[video] 0:00 what's up i'm going to review a video called what does a flat earther eat okay welcome to my tiny corner in the kitchen let's take this off the cleaning stuff what does a flat earther eat i don't like to use that title i don't like to use the word in flat earth but because i'm trying to get the video to be more viral and to have more views maybe who knows maybe it's gonna have the same i'm just gonna use the expression pretty much we are a lot more intelligent than the People who live on the globe spinning in space with curved water have to say it. So this is like my kitchen. I've been shopping this morning. I just want to show you the stuff, pure stuff, really good stuff. I'm just going to try with the meat bit. So we have wild fish, in this case wild pink salmon. Wild, wild from the Pacific. Not like the stuff. So it's really important because you go to the supermarket.

0:51 My first impression is that he seems somewhat autistic, and it's also funny that he's wearing that shirt as if he wants to have that kind of body. It is great that he's promoting wild-caught salmon, but from what I can see, it is canned. That of course means that it could quite possibly have lead, for example, and other heavy toxic metals.

[video] 1:13 You have like one or maximum two options of wild fish. From the Pacific, from Alaska, from the North of Europe. Then also, of course, chicken breast. Pure chicken breast. It only has like water and salt. I also have turkey.

1:27 It's not pure chicken breast because if it's canned, then from what it seems like it is. I don't know why. Then of course it is cooked. Pure would mean natural, which means raw. Same with the wild salmon. Really, you're just wasting it. Why would you buy canned chicken breast? Strange.

[video] 1:43 Turkey breast in the fridge. Again, pure. Pure chicken breast, pure turkey breast. So this is like the protein, okay? So the fish also have like the good fat.

1:52 It basically is the protein because you cook all of the micronutrients to death. Yeah.

[video] 1:58 The wild fish has the good fats for your body. Good fats are good for this, for the brain. So protein and fat, check. Also, you could never live without avocado. This is in Spanish called aguacate. But, well, in English we say avocado. And yeah, again, pure fats, good for the brain avocado.

2:17 Avocados are not pure fats, avocados are monounsaturated oils and they are not good for the brain because the brain is made out of saturated fat and cholesterol, animal fat.

[video] 2:26 Between the meals, of course, nuts. Buy these, they're bio-organic, they're already peeled. Nuts, again.

2:33 Nuts are the seeds of plants, they don't want to be eaten, they are very toxic and indigestible.

[video] 2:37 They regulate your metabolism as well, so if somebody wants to eat sugar, you need to eat more and more because the sugar destroys the metabolism. This is exactly the opposite. So the nuts, what are you talking about? Peanuts are not nuts. So peanuts are totally a different section. I'm talking about like nuts.

2:55 Nuts are protein inhibitors. For example, they have a lot of anti-nutrients. Of course, they inhibit metabolism.

[video] 3:01 Walnut. This is walnut. Walnuts, almonds, and other types of these. So peanuts are an exception. Peanuts are not nuts. They're legumes. Very important in terms of nutrition.

3:15 Oh my god. It's so sad because he really wants to appear as if he's so informed.

[video] 3:21 Obviously, rice. Cooked rice, basmati rice, normal rice. I usually buy the best ones that are cooked rice. So yeah, this is good carbs. for all those, especially when you train in the gym and stuff. So you combine the rice with the wild fish or chicken breast or turkey breast.

3:35 It's not good carbs in any way at all. Again, it's a seed for one thing, but it also simply only has carbohydrates, which are sugar. And then before that, he said that sugar messes up the metabolism, but white rice basically is sugar with some anti-nutrients and arsenic also. Good carbs will be found in food that have the micronutrients to metabolize the sugar. Fruit, for example.

[video] 3:58 And with...

[video] 4:04 So, your greens. Now, I do buy fresh greens as well, but sometimes because I don't want, or there's no fresh greens, or I don't like the color of them, or simply because I don't have time. So, I buy the same stuff, which is pure, but in a closed environment. So, again, it only has good tendency. So, no additives and no stupid stuff.

4:25 I don't understand what he meant, that it has vitamin C. Does he mean ascorbic acid, which is not vitamin C? That's sometimes used for preservation. Of course, again, he has everything jarred and canned, everything not in its natural form. Not as if it even could be, because vegetables are man-made. I don't even know what he had there, maybe asparagus?

[video] 4:49 We have this vegetable, combined vegetables, and you can see it's like liquid, so it's very awesome. Instead of just chopping all the vegetables and stuff, you just buy this, and it has garlic and sea salt and water, and that's it. And just the vegetables, so really cool stuff.

5:02 Breads, I... Really bad stuff, though, because yes, also salt is used for preservation, and salt is incredibly toxic for the human body. He's over-consuming salt. It's horrible for the heart, for example.

[video] 5:15 There's like different types of bio-organic bread. Again, this one has... What are you talking about?

