'm finding them. I'm having more luck with finding sardines in extra virgin olive oil. I'm going to make that wild garlic potato salad, which I showed you a few videos ago, but I'm going to do it in a different way. I'm going to make up this wild garlic pesto. Jersey Royals are in season right now, so you should find them pretty easy, especially if you are in the UK. Grabbed some beetroot, avocados, some kiwis. I love regular scramble. Two minutes in the pan, done. Easy, quick breakfast. But when I do have a little bit more time and I'm feeling for something, She talks about it as if fiber is something that you should try to get into your diet, whereas in reality it's something that you should avoid.

7:04 When you eat fruits, then you can eat some fiber. A lot of the fiber from fruits is not really that bad for you. Some of it doesn't even cause any indigestion, but some hard fiber from fruits will... be a little bit troublesome. But when you eat so-called fiber, the indigestible parts of seeds, then forget about it. It will be very bad for your gut. You will actually feel it.

[video] 7:37 You could do both like me. If you've only got tomatoes, that will be fine. Or if you've only got some red peppers, that will also be fine. You can make this as...

7:44 Right, but instead of the tomatoes and red peppers, you could also just get some blood, your spleen, liver, or just red meat, whatever, because that's what you want. That's why you want red foods, naturally.

[video] 8:03 Spicy as you want. You could really flavor it up. Sometimes I like adding in some cumin seeds, which I'll probably do this morning. So I actually usually do a lot of...

8:12 You don't like to do that. You have been brainwashed to do that. Big difference, obviously. It's the opposite, essentially. If you would want to do it, if you would actually like the seeds, then you would just eat them. But you don't do that because you don't like them. You've been manipulated to do that.

[video] 8:37 I never really trained by myself. Time efficiency, it's just easier to go into a class, clock in and clock out. Yes, you waste your energy there, you age your body, sometimes you injure yourself

9:06 And why do you do any of that? You don't gain anything from it. There is no benefits.

[video] 9:12 I just feel like, for now, I'm just kind of going at my own pace in the gym and just wanting to kind of, yeah, just train by myself. Can't really keep up with everything that I do in psych classes. My number one favorite thing to do is hot yoga, but I just feel like my balance is completely off, so I'm just giving that a bit of a rest. I decided not to add the cherry tomatoes in. I just continued by chopping up some red onion. So, yeah, I just heated a pan with a little bit of coconut oil, throwing the red peppers and the onion in, seasoned with some salt, some black pepper, and I threw in some cumin seeds. You could throw some chili flakes in, some smoked paprika. You really just spice this scramble up however you like. But you don't like them. Nobody likes seeds. Beans are seeds. You cannot eat them in their natural raw state. And even when you cook them, you always

10:10 You put something else over them, you put them in between something. Whatever the case, you don't eat them on their own because you don't like them. It's as simple as that.

[video] 10:24 Dusty knuckles.

10:26 Look at that, just slime. And then you can also see the crust on the outside because it has been baked. So it's baked seed slime and you actually eat that.

[video] 10:38 Potato sourdough. Yes, please.

[video] 10:43 I'm going to finish with some coriander. I know for a lot of you, coriander tastes like soap apparently.

10:49 Soap? What do people mean by that? Do they mean the pesticides? The toxic chemicals?

[video] 10:58 Tell me in my comments. You could definitely use something like pasta. You could even use dill if you want. Any fresh green herb. After a couple of minutes of just letting the black beans cook, I moved them to the side and I just threw my eggs in and just

11:10 fold the black beans in and just combine this wouldn't be such a bad meal if she used meat instead of the beans that is something special if you want a fiber max Why is she fiber maxing? I don't know who this is. I've never seen this channel before. I will just assume that she has digestive issues. Typically, people start eating more fiber when somebody tells them to do it because they have digestive issues. And obviously, all of the issues will just get worse.

[video] 11:45 So breakfast, and you want a really easy way to do it. I really love the combination of black beans and eggs, and I Often eat it undefeated. I'm going to organize my fridge. I'm just going to see what's in there.

