0:00 Hi everyone. Whenever I post a video nowadays, I get the same kind of questions in the comments, which are, can I eat too much liver? How much liver is too much? Can I eat liver daily? What about vitamin A toxicity? And so on. Today I will be answering all of those questions.

[video] 0:23 The notion that we should all be taking liver pills and eating organs is very present within the carnivore community. And when I first started out on the carnivore diet, I bought into this idea.

0:36 That's good, except that these carnivores eat cooked muscle meat for the most part, usually. And if they consume liver in any form, then it's some kind of powdered version of it. It's completely fake. The whole carnivore community is fake.

[video] 0:54 Literally, I spent thousands of dollars on desiccated liver supplements and spe-

0:59 Yeah, then you fell for the trap, of course. Do any real carnivores, actual biologically carnivorous animals, Take pills? Eat desiccated liver? Anything like that? No, of course not. They hunt down an animal and eat the liver. Raw, fresh, when it's warm. This carnivore community has nothing to do with how carnivores eat or how they live or anything.

[video] 1:31 Eshel ordered organs galore from Fancy Farms with the best grass-fed pastured animals, and I gotta say, I look back on that time and cringe. In this episode, I'm going to talk about why I no longer eat liver or organs on Carnivore and why I don't recommend these things. If you are currently taking organ supplements and think they work well for you, in general, I support the idea of making your own choices and testing things out for ourselves, but just make sure that you are doing your blood work and monitoring for signs of toxicity.

1:57 Toxicity of what? We'll see. Maybe she will talk about it. But doing blood work can be sometimes an indicator of something. But you're dealing with molecules for the most part, which at the end of the day cannot be measured anyway. It's not as if it's an exact science that's behind blood tests.

[video] 2:22 Because there are many carnivores who have gotten sick from excess amounts of liver and organ meats. Okay, so why are people even going out of their way to eat organs? The idea is that these are the most nutrient-dense parts of the animal and thus are powerful supplements.

2:37 Yes, it's what real carnivores eat first, especially the liver, right?

[video] 2:43 That can improve health. Some people just straight up eat organs as part of carnivore. They'll...

2:48 Yeah, but cooked liver? Yeah, cooked liver looks like garbage. Raw liver looks really good. add organs to their ground beef taco meat or make pate some people eat organs raw i know a lot of people in the carnivore community because liver and organs taste so nasty they freeze little yeah but they don't taste nasty at all except if you get it from toxic animals it really is the best tasting food on earth i really can't imagine anything that tastes much better than liver when it's from a healthy animal yeah when it's from a

3:26 factory farmed or at least medicated animal which was fed unnatural food not the biologically appropriate food for the animal then yes it can taste bad or actually really bad it can be bitter and you know the taste of bad liver yeah it can be even disgusting but that has nothing to do with liver as such bits of raw liver and just swallow it like a multivitamin i but that's also again being fake you like it or you don't if you eat some cooked burger diet and call yourself a carnivore just because you also swallow liver and all of this is fake i tried this myself and i couldn't do it for very long and yeah because you're brainwashed, essentially. You've been manipulated.

4:24 You are a carnivorous animal, we all are, but Your diet doesn't exactly reflect it because of manipulation. Imagine you hunting down an animal in nature. You have no other food. That's all that you would eat in nature for the most part anyway, except for some fruits and honey now and then. Would you then look at the liver when you're hungry and think, oh, no, I better quickly swallow it or make a powder and pills out of it? No, you would see it, you would be so hungry, you would eat it and enjoy it a lot. Especially because it would taste super good also, of course.

[video] 5:04 Again, it's not a problem with the organs as such.

5:12 It's that the organs come from unhealthy animals. If you cannot deal with the taste of organs, the organs are bad. It's as simple as that. Except if you're really not used to the texture and you've been manipulated to see organs as something scary. That's a different problem, but purely based on the taste, it has to taste good, as in really good. Organs taste really good. There's nothing that I enjoy eating more than organs, except for some seafood also.

[video] 5:41 ...supplements in pill form. That is eventually where I wound up

5:46 Yeah, this is a business. This has nothing to do with being a carnivore. It's all fake.

