0:10 Hey. How's it going, Fred? Derek. Nice to meet you. Nice to meet you too.
[video] 0:26 Okay. Okay, and you need some change? Yeah.
[video] 0:54 One degree Celsius. It's right above freezing. It's got a good tongue in there. We can probably cut that tongue out and eat it.
[video] 3:05 for it like immediately i'm still i ate liver i eat liver raw sometimes and i also had kidney once but i i haven't really touched anything else also because it's hard to get right now i'm trying to cure my candida so to say because i suffer a lot from anxiety and depression and what i learned that primarily is that the candida itself is not necessarily the issue it's more of a symptom the body uses candida to clear out other metabolic waste that it can't handle and sometimes if your glands and your organs and your filtration systems a little weak then the candida and the other microbes will come in and do that job and it's and it's a painful process but it's something that you have to go through in order for the body to purify
[video] 3:59 Try the lamb fat, try the back fat, try different organ meats, and then let your body tell you, you know, what works. And if you start feeling good off of something, then, you know, go with it.
[video] 4:11 There, there it is. You subsist on guts and grease for years without, you know, dying. Kind of sarcastic, but it gets to the point. They did a fairly good interview. They asked a lot of questions and straightforward answers.
5:05 shimmy shimmy go go pop maybe a little bit right there where is that right right there back in here okay
[video] 5:39 I think this is the best set.
[video] 6:04 Yeah, I try to eat at least one vegan meal every week.
6:08 Exposed vegan.
[video] 6:13 That ruins my reputation.
6:18 Damn man, you look pretty strong. You don't even work out?
[video] 6:22 It's all the salad.
[video] 6:28 I don't work out, I work for a living.
[video] 6:57 It comes out pretty dry. Alright, this is a crock of bones. And the bones, after I scrape all the meat off of them, I'll put them in the crock pot with vinegar and water and set it on low for about three or four days until the bone starts to dissolve. And then I eat the whole bone to get all my minerals.
[video] 7:25 So bones. They not only include calcium, but they have magnesium and phosphorus, potassium, all the trace minerals that your body needs to produce its own bone.
[video] 7:40 And I think this is what's missing in a lot of people's diets, people who try to go primal or ketogenic. They just don't get enough of these minerals. And the only way to do it really is to get the whole bone
[video] 8:15 these have been dry aging for about three and a half weeks with a bone saw and try to dig out some of the spinal cord which is really nutritious and delicious and this I'll scrape the rest of the meat off of and try to crack open the bone to get the marrow out and then
[video] 8:44 You just get in here.
[video] 8:48 Just eat it out.
[video] 9:00 Tastes just like the brain.
[video] 9:04 Really creamy and sweet.
[video] 9:13 Would you like to try some? which is really high in collagen and I'll chew on it like chewing gum and this is the calf meat it's genuine genuinely tough and you got to chew on it so but when it ages
[video] 9:34 Age as well. And sometimes I'll dehydrate it and make it into a jerky. Cut it into thin strips and let it dry. So there's different methods you can use. You can get a surgical saw and cut these carefully and then dig the marrow out. But just for expediency, I like to smash it.
[video] 10:02 And you can see the bone marrow right there. And you take a little bit and scrape it out with a knife.
[video] 10:13 This is really about the best part of the animal. It's really creamy. Has very little flavor.
[video] 10:23 But the texture is just awesome. You ever have bone marrow like this? Not like this, probably not. I've had chicken, beef. I've had some really bad beef bone marrow. I know it. This is nothing like any other bone marrow.
[video] 10:42 Wow. A little bit of cardiac fat. The fat lining around the heart.
10:46 So...
[video] 10:51 I'll cut portions of that up. There's the liver. The testicle.
11:01 Looks very appetizing.
[video] 11:04 There's a little bit of spleen left. It's a spongy organ that's attached to the stomach. Just a little bit of juice from all the different organs and this is about the best stuff ever.
[video] 11:23 That's a good breakfast.
[video] 11:31 They say raw. I'll just grab you a piece.
[video] 11:44 Want to taste it? Sure. You know, they're trying to make perpetual energy out of fusion. And they're like, this is the Big Bang Theory, right? And I said, they're wrong. They're like, they're missing one step. And I said, because fusion is a clap. And I asked, I said, Fred, but what did I do first? And he said, right? And I said, exactly, that's imploding. That's inhaling. bang right before you can exhale you have to inhale but it goes against uh fundamental thinking that energy can be produced from a void from the vacuum you know so we think that the energy is concentrated in this great bang and it's really not it's more like Right. They keep trying to, what is the Hadron Collider? They're trying to smash particles together to make perpetual motion and that's not how it works. Perpetual motion is binary. The baby crawling, the wing, you know, the stepping. You know, there has to be one and the other together.
[video] 12:44 And then in the middle is what? The ground, you know, where it's calm. The period is what we think of as the end of the sentence, but I'm saying the period started the sentence. You have to have a point before you can draw a line, right? Before you can draw a letter. So then I was informed that a period became depressed in on itself. And then what happens when you have a period depressed on itself is you have a comma. Or you go into a coma, if you're a human being who's depressed, and you envelop yourself into darkness.
[video] 13:20 And I hope they lose their job one day. That's a dozen. Wow, they have all that. Now are you going to wash them and get them ready? You know how to wash the eggs? It's a lot of work. Here's the thing, you gotta be real careful not to break them. Right? You gotta use cold, cool water so it doesn't burn them up. These are real very young. You don't have to get them perfectly clean. We'll make it a little warmer.
[video] 14:09 Yeah, just rip them up into small pieces. Charlotte.
[video] 14:15 What? I'm going to get you.
[video] 14:42 Yeah. Okay, guys. What? What do y'all want?
[video] 14:51 Had chicken or steak, burritos? Steak. Which was the one I liked last time? I think you had chicken. Yeah, chicken then. I want chicken. Steak. Heads, Aldis gets to choose what side. Tails, Sharla gets to choose. Please, please. Tails. No! No! Ow. Ow. Ow. Ow. Ow. Ow. Ow. Ow. Ow.
[video] 15:30 I'm leaving. Awww.
16:02 Here as a goodbye Cheers What do they do with the cream and sugar?
[video] 16:25 I love this stuff You guys don't eat any desserts or anything?
[video] 16:31 There's plenty of desserts in the fridge. I'm not a baker or a candlestick maker. It's just a normal person.
16:42 All right.
[video] 16:43 Ready.
16:44 Do you always drink it cold? Or should you do it warm?
[video] 16:49 Hodgness talks about leaving it out.
16:51 Yeah.
[video] 16:53 That's either or. Excuse me, passing through. Room temperature's fine, but... It keeps better in the cold so you keep it refrigerated just so it lasts longer.
17:04 See you in Valhalla. Thanks for everything man. Bye!
18:11 They are scared to death.
[video] 19:19 This is spider lime. You have to cut it in two.
[video] 19:26 My eye isn't as good as it used to be either.
[video] 20:00 It could be the right. I don't know. It could be the right. Maybe just go. Hey, how's it going? Hey. See you. Nice to meet you. Nice to meet you. Okay, Brian, you got to stay here, buddy. My dog would eat you for breakfast. He would be like, oh, hello. Let me eat. Here, Brian. I know. You smell his puppy. You smell his puppy. Later.
20:28 Big thanks to you, man.
[video] 20:29 Hey, you're welcome. I'll stay in touch. Yeah, man. I'll see you in Berlin next time.
20:32 Okay, yeah. Ciao. Ciao.