11:56 It's not that you like the combination of black beans and eggs. It's that you don't like the beans and the eggs somewhat cover up the taste of the horrible seeds. That's all that's going on here. You like the eggs and it's obvious why.

[video] 12:14 Everything out, rearrange everything. And whilst I'm doing that, obviously show you fridge state.

12:19 The face is blurry and glowing the whole video. It's a little bit distracting.

[video] 12:26 I often do this, number one, because I just like having an organized kitchen. Number two, I just feel like it reduces food waste. I know exactly what's going on. I can stay on top of everything that's in my fridge and I don't repeat my ingredients that I obviously wouldn't need. I'm only gonna just wash my greens. That's something that I usually do the day that I get them. and then it just ensures that I actually eat them and nothing goes to waste. But I have been busy the past few days, so I haven't really had time. So I'm gonna wash my greens, put them away, and yeah, just sort these shells out. So yeah, starting with greens. This is a fundamental ingredient that has to be in my fridge at all times. I do like to switch things up. I often grab my greens from the farmer's market because they're just the freshest, most delicious greens that I can find. So I've got a bag of chard. I've got some gorgeous spinach too, She keeps saying that she loves to have all of that but she doesn't. If you would love it, then you would, just like a cow, start eating that.

13:25 all of those so-called foods in their natural state, but you don't do that because you don't love it, you don't even like it, and you actually hate everything that you showed right here. But you're brainwashed to eat all of that because you're fiber-maxing. And you're fiber-maxing because of some ideas which were implanted in your head, and that's how brainwashing works.

[video] 13:50 Cabbage, the way I've been preparing greens recently, it's so basic. I just grab my steaming trays, steam them, a little olive oil, a little salt, simple, delicious.

14:05 To use the word delicious when talking about green leaves, which are poisonous and flowers also, is really delusional.

[video] 14:23 All of my greens washed and prepped for the next week or so. This is one of the reasons why I love to clear out my fridge, and I do it pretty often. I do buy a lot of ingredients, which means that I can stay on top of things and ingredients that I didn't even realize I had. I just cleared out the vegetables drawer and just packed everything back. I found some asparagus tips that I had no idea were there, some watercress. Doing this just makes my mind feel clear. When everything is organized, I'm more likely to cook from home.

14:46 You put all of the down there because you don't even want to look at it. Thatch.

[video] 14:53 Some of the things that I love to have in my fridge include some cooked beetroot. An example of a lunch that I'll throw together is my mackerel, crispy bean and beetroot salad, which I shared a few videos back. Love adding beetroot to my blueberry smoothies also. A variety of dairy yogurt and non-dairy yogurt. I always love to have some Greek yogurt for dressings, salads. I don't know, sometimes I'll throw it on top of porridge, just everyday things. Then I also love having some alternatives. Cocos is my favorite coconut yogurt, but we also have some of the coconut.

15:18 Soon you will only have the alternatives. Get used to them.

[video] 15:22 Collaborative one too. So some different cheeses. We've got some mozzarella, some goat's cheese, some parmesan, some halloumi and some feta. Just makes everything 10 times more delicious. Gotta have some cheeses on hand.

15:34 Just makes everything 10 times more delicious. What are we talking about? Those green leaves and flowers? Do you mean that you put cheese over those poisonous plants? Maybe she also meant the seeds. Whatever the case, it's understandable why you do it.

[video] 15:54 Some fresh blueberries. So one of my favorite ingredients from Marks and Spencer, this chili pesto right here. I cannot be without it. Yesterday I had a bit of sourdough, put it on the sourdough, topped it with some sardines, some watercress. Delicious.

16:07 And again, why do you do that? Because nobody wants to eat some slime made out of seeds, which is what bread is.

[video] 16:14 The only shop bought soup.

16:16 Who sits there and eats plain bread? Nobody. You eat bread because you're brainwashed to eat it. That's it. If you would like it, you would simply sit there and eat plain bread. You don't do that.

