0:00 Hi everyone. In the health community, people do like to talk about food, and then they sometimes talk about water, usually arguing about which one is better, distilled or spring water. What if the conspiracy is that we shouldn't drink water at all, or at least very little? Ajna's Wonder Planets is the only one who talked about this.

0:25 When we eat raw food, we do get hydrated, but when we eat dry and cooked food, we don't. That's why we always want to drink water, because it's supposed to be a natural part of food. Except that when you do this, you don't get hydrated. Now you may think about other animals in nature. Don't they drink water? Look into it, you will be surprised. What about my pet dog? When I give them water, they drink it. You probably also feed them an unnatural diet. If you would give your dog blood and raw meat, which they would eat in nature, then they wouldn't ask for any water. It's the same thing with humans. When we get older, we do look very dry. Nowadays in the 50s, 60s already. This is because of the overconsumption of water. What would hydrate us in nature? Blood.

1:23 It always used to be part of the human diet. Sometimes we could also get milk and there's eggs of course, very refreshing. fruit in season obviously which would have very little sugar in nature you've probably heard about it but many people have actually died from drinking too much water if your lips are dry that's a fat deficiency and drinking water will make it worse it will also create this thirst that you cannot satisfy so you will want to drink more and more it circulates in us and creates this illusion as if we are being hydrated

2:04 and i also want to mention the obvious do not ever go inside of chlorinated water it kills the bacteria and the cells so it kills you and needless to say never drink it well you have jungle animals you have wild animals dogs that never see water for months till it rains then they'll lapse them up when it rains but they'll go months without

[video] 2:32 Elephants go six months without drinking water. Camels go, you know, two months without drinking water. Most animals do not drink water. The only animals that normally drink water on a regular basis are birds because they eat so many dried foods, seeds, grains, and bugs. And bugs have a lot of hard shell. And they take more water to help break down. So birds drink water. But they are built for it. They have a system that handles water. Even dogs and cats? No, dogs and cats are not supposed to be drinking water. Now what do the kidneys do? The kidneys allow the body to cool itself or to warm itself by removing fluid, H2O. But the kidneys...

[video] 3:23 would be an organism is the entire size of your body if it had to filter out all nutrients so you didn't lose nutrients out of your urine. It does two things. It filters out the red and white blood cells only from your bloodstream. So all of those nutrients in your bloodstream are lost in your urine, except the red. There are still traces amounts of red and white blood cells The kidneys let some red and white blood cells go that may not be as healthy or just can't handle it all because of our toxic conditions. Now, if that's the case, let's get smart here. Is it good to urinate frequently? Is it good to drink water? What happens if we drink water? We dilute the acids and destroy the bacteria in our bodies, in our intestines, in our stomach. gets absorbed into and goes to the kidneys.

[video] 4:21 Of course, it goes a lot into the bloodstream. It goes everywhere into the body, into the neurological fluid, into the lymphatic fluid. It goes everywhere. And the kidney is really fighting hard to dump all of this excess fluid. So the urine gets lighter and lighter and lighter, trying not to dump the blood, trying to get it out of different areas of the body. But what is that water doing as it washes through every part of your body? It's drying it out. H2O cannot be absorbed into the cells unless it's ionically bond with other nutrients. If H2O gets absorbed into a cell without nutrients, guess what? It dehydrates it. It dries it out. You keep putting water on your arm and what happens? It dries it out. It doesn't lubricate it. You put good butter on it, guess what happens? You're lubricated for days.

[video] 5:20 Water just keeps getting drier and drier and drier until your skin starts peeling away. Think. When did water become an issue? 1961 and 62. The trust fund of the people who own Coca-Cola decided they want to get into the water bottling business. So they hired a bunch of doctors to say that we need to drink eight glasses of water a day. Before that, you went to school. People who are athletes took a sip or two a day. We're talking two ounces of water maximum that was ever consumed in a day. Unless you were an athlete, you may consume a couple of glasses or a glass, glass and a half. Not eight glasses, two glasses maximum. But mainly, you went after milk and orange juice. Those were our main fluids. In the 40s and 50s. Then all of a sudden water comes in. Because they paid these doctors to tell. It is still alive today.