[video] 5:50 Many failed attempts to cook edible preparations of organ meats, and after I got sick of trying to swallow small bits of frozen organs. The health claims from these organ pills are staggering. They are touted as nature's ultimate multivitamin, and claim to help protect against allergies, increase your fertility, support the immune system, support your thyroid, and so much more. And this ultimate multivitamin claim is arguably true. Organs like liver do indeed have a wide array of nutrients. Even just the B vitamins alone, liver has B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B7, B9, and B12, among others.

6:18 Yeah, but at the end of the day, this is all irrelevant. I also sometimes mention that, but when it comes to actual molecules, you cannot really prove that they are there. You cannot actually prove what they are. That's why naming the nutrients in liver or any organs at the end of the day is completely irrelevant. All that you need to do is eat it and see how you feel. And everybody who eats raw liver especially feels amazing. What kind of nutrients there are or whatever is just an idea anyway. It's really not relevant.

[video] 6:56 vitamins and minerals like copper zinc and iron however the human body has upper limits of what it can safely tolerate for some of these vitamins and minerals if you look up vitamin overdose or vitamin toxicity you will see there's no such thing hyper vitaminosis zero cases zero evidence yeah that's it it's an irrelevant topic seeing as it has never been reported that this is actually a thing. It's called hypervitaminosis.

7:26 Yeah, but it's not a thing. There's no cases of it. How can it be a thing?

[video] 7:31 And it is a toxicity caused by the excess consumption.

7:35 No.

[video] 7:37 Wait, what is she going to say?

7:40 But no. Okay, you don't get it. Firstly, these vitamins have never been proven in the first place. If we really want to be specific, detailed here, seeing as it's molecules which are not observable. And secondly... You can only have signs of toxicity from something toxic. It would have to have an LD50 value, for example. And there are no LD50 values for organs at all. And there would be if you could overdose on the vitamins in liver, for example. But we'll see what else she will say. But I can already see that this is all based on ignorance.

[video] 8:21 numerous side effects like blurred vision, ulcers, swelling of the bones and bone pain and peeling skin with different

8:28 Yeah. And you can get these symptoms, but you can never link them to vitamin A. Seeing as again, just to be clear, I need to repeat it. Vitamin A has never been proven in the first place as such. And secondly, you can only have signs of toxicity from something that's toxic in the first place, seeing as it hasn't been proven. How can you have signs of toxicity from it? That makes no sense. And especially when there is zero reported cases of that ever happening. Really crazy that she's even talking about it.

[video] 9:06 Nutrient overdoses causing different symptoms in different parts of the body. The issue here is that there are water soluble vitamins and then there are fat soluble vitamins. Water soluble vitamins are not easily stored in the body. You've probably heard the idea that if you have too much vitamin C, you just pee it out. Whereas fat soluble vitamins are easily stored in your fat upon absorption and can be over consumed. There are nine water soluble vitamins. It's all of the eight B vitamins and then vitamin C, but vitamin A, vitamin D, vitamin E, vitamin K, these are fat soluble vitamins. And though they are important and needed, they become toxic at too high of a level.

9:41 Yes, but just to be clear, these are molecules. These cannot be observed. There are clearly, we can even taste it, substances in animals which are not present in plants. And clearly you also feel a lot different when you eat liver compared to broccoli. That's obvious. But what exactly it is, if it's these vitamins or whatever, that's not even relevant anyway. You can name it and you can prove that there is over 15 micronutrients missing in plants, but that's just the official data that's been released. If we talk about actual toxicity, hypervitaminosis and all of this, then we really need to get down to how it really works.

10:35 And you need to understand that it's just an idea behind all of these vitamins. And when you talk about toxicity, then it makes zero sense because you're talking about something that cannot be proven in the first place.

[video] 10:48 In a paper I linked to on liver toxicity, under mechanism of injury, they literally say vitamin A in high doses is a direct toxin.

10:58 Yeah, but how does this matter? It's not scientific. It's just an opinion that somebody shares, a belief, nothing else.

11:10 How is this relevant? The only actual studies which show that vitamin A is toxic show that the supplements are toxic, which they are for sure. That's clear. Vitamin A supplements are toxic, absolutely. If you look at the HPLC method of how these vitamins are detected and extracted also when it comes to later on making the supplements then you will see that it's a toxic procedure where they use hexane and all kinds of toxic chemicals and of course then you have the supplement which is toxic and that's clear all of these supplements are toxic vitamin d is red poison that's all toxic but uh it's never been in any way proven that liver in itself causes toxicity

12:08 And it can never be linked to the vitamin A in the liver, whatever kind of substance that really is, whatever you want to call it. It's irrelevant because liver itself has no LD50 value, no organ does.