5:24 Bread in itself is the most unnatural thing on earth. It doesn't make any sense, man. Bread is absolute slave food. It's made for the dumbest people on earth. Only the most brain-dead slaves consume bread, the ones who have no idea at all about our natural food.

[video] 5:40 All those sorts of things. And there's like six types of this bread. There's three types of this white bread. This is kamut, by the way. Kamut is a type of flour from Egypt and Israel. And this one is very, very important. Okay, so this is only tomato sauce. What's so important? Tomato. Tomato, tomato. But with agave syrup. I believe you know what agave syrup is. It's just like an apple. This tomato... changes the game because when you combine rice with wild pacific salmon or like chicken breast and turkey breast and with like all vegetables it kind of gets so lame and uh people will say well yeah it is lame it's very unappetizing of course you can have the dressing with your salad right of your your food usually dressings and salt and sauces they're full of c-r-a-p-s-h-i-t you combine this you put like three or four or five spoons of these

[video] 6:32 with the rice and the chicken breast or the wild pacific salmon or like and the avocado and all that stuff and it changes the food completely like it gives like super awesome taste i could eat it and i'm eating it i'm actually actually have like two and then i have one in the fridge and three so i bought three of these today

6:51 This is a typical kind of paste that people use nowadays to try to imitate our natural food, which would be meat with blood, the juices, that's what they want. And of course, as he said himself, it's not very appetizing to eat rice with overcooked salmon. It's all dry, of course.

[video] 7:10 It's popular, by the way. It's by a company called Helios. Now this one is a very, it's like from the year 1900. It was like a family who started the business. And Helios does also like jams.

[video] 7:26 like uh asperger's i like asperger's is that from other asperger yeah i thought he was saying asperger's because uh well i think it's obvious i have like chirimoya uh apples and oranges and bananas i have khaki the one with like the orange and i have blackberries i love blackberries no i just love them

[video] 7:55 In my opinion, if you buy a coconut water, it has to be the best of the best, because I know the taste is so lame. This is from Brazil, I'm sure there's other places, but the one from Brazil, it's awesome.

8:04 Unfortunately, the package coconut water is pasteurized, otherwise it would be great.

[video] 8:08 It just has a different taste. Smoothies. Now, smoothies are dangerous, because if you don't read the ingredients, you might just buy smoothies with lots of sugars and stuff. These are pure, antioxidant and energizing.

8:20 Smoothies are basically only made out of plants, basically 100% of the time. And they do not have antioxidants because plants only have pro-oxidants. They are very inflammatory for the body. It's a very big lie that they have antioxidants.

[video] 8:34 Just fruits and vegetables and then it has like vitamin C and the ginseng and the green tea and that's it. So make sure with the ingredients you don't have any surprises.

[video] 8:53 This bottle is like 750ml.

8:55 He uses the word natural throughout the whole video, but again, he has a bottle of, I'm going to assume, pasteurized juice, which is not natural whatsoever. Everything that he buys is in a bottle or it's canned. That's horrible. He doesn't eat anything natural whatsoever. Nothing in its natural state.

[video] 9:13 That's three quarters liter and it's equivalent to three kilograms. So three kilograms of fruit, in this case mandarin, went into this.

9:23 Yeah, but this is man-made fruit, it's been cultivated, which means that you're mostly only getting sugar, and then maybe a little bit of vitamin C, probably not, because it's pasteurized. So really you're just getting pasteurized sugar, which is horrible.

[video] 9:36 Again, why the heck would you drink, like, all those Coca-Cola, and Fanta, and, um, concentrate-based juices?

9:44 He's ignorant, because really, that is almost as bad as Coca-Cola, because it's pasteurized. No, it's not AS bad, but it's pretty close to it.

[video] 9:52 So much irony.

[video] 10:13 You know, it's during the day and I need more energy. And you eat your pure carbs, your pure proteins and your pure fats. You go to the gym.

10:21 Usually people who are stupid are quite full of themselves. And this is one example of it. Because he doesn't eat any animal fat throughout the whole day, but keeps talking about his brain. His brain can be functioning if he's not getting proper amounts of raw animal fat.

[video] 10:33 And I also eat sometimes, I like to eat every now and then a pizza. And yeah, so I eat like some like this relaxian soup. But most people eat basically like you We are super super intelligent, we super super care about our body and mind

[video] 11:03 And we super-super are very human as well.

11:06 Alright, that was it. I was expecting something better, but at least he's not a vegan like Eric Dubey. If he believes that he's so much more intelligent than most people, but at the same time eats pretty much just like them, shouldn't he dig deeper into nutrition and food? If he believes that... everything is a lie, shouldn't he think about food in the first place because that's what keeps humans healthy? And wouldn't it be the best way to make humans sick then? Thanks for watching.