[video] 6:18 Water is one of the worst things you can drink. To dilute and cause problems in the body. Your urine should be thick. Should be at least dark yellow. Mine comes out amber. Unless I'm drinking a lot of vegetable juices. Then it will come out yellow. A deeper yellow. But I don't drink water. I haven't had water in two weeks. But once in a while, I'll take a sip. During the fall and winter, I'll take a couple of sips. In the winter, I mean in the summer and spring, I might have a cup a week, half a cup a week, because we need some solvent. And that's what water is. Water is a solvent. If you look in an archaeological book, The first thing that they have under solvent is water. What happens? It rains.

[video] 7:16 Dissolves rock, plants eat. Water is a solvent. The universal solvent. Why would you want to drink water? Except to have some toxins broke down in your body because you're a cooked food eater. These tribes, none of them drink water. Even your cooked tribes in... in the deserts of Australia. They don't drink water because they know they will die in that desert if they drink water. So they'll take roots and they'll grate them and wring the vegetable juice out of it. And half a cup of vegetable juice will take them 100 miles in the desert. Half a cup. Because they've never been introduced to the type of processed foods and the 60,000 new chemicals that are put in food.

[video] 8:06 Now, from the last 60 years, since processed foods became full-blown after the World War II, and it's my understanding that World War II was forced to bring in these processed foods. King and Queen of England wanted processed foods in full force in the world, make big money that way. So they created rationing because of the war. Our farmers weren't producing any less food. Why did we need to ration? Yeah, we were putting some in cans now and sending it over to our troops, but that didn't deprive us. We didn't have less food. They wanted you to think that processing and canning food was a good thing. It helps our troops. And everybody bought it. My mother absolutely adored it. Just go to open a can. She didn't have to prepare the vegetables.

[video] 9:06 She didn't have to wash them. She didn't have to peel the potatoes. She didn't have to do anything. Just open a can and there it was. But they didn't tell you that there was 60 varieties of chemicals used to make them. There was metal poisoning from the metal cans in your food. They didn't tell you all of that. They didn't tell you it was going to create tonsillitis in your children. They didn't tell you it was going to create autism and learning disorders and all kinds of psychotropic problems, schizophrenia, all of that, from metal poisoning, from these radical minerals disrupting the processes of light and electricity throughout the brain. So the kidneys are there to remove excess fluids. You watch a dog pee, does a dog sit there and pee for an hour? No, it trickles a little bit here, it trickles a little bit there.

10:01 What about water fasting? What happens when you starve yourself on purpose and at the same time dehydrate yourself with water? Nothing good, guys. Fasting kills weak and healthy cells. Ajna's wander planets ate every five hours and he slept four hours a day, so it worked for him. If you ever felt some kind of a high when you fasted, it's because of ketosis in the first place. So why not eat naturally? AKA a ketogenic diet. Listen, carefully now. This is very important. You never eat nothing. You either put something in your mouth or you eat yourself. And this is where the high comes from. You're eating raw animal flesh and saturated fat

10:50 so you could just be eating raw animals in the first place you would always feel this high that's how life is and that's what all the cleansing is also about it's the fat when i almost fasted myself to death my mother said i looked like i was 50. when you're already thin in the face and lose the rest of the fat which helps against wrinkles then you will look a lot older whereas in some cases when somebody loses a little bit of cooked fat which won't make you look attractive anyway, then they may look younger. Imagine a tribe leader who always has access to food. Would he simply choose not to eat for 24 hours? No. Why should he? It means that you're closer to death if you don't eat. So we don't do it because of our naturally given instinct. It means that you are a bad hunter.