[video] 12:22 In the paper, they discuss the progression of liver toxicity. And first they note that normal doses of vitamin A are not associated with liver injury. The recommended...

12:34 Yes, but what are we talking about here? Is it about the supplements? Usually they talk about the supplements and the supplements are toxic.

[video] 12:42 The daily allowance or RDA for adults.

12:45 The other problem is that these people believe that the vitamin A in the supplements is the same as the vitamin A in the liver. Completely unrelated, has nothing to do with it. Both cannot really be proven in the first place. But when you're taking the supplement, usually it comes from a foreign source. Creatin, for example, is created out of petroleum. And then you have all of the toxic chemicals which cannot be completely filtered out on top of that, such as hexane, as I said. And then you're taking that as a pill. And then you wonder why it has an LD50 value. LD50 just means that... When they test it on rats, for example, then if 50% of the animals die, it means that it has reached a level of toxicity, which is too much, and that's why it's deadly. It's the lethal dose. That's what LD stands for.

13:43 So they calculate a lethal dose for rats and then they can also calculate it approximately for humans. But you cannot get the levels of toxicity from something that's not toxic in the first place. That's why organs don't have a lethal dose because they are not toxic in the first place. I repeat it a million times because I don't think that people really understand it. Supplements are toxic because they are actually toxic. That's why they have an LD50 value. Organs are not toxic. They have no toxins inside of them, as long as the animal is healthy, of course. And that's why you cannot overdose on organs. It's as simple as that. That's why there are no reported cases of organ overdosing.

14:28 but there are cases of supplement overdosing and it's actually been tested on animals is 700 to 900 micrograms a day and if you're eating foods like eggs butter milk cheese you should get sufficient amounts of vitamin a without overdosing but when who cares irrelevant successful predators go for the liver first that's all that matters everything else you can throw out of the window Do they say that in English? I don't know.

[video] 15:01 When you start regularly consuming foods like liver that are very potent sources of vitamin A, you risk toxicity and its corresponding negative health symptoms as a result. And if the toxicity continues for too long, you risk irreversible liver injury. In liver talks, clinical and research.

15:19 Yeah, but again, high doses of vitamin A and they're probably talking about supplements, right? And they don't feed people, especially raw liver anyway. Yeah, this must be about it. Other drugs in the subclass. Yeah, drugs. Yeah, they are toxic. Of course, nobody denies that. Liver is not toxic though. That's what she doesn't get for some reason.

[video] 15:47 Information on drug-induced liver injury. They first discuss acute toxicity and they say... Acute toxicity is caused by a single or a few repeated very high doses, generally greater than 100 times the RDA, arising within days to weeks with a typical symptom complex of severe headache, nausea, vertigo, blurred vision, muscle aches, and lack of coordination.

16:08 I've been eating raw meat for almost 10 years. I eat over one kilogram of liver every week. Never experienced any side effects whatsoever.

[video] 16:18 followed by skin desquamation and alopecia. Severe overdose can cause increased cerebral spinal fluid pressure, progressive drowsiness, and coma.

16:28 Then they say... Yeah, from the toxic drugs, not from the best organ on earth.

[video] 16:36 Chronic hypervitaminosis A usually arises three months to many years after starting moderately high levels of vitamin A, generally 10 times the RDA, and is marked by dry skin, chelosis, gingivitis, muscle and joint pains, fatigue, mental dullness, depression, and liver test abnormalities.

16:53 Haven't experienced anything even close to that. If I may say so about myself, I'm absolutely at my peak health. I'm just optimally healthy. that's how i feel liver and organ meats are so potently rich in vitamin a toxicity can happen very quickly even no you cannot overdose on something that's not toxic in the first place there's no reported cases of this whatsoever there's never been any experiments done no studies nothing that showed that something that is not toxic can become toxic It's impossible. That's why no organs or anything that's good for you has an LD50 value. Only something that's toxic in the first place can have it. And that can be lethal. The dose can never make the poison. The poison makes the poison.