[video] 16:26 I actually enjoy from this brand, Cully & Sully. I feel like the other supermarket ones just have a really strange taste or like sometimes a really strange aftertaste. But this one, I usually add some extra black pepper and then throw some lentils in there or something, or some butter beans, top it with an egg. When I need a little convenience, I love having a ready-made soup or something like that on hand. An essential is a good butter. I've got back into the habit of soaking and cooking my own beans from dried. So like there are so many options nowadays. So yeah, you can get some really tasty beans, but they are so easy to just soak and cook from dried. It would definitely be more cost-effective.

16:57 Why would you need to soak your food? That's a red flag.

[video] 17:02 if you're cooking them in big batches you've got a lot of people to feed so simple to do i just soaked the butter beans overnight gave them a good wash and rinse in the morning place them in my pressure cooker my number one kitchen pan pot i could never be without yes i place them into the pressure cooker with a little bit of salt and i always add this japanese sea vegetable it's called kombu not only a nutritional powerhouse it's also known to help digest the beans easier definitely going to throw these butter beans in the lunch that i'm going to put together salty brownie foods i always have always have a half filled jar of olives along with some sun-dried tomatoes and then also some capers so i've got some caper berries and i've also got some

17:31 All of this stuff processed, imported from Japan and who knows from where, but where she's from, and this applies to every place, you would simply be hunting down animals and maybe eating some fruits now and then. It depends on the climate.

[video] 17:55 The fish, the sauces, the dressings, love capers. I also showed you the other day how I love to crisp them up. If you tried them that way, then you know how good they are. Roasting a whole chicken this weekend. Always got some type of protein, other random sauces and condiments that I currently have, this sticky date and tamarind sauce, miso paste, staple of all staples, some Dijon mustard.

[video] 18:15 Decided to just make a brine for our chicken, that's gonna be for the weekend. So for the brine we've got some garlic, thyme, black peppercorns, some lemon peel, some salt, some sugar. So that brine is going to cool down, then we're gonna place the whole chicken in there and it's going to be the most incredible juicy chicken that we cook.

18:28 So much time, I'm gonna be super mindful that I am... At least she eats some meat. It's better than what most girls do nowadays.

[video] 18:38 I'm eating out tonight, so I kind of want to preserve my appetite, but I'm in that in-between stage where I'm feeling a little bit hungry. I did share with you that wild garlic potato salad. This is a slightly different variation of that salad. We're going to whip up this powerhouse wild garlic pesto. We're going to include things like hemp seeds and pumpkin seeds, then

18:54 Just to, again, Fiverr Max this lunch, we're going to be adding in some butter beans to our... Wild garlic, Madeleine Olivier, whatever her name was, that pregnant vegan. She already had a child, actually. She also ate wild garlic. She also lives in Britain. What's up with these people?

[video] 19:13 potato salad. To top everything off, we're adding in some sardines. So first things first, we're gonna whip up this pesto.

19:19 Sardines are good, obviously canned fish isn't good because of the toxic heavy metals.

[video] 19:24 So I'm just gonna give my wild garlic a really good wash. In goes the wild garlic, our star ingredient. Not only is it rich in antioxidants like regular garlic, it is going to give this pesto the most vibrant green color. The flavor of the wild garlic is only going to maximize once we mix it with the warm potatoes. So we're gonna throw some lemon juice in. It's going to just brighten the pesto. Keep it that vibrant green color. Extra virgin olive oil. Doesn't really need an explanation, does it? We love olive oil.

19:49 It does. You love it, really? Please drink the whole bottle. Oh, well, I can't really because I would throw up in it.

[video] 20:02 Some people might say that seeds don't belong in a pesto, but I love adding them in.

20:06 Today, I'm going to add in... You wouldn't even be able to drink half the bottle, just to be clear.