11:45 so eating a lot naturally speaking is a thing that you should welcome some crabs in the morning then maybe some plants then some birds that you shoot not with a gun there's a lot of ways to shoot in nature your cells are not getting the fluids they need because your cells cannot absorb water plain water

[video] 12:09 There has to be all kinds of nutrients bound with it. That's why the more water you drink, the more you're thirsty. Because it dries the system. But one bet the other that he could sell water for as much as Coca-Cola. And the other guy said, can't do it. But it was a million dollar bet. And the guy started in 1961. He started getting doctors together and reporters together and paying them, put stories out about he needed eight glasses of water a day. The reason people drink urine is to recycle their proteins. And most people who drink their urine are vegetarians or lacto-vegetarians, like in the Far East.

[video] 12:52 In India, you have the worship of a cow because it produces milk. It's a feeder. They will not kill a cow if they're truly religious, if they're Hindu. But they will drink the milk. But they don't get enough protein, so they'll drink their urine to recycle their proteins. And it works very well on that kind of a diet. On the primal diet, it doesn't work because you're already getting concentrated proteins. However, once in a while if you're feeling imbalanced and you're feeling off just in the body and nothing you eat is stabilizing you like meat usually does, then drink your urine one time. But the fiction, the worst fiction you can believe is you drink your first urine in the morning. The most toxic urine you can produce. is produced in the morning. You know, if you're going to recycle your protein, you need it six hours after you've eaten the meat.

[video] 13:51 That'll be your highest concentration of protein in your urine. So six hours after you've finished your meat meal, that's the time to drink that urine if you're going to drink it. Just remember, when you drink stuff, when you gulp, Most of the water is going to go right into the kidney and then all those nutrients have no way to get to your cells. So it causes dehydration because the body wants to replace that water. It's impossible. By drinking water, you cannot get that ion activity between the nutrients and the water again. you took water and you blended it with some cottage cheese, put a little honey in it or fruit in it, you will get it to reconstitute the water. Not all of it 100%, but you will get it into a shape where it's more like fresh food rather than dehydrated, rehydrated substance that will neutrify you.

[video] 14:46 I am concerned that there is a very significant literature going back 100 years on human fasting. There's a classic experiment done in 1919 by Benedict, and you can search that. But I'm concerned when you get to durations of fasting beyond 48 hours, because there are many studies done by very competent researchers published in. And the fact that it was done 50 years ago doesn't make it wrong. that indicates that 48 hours into a total fast where you're eating no protein, even if you're keto adapted, the body to power gluconeogenesis is going to break down some protein. And the amount that is broken down starting on day two accelerates to day four of a fast where the rate of protein breakdown is equivalent to 3 fourths of a pound of lean body mass loss per 24 hours.

[video] 15:44 If you go beyond a week, the rate of protein breakdown begins to slow down. So you've got this quick uprise and then a slow decline. And when you get up to three weeks and then four weeks, it plateaus out at one quarter pound of lean tissue loss per day. Can most healthy humans tolerate that amount of loss? For a month, yes. Most healthy humans can tolerate, can survive that. But there is something under 10% of the body's lean tissue is lost after 28 days of a total fast. I don't consider that benign because the rate at which we lose it is typically much faster than the rate we can gain it back when we go back to eating enough calories and protein. I have at least not theoretical, but physiological reasons for concern about preservation of lean body mass. Now, is there one experiment that demonstrates that? No, I've got five. I can show you the slides.

[video] 16:40 So when someone claims that there is negligible lean tissue loss by humans even two or three, four days into fasting, I'd say, where's the data? Show me the published data.

[video] 16:54 And don't tell me that that person's professional opinion is equally as good as my professional opinion when they don't have data to back it up.

17:04 If you have no appetite because you have a fever, which means that you're going through a detox, then you shouldn't eat because nature is telling you not to. But if you listen to somebody else and they tell you that it's healthy and you believe them, even though your body is telling you to eat, then you're brainwashed. Fasting is yet another New Age deception. Everything in nature tells us to eat. We go to great lengths not to starve. If you ever decide to do it, then at least eat some raw meat so you don't lose your lean body mass. Because this is linked to your mortality You do not want to eat yourself. You will not only eat your fat, you will eat everything and you will die quicker.
