0:00 What's up everyone? Another ignorant claim by vegans. Carnivores make their own vitamin C. Of course no animal can make vitamin C. And no animal can make vitamins out of nothing. A vitamin is a group of organic compounds. Vegans and many other people have been fooled to believe that ascorbic acid is vitamin C, even though it's only the potential coating of the vitamin. Believing that ascorbic acid is vitamin C goes against the definition of what a vitamin is. There will be a link in the description if you want to see what vitamin C is actually made out of. Many animals create ascorbic acid. It has nothing to do with being a carnivore, seeing as all animals digest their food into mostly saturated animal fat. meaning that they eat a ketogenic diet. Goats create ascorbic acid. And it does not appear out of thin air. It is converted in the liver from glucose!

1:00 Vitamin C is found in plants, which some animals eat. It's absorbed by the cells. So all scientists agree that it's found in raw meat. But at the same time, when you look up the government food websites, they will say that there is zero vitamin C in animals. It makes no sense until you read the fine print. Vitamin C in meat was not measured. But instead of writing not measured, they write zero. Not that this is even important, because the main purpose of vitamin C is to regulate blood sugar, which is why it's found in fruit. But man-made fruit has very little vitamin C. Keep in mind that using ascorbic acid is going to rob you from the other chemicals that make up vitamin C, making you deficient. Vegans will also ignorantly claim that a deficiency in vitamin C will cause scurvy. Wrong! I learned this years ago. Scurvy is caused by a deficiency in amino acids.