[video] 20:12 Some hemp seeds. Hemp seeds add this subtle nuttiness that actually doesn't overpower the wild garlic, so they're perfect in here. And then some pumpkin seeds, high in zinc, great healthy fats, and actually they add a really lovely texture to this pesto, which I personally enjoy. And would it even be a pesto without a little bit of Parmesan?

[video] 20:31 Smells so delicious. Great.

20:39 So for this wild garlic... Purple flowers. Wow.

[video] 20:43 Instead of adding the butter beans, just add more butter to the meal.

[video] 21:01 pesto. I always cried at how good this is. I've decided that I need to somehow preserve wild garlic because this year I'm going crazy.

21:08 Okay, that looks disgusting. What's going on here? Huh?

[video] 21:14 I'm obsessed.

21:21 What? Imagine serving this to natural humans. Actually, imagine going up to them and giving them a bowl of this.

21:34 They would just not understand what's going on. They would think that you're joking. And if you would be serious, they would get really offended.

[video] 21:51 If you wanna be extra like me, trust me, top it with some goat's cheese. If you can't do goat's cheese, top it with some feta, top it with something creamy. This wild garlic potato salad is limitless. As I was throwing all of the ingredients together, I was thinking of other variations, potentially throwing in some olives, some sun-dried tomatoes and tuna. Once you have a base of a recipe, that's when you can really play about and add your own flair, add your own touch.

[video] 22:17 This Georgian restaurant dakka dakka exceeded my expectations. The flavours, the invention, the creativity of this menu completely blew my mind. The chef Adrian has really created something special. We've got red. We've got sunflower seeds underneath that we've taken out. We fold them in a dill, chard, dairy housewagger. Aubergine? I thought that it's maybe meat. People in Georgia eat tons of meat. You wouldn't find such a dish in Georgia. It's impossible.

23:12 The guy has never been to Georgia. What is he talking about?

23:18 They eat fatty meat. They have tons of meat dishes. That's all that they have.

23:31 This is some delusional vegan idea of what Georgians eat.

[video] 23:41 I was saying to my friend that this crudo is probably the best, freshest, most delicious crudo I've ever had. Citrus, the coriander, the chili, unbelievable. These are the kinkali, the hand-twisted stewed filled dumplings. Especially in Georgia, they don't eat the hand-twisted. They eat it on the plate as a way to count who has the most dumplings. Now that's going to be about to get more content. I had the garlic roast chicken, superb, and then these cheesy-filled flatbreads. This tomato salad not only looked divine when you cut into it, it was almost like this marinated, juicy, flavor-packed tomato on this hazelnut cream. We finished with a few of the desserts, this soft serve, which was made with wine, and then these little donuts, they kind of tasted like churros. If you want an experience like no other, you have to try this restaurant.

24:24 That's it. She seems like a nice girl. She simply has been misled. And that's the case with most women nowadays, especially when you look at all of these online influencers. They will show green leaves, flowers, even purple flowers, as you could see, and all kinds of seeds in their what I eat in a day videos, but they won't eat that because they want to eat that. In reality, they want to eat animals, sea animals, land animals, eggs, dairy products. They don't want to eat any of these green so-called foods because none of that is actually edible. These plants have been cultivated. They are not as bitter as the natural versions, but you can still taste the bitterness. You cannot get rid of the bitterness completely.

25:23 You can do your best and even then you will still cover up the taste with red sauces because you really want to eat red food, cheese, anything that you can think of. And when you will eat the seed slime, which you call bread, then you will also put something on top or in between the seed slime because It's not what you want to eat. When you actually think about what you can eat in its raw natural state, then you will realize that it's only meat, eggs, and also fruits, of course. But you will not eat the green plants, those purple flowers, or any of the seeds in their natural raw state. They are inedible, and you know that. You will not sit down and eat actual plain bread. You will not do it because... It's not what you naturally want to do.

26:20 It doesn't even have anything to do with nature because all of those foods are man-made. There's no such thing as baked seed slime in nature. Simply think about what you would eat on its own without any additives, cheese, sauces, and you will realize that most of what she showed in this video is inedible. Thanks for watching.