17:49 And if something is poisonous, then it will be even more poisonous if you consume more of it. And if you consume too much, you die. If something is not poisonous in the first place, such as liver, you cannot overdose it. And we have no cases of this whatsoever. She's talking about overdosing on toxic vitamin A supplements full of really extremely toxic chemicals.

[video] 18:15 with small amounts of liver. From the research I have done, I do not believe that adding liver or organ supplements is necessary on a carnivore diet for optimal health.

18:26 And there are plenty... Yeah, that's cool. everybody who eats organs right away realizes that they feel a lot better what else do you need you don't need any papers or anything about it you need to try it yourself you never have you took some kind of supplements or try to swallow liver now and then which probably tasted horrible because it was bad liver you have carnivores who've experienced harmful effects from it Liver makes me sick. I tried over and over. Yeah, of course, from bad animals. Yeah, understandable. Liver should make you feel euphoric.

[video] 19:01 Basically, there are carnivore practitioners like Judy Cho, who have seen talk vitamin toxicity is a real thing.

19:08 No, it's not never been proven. I'm still suffering from mine. I get toxic, multiple vitamins. What?

19:18 Did she take multi vitamins or what? That's all toxic, of course.

19:24 A multivitamin is like a multi-poison. You have all kinds of toxins in a pill form. Rat poison, liver poison, everything is in a multivitamin. It's the biggest joke on earth. It's not even a joke. It's really dangerous. toxicity in the blood markers and hair samples of her patients oh nutrition with Judy interesting that she shows her because I actually wanted to show her a video about vitamin A next

[video] 19:57 the need for caution with liver and organ consumption the reason why i look back and cringe over my consumption of liver at the beginning of carnivore is because the reason i did it was out of fear and lack the influencers and figures i followed talked constantly about how important organs are on carnivore i always hear them say that it's not important those cooked muscle meat people We need to eat the whole animal, how great it is to have the extra nutrients. That's not the full story. And it was the people in this community who went out on a limb and shared their harmful experiences that spurred me to look into this a little deeper. And cliche as it is, sometimes there's too much of a good thing.

20:38 No, and that's exactly the thing. There cannot be too much of a good thing. Because if it's good for you, it's always good for you. No matter how much of it you eat. That's her problem. She doesn't get it. If it's bad in the first place, then it can be lethal eventually. Liver cannot be. Vitamin A supplements can be because they are toxic in the first place.

[video] 21:05 I now eat a lot of meat. and so do they. If you want to thrive, you need to eat meat. Meat is required.

21:14 Hey guys, my name is... Yeah, that's great, but muscle meat is what the animals would eat. as leftover food. If there's nothing else, the lower ranks would eat it and they would never cook it. Eating a cooked muscle meat diet is not going to lead you to optimal health. It's good that she promotes meat, don't get me wrong, but you got to be promoting organs in the first place, not muscle meat.

[video] 21:45 Judy Cho, and I'm board certified in holistic nutrition. And I have a private functional medicine practice where we have worked with over 2,500 clients and patients get closer to root cause healing. And it often starts with the carnivore cures, all meat elimination diet. So a couple of years ago, we started working on a low vitamin A protocol because for the people that actually trusted my work, and thank you for that, and looked into the research of Grant Jenneroo, they found that there was truth in this vitamin A toxicity and maybe even copper. because of consuming too much vitamin A or liver, maybe being exposed to a lot of vitamin A when they're childhood, taking Accutane or Retinol.

22:17 yeah and that is toxic because again just to be clear look up chromatography and look at how vitamins are actually detected and extracted you will see that the whole procedure is a joke anyway you cannot prove anything seeing as these molecules are not actually observable but even beyond that when they are extracted how many toxic chemicals are used and then they sell you this as a supposed vitamin supplement. And this is what they use for Accutane also. Yeah. But this is... basically unrelated to actual liver or any real foods. That's why the drugs have an LD50 value. The foods don't. And this is what these carnivore people base everything on.

[video] 23:11 I'm not going to touch on this for long. You can pause the video here, but this is the phases of liver detox. So there is a step-by-step approach to

23:19 Yes, but this cannot be proven. This is a belief. People thought of how it may be. When I look at every phase there, I see none that can actually be proven. None of the steps.

