I'm glad that I got to see them both in one video, but at the same time it really portrays the severe mental issues that veganism can and in this case does actually cause. As I said, when you don't get enough cholesterol, which your brain is made out of, saturated fat, it just doesn't function anymore. Then you have a vitamin D deficiency, of course, because vitamin D is an animal hormone. which, if you don't get enough sunlight, you're never gonna produce enough yourself. And in Berlin, there's so much geoengineering, there's no sunlight most of the year, that you're never in a million years gonna get enough vitamin D. It's just absolutely impossible. You can see how the weather there is already. It's usually like that. This is a typical Berlin summer day, as sad as it may sound. Plants also don't have over 15 micronutrients, besides the macronutrients that plants are missing. which is why you will also get mental issues, even a zinc deficiency causes mental issues.
16:16 There's just way too many nutrients missing on a vegan diet, which is a diet where you're following human ideas, it's literally humans that thought of this diet, and you're eating also plants, which don't exist in nature, so you're eating a man-made diet consisting of man-made plants.