23:40 Yeah, this is, you could say theoretical, but it isn't really. For it to be theoretical, you would need to base it on something essentially factual, something that you know. So calling it a theory is even too much.

[video] 23:58 to detox the liver detoxes. So for example, any fat soluble toxin, it cannot just remove it. It has to go through the phase one detox, and then it goes through phase two. So think of it like shampoo and conditioner. Some just need shampoo and they could clear out the system, but some need shampoo and conditioner and then clear out. And the more that you are burdening the liver, the harder this becomes. Or if you don't have enough nutrition, you could see all the nutrition listed here, like B vitamins, folic acid, antioxidants, fat soluble vitamins, NAC.

24:19 Again, this is purely a belief, cannot be proven, has never been proven, impossible. Really irrelevant to talk about what may be, what could be. Why not stick to something factual, actual real knowledge, what we can sense with our senses, actually observe. That's what we should be talking about.

[video] 24:42 enough raw materials need to be in the body so that you can even support this detox that the liver has to go through. There are way more toxins.

24:50 Again, cannot be proven. Just a purely religious belief at the end of the day. Why do we need to talk about religious beliefs? Just stick to reality.

[video] 25:02 in our life now than there used to be. And so maybe adding excess liver again can be a further impact on this whole liver detox because again, it has to also store the vitamin A. The biggest reason I shared about the vitamin A, hypervitaminosis A was because of the children. I used to share my children consuming chicken liver pate And when you make it a pate, you're even consuming way more liver because the butter makes it so easy to go down and then you're using butter and the butter.

25:27 Liver and butter combined that tastes like heaven really.

[video] 25:33 Also has vitamin A. I wanted to share these meal options with children and you can see how much vitamin A they're getting from other foods. So for a one to three year old, their recommended daily allowance is 300 and even half an ounce would be 1327. And there are some parents in the wellness space that feed a ton of liver to their children. And I think it's not ideal. So if you were to just for breakfast, feed your child butter one teaspoon, so it's very small, some bacon, three slices and two small eggs, then four ounces of ground beef and then three ounces of chicken and some cheddar cheese that already hits their vitamin A amounts. Again, I think you can eat a little bit more than this and not

26:06 you're again dealing with numbers which at the end of the day cannot even be proven. And even if you could prove the numbers, which will vary anyway, depending on what food you're eating, it's not as if all butter is the same, then you're still dealing with something which at the end of the day really cannot be called a vitamin or whatever. There's certain substances in all foods and we can taste that they are different. especially if you compare animal foods to plant foods, that's all clear. But what exactly they are, how they look like,

26:45 that cannot be proven it's just not observable it's not scientific what she's talking about here this is why it's just not relevant at the end of the day what you're going to look at is what humans eat in nature what other predators see they go for the liver first you're made up numbers of non-observable molecules really will not matter as long as you feel good and humans in nature feed their children liver and they develop into very strong beings intelligent that's what you want the most so-called nutrient-rich foods called whatever you want it's the healthiest foods you can feel it

[video] 27:32 get to the tolerable upper limit. But it just gives you context that without eating any organ meats, you already are hitting the vitamin A. So at what point is it toxicity?

27:43 We did at no point because liver is not toxic. That's it.

[video] 27:49 The same thing for nine to 13 year olds because they can consume 600. But again, it's very similar. You hit the targets by having now one tablespoon of butter instead of the teaspoon and you have it for breakfast and lunch and then have some cheese. Because a lot of the dairy is fortified with vitamin A, there will be excess vitamin A.

28:05 in a yes and that is a toxin the fake vitamin a and that's why you should watch out with dairy nowadays the pasture is kind of dairy it's been fortified with all kinds of toxins which they call vitamins that's why you shouldn't be consuming commercial dairy at all if you consume dairy get it from a farm when it's raw raw butter raw cheese and so on

[video] 28:31 that the mom wants to do good or the dad wants to do good. And then you add liver to this. What is it doing to the body when half an ounce

28:41 making the child well-developed, no overcrowding of the teeth, they will have a wide face and a wide body overall. That's what you want. That's what's observable. These numbers or your made-up toxicity doesn't matter, seeing as there are no recorded cases of liver toxicity, as in when you eat liver, you get signs of toxicity. That's just not reported.

[video] 29:10 has 1327 micrograms when the daily upper limit is 900 micrograms. Yet if we feed a child between nine and 13, so even 13 year olds giving half an ounce is 1.5 more than the tolerable upper limit for this age.

29:27 And you never thought that maybe the people behind these numbers don't want you to eat liver. Just the thought never popped up. Because once you eat liver, you're automatically over the limit. Who made the limit? Humans. Do these humans have your health in mind? You can believe that. I would say that you're naive if you do when you look at what we are being fed in general. But it's up to you. When I see that, I think, oh, if I eat liver and it's all red all of a sudden in a chronometer or whatever, then I know that I'm eating the right food because I'm getting way too much, which is a good thing based on these numbers, which don't mean anything anyway, but it's supposed to scare you off. Oh, too much vitamin A.

30:24 never been proven that it's bad for you anyway but because you're essentially brainwashed of course you automatically believe oh what if i get toxicity from something that's not toxic in the first place doesn't make any sense as i said there's no experiments that have ever been done nothing scientific that shows that something that is healthy for you becomes toxic in larger amounts no all that we have that has actually been proven is that something that's toxic in the first place can become toxic and lethal if you overdose. You can only overdose on poison. You cannot overdose on something healthy. It's just impossible.

[video] 31:07 I see the typo. We're going to change it. And then we did menus on the tolerable upper limit. So this is like anything exceeding these amounts, the child would be getting excess vitamin A. It just has eggs, sausage, cheddar cheese, butter, salmon, ground beef, whole milk, just a cup. And they're already at 600 micrograms. If you feed the child Cheerios, Yeah, think about it.

31:28 Why would they make these kind of recommendations for children that they shouldn't be consuming these animal foods? And if you consume organs, then you go over the top. It's just a huge red flag. Seeing as we should be doing the opposite of what they tell us, to me it means feed them tons of liver and organs automatically. That's my first thought when I see their recommendations. Do the opposite.

[video] 31:59 Upper limit. Now imagine adding liver. Whether it's beef liver, cod liver, chicken liver, they are super, super high. And these are the signs of excess vitamin E. If you grew up... Again, cannot be proven.

32:13 Cannot be linked to it. Absolutely made up. There were the people who had toxicity from polar bear liver because of cadmium and lead. They only had the cadmium and lead toxicity symptoms, no other symptoms. And that's, of course, because those animals live in polluted waters. That's clear. It has nothing to do with vitamin A.

[video] 32:37 On grains that were fortified, if you grew up consuming dairy, milk, cheese, And then you also use those retinol products or the tretinoin or the acne medications. How much vitamin?

32:49 Yeah, because it's all not vitamin A. Just look at, as I said, chromatography. Once you find out how these vitamins are extracted and what they do, to these chemicals, you will right away realize that it's all a joke. They measure some kind of, depending on what method they use, signals. It's the same with DNA and genetics. When they take out the creatine from meat and compare it to the creatine from petroleum, then because it's giving the same signals, they say, oh, it's the same

33:30 Amino acid, which is what they would call it. Or if they measure the speed of how long it takes for it to go through the machine. Again, oh, that's creatine. So creatine isn't petroleum. Yet that's the logic behind it. And then these people take it, do studies and say creatine is toxic. No. What you just did is you got some kind of chemical out of petroleum, put it through a machine with tons of toxic chemicals such as hexane, and now you're selling that to people, giving it to rats, and they die from it. Because you're giving them a toxin. And then they put the same in Accutane and all of these vitamin A supplements. Not creatine, obviously, but I'm talking about vitamin A now. Vitamin A, that is. And then they also say, oh, it's lethal if you consume too much of it. Yeah, because it's toxic in the first place. There's nothing to do with what is found in liver.

34:27 Same as the fake creatine has nothing to do with what is found in meat and so on. I don't know how else to explain it to you. If you don't get it, you probably just won't get it.

[video] 34:37 We will absolutely share that because if one person can heal because they are consuming liver or organ meats because they think that's the way they're going to get out of their chronic illness, I'm letting you know that it's probably not going to be the thing that will heal you.

34:49 Oh my God. Such a horrible recommendation. Telling people not to eat organs. It's the worst thing you could possibly do. This is organ fear-mongering. I've never seen... something like this before. And the funniest thing is that it's coming from a carnivore, some cooked muscle meat eater, I assume. I don't know her channel. I may be wrong, but typically if somebody calls themselves carnivore, that's what they eat. If it would be coming from a vegan, it would be different. You would expect that. But a carnivore? Carnivorous animals go for the organs first. What you're promoting completely goes against what a carnivorous animal does. This perfectly proves to you that these carnivores are fake.

[video] 35:37 And in fact, you're probably wasting your money.

35:41 Organs are cheaper than muscle meat. Or does she mean supplements? Supplements you shouldn't be taking anyway.

[video] 35:48 Risking all this other stuff that I just brought up. If you feel great on organ meats...

35:52 I don't think that she looks particularly healthy. She looks alright, but you can't even really see her. Is she using some kind of effect on the face? She definitely has makeup on.

36:08 Can you really take her seriously? If you talk about health and everything, then show yourself.

[video] 36:15 Again, I think it's super important to trust your own body's wisdom, but if you have to force it, I say take that as a clue. I think I'm a lot more bold than I used to be. I used to fear rocking the boat, but now I stand on truth and I stand for the people that are ill. And if our goal is to help people get to root cause healing, I will take a stand and I will share truth that may not be liked by everyone. But if our goal is to help people in the wellness space, then that's absolutely what we will be doing. All right, guys, make sure to eat a lot of meat, limit the organs, especially livers and kidneys, because your body is the only place you have to live. I will talk to you later.

36:49 Wow, that was almost unbearable at the end. So much ignorance. She talks about topics which she has no clue about.

36:59 Let's sum it up. How much liver is too much? Scientifically speaking, there's no limit. That's just the reality. There's never been any experiments done that prove that any organs cause toxicity because they are not toxic in the first place. in a healthy liver for example meaning that it comes from a healthy animal there's nothing toxic inside therefore overdosing on something such as a healthy liver is impossible seeing as you cannot overdose on something that's not toxic can you eat liver every day that's what i've been doing for many years some days of course i don't have liver but That's what I've been eating most days since I've been eating raw meat and that's been almost 10 years now. As far as the scientific community goes,

37:57 There is no limit, seeing as there has never been any proof that liver is toxic in any way. And what about vitamin A toxicity and hypervitaminosis in general? I already explained it to you, but I'll sum it up quickly. there are clearly substances in animal foods which are not found in plants and we can very easily know this because we can taste that and if you would want to do an experiment then you would see that a fruitarian is never going to survive only by eating fruits that's it really That's all that we need to know. But unfortunately, nowadays we are talking about the molecules which are not observable. It cannot be scientifically proven that it's vitamin A.

38:50 We can just clearly tell that there are substances in liver, for example, which are not even found in muscle meat. And we can know this because of our own senses. That's factual. But as far as molecules go,

39:09 It's irrelevant to even talk about it. Officially, if you look at the numbers, then of course organs really do look like the best foods on earth. But then again, you have people like this who try to fearmonger you into not eating them. Therefore,

39:30 They don't even help because you can see that people will say that you can get too much of something that's good, even though there's no reported cases of getting too much of something good. It's good. How can there be too much of something good? Zero cases of that. That has never been proven. Whatever they try to sell you in a supplement form, firstly, doesn't come from liver and secondly, The procedure of creating the supplement is extremely toxic and no filtration system on Earth can filter out all of the toxins which are used for this procedure. Again, as I said, look into chromatography and then you will understand more about it, seeing as it's a deep topic. Point being, what you're getting from liver has nothing to do with the vitamin A supplement.

40:22 That's why there is no LD50 value for liver or any other organs, seeing as none of them are toxic in their natural healthy state. To sum up this whole video, number one, all supplements have been proven to be toxic. Vitamin D supplements are used as red poison because of how toxic they are. Vitamin A supplements are also poisonous. Multivitamins are poisonous and so on. If you consume small amounts of these supplements, then you will be slowly poisoning yourself. you will have similar effects to drinking coffee. For example, different toxins will have different effects on your body. And if you would consume too many of these supplements, then it would be lethal. Number two,

41:19 As far as the scientific community goes, all organs are healthy in any amounts. That's the actual scientific consensus. Thanks for watching.
